본 연구는 중국의 각 지역별 시장에 대한 옴니채널시장 잠재력을 분석·평가함으로써 한국 물류기업 및 소매유통기업의 협력진출을 위한 전략수립에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 중국의 전자상거래, 소매판매, 특송서비스에 영향을 미치는 변수를 문헌연구를 토대로 추출하여 회귀분석 및 분산분해 분석을 실시하였다. 즉, 중국 31개 지역의 각 지역별 통계자료를 활용하여 각 지역별 전자상거래 및 소비재 소매판매액에 영향을 미치는 변수를 분석하였다. 또한 중국의 특송서비스 판매량, 물류GDP, 휴대폰 사용자 수의 상호 반응 정도를 추정하기 위해 분산분해 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 지역별 순위를 선정하여 중국 옴니채널시장의 잠재력을 평가하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 소매기업과 물류기업의 중국 옴니채널 시장 진출방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

The advancement of information technology provides a wide range of options for the corporate to cope with new business environments. As with most other businesses, the utilization of the logistics information technology can be an instrument to enhance the competitiveness of the company. Therefore it is essential to analyze how companies utilize and verify the relationship between company business performance and the level of information technology utilization, which is the objective of this paper. The questionnaire was sent to 300 companies listed on the stock market at random The author received 176 responses of which 142 were complete and valid. According to the analysis of questionnaires, the adoption level of information technologies was dependent on the perception of top managers on the importance of information technology in business competitiveness. Furthermore the level of relation between the information technology adoption and business performance was significant. Therefore businesses need to increase the utilization of information technologies, such as establishment of logistics information system, network with other business partners in order to business logistics performance.

Port in Northern Vietnam has been playing an important role in the logistics system the country. In recent years, the cargo throughput of the region, especially, containerized cargo has increased gradually. There are totally 11 container terminals in Northern Vietnam, concentrating in Haiphong city and Quang Ninh province. Despite of increasing demand, the competition among the terminals is becoming more and more critical. The paper, firstly, summarizes factors impacting the market share of the terminals before reveal the correlation between given factors and annual container throughput. Factor analysis will be then applied to evaluate the level of terminals' logistics infrastructure. For the conclusion, strategic thinking of terminals' logistics competitiveness will be contributed to related organizations.

Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is observed with government and connection enterprises as the central figure. RFID utilizing radio is a technology that enable exchange of information sensing and recognize object. RFID is expected that the practical use limits widens by territory that can form vast market such as logistics management according to RFID's low-cost aggravation as well as usage of life and improvement of performance because present R&D is gone vigorously. Because RFID is possible application everywhere if it is various service industries as well as logistics, industry spot, manufactory and place that flowing of goods is, is used, and is becoming big limelight from society several territories.

In this study, refer to cases of domestic flower exporters, important factors for flower export logistics were categorized and analyzed and efficient logistics processes were suggested. According to export profitability and product quality, important factors were categorized as quarantine, costs, lead time. By applying important factors, commonly using route-SHIMONOSEKI, reverse distribution prevented route-HAKATA, Excellent market access routes-OSAKA were analyzed and efficient logistics processes were suggested.

본 연구의 목적은 매년 증가하고 있는 수입 식품의 안전한 관리를 위한 방안으로서 식품의 수입, 보관, 배송의 전 과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 신선물류클러스터 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축함으로써 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하고 향후 신선물류클러스터 구축을 위한 관련 주체의 역할과 함께 정책적인 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류시스템을 정의하고 분석하여 보다 구체적인 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 또한 신선물류클러스터 구축의 경제적 효과를 부가가치와 물류비 절감효과로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축하기 위한 방안으로 국내 관련 법률을 검토하고 일관성 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 신선물류라는 조금은 생소한 분야의 연구로서 선행연구의 검토, 관련데이터 수집 등에 있어 다소 부족한 부분이 있다. 하지만 향후 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 신선물류와 신선물류클러스터에 대한 연구가 수행되기를 희망한다.

Logistics had only been perceived as a supporting means or auxiliary of corporate activity, but is now surfacing as a priority sector for competitiveness in the infinite competition of the global market. This study looks into the current status of logistics and sets forth the improvement tasks by analyzing the problems of the returned goods logistics. In order to improve the manual process of returned goods, the POS system (point-of-sales system) was implemented and DAS (Digital Assorting System) and SORTER System were synchronized for utilization, which cut the prime cost of the once expensive returned goods logistics, and analyzed the efficiency of establishing automated logistics system for efficiency of returned goods logistics in the aspects of one-stop BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).

In an effort to gain competitiveness, recently many companies are trying to outsource their logistics activities to the logistics specialists, while concentrating on their core and strategic business area. Because of this trend, the third party logistics comes to the fore, catching people's attention, and expanding its market rapidly. Under these circumstances, the third party logistics companies are making every effort to improve their logistics services and to develop an information system in order to enhance their competitiveness. In particular, among these efforts one of the critical parts is the decision support system for effective transportation network planning. To this end, this study has developed an efficient decision support system for an optimal transportation network planning by comprehensively considering the transportation mode, routing, assignment, and schedule. As a result of this study, the new system enables the expansion of the third party logistics companies' services including the multimodal transportation, not to mention one mode of transportation, and also gets them ready to plan an international transportation network.

세계화의 진전으로 기업 간의 경쟁은 날로 치열해지고 있으며 그동안 단순 비용으로만 인식되던 물류분야가 비용과 서비스 제고 측면에서 제3의 이익원으로 인식되고 있다. 이에 물류경로 상에서 공급자와 판매자 및 수송과 보관의 연계를 원활하게 수행하도록 하는 핵심 인프라인 물류센터의 관심이 고조되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 물류센터의 활성화 및 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통하여 선행연구 및 물류센터의 개요 및 역할, 현황 등에 대하여 알아보았으며 물류센터의 문제점 파악과 더불어 물류시설의 수요조사 및 표준화 구축을 위한 가이드 제시, 관련 법령 및 제도 정비, 규제 보완, 불공정 거래 척결을 위한 방안 등의 정책 개선, 공동화, 정보화 등을 통한 효율적 운영을 위한 시스템 구축, 안전관리, 원가산정을 통한 비용개선, 파트너쉽 구축, 재정적 지원, 부처별 협력 등의 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 방안은 물류센터의 활성화 및 선진화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
