최근 여러 포유류 종에서 Kisspeptin이 그 수용체인 GPR54와 함께 GnRH 분비를 자극하여 성 성숙과 최종배란에 영향을 미친다고 보고되고 있다. 이러한 보고들은 KiSS-GPR54 system이 번식과 밀접한 연관이 있음을 제시하고 있지만, 어류에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이 연구는 어류에서의 KiSS-GPR54 system의 생리적 기능과 번식내분비적 기능을 탐색하기 위해 홍바리 Epinephelus fasciatus 뇌에서 KiSS1, KiSS2, GPR54 mRNA의 부분 염기서열을 클로닝 하였으며, KiSS1, KiSS2, GPR54 mRNA의 각 조직별 발현을 RT-PCR을 이용하여 확인하였다. 성 성숙과 KiSS-GPR54 system과의 연관성을 확인하기 위해 생식소 발달 상태(성숙과 미성숙)에 따른 발현을 qRT-PCR을 이용하여 분석하였다. KiSS1, KiSS2, GPR54의 부분 염기서열은 각각 232 bp, 304 bp, 613 bp 였으며, 조직별 발현을 조사한 결과 공통적으로 뇌에서 발현되었다. 생식소발달에 따른 발현 양상은 KiSS1, KiSS2 mRNA의 경우 성숙 상태에서가 미성숙 상태에 비해 유의적으로 높게 발현되었다. 하지만 GPR54 mRNA의 경우 미성숙 상태에서 더 높게 발현되었다. 이러한 결과들로 미루어 보아, KiSS-GPR54 system은 홍바리에 있어 번식과 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The effects of roll diameter, winding time, winding methods and relative humidity on curl In newsprints(46$g/m^2$, 54 $g/m^2$, and 54 $g/m^2$ SNC) are examined. The larger MD curl appears at smaller roll diameter, with the extension of winding time, and at the treat ment of soft nip calendering. The MD curl shows the back side curl at winding methods with top side as outer side(TSO), and the top side curl with top side as inner side(TSI). While the CD curl in newsprints( 46 $g/m^2$, and 54 $g/m^2$ SNC) treated with calender is hardly influenced by the storage times, roll diameter, and winding methods. However the CD curl in newsprint(54 $g/m^2$) gradually increases to a two weeks, and then hold constant regardless of roll diameter and winding methods.. The CD curl shows always the top side curl regardless of winding methods. At high relative humidity, the CD curl largely reduces, but the MD curl is not nearly changed. Especially, the CD curl in news-prints(54 $g/m^2$ SNC) is little affected by the changes of relative humidity.

본 연구는 지구성 운동 후 안정시 PGC-1α mRNA와 단백질의 안정성이 PPARβ/δ의 영향을 받는지 확인하는 것이다. 전기 자극 유전자 전이법(electroporation; EPO)을 이용하여 PPARβ/δ와 empty vector(EV) 유전자를 각각 생쥐의 왼쪽과 오른쪽 tibialis anterior(TA)근육에 전이하였으며, 처치하지 않은 대조군(control)과 1회 지구성 운동 후 시간에 경과에 따른 mRNA와 단백질을 비교하였다. 생쥐는 5시간 수영 운동을 1회 실시하였으며, 운동 직후(0h), 24시간(24h) 및 54시간(h)이 경과한 후 TA근육을 적출하였다. 운동 직후(0h) 대조군, EV 및 PPARβ/δ가 과발현된 근육의 PGC-1α mRNA는 좌업 그룹보다 각각 6.8배(p<.001)배, 6.2배(p<.001) 및 7.1배(p<.001) 증가하였으나, 24h 및 54h에 좌업 그룹수준으로 회복되었다. 운동 후 24h에 EV가 처치된 근육은 PGC-1α 및 PGC-1α ubiquitination이 좌업 그룹보다 각각 2.2배 및 1.74배 증가하였으나, 운동 후 54h에 좌업 그룹수준으로 회복되었다. PPARβ/δ 처치 그룹의 PGC-1α는 운동 후 24h와 54h에 좌업 그룹보다 각각 2.5배와 2.2배 증가하였으나 PGC-1α ubiquitination은 증가하지 않았다. 따라서 PPARβ/δ 과발현은 지구성 운동에 의한 PGC-1α mRNA 단백질 안정성에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 그러나 PPARβ/δ 과발현은 지구성 운동으로 증가된 PGC-1α mRNA가 단백질로 전환된 후 PGC-1α의 안정성을 증가시킨다.

Enterobacter sp. B54 inhibited growth of the fungus Phytophthora capsici on potato dextrose agar (PDA). Three mutants with antifungal activities (denoted M54-47, M54-113, and M54-329) which were lost or increased, through Pl::Tn5 lac mutagenesis, were used to isolate genes responsible for fungal inhibition on PDA. Two clones were selected from the partially EcoR1-digested genomic library of the wild-type strain by probing with genomic flanking sequences of each mutant. We have isolated a 20-kb EcoR1 genomic DNA fragment from this strain that contains genes involved in hyphal growth inhibition of P. capsici on PDA. Subcloning and expression analysis of the above DNA fragment identified a 8-kb region which was necessary for antifungal activities. A 8-kb HindⅢDNA fragment covers three genomic loci inserted by Tn5 lac in each mutant. This suggested that all genes which are related to antifungal activities might be clustered in simple forms of at least 5-8 kb sizes.

