Inchon Port is the second largest import-export port of Korea, and has the point ant issue such as the excessive logistics cost because of the limits of handing capacity and the chronic demurrage. There is few research activities on the analysis and improvement of the whole port operation, because Inchon Port not only has the dual dock system and various facilities but also handles a various kind of cargo. The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TOC(terminal operation company) system executed from March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density function for this parameters are estimated. The main mechanism of simulation model is the discrete event-driven simulation and the next-event time advancing. The program is executed based on the knowledge base and database, and is constructed using VISUAL BASIC and ACCESS database. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing scenarios such as the variation of cargo ton and cargo handing level, the increase of service rate, and so on, and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

Purpose - This study intended to identify how resilience and character strength among employees are influenced by employment instability and the negative impact it could have on job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study hypothesizes that employment instability will have a negative effect on resilience and character strength, but resilience and character strength will have a positive effect on job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing. A total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected and utilized for analysis. Results - Employment instability was found to have a negative impact not only on job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing but also on employee resilience and character strength. Conclusion - The results suggest that along with the necessity for a strategic approach at the corporate level, enterprises should also acknowledge employee failures and support them in job situations. They should create a positive work environment and a structure of empowerment, interesting jobs, and a positive organizational culture to build various systems and the ability to enhance self-esteem and stamina in order to reinforce character strength.

On February 18, 2019, the Chinese government officially released the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which will lead the country in a new round of reform and opening-up. The Greater Bay Area will become a dynamic world-class city cluster, an international scientific and technological innovation center with global influence, an important support for the development of the "One Belt And One Road", a demonstration area for in-depth cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, and a high-quality living area for living, working and traveling. Non-Pearl River Delta(Non-PRD) cities in Guangdong Province are adjacent to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, so it is of practical significance to promote the high-quality development of urban tourism from an international perspective. Based on the panel data released in Guangdong Yearbook 2019, this paper uses the envelopment data analysis (DEA) method to explore ways to promote the high-quality tourism development of Non-PRD cities in Guangdong Province based on the perspective of international development.

The South Korean Navy has operated Harpoon guided missiles through step-by-step acquisition after adopting them for the first time in 1978. As Harpoon guided missiles have been operated for a long time, it is necessary to make an active follow-up logistics support to guarantee their performance. Inspection of guided missiles is a basic activity to check the status of missiles. This study was conducted to check if the existing inspection interval of Harpoon guided missiles that have been operated for a long time was appropriate. Regarding research methods, based on the Navy's field operation materials, this study analyzed and presented inspection interval by section according to the period of operation, utilizing the Martinez's theory and a non-parametric MCF technique.

Purpose - This study is aiming to provide policy makers with new insights to promote the consumption of locally-grown produces in the HMR industry by exploring what kinds of policies Japan, UK and Italy have developed. Research design - After introduction, the research starts to review the existing literature related to the promotion of local produce consumption, and then, compares the policies introduced by the above countries. Finally, the authors draw conclusions on the basis of research findings. Results - Firstly, central government has to collaborate with local authorities to promote local food consumption in the HMR industry. Secondly, countries have strengthened food label system to enhance local food consumption, in terms of country of origin. Thirdly, all of nations has highlighted food safety to protect customers. Fourthly, the government has created the business environment forcing HMR operators and retailers to follow the government's policy. Fifthly, it is necessary to support the social communities to enhance their social responsibility, from the government's point of view. Lastly, the social responsibility and the ethical administration of retailers should be sustainably strengthened by social atmosphere. Conclusions - In line with the growth of HMR products, governments have to make a considerable effort to develop innovative methods to promote local food consumption in the HMR industry.

As the 4th industrial revolution progresses, the application of several cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and mixed reality (MR) in relation to autonomous ships is being considered in the maritime logistics field. The aim of this study was to apply the concept of a digital twin model based on Human Machine Interaction (HMI) including a digital twin model and the role of an operator to a ship. The role of the digital twin is divided into information provision, support, decision, and implementation. The role of the operator is divided into operation, decision-making, supervision, and standby. The system constituting the ship was investigated. The digital twin system that could be applied to the ship was also investigated. The cloud-based digital twin system architecture that could apply investigated applications was divided into ship data collection (part 1), cloud system (part 2), analysis system/ application (part 3), and MR/mobile system (part 4). A Mixed Reality device HoloLens was used as an HMI equipment to perform a simulation test of a digital twin system of an 8 m battery-based electric propulsion ship.

Internet of Things(IoT) has become a key available technology for efficiently implementing device to device(D2D) services in various domains such as smart home, healthcare, smart city, agriculture, energy, logistics, and transportation. A lightweight publish/subscribe(Pub/Sub) messaging protocol not only establishes data dissemination pattern but also supports connectivity between IoT devices and their applications. Also, a Pub/Sub broker is deployed to facilitate data exchange among IoT devices. A scalable edge-based publish/subscribe (Pub/Sub) broker overlay networks support latency-sensitive IoT applications. In this paper, we design a hypercube grid quorum(HGQ) for distributed Pub/Sub systems based IoT applications. In designing HGQ, the network of hypercube structures suitable for the publish/subscribe model is built in the edge layer, and the proposed HGQ is designed by embedding a mesh overlay network in the hypercube. As their applications, we propose an HGQ-based mechansim for dissemination of the data of sensors or the message/event of IoT devices in IoT environments. The performance of HGQ is evaluated by analytical models. As the results, the latency and load balancing of applications based on the distributed Pub/Sub system using HGQ are improved.

In 2017, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted MSC.428 (98), which recommends establishing a cyber-risk management system in Ship Safety Management Systems (SMSs) from January 2021. The 27th International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) also discussed prioritizing cyber-security (cyber-risk management) in developing systems to support Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) operations (IALA guideline on developments in maritime autonomous surface ships). In response to these international discussions, Korea initiated the Korea Autonomous Surface Ship technology development project (KASS project) in 2020. Korea has been carrying out detailed tasks for cybersecurity technology development since 2021. This paper outlines the basic concept of ship network security equipment for supporting MASS ship operation in detailed task of cybersecurity technology development and defines ship network security equipment interface for MASS ship applications.

During the Japanese colonial period, Japan exploited the entire Korean Peninsula and targeted not only cities but also rural areas. The exploitation of rural area was accelerated with the support of Oriental colonization Company and The countryside was a living scene of direct exploitation. However, most of the research was concentrated in representative port cities such as Kunsan, which transports logistics such as rice and grains. There was insufficient research on how Japanese entered the country, how Korean were plundered, and the rural villages that were the target of exploitation. The contents of hi-exploitation were also historical and historical humanities such as colonial land ownership and farm management, and the spatial structure of the existing traditional villages were insufficiently investigated.
