This study is to investigate global logistics strategies of Korean electronics companies. in terms of service parts. According to the survey, Korean electronics companies were pursuing multi-level global logistics network such as global, continental, national, regional and service center echelon for improving the efficiency of service parts global logistics. Especially there was a tendency of developing new continental distribution centers. And the companies were exploiting efficiency through inventory control by multi-level echelon, demand forecasting by the product life cycle and supply and service lead time management. But there were some insufficient factors for the efficiency of global logistics operation at the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system and pursuit of the efficiency on the whole network including subcontractors. For the future competitive advantage of the Korean electronics companies, the following are suggested: 1) the establishment of arranged logistics channel adjusting each company's global strategy, 2) the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system, 3) the reengineering of all logistics procedures such as order processing, shipping, inventory control, etc., 4) the enhancement of the ratio of the supply from the external companies and the internal manufacturing subsidiaries at each continent, 5) and the pursuit of operational internalization of external subcontractors.

The paradigm of the global logistics network has been rapidly changing from traditional concept of productivity in cost terms, toward the new characteristics of innovative productivity in terms of economies of scale, economies of scope, and economies of network. As the ship or airplane becomes larger and speedier, the less logistics hub required. The more diverse logistics parties integrate each other horizontally or vertically, the higher synergy effects they get. The more systematic concurrent engineering available for global supply chain management such as Korean manufacturers in China, the higher productivity they get. The paper analyzes these three paradigms of logistics into the application for the Korean manufacturers in China and concludes that the Korean government, the companies in China should be more focused on the governance of the logistics and the intermediary such as the 4th party logistics(4PL) is definitely developed its role and functions based on three paradigms above mentioned.

Recently, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is observed with government and connection enterprises as the central figure. RFID utilizing radio is a technology that enable exchange of information sensing and recognize object. RFID is expected that the practical use limits widens by territory that can form vast market such as logistics management according to RFID's low-cost aggravation as well as usage of life and improvement of performance because present R&D is gone vigorously. Because RFID is possible application everywhere if it is various service industries as well as logistics, industry spot, manufactory and place that flowing of goods is, is used, and is becoming big limelight from society several territories.

현재 모든 제조공정에서 제품을 생산하기 위해 입고되는 제품 및 원자재의 물류비를 절감하기 위한 방안을 찾고자 하는 기업들의 노력은 가장 큰 과제 중 하나이며, 최근 직면한 세계적인 불황으로 인해 물류 관리의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 개발 기술은 TDMS는 특히 UHF 900Mhz RF-ID 무선 주파수 기술을 이용 자재 입고부터 완제품 출하까지의 공장 내 IN/OUT Bound 트럭 물류 및 DOCK 관리 최적화 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다.

Purpose This research aims to investigate factors affecting the application of strategic management accounting in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises. Design/Methodology/Approach: Quantitative research was conducted and data was collected by sending questionnaires to 188 accountants and directors from Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (including, transportation, warehousing and forwarding). 5 factors (namely: size and organizational structure, technological advancement, and strategic management accounting implementing costs) were selected to measure the application of strategic management accounting (SMA) in Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises (LEs) through correlation and regression analysis. Results: The empirical findings show that there exists a significant association between these factors and the SMA application. LEs have strongly supported the application of SMA as a tool to provide information for making their strategic decisions. The factors including size and organizational structure, technological advancement, SMA implementing c osts, and strategy positively impact the SMA application in both financial and non-financial aspects. This finding helps the adm inistrators realize the importance of SMA. Conclusions: This study provided an overview of SMA application and its benefits to enterprises. It helps managers have a better understanding of SMA and future directions for application. Moreover, the research results will be useful for managers to identify factors influencing their SMA practices and improve the current management process applied in organizations.

시장에서의 치열한 경쟁으로 오늘날의 기업들은 고객에게 더 나은 제품과 서비스를 제공하면서도 동시에 가격 경쟁우위를 잃지 말아야만 하는 상충되는 과제를 안고 있다. 그러한 관점에서 효과적인 물류관리는 기업에 있어 매우 유용한 경쟁우위의 원천이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 많은 기업들은 통합적인 공급체인관리(supply chain management)를 통해 공급체인내의 모든 기업들이 공생하고자 하는 목표를 추구하고 있다. 그러나 상이한 운영시스템과 조직특성을 가진 기업간의 연계로 공급체인내에 비효율성이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높다. 정보시스템의 활용은 그러한 비효율성을 제거하고 더 나아가 경쟁우위를 확보하는 수단으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특히 공급체인내에서 정보의 통합화가 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로서 공급체인관리에서 정보시스템의 역할을 재고하고자 한다.

기존의 바코드 기반의 의약품 물류 시스템은 수동 작업의 물류 처리로 인해 분실, 관리 오류, 온라인 추적, 정보 공유의 어려움과 같은 문제점이 있다. 반면에 신속 대응은 요구를 지속적으로 관찰하여 신속하게 의약품 개발 및 생산일정을 수립함으로써 재고가 쌓이는 경우를 사전에 방지할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 의약품 유통 처리와 정보 단계 프로세스를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 병원내 신속 대응을 위한 RFID 기반의 의약품 물류 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 RFID 태그로부터 발생된 의약품 물류 정보를 이용하여 의약품 이력 추적 서비스, 기존의 시스템 연계, 효율적인 물류 서비스, 마약 특별관리 서비스를 제공하였다. 따라서 분실 및 관리 오류를 감소하여 효율적인 의약품 물류에 대한 만족도와 생산성을 향상시켰다.

Many conventional management methods have emphasized the minimization of required resources along the supply chain. Accordingly, this paper presents a proposed method called the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)-aided system. It is based on object-oriented resource control, in order to accomplish a feed-forward control monitoring supply chain logistics. The system is supported by two main parts: (1) IT-based Technologies; and (2) VDC Models. They enable the system to convey proactive information from the detection technology to its linked visualization. The paper includes a field study as the system's pre-test: the Scaffolding Works in a LNG Mega Project. The study demonstrates a system of real-time productivity monitoring by use of the RFIDbased Mobile Information Hub. The on-line 'productivity dashboard' provides an opportunity to display the continuing processes for each work-package. This research project offers the observed opportunities created by the developed system. Future work will entail research experiments aimed towards system validation.

Logistics industry confronting very complex situation because of small quantity, frequent orders, multinational enterprises, lack of human power etc. leads to diversity, flexibility and agility. In this paper, integrated approach is introduced for projecting national technologies in logistics systems related to IT and automated control industry. Three areas of automation, IT basis, and operation techniques are included along with business factors of transportation, warehousing, stevedoring, pecking, and information systems. As a result, the epitome concludes the technology of in-house development and joint collaboration with others.

다양한 분야에서 방대한 데이터를 효율적으로 정확하게 처리하고 데이터 처리 오류 및 처리속도를 최소화하기 위한 시스템을 적용하기 위하여 연구와 노력이 진행되고 있다. 이에 이 논문에서는 생애주기 전반에 걸쳐 방대한 데이터가 생성되는 LNG 플랜트 프로젝트 중 공사원가의 65~70% 이상을 차지하는 구매조달 단계의 Logistics 업무를 대상으로 업무 간 생성되는 데이터에 메타데이터를 적용함으로써 정보 검색 시 데이터 처리 오류 및 처리속도를 최소화할 수 있는 메타데이터 시스템을 적용하였다. 이러한 메타데이터 시스템을 통하여 정보 검색 시 시스템 사용자가 필요한 정보에 보다 정확하고 빠르게 접근할 수 있다
