Results - First, the lower dimension concepts of e-service quality, reliability, and tangibility had a significant influence on customer commitment, and responsiveness had a significant negative influence. However, aesthetics did not have a significant influence on that. Secondly, aesthetics had a significant influence on long-term orientation, but reliability, tangibility, and responsiveness did not have a significant influence. Thirdly, reliability, tangibility, and aesthetics had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. However, responsiveness had a negative influence. • Purpose: This study tried to identify changes in family burden after the introduction of the long-term care insurance and to examine the factors influencing subjective and objective caring burden and depression of family caregivers of elders receiving home-based long-term care. Methods: Data were collected from 203 family caregivers of elders from August 1 to 31, 2015 using questionnaires. They were analyzed in descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of depression was 7.24, which suggested mild depression level. The subjective family burden was 2.71 and the objective burden 3.04. The factors affecting depression included subjective burden (t=5.08, p<.001), objective burden (t=2.80, p=.006), time of elderly care per day (t=-3.61, p< .001), caregiving duration (t=3.33, p=.001), age (t=3.13, p=.002), family relationship (t=2.48, p=.014), and economic status (t=1.99, p=.047). Conclusion: The family burden was most important influencing factor on caregiver's depression. Therefore, services and supports to alleviate caregivers' burden in the home-based care should be added to long-term care.

Methods: Data were collected using structured questionnaires given to 135 nurses working at six long-term care hospitals in C City. The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's α, t-test, one-way ANOVA, a Scheffé test, and with Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The average score for professional self-concept was 2.78 points (out of 4 points), and the average score for job satisfaction was 3.11 points (out of 5 points). Significant differences were found for professional self-concept according to age, marriage status, total work experience, number of patients per nurse, and position, while job satisfaction showed significant differences depending on age and the number of patients in the ward. Professional self-concept and job satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation (r=.46, p<.001). Conclusion: In long-term care hospitals, it is necessary to provide education programs about nursing practice, communication, and leadership to enhance the professional self-concept of nurses. With regard to job satisfaction for nurses, it is imperative to improve the work environment of long-term care hospitals.

Third, it assessed effectiveness of Web site's IPP on organization legitimacy ensured continuous survival of organization. A research model was proposed and subsequent hypotheses were empirically tested with partial least square (PLS) based on 684 responses from the users of 21 Internet Website among entirely finance, recruit, portal /e-store Web site. It was learned that CCS(as a communication method) and relationship quality(representing long-term relational outcomes)was positively associated with decreasing user's IPC more than privacy risk. Also, legitimacy to information privacy practice positively associated with willingness to information providing more than negative effect of IPC. Lastly, their association strength was partially moderated by the type of real information sensitivity.

  • Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), a potent gastric acid inhibitor, are widely used in gastric acid-related diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulcer, and are known as the most frequently used drugs worldwide. However, as the frequency of use increases, the number of cases of long-term PPI therapy without clear indications is increasing. Recently, there have been concerns about the risk of gastric cancer in patients with long-term PPI users. Potential mechanisms for the association between PPI and gastric cancer include enterochromaffin-like cell proliferation due to hypergastrinemia caused by gastric acid suppression, progression of atrophic gastritis, and corpus-predominant type through interaction with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. Several epidemiologic studies showed controversial results on the issue, and it is difficult to prove a causal relationship between PPI and gastric cancer. Nevertheless, long-term PPI should be administered cautiously based on individual risk-benefit profile, specifically among those with history of H. pylori infection, in high-risk region of gastric cancer.

  • This paper investigates the existence of a long-run relationship between world oil price and consumer price index for Korea during 1983~1999. The cointegration and error correction modelling approaches have been applied. Empirical results suggest that there exists a long-run relationship among world oil prices. consumer prices, M2 and a production gap variable. The dynamic behavior of the relationship has been investigated by estimating a error correction model, in which the error correction term have been found significant. The error correction model has also been found to be robust as it satisfy almost all relevant diagnostic tests.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of conflict formation, conflict resolution type, and relationship performance between convenience store franchise headquarters and franchise stores operated by the franchise system located in the metropolitan area. The conclusion could be summarized as follows. First, according to factor analysis based on the previous research, the factor of conflict between convenience store headquarters and franchisee was tied to three factors such as goal disagreement, doctrinal discrepancy, and interdependence, whereas conflict resolution type was linked to three factors such as cooperation type, attack type, and avoidance type. Finally, the relationship performance is tied to three factors: financial performance, long-term cooperation, and non-financial performance. Second, as a result of Hypothesis 1, the interdependence was positively correlated when the cooperative type was the dependent variable. The target discrepancy was significantly positive(+) when the aggressive type was the dependent variable. The interdependence was significantly negative(-) when the avoidance type was the dependent variable. There also was a significantly positive(+) relationship in the target disagreement. Third, for Hypothesis 2, it is shown that target inconsistency is negative(-) for all cases where financial performance, long-term cooperation, and non-financial performance are dependent variables. Fourth, for Hypothesis 3, when the financial performance is the dependent variable, only the cooperative type shows a positive(+) relationship. On the other hand, when the long-term cooperation and the non-financial aptitude are the dependent variables, the cooperative type has a significant positive(+) relationship.

  • The study assesses the impact of trade liberalization factors on changes in customs revenues in Vietnam. Research data was conducted between 2002 and 2017 on the official website of the Government's Web Portal and The World Bank. This paper uses the vector error correction model to estimate the short-term and long term relationship between data series. The results have proven that tariff reductions have a positive effect on short-term and long-term customs revenues in Vietnam. However, the implementation of other international commitments on trade liberalization has positive short-term and long-term negative impacts on customs revenues in Vietnam. The study's results also show that exchange rate has no effect on changes in customs revenues in the short term but it has a strong impact on increasing customs revenues in the long run. Based on these findings, the article also suggests a number of policies to ensure customs revenues in Vietnam in future. In order to ensure customs revenues, the government of Vietnam should: (1) having some policy to improve the efficiency of customs management in Vietnam; (2) Building appropriate VND exchange rate policy; (3) Establishing reasonable non - tariff barriers to prevent fraud and ovations cause losses in customs revenues.
