Purpose - As the severity of air pollution caused by the shipping industry is becoming evident, port authorities have started making efforts to reduce air pollutants. Considering the limitations of the currently implemented emission-control area (ECA) and vessel-speed reduction program (VSRP), which are narrow in the designation range and navigation behavior of ships, this study proposes an emission-control route (ECR) that can complement the aforementioned two environmental policies. Design/methodology - This study was conducted on Korea-China trade service routes (ports of call) of regular liners. This study employed vessel-specific data, which is from an automatic identification system (AIS), for 1,728 maritime transportations performed by 387 container vessels during one year (July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022). Performing a scenario analysis, this study analyzed the effectiveness of reduced air-pollutant emissions. Findings - This study found that the implementation of ECRs could increase average voyage time by 12.38%-25.28% but reduced air-pollutant emissions by 29.02%-43.54%. Additionally, the increase in average voyage times reduces the anchorage time of ships outside ports, providing an incentive for ship operators to voluntarily participate in compliance with regulations, thereby contributing to the establishment of a virtuous cycle of air-environmental policies related to ships. Originality/value - This study aims to verify the policy effectiveness by designing an ECR scope for liner trade routes between Korea and China. Therefore, originality and the value of this study includes conceptualizing the ECR system, analyzing its environmental performance, and exploring new policies that can be implemented while complementing existing policies.

서비스접점에서는 종업원의 고객 응대 태도가 무엇보다 중요하고 이를 위해서 종업원의 행동을 긍정적으로 동기부여 시키는 것은 관리자의 입장에서 아주 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구는 종업원의 친사회적 행동을 증대시킬 수 있는 요인으로 상사에 대한 신뢰와 상사의 감사표현을 제안하고 그 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였고 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사에 대한 신뢰는 종업원의 열정 또는 열의를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무열정은 서비스 종업원의 친사회적 행동인 고객 지향적 행동과 조직시민행동에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 상사에 대한 신뢰와 직무열정 간의 관계에서 상사의 감사표현의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 서비스 연구에서 감사 또는 감사표현에 대한 연구는 많지 않고 진행된 연구들도 기업과 소비자 관계에 초점을 두고 있다. 감사를 표현하는 것은 자연스러운 경향일 수 있다. 본 연구는 조직문화의 일부분으로 감사를 도입할 필요가 있음을 제안하고자 한다.

In this study, the influence of the life style on the HMR purchasing behaviors and repurchasing intents and the purchasing behavior on the repurchasing intent were examined in order to provide the basic data for developing competitive HMR product and invigoration of marketing. As results, of the life style factors, the health affected the quality, the taste the convenience and safety, and the economy the convenience, and the convenience the quality, and the safety the safety, significantly. Of the life style factors, health affected the repurchasing intentions negatively, while taste affected the repurchasing intent positively. Of the HMR selection properties, quality, convenience, and safety all affected the repurchasing intent positively. It can be conducted from the study that it is necessary to develop a strategy to enhance the quality and safety of the HMR and enhance the taste and economy of the HMR products for the taste and economy-oriented customers. When developing a new HMR product, the development and formulation of the strategy for quality, convenience, and safety and the overall strategy that covers from production, logistics, sales, and promotion, are supposed to be well established and discussed.

This study examines the relationship between recuperation nurses' oral health knowledge and perceptions and senile denture management behavior. For this study, 198 recuperation nurses who work in recuperation facilities for elderly patients in Andong City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, are surveyed. The data are investigated statistically using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analyses, and logistics regression analyses. The analyses results demonstrate that the rate of correct answers for oral health knowledge of recuperation nurses is 76.5%. The relationship between oral health perceptions and oral health knowledge is 0.324, which is slightly high correlation(p<0.01). In addition, the potential of senile denture management behavior is more likely among nurses who have high levels of oral health knowledge and perceptions. Therefore, it is necessary to explore measures that can promote denture management and oral health for the elderly who enter recuperation facilities through helping raise the level of recuperation nurses' oral health knowledge and perceptions.

