The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

For a sustainable development, the resources circulation system should be established and an environment-conscious activities are required at the same time. These activities should be also implemented in logistics area. Especially, green procurement activities in inbound logistics is recognized as a very important factors in the early phase of an environment-conscious activities. In this paper, we are to suggest the direction through statistical analysis of effects, and cause of influences of environmental procurement logistics activities on logistics performance by environmental logistics strategy and by the size of enterprises, and by Environmental Management System. This study was conducted with the subjects of manufacturing enterprises with concurrent reviews of literature and statistical analysis, and the meaning of this study would be the analysis of the influencers of environment-conscious procurement logistics activities on logistics performance different from existing logistics studies.

Logistics had only been perceived as a supporting means or auxiliary of corporate activity, but is now surfacing as a priority sector for competitiveness in the infinite competition of the global market. This study looks into the current status of logistics and sets forth the improvement tasks by analyzing the problems of the returned goods logistics. In order to improve the manual process of returned goods, the POS system (point-of-sales system) was implemented and DAS (Digital Assorting System) and SORTER System were synchronized for utilization, which cut the prime cost of the once expensive returned goods logistics, and analyzed the efficiency of establishing automated logistics system for efficiency of returned goods logistics in the aspects of one-stop BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).

Three major Asian countries, Korea, China, and Japan, shared 18.3% of global GDP and 14.2% of global trade volume in 2005. When considering this number, cooperation of these three countries is very important. Also, it is needless to say that we need efficient international logistics system in Asia. The key point to realize efficient international logistics system is unit load system utilizing pallets and containers. To build up efficient logistics system among Korea, China, and Japan, we need 'total palletization' with standardized pallets. We may regard 'total palletization' as an 'efficient highway of North-Eastern Asia logistics.' In this study, we will suggest two kinds of effects, which logistics standardization among Korea, China, and Japan will make. One is the effect on economy and trade, and the other is the effect on logistics business and environments.

With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

In Korea's distribution and production field establishment of logistics information system and automation of logistics were greatly developed. But there is no characteristic and professionalism about hospital logistics, and distribution center is located in outside warehouse, logistics system is very important. Since hospital has human power to receive product, system is not as much required, but outside warehouse requires system for arrival from medicine and medical supplies wholesale dealer and vender, warehousing, storage, and automation facilities, and system for various works such as peaking instruction, classification, packing, cargo-working, delivery, order of medicine from hospital and non-medicine in hospital is essential. Therefore, This study is about development of automatic identification of slide which cannot be overlooked in efficiency of hospital logistics, establishment of database, and information interlocking between automatic storage system and outside warehouse.

An effective logistics management is necessary for successful construction projects. So, prompt and precise logistics information collecting and management is needed, but there has been no systematic and effective method for this, Therefore, in this research, a standardized plan for RFID application in logistics management that could comprehend processes in building construction projects, was developed. With the 7 generalized process types that comprehend processes in construction projects, critical factors that should be considered for RFID applications were derived, and systematic and efficient application method for building projects were developed.

Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. These symptoms can be confirmed that the logistics systems of a system of selling auto parts supplier but above all a problem for several reasons, which will be considered as areas for improvement should be done urgently. In this paper, we propose a web GPS based logistics vehicle control management system using MVC design patterns. The proposed system is designed by applying design patterns of object oriented modeling called mini-architecture to enhance reliability of software as well as promote stability of overall system design. In addition, we can get a position information by means of the GPS embedded in PDA and communicate between client and monitoring server using CDMA network so that the position of client can be identified directly by the map service. The system provides an moving object indexing technique which extends the existing TB-tree to manage and retrieve a transporting trajectory of logistics efficiently. Finally, with development of the logistics vehicle control service called WG-LOGICS system, we can verify the usefulness of our system which is able for monitoring a vehicle preparation, allocating registration, loading a burden, transfer path, and destination arrival in real world.
