This study investigated the relationship between Vitamin D levels and indices related to cardiovascular disease in Korean adults aged ${\geq}19years$. The data for analysis were obtained from the sixth Korea National Health Nutrition Examination Survey in 2013 and 2014. The results showed that the incidence of Vitamin D deficiency was 73.1% among Korean adults and that indices related to cardiovascular disease showed an increasing trend (55.6% of Korean adults). The relationship between Vitamin D levels and indices related to cardiovascular disease with controlled physical activity status was also studied. The odds ratios (ORs) for age were 1.72 for the 4-62 years age group (95% CI, 1.53-1.93) and 2.05 for the ${\geq}65years$ age group (95% CI, 1.71-2.45). For blood pressure, the OR for pre-hypertension was 1.30 (95% CI, 1.15-1.47) and that for hypertension was 1.31 (95% CI, 1.11-1.54). For body mass index (BMI), the OR was 1.36 (95% CI, 1.11-1.66) and that for waist circumference (WC) was 1.36 (95% CI, 1.11-1.66). For fasting blood sugar (FBS), the OR for impaired fasting glucose (IFG) was 1.37 (95% CI, 1.21-1.55) and that for diabetes mellitus (DM) was 1.31 (95% CI, 1.05-1.65). The OR for total cholesterol (TC) was 1.30 (95% CI, 1.11-1.52) and that for triglycerides (TG) was 1.20 (95% CI, 1.04-1.37) in Korean adults. There was a significant relationship between Vitamin D and indices related to cardiovascular disease in Korean adults with respect to age, blood pressure, FBS, BMI, TC and TG. Confirmation of a causal relationship between Vitamin D and indices related to cardiovascular disease may require further research consisting of more systematic cohort studies.
Recent fMRI and EEG research for neural representations of action concepts insist that processing of action concepts evoke the simulation of sensory-motor information. Moreover, there are several behavioral studies showing that understanding of action verbs or sentences describing actions interfere or facilitate current action performance. However, it is unclear that online interaction between processing of action concepts and current action is based on the simulation of sensory-motor information, or other neural mechanisms. The present research aims to explore the underlying neural mechanism that how the perception of action language influence the performance of current action using high-spacial temporal resolution EEG and multiple source analysis techniques. For this, participants were asked to perform a cued-motor reaction task in which button-pressing hand action and pedal-stepping foot action were required according to the color of the cue, and we presented auditorily action verbs describing the responding actions (i.e., /press/, /step/, /stop/) just before the color cue and examined the interaction effect from the semantic congruency between the action verbs and the current action. Behavioral results revealed consistently a facilitatory effect when action verbs and responding actions were semantically congruent in both button-pressing and pedal-stepping actions, and an inhibitory effect when semantically incongruent in the button-pressing action condition. In the results of EEG source waveform analysis, the semantic congruency effects between action verbs and the responding actions were observed in the Wernicke's area during the perception of action verbs, in the anterior cingulate gyrus and the supplementary motor area (SMA) at the time when the motor-cue was presented, and in the SMA and primary motor cortex (M1) during action execution stage. Based on the current findings, we argue that perceived action verbs evoke the facilitation/inhibition effect by influencing the expectation and preparation stage of following actions rather than the directly activating the particular motor cortex. Finally we discussed the implication on the neural representation of action concepts and methodological limitations of the current research.

This study aimed to propose the base data to promote the green belt(thereafter GB) regulations and management in Korea. The research took the methods of analysis of citizen's official petitions to the once, of interviews and questionnaire to the of officials of Seoul Metropolitan City who is under the job of managing the GB. The conclusions were as follows. The officials did understand function and necessity of GB well. They especially, put the importance of the purpose of GB on the prevention of the environment of the city and prevention of concentration of population, They recognized that they suffered from the overloaded job on the management of GB in quantity and quality. The seriousness of illegal action of the change of land use, piling-up of materials and productions on the forbidden land, using exclusively of warehouses for agriculture as for commerce and enlarging the area of warehouse with application of leased land for agriculture instead of the agricultural land in law were detected in the officials' cognition. The officials proposed some ideas to prevent above mentioned illegal actions including forcing a person who did illegal actions to punish money to restore environment etc..
