The term "VPN", or Virtual Private Network, generally means the public network of vendors which is providing a communication net and other network using WWW as a backbone of Its WAN. the existing VPN is expected to reduce expenses and will improve the productivity, however, the network provider should accept the management complexity and the overhead after tunneling and encryption. But MPLS VPN can provide efficient VPN which would not need the address transformation and the additional overhead made by tunneling after giving separately ID. This paper describes the protocol for MPLS VPN which is about a node that moves based on Customer Edge (CE) router and supports a scheme for QoS.

현재 국내표준으로 제시된 모델은 공공시스템에 적용하도록 만들어진 일반 모델로서 비용과 보안관리 능력 등 여러 가지 측면에서 볼 때 일반 기업체에는 적용하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 국내위험분석 모델을 바탕으로 보안관리 위험분석 시뮬레이션모델을 제안하여 일반 기업체에서 실제 적용, 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 모델은 위험분석 특성상 임의적, 주관적으로 도출하게 되는 많은 기준들을 가능한 객관적이고 보편 타당한 기준을 제시하려고 하였고, 대응책 분석 및 제시에서도 현실성 있고 실제 운영 가능한 대응책을 도출하도록 하였다.

In this paper, an attempt has been made to build and test self-configuring weather sensor networks and internet based observation system to gather atmospheric data. The aim is to provide integrated or real-time weather information in standard form using network data access protocol. This system was successfully developed to record weather information both digital as well as visual using sensor network and web-enabled surveillance cameras. These data were transformed by network based data access protocol to access and utilize for public domain. The competed system has been successfully utilized to monitor different types of weather. The results show that this is one of the most useful weather monitoring system.

Landcover information of access-denied area was extracted from low-medium and high resolution satellite image. Training for supervised classification was performed to refer visually by landcover map which is made and distributed from The Ministry of Environment. The classification result was compared by relating data of FACC land classification system. As we rasterize digital military map with same pixel size of satellite classification, the accuracy test was performed by image to image method. In vegetation case, ancillary data such as NDVI and image for seasons are going to improve accuracy. FACC code of FDB need to recognize the properties which can be automated.

본 연구는 대부분의 도서관업무가 전자적으로 이루어지고 있는 환경 하에서 국내 대학도서관들의 홈페이지 상에 나타난 전자 참고서비스시스템을 위한 액세스 포인트에 관하여 분석한 내용이다. 전국의 국공립 및 사립대학 도서관을 조사 대상으로 하였으며, 이들의 홈페이지에 제시된 액세스 방법에 따라 3개의 집단으로 분류하고, 세 집단의 액세스 포인트 제시 방법의 장·단점을 통해 이용자가 참고서비스에 접근하는데 필요한 편의성과 명확성에 대하여 논의하였다. 홈페이지 구축상 이용자가 전자 참고서비스에 효율적으로 액세스하기 위한 바람직한 방향을 제안하였다.

Public library effectiveness is determined by a complexity of the internal and external environments of the library. The purpose of this article is to investigate community environments and library resources as determinants of the output measures of the 15 municipal libraries in Seoul and to cope with changes in the environments for the improvement of their performance. This study is based on the hypotheses that the library's output would be proportioned to the size of budget and library collection, and to the relationships between the characteristics of the library and of the community in which the library develops. The variables identified in this .study are population density, family size, institutions (social, cultural, financial and educational), presence of the mass media, size of service area, and economic level of the community. The output measures employed for analysis are: number of professional staff, expenditures, number of books in the collection, number of books added annually, total circulation, number of library visits, circullation per capita, library visits per capita, .and registration as a percentage of population. The recommendation made in this study is the innovation of the 15 libraries in organization.

Because of the COVID-19 epidemic, many countries have made the obligation to wear masks normal. Wearing masks in public places has become a must. At present, wearing a mask to participate in sports makes it very common. People seek to gain health through exercise but ignore the potential respirato-ry health threat. That is, wearing a mask will cause a decrease in oxygen content in the body. This neg-ative impact becomes more prominent as the wear-ing time and oxygen consumption increase. To pro-tect people from viruses and enjoy a healthy life. This paper proposes a breathing pattern that im-proves blood oxygen saturation while wearing a jogging mask and walking. Namely, shouting breathing pattern. Use a pulse oximeter to measure the blood oxygen saturation of running at different speeds and compare the normal breathing pattern and the shouting breathing pattern. The results show that the shouting breathing pattern has a sig-nificant improvement in the blood oxygen satura-tion of low-speed walking and medium-speed jog-ging.

