Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Purpose: Maritime sector is fundamental to international trade; there is no doubt that seafarers have played an essential role in maritime shipping and distribution science industry. Thus, this study uses Grey models to predict the number of seafarers in Vietnam expecting to provide a range of future seafarers. Research design, data and methodology: Statistics data are adopted for numbers of seafarers by Vietnam Maritime Administration categorizing into three types: Officers at Management level, Officers at Operational level and Navigation - Engine officer cadet. Results: The results have showed that a lack of qualified seafarers in the distribution industry, which has become a global issue and Vietnam is facing challenges of providing enough supply of seafarers in the next few years. Since there has been a concern of the unbalance between demand and supply of seafarers, researches in maritime sector needs a high accuracy in forecasting the number of available qualified seafarers in Vietnam. Conclusion: This method can be applied to predict numbers of other human resources in transportation, distribution and/or logistics industries when the information is poor and insufficient. The next few years are predicted to witness a downtrend in sailors - oilers which leads to the fact that the total number of available seafarers is decreased.

Recently, automobile industry expands from mechatronics area through intelligent information area, and the telematics technology is one of the greatest developing points. The telematics is utilizing the on-board-unit of vehicle's communication system, and it provides necessary information and value-added service to vehicles as well as drivers. Most of the telematics offers the solution of searching a route or generates an optimal path. This paper investigates telematics with the logistics point of view, such as freight location tracking, vehicle emergency information, etc. The telematics is a core technology of automobile industry, and it becomes new business paradigm of IP(information provider). Especially, ETA(estimated arrival time) of freight and distribution tracing information are critical issues in the logistics industry. The successful integration with telematics is introduced in the paper.

Purpose - The business model is a method of creating corporate value, in existing "classification of business model", limitations and redundancy phenomena are applied when a new type flows in, and as consumer's purchasing decision of consumer behavior 5 steps. The classification schemes can be used for more accurate data analysis by proposing a new mapping technique in the fourth industry. Research design, data, and methodology - It was far more classified on the business model (BMS by BDS), and so on. Designing the new horizons of logistics, marketing, methodology by reclassifying these existing data to new useful data with the old methods, in order to analyze the areas where the problem has been raised for the point that the existing methods are not suitable configured. This will be applicable to the system of quaternary industry from the perspective of the buyer. Results - The mapping results of the consumer purchase decision were as follows,the 1^st stage (interest) was 23.73%, 2^nd stages (publicity) 33.90%, 3^rd stages (sales) 13.56%, 4^th stages (decision) 11.86%, 5^th stages (repurchaser) 16.95%. This verified that "the business model can be classified through "BMS by BDS". Conclusions - This structural classification is the basis of logistics marketing in the 4th industry, and proposes a innovative and effective model of constructing theory.

세계화의 진전으로 기업 간의 경쟁은 날로 치열해지고 있으며 그동안 단순 비용으로만 인식되던 물류분야가 비용과 서비스 제고 측면에서 제3의 이익원으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 물류경로 상에서 공급자와 판매자 및 수송과 보관의 연계를 원활하게 수행하도록 하는 핵심 인프라인 물류센터의 관심이 고조되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 활성화 및 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통하여 선행연구 및 물류센터의 개요 및 역할, 현황 등에 대하여 알아보았으며 물류센터의 문제점 파악과 더불어 물류시설의 수요조사 및 표준화 구축을 위한 가이드 제시, 관련 법령 및 제도 정비, 규제 보완, 불공정 거래 척결을 위한 방안 등의 정책 개선, 공동화, 정보화 등을 통한 효율적 운영을 위한 시스템 구축, 안전관리, 원가산정을 통한 비용개선, 파트너쉽 구축, 재정적 지원, 부처별 협력 등의 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 방안은 물류센터의 활성화 및 선진화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