This study was conducted to find out the effects of $CO_2$ fertilization (1,000ppm) on the quality and storability of 'Maehyang' strawberry fruits. Qualities such as firmness, soluble solid, and acidity of strawberry fruits showed higher numbers in those treated with $CO_2$ fertilization compared to those after harvest. Strawberry fruits were stored at $8^{\circ}C$; MA condition using $20,000cc{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}day^{-1}{\cdot}atm^{-1}$ OTR (oxygen transmission rate) films and conventional condition using unsealed PE box stored for 20 and 10 days, respectively. Fresh weight loss rate was less than 1.0% in MA storage regardless of $CO_2$ fertilization treatment. Concentrations of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and ethylene in OTR films did not show any significant difference between $CO_2$ fertilization treatment and control (nontreatment) during storage. $CO_2$ fertilization treatments maintained higher firmness after storage regardless of storage methods, but soluble solid, acidity, and surface color did not differ among the treatments. Visual quality and off-flavor based on sensory evaluation was the highest in $CO_2$ fertilization treated strawberry and stored at a MA condition, and was the lowest in $CO_2$ fertilization treated strawberry and those stored in a conventional condition, respectively. The fungal incidence rate of strawberry fruits showed less in $CO_2$ fertilization treatment than control during both MA and conventional storage. These results suggest that $CO_2$ fertilization can improve firmness, increase visual quality after harvest and storage at $8^{\circ}C$, and the MA storage method enhances the shelf-life of 'Maehyang' strawberry fruits.
Objective of this research was to investigate the influence of lowered substrate pH on the reduction of bicarbonate injury in the vegetative growth of 'Ssanta' strawberry. The acid substrate was formulated by mixing sphagnum peat moss with pine bark (5:5, v/v) and the pH, EC, and CEC of the substrate were 4.07, $0.46dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$, and $91.3cmol^+{\cdot}kg^{-1}$, respectively. To adjust the pH of acid substrate, various amount of dolomitic lime [$CaMg(CO_3)_2$] were incorporated with the rate of 0 (untreated), 1, 2, 3, and $4g{\cdot}L^{-1}$. Then, mother plants were transplanted and grown with fertilizer solution containing $240mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ of the $HCO_3{^-}$ and equal concentrations of essential nutrients to Hoagland solution. In growth of 'Ssanta' strawberry, fresh weight of mother plants were the highest in the treatment of $2g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ dolomitic lime such as 102.1 g followed by 94.7 g in $1g{\cdot}L^{-1}$, 91.2 g in $3g{\cdot}L^{-1}$, 75.7 g in $0g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ and 72.3 g in $4g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ treatments. The dry weight showed a similar tendency to fresh weight. At 140 days after transplanting, 5.8, 9.8, 11.8, 8.8, and 5.0 daughter plants were derived from each of the mother plants in the treatments of 0, 1, 2, 3, and $4g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ dolomitic lime, respectively. The highest occurrence of daughter plants were observed in the treatments $2g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ dolomitic lime. The substrate pH and bicarbonate concentration of 'Ssanta' strawberry seedlings in the 1 and $2g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ dolomitic lime treatments were maintained at a proper range such as 5.6 to 6.2. The micro-nutrient contents of above ground tissue in mother plants were the highest in $2g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ and the lowest in $4g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ dolomitic lime treatment. The above results indicate that incorporation rate of dolomitic lime in acid substrate with the pH of around 4 is $2g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ to raise the 'Ssanta' strawberry in propagation.
