현재 대부분의 국내외 종합통신사업자들은 외부적인 통신산업의 경쟁 격화 및 새로운산업 트렌드 변화로 인해 매출과 영업이익이 정체되는 위기상황에 처해 있으며, 이를 타개하기 위해 미래 통신산업의 mega trend에 대응하여 사업구조를 재편하고 신규 수익모델을 창출하는 등 사업포트폴리오를 변화시키고 있다. 국내외 수많은 종합통신사업자들 중에서 일부는 미래 통신산업 mega trend 변화에 적극적으로 대응하여 다양한 전략적 옵션들을 취함으로써 성공적으로 변모해가고 있는 반면, 다른 일부는 소극적으로 대처하거나 또는 아무런 인식이 없이 본업에만 안주하여 스스로 위기를 자초하고 있는 듯 하다. 이에 본 고에서는 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대처하고 있는BT와 NTT 그룹의 사업포트폴리오 변화 사례 분석을 통해 국내 종합통신사업자에게 미래 서비스 사업구조 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

시대가 발전함에 따라 기술도 발달하지만 시민의식이 따라가지 못하기 때문에 그 만큼 범죄도 늘어나고 있다. 그럼에 따라 범죄를 예방하기 위해 방범용 CCTV를 늘리고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 방범용 CCTV를 늘리기 위해서는 많은 시간과 예산이 필요하다. 그래서 사용자들은 불법 주정차 시스템에 방범 기능을 요구하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 기존의 CCTV는 화소가 낮아 이미지가 선명하지 않기 때문에 방범 기능에 적용하기에는 미흡한 점이 많았다. 그래서 본 논문에는 기존의 시스템을 보완하기 위한 방안으로 메가 픽셀을 적용하여 불법 주정차 시스템의 방범 기능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 저화질 CCTV를 사용 할 때보다 불법 주정차 단속뿐만 이라 방범 시스템으로도 더 나은 효과를 보일 것으로 예상한다.

Temporal trends of the PM10 and PM2.5 mass concentrations, and the concentrations of chemical species (sulfate, nitrate, ammonium, OC, and EC) in PM2.5 at Seoul are compared with the reported results from other mega cities in the world. The mass concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 at Seoul show decreasing trend. However, the concentration levels are still higher than other cities except Beijing. The sulfate concentration at Seoul has decreased while those of nitrate and ammonium have increased. The concentrations of OC and EC show no apparent trend.

If used to drive the minicar, the BLDC Motor has advantages of weightless, efficient, small-size and credibleness. In this paper at first the position detecting method for BLDC was introduced, secondly the simulation of control algorithm was done and at last the prototype controller based one chip processor MEGA48 was fabricated. The controller proposed has characteristic of cheap cost, reliable performance and totally meeting demands of minicar control.

본 논문은 EDISON CFD의 전처리기, eMEGA를 이용하여 격자를 생성하고, 2차원 정렬 격자 기반 비압축성 해석자를 이용하여 유동해석을 진행한 뒤 후처리기, eDAVA를 통해 유동선을 그려 블라인드 장착에 따른 실내 공기 순환에 대한 연구 내용을 담고 있다. 본 연구는 시중에 판매중인 사생활 보호용 블라인드를 포함, 여러 블라인드의 장착 여부에 따라 실내 내부 공기 순환의 양상을 확인하고 실제로 블라인드 장착 시 실내환기에 어떤 영향을 주는지 유동 선을 통해 확인해 보았다. 블라인드 미장착시, 실내 전체적으로 공기가 고루 순환되는 모습을 보였으며, 블라인드 장착 시 대체로 블라인드 형태에 따라 유동이 이동하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사생활 보호와 환기 효율성의 관점에서의 소비자 선택권에 영향을 미치는 효과를 가져 올 것으로 보인다.

The employment of risk management theory in Urban Disaster Management System (UDMS) has become an important trend in recent years. The viewpoint of risk management is mainly a comprehensive risk assessment of various internal and external factors, and a subsequent handling of risks. Through continuous and systematic accumulation and analysis of risk information, disaster prevention and rescue system is established. Taking risk management theory as the foundation, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has developed a series of UDMS in the mega-cities all over the world. With this system as a common platform, OECD cooperates with different cities to develop disaster prevention and rescue system consisting of vulnerability assessment methods, risk assessment and countermeasures. The paper refers to the urban disaster vulnerability assessment and risk management of OECD and the mega-cities of different advanced and developed countries in the world, and then constructs a preliminarily drafted structure for the vulnerability assessment methods and risk management mechanism in the metropolitan districts of Taiwan.

The demands for large-scale construction projects such as Mega-projects are largely increasing due to the rapid growth of increasing populations as well as the need to replace existing buildings and infrastructure. Increasing costs of materials, supplies, and labors require the first cost estimates at the preliminary planning stage to be as accurate as possible. This paper presents the results obtained from the survey on evaluating nine critical success factors that influence the accurate first cost estimates for large-scale projects from practical experiences. It then examines the current cost structures of construction companies for large-scale projects, followed by the causes for cost and schedule overrun. Twenty completed surveys were collected and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to analyze the data. The results indicate that technology issues, the contract type, and social and environmental impacts are the significant leading factors for accurate first cost estimates of large-scale construction projects.

Most recent programs in and out of the country are related to urban renewal projects. Contemporary project management information systems have been developed was to manage single or multiple projects focusing on their construction phase, and those have limitations to apply to large-scale complicated mega projects. So, this study explain the core concept of decision support modules for iPMIS (Intelligent Program Management Information System) and its major functions to support project owner and participants by introducing ontology in the web environment. This study confined the scope of research to the planning phase of urban environment improvement projects. Ontological logic structure and relation about planning works is essential parts and three functions to implement decision support module are developed.