Objectives : The aim of this paper is finding the combinations of the medicinal herbs that are used frequently by analyzing the details of the herbal medicinal prescriptions used by the patients who were diagnosed with M54 code diseases. In addition, I will seek to assess the demonstrative pattern that frequently manifest in the M54 code disease patients by using the combinations of the medicinal herbs that are used frequently. Methods : After having extracted the prescription administered to the patients with the diagnostic code of M54, find the relevance with the demonstrative pattern by analyzing the combination for each of the medicinal herb effectiveness. Use the list of medicinal herbs utilized in the corresponding prescription to examine the most frequent combination of the medicinal herbs through the generation of up to 25 arbitrary combinations of the medicinal herbs. Results & Conclusions : As the results of the analysis of the details of the use of the prescribed herbal medicine packages by the Korean Medicine Hospital of Pusan National University, regarding the back pain of the diagnostic code M54, the prescriptions that corresponded to the kidney deficiency pattern, static blood pattern, wind pattern, dampness pattern, food accumulation pattern, qi depression pattern and phlegm-retained fluid pattern back pain among the back pain classifications under the Dongeuibogam (東醫寶鑑) were used frequently, and, regarding the Nape Pain, prescriptions that corresponded to the pain arising from the wind-dampness and phlegm the 'Taeyang meridian' was most frequent.

본 논문에서는 54 GHz 대역의 위상 고정 루프에서 사용되기 위한 Ring 발진기를 이용한 3 분주 주입 동기 주파수 분주기(Injection-Locked Frequency Divider: ILFD)를 0.13-${\mu}M$ Si RFCMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계, 제작한 결과를 보인다. 1.8 V의 공급 전압에 대해서 buffer단을 포함하여 70 mW의 전력을 소비하며, 입력 신호가 없을 때 0~1.8 V의 varactor 조정 전압 범위에 대하여 18.92~19.31 GHz에서 자유 발진(free-running oscillation)을 하였다. 0 dBm의 입력 전력에 대해서 1.02 GHz(54.82~55.84 GHz)의 동기 범위(locking range)를 가지며 varactor 조정(0~1.8 V)을 포함한 동작 범위(operating range)는 약 2.4 GHz(54.82~57.17 GHz)를 보였다. 제작된 회로의 크기는 측정 pad를 포함하여 0.42 mm${\times}$0.6 mm이며, pad를 제외한 실제 동작 영역의 크기는 0.099 mm${\times}$0.056 mm이다.

In this study, a pepA gene encoding glutamyl (aspartyl)-specific aminopeptidase (PepA; E.C. 3.4.11.7) was cloned from Tetragenococcus halophilus CY54. The translated PepA from T. halophilus CY54 showed very low similarities with PepAs from Lactobacillus and Lactococcus genera. The pepA from T. halophilus CY54 was overexpressed in E. coli BL21(DE3) using pET26b(+). The recombinant PepA was purified by using an Ni- NTA column. The size of the recombinant PepA was 39.13 kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE, while its optimum pH and temperature were pH 5.0 and 60℃, respectively. In addition, the PepA was completely inactivated by 1 mM EDTA, indicating its metallopeptidase nature. The Km and Vmax of the PepA were 0.98 ± 0.006 mM and 0.1 ± 0.002 mM/min, respectively, when Glu-pNA was used as the substrate. This is the first report on PepA from Tetragenococcus species.

Let M be a manifold with a volume form ${\omega}$ and $f:M{\rightarrow}M$ be a diffeomorphism of class 𝒞$^1$ that preserves ${\omega}$. We prove that if M is almost bounded for the diffeomorphism f, then M is chain recurrent. Moreover, we get that Lagrange stable volume-preserving manifolds are also chain recurrent.

본 연구는 초등학교, 중학교 및 고등학교의 급수설비 사용수량의 분석 통해 급수량 산출자료를 추정하여 학교시설 급수시스템의 적정 급수계획에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 강원지역 6개 도시에 소재하는 초 중 고등학교 54개 학교를 대상으로 5년간의 급수설비 사용수량을 분석하였다, 분석결과, 1) 월평균 사용수량의 평균은 $600.7(m^3/mon)$이었으며, 초등학교와 중학교가 $484.2(m^3/mon)$, 고등학교가 $833.8(m^3/mon)$로 분석 되었다. 2) 학급당 월평균 사용수량의 평균은 $27.0(m^3/mon/class)$이었으며, 초등학교와 중학교가 $24.4(m^3/mon/class)$, 고등학교가 $32.(m^3/mon/class)$로 분석 되었다. 3) 1인1일 평균 사용수량의 평균은 55.8(l/c/d)이었으며, 초등학교와 중학교가 54.4(l/c/d), 고등학교가 58.6(l/c/d)로 분석 되었다.