We have investigated the characteristics of $Al_{0.55}Ga_{0.45}N$/GaN heterostructures with and without low-temperature (LT) AlN interlayer grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. The structural and optical properties were systematically studied by Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy (OMS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and photoluminescence (PL). The Al content (x) of 55% and the structural properties of $Al_xGa_{1-x}N$/GaN heterostructures were investigated by using RBS and XRD, respectively. We carried out OMS and SEM experiments and obtained a decrease of the crack network in $Al_{0.55}Ga_{0.45}N$ layer with LT-AlN interlayer. A two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG)-related PL peak located at ${\sim}3.437eV$ was observed at 10 K for $Al_{0.55}Ga_{0.45}N$/GaN with LT-AlN interlayer. The 2DEG-related emission intensity gradually decreased with increasing temperature and disappeared at temperatures around 100 K. In addition, with increasing the excitation power above 3.0 mW, two 2DEG-related PL peaks were observed at ${\sim}3.411$ and ${\sim}3.437eV$. The observed lower-energy and higher-energy side 2DEG peaks were attributed to the transitions from the sub-band level and the Fermi energy level of 2DEG at the AlGaN/LT-AlN/GaN heterointerface, respectively.
I. Shear Bond Strength to Air-dried and Remoistened Dentin.. The effect of air-drying and remoistening of acid-conditioned dentin before priming with the primer of All-Bond 2(BISCO. INC., U. S. A.) on shear bond strength(SBS) was investigated. Ninty freshly extracted sound human molars were divided at random into 9 groups of 10 teeth each. SBSs were meaured for acid-conditioned and non-conditioned dentin to which the primer and bonding agent of All-Bond 2 and composite resin(Z-100, 3M Dental Products, U. S. A.) were applied. The following values(Mean${\pm}$ SD, MPa) were obtained for the groups conditioned with 10% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds: Group l(blot dried) $6.7{\pm}4.1$ ; Group 2(10 seconds dried) $16.1{\pm}5.3$ ; Group 3(20 seconds dried) $15.4{\pm}4.8$ ; Group 4(30 seconds dried) $15.2{\pm}6.3$ ; Group 5(10 seconds dried/remoistened) $26.4{\pm}2.6$ ; Group 6(20 seconds dired/remositened) $22.2{\pm}2.7$ ; Group 7(30 seconds dried/remoistened) $21.5{\pm}4.1$. For the non-conditioned groups the values were: Group 8 (blot dried) $13.3{\pm}2.6$ ; Group 9(10 seconds dried) $12.9{\pm}3.5$. The data were analyzed using ANOVA. In the acid-conditioned groups, mean values of SBS for the air-dried specimens(Grps. 2, 3 and 4) and the 20 and 30 seconds dried/remoistened specimens (Grps. 6 and 7) were significantly lower than that of blot dried specimens.(p<0.05) The value for 10 seconds dried/remoistened specimens (Grp. 5), however, was not statistically different compared to that of blot dried specimens.(p>0.05) In the non-conditined groups, there was no statistical difference between blot dried and 10 seconds dried specimens.(p>0.05) The results suggest that the acid-conditioned dentin surface is more vulnerable to dentin bonding when it is air-dried or even remoistened after long period of drying. II. Shear bond stengh to the moistened and primed enamel. The effect of moistening and priming of enamel compared to the air-drying of enamel on the shear bond strength of enamel bonding agent was investigated. The experiment was divided into 4 groups each containing 10 caries-free maxillary incisor teeth. Shear bond strength values were measured for the primed and non-primed enamel to which All-Bond 2 and Z-100 were applied. The following values(MPa) were obtained for the primed groups pretreated with 32 % phosphoric acid for 15 seconds. : Group 1 (10 seconds dried) $29.8{\pm}2.2$ ; Group 2(moistened) $26.8{\pm}5.4$. For the non-primed groups the values were: Group 3(10 seconds dried/primed) $27.6{\pm}5.0$ ; Group 4(mostened/primed) $28.2{\pm}3.5$. The data were subjected to statistical analysis using ANOVA. The results showed that mean shear bond strengths among the experimental groups were not statistically different. (p>0.05) Conclusively, It is suggested that the bonding ability to enamel is not decreased by the moistening and priming of the enamel.