물류서비스는 경제주체간의 원활한 상품 수송을 도모하여 구매, 소비를 뒷받침하는 효율적 경제 및 시장의 필수조건이다. 특히 기업의 물류활동은 소비자에게 전달하고자하는 제품 및 서비스의 생산과 유통을 책임지는 필수 기업활동이자 기업 경쟁력의 원천이다. 그러나 국내 물류기업의 영세성 및 낮은 생산성, 물류산업체계의 비효율성, 2자 물류기업 중심으로 성장하면서 비롯된 전문 제3자 물류 전문시장의 성장 한계, 물류기업의 해외진출 미흡, 물류 전문인력 부족 등이 해결해야 할 과제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 제3자 물류업의 개념과 발전과정을 살펴보고, 국내 제3자 물류업 시장 현황을 분석하여 이를 근거로 수요측면 즉 기업측면, 공급측면, 정부의 정책적 지원측면으로 구분하여 국내 제3자 물류업의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 스마트 유통물류센터 구축 요인을 파악하고, 요인별 중요도를 산출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법론은 전문가의 지식을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 CFPR(Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relations)법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 대요인(Principle factors)에 "서비스"가 0.271로 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인으로 분석되었고, 다음으로는 인프라(0.254), 정보시스템(0.247), 장비(0.228)순으로 나타났다. 한편, 세부 요인별(Detailed factors)로 보면 "신뢰성"요인의 중요도가 0.091로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이어 "정보시스템의 가시성"(0.076), "인프라의 공간고도화"(0.075), "입지"(0.074) 그리고 "서비스의 만족도"(0.073) 순으로 높게 평가되었다. 본 연구는 스마트 유통물류센터에 대한 구축방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)는 빠른 정보 제공, 문서 작업 감소, 원활한 정보교환, 고객 서비스 향상 등의 장점을 지니고 있어 수년간 기업 활동을 지원하는 수단으로 널리 활용되어 왔다. 하지만 최근 인터넷을 통해 e-비즈니스 환경이 구현됨에 따라 EDI는 e-비즈니스를 수행하는 문서양식과 서식, 문서내용, 비즈니스 프로세스, 문서 처리방법 및 표현방법 등을 포함하는 정보활동의 총체적 개념인 ebXML(electronic business eXtensibleMarkup Language) 프레임워크(Framework)로 변화해 가고 있다. 이러한 ebXML 프레임워크를 산업에 적용하기 위해서는 비즈니스 프로세스(BP)나 핵심 컴포넌트(CC), 협력규약 프로필(CPP), 협력규약 합의(CPA)를 등록하는 등록저장소, 메세징 시스템 등이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 타 산업에 비해 상대적으로 EDI를 많이 사용하고 있는 항만물류산업을 대상으로 EDI 시스템의 현황 및 문제점과 업무 프로세스를 분석하였다. 업무 프로세스 분석을 통해 ebXML프레임워크의 핵심요소인 등록저장소에 등록될 비즈니스 프로세스를 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론(UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology)을 사용하여 정의하고 모델링 하였다. 본 연구에서는 ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업에 적용하기 위해 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론에 따라 협업(Business Collaborations), 트랜잭션(Business Transactions), 문서흐름(Business Document Flows), 구성법(Choreography), 패턴(Pattem) 등을 UML(Unified Modeling Lanfuage)로 표현하였으며, 본 연구결과를 통하여 ebXML 프레임워크를 타 산업에 적용할 수 있는 메타방안을 제시하고 있으며, 항만물류산업에 속한 개별기업에서 실제 시스템을 구현할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 목적으로 하고 있다.

According to result of this paper, shipping companies tend to choose a third party logistics company that is able to provide consulting services that is the core of the administration of distribution. Shipping companies expect that the consulting services would be able to increase the efficiency through utilizing not logistics functions of shipping, unloading, storage, and information but performance indices of logistics activities. Because shipping companies generally regard that third party logistics not only has no expertise but also is small, in order to activate third-party logistics industry, the consulting services should be improved.

Nowadays, logistics parks are no longer simply storage areas but rather the center of corporate supply activities. As the importance of logistics increases, so does the value of logistics related facilities. Unlike the past, in which the sole purpose of logistics services was the spatial movement of materials through transportation, modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.