공격운전은 주변차량 운전자를 위협하며 주행하기 때문에 교통사고 발생 개연성이 높다. 따라서 공격운전의 법제도 마련, 검지, 관리방안 등 대책이 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 공격운전의 주행행태가 교통류에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. Multi-agent 주행 시뮬레이션과 교통류 시뮬레이션 VISSIM을 이용하여 공격운전의 거동을 구현하였다. 교통류 시뮬레이션과 상충분석을 이용하여 공격운전이 교통운영효율성 및 교통안전성 측면에서 교통류에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 시나리오는 다양한 교통상황과 공격운전차량 비율을 고려하여 설정하였다. 상충분석 결과 일반적으로 공격운전 주행행태는 교통안전성을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 교통운영효율성 분석결과 흥미로운 점은 서비스 수준 A, B, C 경우 공격운전차량 비율이 증가할수록 평균주행속도가 증가하였다. 이와 반대로 서비스 수준 D와 E인 경우 공격운전차량 비율이 증가할수록 평균주행속도가 감소하였다. 본 연구 결과는 공격운전을 줄이기 위한 교통안전정책 마련 시 기초자료로서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 고속도로에서 발생한 교통사고 블랙박스 영상을 기반으로 군집분석과 예측모형 비교를 수행하였다. 분석자료로 사고 직전의 도로 및 교통 상황을 파악할 수 있는 차량 주행행태, 노면 상태 등 사고 영상에서 추출이 가능한 항목을 설명변수로 활용하였다. 여러 요소에 의해 영향을 받는 교통사고 데이터의 특징을 고려하여 데이터의 이질성을 반영하는 군집분석을 활용하였다. 군집분석으로 분류된 각 군집을 사고 심각도 수준의 비율을 기준으로 나누고, 종속변수인 인명피해 수준을 반영하여 사고 예측 평가를 수행하였다. 사고 예측모형은 로짓 모형(Logit model)을 적용한 결과, 전체 데이터를 분석한 경우보다 군집분석에 의해 두 개의 사고 심각도 그룹을 분류하여 예측했을 때 우수한 예측 능력을 보여주었다. 이는 군집분석을 통한 그룹별 사고 특성과 사고 심각도를 반영하여 사고위험을 예측하는 것이 더 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. 또한 2차 사고와 같은 정차 중 추돌사고, 차로변경 중 측면 추돌사고 등이 중요한 주행행태변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to understand how to affect the safety behavior to the organization's trustees to investigate the level of safety awareness, safety awareness via the distribution center workers prepare the logistics industry disaster prevention measures. The survey was analyzed data to target by the clothing distribution center employees of 182 people. Analysis First, the level of safety awareness showed on a positive effect on organization trust. Second, it was found on the safety level of consciousness a positive effect on the safety behavior. Third, the level of safety awareness affect the safety behavior showed that the mediating role of organization trust. That is a higher level of safety awareness, such as the strict practice of business activities, investments, safety rules on safety education and training emphasis on safety increases confidence in the organization. It was confirmed the higher the confidence in the safety organization appears behavior such as actively participating in the work carried out in a safe manner, safety education and training. In addition, the effect was mediated by the organizational impact on confidence in the safety of personnel safety awareness actions. Based on that research results prepared safety awareness was raised through the industrial accident prevention measures.

많은 승객들이 이용하는 대중교통수단인 버스의 위험운전을 체계적으로 평가 및 진단하기 위한 시스템은 현재까지 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 본 연구는 실제 고속버스 운행기록장치(DTG, Digital Tacho Graph) 자료를 활용하여 버스 위험운전의 특성과 패턴에 대해 분석하였다. 위험운전 8개 유형에 대해 시간대별, 요일별, 날씨별 분포를 분석한 결과, 급가속(61.3%), 급좌우회전(20.1%), 급감속(15.1%) 유형이 대부분을 차지하였으며, 새벽시간대, 금요일, 맑은 날에 각각 위험운전이 더 많이 발생하는 패턴을 보였다. 이어서 통계분석을 통해 위험운전 유형별 상관성과 시간대별 발생건수의 차이를 규명하였으며, 위험운전의 정도에 따라 3개 그룹을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 안전운전 교육기관에서 운전 시뮬레이터를 통한 신뢰성 있는 진단 및 교육을 수행하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

가족여행은 관광시장에서 수요가 점차로 커지고 있고, 가족 간의 행복을 얻는 효과적인 방법이기도 하다. 본 논문은 가족여행객을 연구대상으로 가족 간의 애정교류행태와 체험 가치의 관계를 연결하여, 가족여행에서 "상호작용-사회적지지-체험가치"의 개념모형에 관련한 가설을 실증·분석하였다. 연구결과로는 가족애에 대한 상호작용은 가족관광객의 기능적, 인지적, 감정적 체험가치에 대해서 모두 긍정적이고 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지는 기능적, 인지적, 감정적 등의 전반적인 체험가치에 대해서 모두 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 상호작용 행동과 체험 가치의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구를 확대하였고, 여행의 본질적인 측면에서 가족 간의 상호작용 행동과 체험가치를 이해할 수 있는 근거를 제공하였다.

무기체계는 과학기술의 발전에 따라 S/W 중심으로 변화되고 있으며 다양화 복잡화되고 있다. 무기체계 S/W 사용자의 상황인식 수준은 신속 정확한 판단에 영향을 미치기 때문에 훈련 시 정확한 평가가 필요하다. 그러나 기존 무기체계 S/W 사용자의 상황인식 수준은 단순 상황해결 유무 또는 평가자의 정성적인 판단으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 무기체계 S/W 사용자의 상황 인식 수준을 체계적이고 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 ACT-R(Adaptive Control of Thought-Rational) 인지아키텍쳐에 인지공학 이론인 SA (Situation Awareness)와 Fitts' Law를 접목하여 사용자의 상황 인식 수준을 정량적으로 나타내는 Cognition Ratio 개념을 제안하였다. Cognition Ratio는 지각(Perception)과 행동(Psychomotor)을 포함한 인지 행동 과정 중 인지(Cognition)의 비율로 구성되었다. 또한, 본 연구는 Cognition Ratio를 활용하여 사용자 상황인식 수준을 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가 프로세스를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 평가 프로세스는 다양한 무기체계 S/W 사용자의 상황인식 수준을 효과적으로 평가하는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