Proteoglycan is highly hydrophilic and negatively charged which enable them attract the water. The objective of study was to investigate the effects of Proteoglycan on microtensile bond strength of dentin adhesives and on architecture of dentin collagen matrix of acid etched dentin by removing the chondroitin sulphate attached on Proteoglycan. A flat dentin surface in mid-coronal portion of tooth was prepared. After acid etching, half of the specimens were immersed in 0.1 U/mL chondroitinase ABC (C-ABC) for 48 h at $37^{\circ}C$, while the other half were stored in distilled water. Specimens were bonded with the dentin adhesive using three different bonding techniques (wet, dry and re-wet) followed by microtensile bond strength test. SEM examination was done with debonded specimen, resin-dentin interface and acid-etched dentin surface with/without C-ABC treatment. For the subgroups using wet-bonding or dry-bonding technique, microtensile bond strength showed no significant difference after C-ABC treatment (p > 0.05). Nevertheless, the subgroup using rewetting technique after air dry in the Single Bond 2 group demonstrated a significant decrease of microtensile bond strength after C-ABC treatment. Collagen architecture is loosely packed and some fibrils are aggregated together and relatively collapsed compared with normal acid-etched wet dentin after C-ABC treatment. Further studies are necessary for the contribution to the collagen architecture of noncollagenous protein under the various clinical situations and several dentin conditioners and are also needed about long-term effect on bond strength of dentin adhesive.

In this study, a blend of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) and ammonia (NH$_3$) was used to achieve high absorption rates for carbon dioxide (CO$_2$) as suggested at several literatures. The absorption rates of aqueous AMP and blended AMP+NH$_3$ solutions with CO$_2$ and nitrogen dioxide (NO$_2$) were measured using a stirred-cell reactor at 303 K. The effect of the added NH$_3$ to enhance absorption characteristics of AMP was studied. The performances were evaluated under various operating conditions. The absorption rates increased following the increase of the concentration of NH$_3$. The absorption rate of NH$_3$ blended into 30 wt.% AMP solution with NO$_2$ at 303 K was 12.6$\sim$32.6% higher than that of aqueous AMP solution without NH3. Also, the addition of 3 wt.% NH$_3$ to 30 wt.% AMP increased 48.2$\sim$41.6% values for the reactions with CO$_2$ and NO$_2$ at 303 K. Therefore, it clearly shows that the reaction rate of AMP with CO$_2$ and NO$_2$ can be increased by the addition of NH$_3$.
These study were conducted to determine the effects of a whole or steam-flaked corn based diet on rumen microbial fermentation in vitro and ruminal metabolism in the Korean Native Goat(KNG) in vivo. The experiments consisted of two dietary treatments: control, steam-flaked corn(SFC) based diet(80%) + rice straw mixed(20%)(SFCR); 100% whole corn based diet(WC). The first experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of whole corn on ruminal metabolism in vitro for 0 to 48 h. pH values were optimally maintained during incubation time, and were not significantly different between treatments. Gas production of SFCR was significantly higher than WC(p<0.01). $NH_3$-N concentration tended to increase for WC, but not significantly different between treatments. The mean value of total volatile fatty acid concentration of WC was significantly lower than SFCR(p<0.01), but SFCR and WC linearly increased as the time of incubation approached 48 h. Mean value of acetate concentration of SFCR was significantly higher than WC(p<0.01). Propionate concentration of WC for the total incubation time was significantly higher than SFCR(p<0.01). The digestibility of dry matter was not significantly different between treatments, but SFCR was somewhat higher than WC. The second experiment was conducted to effect of whole shelled corn based diet on rumen metabolism in KNG. pH values tended to decrease through all treatments. There was not a significantly difference between treatments. Microbial protein yield of SFCR was significantly higher than WC(p<0.01). $NH_3$-N concentration of WC was significantly (p<0.01) higher than SFCR. Total VFA and propionate concentration of WC was significantly higher than SFCR(p<0.01), but acetate concentrate of WC was not significantly higher than SFCR. The mean value of total lactate concentration was significantly(p<0.01) different but the value of SFCR and WC were lower than the average concentration of acidosis. In sacco DM disappearance rate of SFC was significantly(p<0.01) higher than WC.

① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는

- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
