물류비에 관한 연구는 물류비를 구성하고 있는 요소들의 복잡성만큼 물류비를 산출하고, 특성을 분석하는 것에 많은 노력이 요구된다. 이러한 이유로 물류비 산출은 정부차원의 조사에서 많이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 물류비의 산출기준이 명확하지 않고 또한 물류비 항목별 비율을 조사하는데도 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되는 게 사실이다. SCM 주체의 확대에 따라 물류비를 결정하는 요인들 또한 다양해 졌으며, 기업환경의 변화로 인해 물류비 영향요인들의 변화가 있어왔다. 따라서 물류비에 대한 연구는 물류비를 구성하고 있는 요소들의 세분화와 이들의 특성을 구분하여 접근해야 한다. 물류비의 구성요소는 그 기업이 처해있는 상황이나 여건에 의해 이를 구성하는 요소들이 달라질 수 있거나 요소들의 특성이 구분되기 때문이다. 이러한 특성의 분석과 원인에 대한 분석 없이 무조건적으로 수송비나 보관비와 같은 요소절약 전략은 기업의 특성에 맞지 않는 대안이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류비 구성요소별 특성 분석을 바탕으로 하여 물류비 산정과 물류비 절감 노력에 기초적으로 가정하고 고려해야 하는 부분들에 대한 연구에 목적을 둔다.

This research was conducted in order to present the strategies of implementing the logistics information system for effective logistics cost management with the case study of a leading global company. The strategy for effective logistics information system can be derived from the 3 different viewpoints, Firstly the effective global logistics management can be insured by means of the efforts of the reinforced total organization. Secondly from the process-oriented perspective, we should recognize the logistics process as the core factor of the competitive strategy and innovate the logistics process itself for the logistics cost reduction. Finally, the logistics cost will be effectively managed through establishing its logistics information strategy which maximizes the utilization of the information technologies. The case study of 'A' electronics company shows that its logistics management system provides the company with various visibilities about its logistics cost and the direct and indirect benefits over billions of wons per year as well. Therefore we can conclude that the research model provided in this research is validated. This study presents the concrete implementation strategies of the logistics information system and verifies the validity of the strategies by means of the case study of a leading company.

If do not become whole optimization because enterprise's individual enterprise internal determinate improvement effort is associated with activity in enterprise SCM, competitive power can not but be extremely limited the result. Therefore, to spur in hidden cost's discovery and logistics' optimization is actuality. In this paper, as long as it is by logistics cost except empty driving if reverse logistics happens in distribution channel progressing, logistics reverse logistics' hidden cost through model that do minimization profit of logistics to look for plan that can do maximization try. Finally, is based on dual of distribution cost and profit of logistics and reverse logistics and achieves Pull, optimal system modeling that use Push system and gropes method of effective logistics cost.

Many Korean companies are challenged to reduce logistics cost and meet environmental-friendly logistics. The textile companies in harsh competition are requested to make improvement on their logistics environment to cut down the total cost. However, they have reached the limit on improving the manufacturing process. We believe that the logistics department is the most improvable part at present. Improving logistics will be highly effective to cut down the total cost. In this study, we present Pad Pool System(PPS) as the solution to save their logistics cost. PPS, which means the shared use of Styrofoam pads, will enable the textile companies to cut down their cost and strengthen enterprise competitiveness. Also, PPS will be helpful reducing environmental disruption because the system reuses retrieved Styrofoam pads many times.

As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the logistics components like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies should have many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise and install the SC network reducing them. Therefore, this research is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea and analyzing interaction effects between strategies and influence on logistics cost by these strategies. As the method of analysis, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs. we expect that analysis method of this paper would be applied various industries and used the efficient tools for the decision mating by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.

수익을 창출하거나 비용을 절감하여 이익극대화를 달성하는 것은 기업의 목표이다. 그러나 기업들 스스로의 노력으로 달성 가능한 것은 수익의 창출보다는 비용절감을 어떻게 하느냐이다. 이러한 경제적 환경 하에서 물류비의 절감은 비용절감의 가장 좋은 방법 중 하나이다. 물류비는 기업이 존속하는 한 계속 발생되며, 고객요구의 다양화에 의한 다품종 소량생산에 따라 물류 비중이 커지게 하고 있어 경쟁력을 약화시키고 나아가 기업존속도 위협하고 있다. 이에 CVP (Cost - Volume Profit)(Cost-Volume Profit) 분석기법의 장점을 활용하여 기업실무에 적용 가능한 물류비 관리시스템을 고려하고자 한다. 즉, 물류비를 분석 즉, 물류비 항목을 분석하고 고정비와 변동비의 원가 형태로 분리하고, CVP 분석에 의하여 물류비도표를 작성하고, 기존 물류비선과 신규 물류비 선을 비교 분석한다. 추가적으로, 물류활동별 물류수익도 고려 가능하면 함께 분석한다. 따라서 정확한 물류비를 산정하지 못하여도 물류비 형태분석만으로 자사에 적합한 물류전략을 계획할 수 있도록 유용한 정보를 제공하여 물류경쟁력을 증가시킬 것이다.

In this study, we investigate how logistics standardization affects on the cost of the firm. For this study, we survey the firms' logistics standardization. The analysis of the effects of logistics standardization in the firm level finds that the firm may reduce its cost by 11.8$\%$ with its logistics standardization and decrease the logistics cost in the total Korean firm level by 5 trillion Won. This study also finds that the logistics standardization can reduce the total fright costs by 25 trillion Won.

기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 다양한 비용절감에 관한 노력을 하고 있고, 그 중 원가절감을 위한 여러 방법을 강구하고 있다. 효율적으로 원가를 절감하기 위해 원가의 구성요소를 파악해보면 재료비, 노무비, 경비 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 중 재료비와 경비 등에 속하는 구매비와 재고비, 물류비 등을 절감하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 물류비에는 제품 포장비, 운송에 관련된 여러 부대비용, 제품의 보관비, 상하역비, 유동비 등 여러 가지 요소로 구성되어 있어서 실제 기업의 물류비를 계산하거나 물류비 절감을 위한 원가절감모델을 구축하는데 많은 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 자사의 물류센터를 두고 상품의 분류, 재고관리, 배송까지 일관하는 방법으로 물류비를 절감하고 있는 의류회사 P사의 실제 데이터를 이용하여 기존 알고리즘과 본 연구에서 제안한 알고리즘을 이용해 물류비를 계산하고 비교한다. 본 연구를 통해 P사의 물류비를 분석하여 물류체계의 문제점을 찾고 해결할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다.

The objective of this paper is to identify the problems of Korean inland transportation system and suggest the improvement plan for reducing the export logistics cost. The results are as follows: (1) Expansion of logistics hub facilities : Logistics hub facilities- integrated freight terminal and ICD, etc. can shorten the empty leg and reduce the logistics cost. (2) Design for CVO(Commercial Vehicle Operations) : CVO has various functions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of freight transportation. (3) Rationalization of freight transportation industry : In particular, the deregulation of the motor freight industry and the privatization of the railway industry induce the competition among their firms and undercut the transportation rates in the long run. (4) Use of third-party logistics : The benefits of TPL are system reliability, improved customer service, and more efficient cost performance.
