본 논문에서는 거리측정, 로그전력, 실효치 방법에 의하여 유성음, 무성음, 묵음 구간을 검출하여, 서브밴드 필터에 의한 잡음제거 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 각 프레임에서 서브밴드 필터를 사용하여 잡음으로 오염된 음성신호로부터 백색잡음 및 도로잡음의 스펙트럼을 차감하는 방법이다. 본 실험에서는 Aurora-2 데이터베이스에 포함된 음성신호와 잡음신호를 사용하여 스펙트럼 차감 알고리즘의 결과를 나타낸다. 잡음에 의하여 오염된 음성신호에 대하여 신호대잡음비를 사용하여 본 알고리즘이 유효하다는 것을 확인한다. 실험으로부터 백색잡음에 대하여 평균 2.1 dB, 도로잡음에 대하여 평균 1.91 dB의 출력 신호대잡음비가 개선된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Potentiometric $CO_{2}$ sensors were fabricated using a NASICON ($Na_{1+x}Zr_{2}Si_{X}P_{3-X}O_{12}$, 1.8 < x < 2.4) thick film and auxiliary layers. The powder of a precursor of NASICON with high purity was synthesized by a sol-gel method. By using the NASICON paste, an electrolyte was prepared on the alumina substrate by screen printing and then sintered at $1000^{\circ}C$ for 4 h. A series of $Na_{2}CO_{3}-CaCO_{3}$ auxiliary phases were deposited on the Pt sensing electrode. The electromotive force (emf) values were linearly dependent on the logarithm of $CO_{2}$ concentration in the range between 1,000 and 10,000 ppm. The device attached with $Na_{2}CO_{3}-CaCO_{3}$ (1:2 in mol.%) showed good sensing properties in the low temperatures.

Whereas in non-symmetrical distribution manufacturing process they are not plotted relatively on the centeral line but plotted on the skew of right-hand side or left-hand side. That is to say, for the prupose of producing either upper-specification-oriented items or lower-specification-oriented items, and when we carry out tighter control so as to have them pass only its specifications, the distribution shape naturally has a non-normal distribution. In these cases, we could use either compressed control limits or variable transformed logarithm control charts. It the above mentioned methods were not available, we should use special purpose control chart-Mode control chart or Gram-Charlier control chart. These are proper methods for manufacturing process control which uses control chart method. In spite of these methods, domestic manufacturing and mining companies are utterly ignorant about these methods. That invites practical problems in their companies. To enhance this improvements, I proved the property of practical applications of control chart method by comparing and analyzing the case studies of practical application of speical purpose control chart method, and also by introducing the application methods.

1631년 정두원이 명나라로부터 가져온 네 권의 과학서와 한 편의 보고서 가운데, 치력연기(治曆緣起)라는 책과 서양공헌신위대경소(西洋貢獻神威大鏡疏)가 강화도의 외규장각에 소장되고 있었다. 이 점에 유의하여 강화도 외규장각에 소장되어 있었던 천문학 및 수학 관련 서적을 조사해 보았다. 외규장각 소장 도서의 목록에 해당하는 외규장각형지안(外奎章閣形止案)을 조사하여, 소장 도서의 내역과 소장 상태의 변천을 알아낼 수 있다. 그 결과 서양공헌신위대경소는 1791년 신해박해 때 천주교 서적으로 오인되어 소각되었고, 치력연기는 1866년 병인양요 때 프랑스 해군에 의해 소각되었음을 알 수 있었다. 외규장각에는, Napier의 대수(logarithm)에 관한 아이디어가 반영되어 있는 쟈크 로우(Rho)의 주산(籌算)이란 책이 소장되어 있었고, 조선조 양대 물시계에 관한 보고서인 흠경각영건의궤(欽敬閣營建儀軌)와 보루각중수의궤(報漏閣重修儀軌)가 있었으며, 조선 국왕들이 천문에 관해 작성한 어제 및 어필이 소장되어 있었으며, 천문류초(天文類抄)와 천기대요(天機大要)와 같은 널리 사용되던 천문 및 음양학관련 서적이 소장되어 있었다. 특히, 1866년 프랑스 해군에 의해 약탈되어 현재 프랑스 파리 국가도서관에 소장되어 있는 천상열차분야지도는 숙종석각의 탁본으로 추정된다. 현재 10여 개의 탁본이 국내외에 남아 있으나, 최근 프랑스로부터 반환되게 된 외규장각 도서 내역에 천상열차분야지도가 포함되지 못하였다. 이와 관련하여 약간 토의하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 호모모프변환과 다중 스케일 분해를 이용하여 영상의 생동폭과 명암대비를 모두 개선시킬 수 있는 영상향상기법을 제안한다. 원 영상은 로그를 취하여 호모모프영역으로 변환하고, 이를 다중 스케일로 분해한 후 각 대역에 가중치를 가해 조합한다. 이 조합된 신호는 지수를 취하여 밝기영역으로 변환한다. 호모모프영역에서 저주파대역의 크기조절은 생동폭을 변환시키고, 고주파대역의 크기조절은 명암대비의 향상에 기여한다. 다중 스케일 분해는 계산이 간단하고 효율적인 구조를 가진 "${\AA}$ trous" 알고리듬을 사용하며, 이의 타당성은 시뮬레이션을 통해서 확인한다.