Damage and attack size of cyber terror is growing to the national size. Not only targeting at a certain companies or individuals but number of cyber terror targeting government bodies or unspecific people is increasing. This is because compared to traditional weapon, input cost is very cheap but ripple effect and shock are much stronger, affecting not only certain groups but also each individuals. 'Anti-terror measurement for protection of nation and public safety' passed last month is one of the renowned measurement passed regardless of objection from opposition party. The opposition party went against this through filibuster for 192 hours but this finally passed National Congress due to lack of oppositions. Korean government is taking post actions after passage of anti-terror measurement. Legislation of enforcement ordinance and regulations is due by 6th of next month. This regulation will be executed from June 4th after legislation. Whenever there is any security issues such as hacking of Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power and National Intelligence Service happens, lot of attention is made to those hackers. However, social recognition or management of those hackers need lot more improvement. Especially, as market of internet of things is increasing, there is an increased anxiety on information security. But as we only rely on security solutions, this problems are keep happening. Therefore, active investment on nurturing hackers who play the role of 'spear and shield' shall be made. Government should put more efforts to allow white hackers to show their abilities. We should have a policy for supporting high-quality programs such as BoB. To make information protection industry into future growth engine, it is necessary to nurture professionals for information protection and white hackers through special programs. Politicians should make related regulations as soon as possible to remove factors that prevent swift management of cyber attack due to lack of legislation. Government should pay lot more financial investment to nurturing professional manpower than now. Protecting life and asset of nation is responsibility and duty of our government. We all should recognize that controlling cyber attack is a part of national defense.

오늘날 캡차(CAPTCHA)는 계정 생성, 광고, 스팸 메일 등 자동화된 소프트웨어 대리자에 의한 다양한 공격을 방어하는데 널리 사용되고 있다. 초기 캡차의 문자들은 왜곡이 심하지 않아서 사용자들은 캡차 문자들을 쉽게 인식할 수 있었다. 이런 이유 때문에 이미지 처리, 인공지능 등의 다양한 기술들을 사용하여 많은 캡차들이 쉽게 무력화 되었다. 이에 대한 대안으로 캡차에 노이즈를 추가하거나 캡차 문자를 왜곡함으로써 문자 기반의 캡차 공격을 어렵게 만들었지만 캡차에 노이즈를 추가하거나 캡차 문자를 왜곡하는 것은 사용자들이 캡차 문자를 읽는 것을 더 어렵게 만들었다. 캡차의 가독성을 보완하기 위하여 몇몇 캡차들은 서로 다른 색상을 가진 문자를 사용했다. 그러나 서로 다른 문자의 색상을 사용하는 것은 캡차를 공격하기 원하는 공격자에게 이점을 제공했다. 이 논문에서는 색상을 기초로 문자열 캡차의 인식 성공률을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 영상기술과 공공문화콘텐츠의 새로운 접목형 융합상품으로서의 가능성을 제시하였다. 소변기에 영상장치를 장착한 본 제품은 기존에 없던 감성형 위생도기 제품으로서 화장실에 대한 인식의 제고를 가져왔을 뿐 아니라 하이테크한 전자제품과 위생도기의 제품을 접목시키는 새로운 시도이다. 또한 유니크한 아이디어로써 광고효과로써 공공정보 알림등 소변기의 새로운 시장성을 제시하는 제품개발 아이템이다. 상품화를 위하여 본 과제에서 제작할 디자인이 반영되도록 3D Rendering, 3D Mock-up 등을 활용해 별도의 제작공정을 들여 프로토타입 형태로 제작하고, 이 후 생산자의 협의 등을 통해 다양한 상품으로 확장 고려될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 차별화된 동영상 콘텐츠를 제공함으로써 경쟁력 있는 품질과 가격으로 소규모 업체의 프랜차이즈를 타겟으로 한 새로운 이미지 메이킹을 시도함에 따라 다양한 마케팅이 가능한 트렌드를 리드할 수 있도록 하였다.
