The Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym (유도체육관 운영 및 이용에 영향을 미치는 입지와 서비스 요인 분석)

  • This purpose of study was to Analysis on Location and Service Factors Affecting the Management and Use of Judo Gym. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on Judo coach by studying what effects of location and use factor on trainee satisfaction. The survey was done through 350 copies and excluding 11 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 339(96.8%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, multiple regression. The result of this study were as follows. First, management, location, coach, trainee value, facility, communication in Judo gym location and use factors showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Second, Program operation, Gym quit use, Whether or not to insure in management factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Third, Coach credibility in coach factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Forth, Member communication in communication factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Fifth, Wholesome leisure, Athletic ability improving in trainee value factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Sixth, main facility level, additional facility level in facility factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. Seventh, Visibility in location factor showed (+) effects on trainee satisfaction. And location type(station area, residential district, commercial area) of Judo gym showed (+) effect on management, trainee value, location, communication, facility.

A Study on Locational Factors of Korean Shipping Companies (우리나라 해운기업의 입지요인에 관한 연구)

  • There have been lots of studies on locational factors of companies, but, very few studies for Korean shipping companies. This study analyzes locational factors for Korean shipping companies using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. For the study model, the first level is consisted by software, hardware and city policy factors. As more specific factors, the second level is formed by three factors of the first level. The third level consists of Seoul and Busan to evaluate competitive advantage for location of shipping companies. We carried out an analytical survey focused on the executives of shipping companies and related experts, and derived the priority order for locational factors of Korean shipping companies as follow. Firstly, software factors turned out the most important factor for location of Korean shipping companies. Next, Busan has a competitive advantage only in city policy factors. However, there are much of competitive disadvantages in both software and hardware factors for location of shipping companies compared against Seoul.

Factors Influencing the Consumption of Calcium-Rich Foods among Adolescents

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the consumption of calcium-rich foods among adolescents. A total of 96 adolescents divided into twelve focus groups were investigated during April to May 2000 in Busan. Focus group discussions were audio-taped, transcribed and analyzed using a grounded theory approach. Key factors influencing the consumption of calcium-rich foods were taste, food type, body image, and family. Motivators among the factors were taste, flood type, body image, health, family and perception, and barriers were taste, flood type, location, friends, price, weather and lactose intolerance. Taste, flood type, location and weather were found to be both motivators and barriers of consumption of calcium-rich floods according to circumstances. Some of these factors varied in importance by gender and age. Younger adolescents were more strongly influenced by taste and family than older ones. Older adolescents were strongly influenced by body image, convenience and perception. These findings could be used as a guideline for adolescents to consume calcium-rich foods.

A Fault Location Algorithm Using Adaptively Estimated Local Source Impedance for a Double-Circuit Transmission Line System (자기단 전원 임피던스 추정 기법을 사용한 병행 2회선 송전선로 고장점 표정 알고리즘)

  • This paper presents a fault location algorithm based on the adaptively estimated value of the local sequence source impedance for faults on a parallel transmission line. This algorithm uses only the local voltage and current signals of a faulted circuit. The remote current signals and the zero-sequence current of the healthy adjacent circuit are calculated by using the current distribution factors together with the local terminal currents of the faulted circuit. The current distribution factors consist of local equivalent source impedance and the others such as fault distance, line impedance and remote equivalent source impedance. It means that the values of the current distribution factors can change according to the operation condition of a power system. Consequently, the accuracy of the fault location algorithm is affected by the two values of equivalent source impedances, one is local source impedance and the other is remote source impedance. Nevertheless, only the local equivalent impedance can be estimated in this paper. A series of test results using EMTP simulation data show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The proposed algorithm is valid for a double-circuit transmission line system where the equivalent source impedance changes continuously.

A Study on Pursuing Benefits and Satisfaction at Fashion Outlet Store (패션 아울렛 점포에 대한 추구혜택과 만족도 연구)

  • This study was attempted to examine consumers' pursuing benefits and satisfaction at outlet store, to analyze the differences of pursuing benefits and satisfaction at outlet store among the consumer groups segmented by the pursuing benefits, and to provide useful information for establishment of marketing strategies. The subjects were 500 female consumers experienced in purchasing clothes at outlet non. For analysis of questionnaires, $\chi$$^2$-test, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and Duncan's multiple range test were performed. The results were as follows: 1. Pursuing benefits at outlet store were composed of 6 factors: store's atmosphere, variety of products and brands, service and reputation of store, product quality, location's convenience, and price. Consumers were segmented into three groups by above 6 factors: product pursuing group, store convenience pursuing group, and price pursuing group. 2. Satisfaction at outlet store was composed of 5 factors: product, atmosphere, service and reputation of store, location convenience, and price. Satisfaction at outlet store such as service and reputation of store, location's convenience, and price were significantly different among the segmented groups. Product pursuing group was most satisfied with service and reputation of store, store convenience pursuing group was most satisfied with location's convenience and price, and price pursuing group was most satisfied with price. 3. The demographic variables such as an age, marriage, occupation, academic background, and total income were significantly different among the segmented groups.

  • modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Use O2O Services (O2O 서비스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • In recent years, O2O (Online to Offline) services get a lot of attention to improve the trust in online shopping and minimize the inconvenience and the cost burden in offline shopping as the number of consumers, who do not show concern about the purchase platform like online or offline, increases. Even though the services have been getting the spotlight as a strong business platform for next generation commerce, there have been only a few studies on the O2O services. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which affect the consumer's intention to use location-based O2O services. The study is based on VAM (Value-based Adoption Model) which is able to analyze those factors from the aspects of benefit and sacrifice. We used the partial least squares (PLS) method for empirical analysis, and the result shows that contextual offers, instant connectivity, webrooming and economic efficiency, which fall under the benefit, affect perceived value positively while annoyance and face consciousness, which fall under the sacrifice, do not affect perceived value significantly. In addition, contextual offers and instant connectivity affect trust positively. Location accuracy, which falls under the benefit of location-based O2O service, do not significantly affect perceived value and trust while security risk affects trust and use intention negatively. It appears that trust affects perceived value and use intention positively.

  • Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between disruptive factors and customer satisfaction at chain stores. Survey-based questionnaires were designed in the distribution technique to measure the findings in this study. Research design, data, and methodology: In terms of the sampling technique, the researchers adopted the simple random sampling technique with a total of 200 sample sizes. For the statistical method, the researchers applied multiple linear regression analysis to determine the potential factors that affect customer satisfaction at chain stores. The analysis of this study measured how product quality, pricing policies of chain stores, design and layout, responsiveness, and location of chain stores impart their roles in customer satisfaction. Results: This study found a significant relationship between the product quality and location of chain stores on customer satisfaction. In addition, the responsiveness, pricing policy, and physical design of chain stores impart an insignificant role in customer satisfaction. However, it is proven that the location of chain stores and product quality positively impact customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The study is geographically limited to the region of Karachi, Pakistan. Therefore, the findings may differ in the context of study implications in the other areas.

A Study on Influence of Location Factors of Food Service Business Start-up Real Estate Store on Business Performance: Mediated Effect of Start-up Business Satisfaction (외식창업부동산점포의 입지요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 창업만족도의 매개효과)

  • Selection of location in food service start-up business is sure to be a shortcut to achievement of business performance, and in this context, it's no exaggeration to say that food service industry is an real estate industry. This study looked into what influence of the location factor in food service start-up business had on sales performance, and intended to verify whether the location factors ultimately influenced business performance consequent on the influence of location factors on start-up business satisfaction. To this end, this study set food service owner-operators as its research subject, and conducted a survey of the operators (of restaurants) located in Anyang-si from December 1, 2016 until January 30, 2017. This study distributed a total of 300 copies of questionnaires, and collected 245 copes, among which this study used 198 copies for empirical study excluding the copies whose reply was unfaithful. This study did empirical analysis of 198 copies using SPSS 22.0 Statistical Package Program, together with the application of frequency analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, this study divided the location factors in food service start-up business stores into the four, i.e. accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility, etc. Second, the study results showed that accessibility, clustering property, placeness and visibility had significant influence as one in the influence of locational factors on sales performance. Third, this study could understand that start-up business satisfaction had a partial mediated effect in the influence of location factors on sales performance. Resultantly, this study confirmed food service start-up business's own selection of location, and wished to find major factors and a differentiated point in time of selection of location of stores in other fields. Such a result gives an implication that it's necessary to concentrate all efforts to increase sales performance of food service start-up business from the location selection phase, and to make efforts to increase start-up business satisfaction.

The Effect of Characteristics and Perceived Privacy Risk of Mobile Location-based SNS on Intention to Use SoLoMo Applications (모바일 위치기반 SNS의 특성과 지각된 프라이버시 위험이 SoLoMo 어플리케이션의 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In recent years, the social network service (SNS) and the location-based social network service (LBSNS) industry is expanding and the competition within the field is increasing much more. Since 2010, the full-scaled studies of SNS and LBSNS have begun. With the growth of SNS and LBSNS markets, SoLoMo (Social-Local-Mobile) is also becoming the trend for applications in different fields. However, despite the importance of SoLoMo, there have been little studies on the characteristics of SoLoMo applications. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of characteristics and perceived privacy risk of mobile location-based SNS on intention to use SoLoMo applications. For the purpose, we proposed a SoLoMo service acceptance model with TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and the characteristics of SoLoMo applications. The characteristics consist of three factors, i.e. SNS, location, and mobile-related factors. This study also considered a gamification and a perceived privacy risk factor influencing on SoLoMo service usage in our proposed research model. The results of our empirical analysis using partial least squares (PLS) method show that the characteristics of SoLoMo applications including SNS, location, and mobile-related features, gamification, and perceived privacy risk have partially an effect on intention to use SoLoMo applications. Based on these results, SoLoMo-related companies will be able to increase the usage of SoLoMo services by differentiating their own strategies with these factors influencing on SoLoMo services.