본 논문은 Gray 부호화된 QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) 신호를 I 축 상에서 M개의 심벌을 갖는 M-PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation)과 Q 축 상에서 N개의 심벌을 갖는 N-PAM으로 분리한다. 수신된 심벌 신호를 비트 연판정 값으로 변환하기 위하여 Euclidean 거리를 이용한 근사화된 MAP (Maximum a Posteriori) 알고리듬을 제시한다. 기존의 Max-Log-MAP 방식은 일반 MAP 방식에서 사용하는 지수함수 혹은 로그함수 대신 심벌간 거리 비교를 통하여 구현 복잡도를 낮추었다. 그러나 심벌의 수가 증가 할수록 비교대상이 많아지므로 구현 복잡도가 증가하게 된다. 제안된 알고리듬은 사칙 연산에 의해 계산이 되기 때문에 직관적으로 구현복잡도가 낮아짐을 알 수 있다.

In this study, CT specimens were prepared from ASTH A5l6 steel which was used for pressure vessel plates for moderate and lower temperature service. And we got the fellowing characteristics from fatigue crack growth test carried out in the environment of room and low temperature at $25^{\circ}C$ , $-30^{\circ}C$, $-60^{\circ}C$, $-80^{\circ}C$, $-100^{\circ}C$ and $-120^{\circ}C$ and in the range of stress ratio of 0.1, 0.3 by means of opening mode displacement. At the constant stress ratio, the Threshold stress intensity factor range ΔAKth in the early stage of fatigue crack growth (Region I) and stress intensity factor range $\DeltaK$ in the stable of fatigue crack growth (Region II) was increased in proportion to descend temperature. It assumed that the fatigue resistance characteristics and fracture strength at low temperature is considerable higher than that of room temperature in the early stage and stable of fatigue crack growth region. The straight line slope relation of logarithm da/dN-$\Delta$K in Region II that is, the fatigue clack growth exponent m increased with descending temperature at the constant stress ratio. It assumed that the fatigue crack growth rate da/dN is rapid in proportion to descend temperature in Region II and the cryogenic-brittleness greatly affect a material with decreasing temperature.

Bacillus sp. TA-11에 대한 오골계 난백 lysozyme과 일반 난백 lysozyme의 용균성을 비교분석 하였다. 오골계 난백 lysozyme의 용균활성은 Bacillus sp. TA-11를 5$0^{\circ}C$에서 18시간 정치배양한 대수기 후기의 세포에 대하여 가장 높았고, lysozyme의 농도는 0.25%가 최적이었다. 또한 lysozyme의 최적반응 pH와 온도는 각각 4.5와 35$^{\circ}C$였다. 일반 난백 lysozyme의 용균활성은 시험균주를 24시간 배양한 정지기의 세포에 대하여 가장 높았고 lysozyme의 최적 농도는 0.5%였으며 반응 최적 pH와 온도는 각각 5.5와 4$0^{\circ}C$이었다.

A linear correlation, by the stepwise multiple regression analysis, was found between the sensory test of Sigumjang aroma and the gas chromatographic data which were transformed with logarithm. GC data is the most objective method to evaluate Sigumjang aroma. A multiple correlation coefficient and a determination coefficient of more than 0.9 were obtained at the 9th and 13th steps, respectively. At step 31, the coefficient of determination level of 0.95 was attained. The accuracy of its estimation became higher as the number of the variables entered into the regression model increased. Over 90% of the Sigumjang aroma was explained by 13 compounds indentified on GC. The contributing proportion of the peak 26 was the highest followed by peaks 57 (9.27%), 29 (7.51%), 54 (6.01%), 8 (5.99%), 49 (4.97%), and 13 (4.11%).

This paper concerns with the relationship between the visual perception of the degree of pucker or wrinkles of garment surfaces and the geometrical parameters of surfaces. In this study, four potentially relevant parameters of the surface profile are considered, namely, the variance ($\sigma$$^2$), the cutting frequency (F$\_$c/), the effective disparity curvature (D$\_$ce/) (Defined as the average disparity curvature of the wrinkled surface over the eyeball distance of the observer) and the frequency component of the disparity curvature ( D$\_$cf/). Based on the experiments using garment seams having varying degree of pucker (i.e. the wrinkles along a seam line), it was found that, while the logarithm of each of these four parameters has a strong linear relationship with the visually perceived degree of wrinkles, following the Web-Fetchner Law, the effective disparity curvature ( D$\_$ce/) and the frequency component of the disparity curvature (D$\_$cf/) appeared to have stronger relationships with the visual perception. This finding is in agreement with the suggestion by Rogers '||'&'||' Cagenello that human visual system may compute the disparity curvature in discriminating curved surfaces. It also suggested an objective method of measuring the degree of surface wrinkles.
