Real-time performance is to return the exact result value to the correct cycle, or to perform the specified work at a certain cycle. Windows does not support real-time performance, so it supports real-time performance using expensive third parties such as RTX and INtime. This paper aims to support real-time performance of Windows through RTiK, a real-time kernel that operates in the form of a device driver in Windows. In Windows 7, RTiK used a timer using local APIC supported by x86 hardware. However, due to the Kernel Patch Protection (KPP) on Windows 10, it became impossible to use a local APIC timer. Therefore, a timer is implemented to inform the determined cycle using Local APIC IPI, and performance measurement is performed to confirm that the cycle operates normally within the error range. This enables real-time performance on Windows 10.

The influence of combustor pressure on the local reaction characteristics of $CH_4$/air flames was investigated by measurements of local chemiluminescence intensity. Induced flow flames are often applied to the industrial boiler systems and incinerator in order to improve heat transfer and prevent exhaust gas leakage. In order to investigate combustion characteristics in the induced flow pattern, the combustor pressure index($P^*$) was controlled in the range of $0.7{\sim}1.3$ for each equivalence ratio in the present combustion system, where $P^*$ is defined as the ratio of absolute pressure to atmospheric one. Relationship between local reaction intensity and pressure index have been investigated by simultaneous $CH^*$, $C^*_2$ and $OH^*$ intensity measurements. It could be observed that flame length became longer with decreasing $P^*$ from $CH^*$ chemiluminescence intensity of axial direction. The mean value of $C^*_2$ and $CH^*$ chemiluminescence intensities, which indicates reaction intensity in the $CH_4$/air flames, decreased with decreasing pressure index for ${\Phi}{\leq}1$, but increased with decreasing pressure index for ${\Phi}$>1. $C^*_2/CH^*$ intensity ratio, which can be a good marker to demonstrate local equivalence ratio, was almost same for ${\Phi}{\leq}1$ regardless of pressure index change, while they showed high level for lower pressure index for ${\Phi}$>1 conditions.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the outcome and the effectiveness of local flaps in lower extremity reconstruction. Materials and Methods: We have performed lower extremity reconstruction with local flap in 14 cases (10 males and 4 females) from May 2006 to February 2008. The mean age was 40.1 years (range, 16~67). The defect site was the tibia in 5 cases, the ankle in 1 case and the foot in 8 cases. The local flaps were reverse flow sural artery flap in 7 cases, gastrocnemius flap in 3 cases, lateral supramalleolar flap in 2 cases, dorsalis pedis flap in 1 case and medial hemisoleus flap in 1 case. Results: All flaps were survived. Venous congestion was developed in 1 case of the rerverse flow sural artery flap but healed with secondary rotational flap. Other flaps were good without any complications. Conclusion: If we choose precisely indicated local flap in lower extremity reconstruction, the resultant coverage of defect would be excellent.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop intelligent vehicle parking distribution system based on LoRa network at the circumstance of traffic congestion during cultural festival in a local city. This paper proposes a parking dispatch and distribution system using a Q-learning algorithm to rapidly disperse traffics that increases suddenly because of in-bound traffics from the outside of a city in the real-time base as well as to increase parking probability in a parking lot which is widely located in a city. Design/methodology/approach The system get information on realtime-base from the sensor network of IoT (LoRa network). It will contribute to solve the sudden increase in traffic and parking bottlenecks during local cultural festival. We applied the simulation system with Queuing model to the Yudeung Festival in Jinju, Korea. We proposed a Q-learning algorithm that could change the learning policy by setting the acceptability value of each parking lot as a threshold from the Jinju highway IC (Interchange) to the 7 parking lots. LoRa Network platform supports to browse parking resource information to each vehicle in realtime. The system updates Q-table periodically using Q-learning algorithm as soon as get information from parking lots. The Queuing Theory with Poisson arrival distribution is used to get probability distribution function. The Dijkstra algorithm is used to find the shortest distance. Findings This paper suggest a simulation test to verify the efficiency of Q-learning algorithm at the circumstance of high traffic jam in a city during local festival. As a result of the simulation, the proposed algorithm performed well even when each parking lot was somewhat saturated. When an intelligent learning system such as an O-learning algorithm is applied, it is possible to more effectively distribute the vehicle to a lot with a high parking probability when the vehicle inflow from the outside rapidly increases at a specific time, such as a local city cultural festival.
This study reviews equipped with enhanced capability of medical care, quality service, accessibility, and consumer awareness to be a competitive and representative local healthcare service provider with improved administrative efficiency. The method of analysis are ANOVA and Structural Equation Modeling. The results which revealed the significant difference among demographic factors in determining the preference or degree of satisfaction at medical service to select local healthcare institutions suggest that the close review on the needs of groups of major customers of local healthcare institutions are necessary when preparing the strategy of specialized medical service of local healthcare institutions. this suggests that both images would be important factors to secure the competitive advantage of local healthcare institution and therefore the strategy maximized the enhancement of medical service with embossed image of hospital to attract customers of medical service is needed.

Background: Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a refractory complication of herpes zoster (HZ). To prevent PHN, various strategies have been aggressively adopted. However, the efficacy of these strategies remains controversial. Therefore, we aimed to estimate the relative efficacy of various strategies used in clinical practice for preventing PHN using a network meta-analysis (NMA). Methods: We performed a systematic and comprehensive search to identify all randomized controlled trials. The primary outcome was the incidence of PHN at 3 months after acute HZ. We performed both frequentist and Bayesian NMA and used the surface under the cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) values to rank the interventions evaluated. Results: In total, 39 studies were included in the systematic review and NMA. According to the SUCRA value, the incidence of PHN was lower in the order of continuous epidural block with local anesthetics and steroids (EPI-LSE), antiviral agents with subcutaneous injection of local anesthetics and steroids (AV + sLS), antiviral agents with intracutaenous injection of local anesthetics and steroids (AV + iLS) at 3 months after acute HZ. EPI-LSE, AV + sLS and AV + iLS were also effective in preventing PHN at 1 month after acute HZ. And paravertebral block combined with antiviral and antiepileptic agents was effective in preventing PHN at 1, 3, and 6 months. Conclusions: The continuous epidural block with local anesthetics and steroid, antiviral agents with intracutaneous or subcutaneous injection of local anesthetics and a steroid, and paravertebral block combined with antiviral and antiepileptic agents are effective in preventing PHN.

Prior to the concrete and practical use of closed schools, this study was designed to identify trends in the use of closed schools, and the possibility and direction of the library's use of closed schools based on the status of closed schools and use cases. As a result of the case analysis, the building of libraries using closed schools can be reborn as libraries with different characteristics from general public libraries, such as providing complex cultural spaces, eco-friendly spaces, and local community places. In addition, based on the results of the study, future direction of library closure is suggested as follows: Provide local economic contribution and local revitalization opportunities, life-friendly and friendly space for local residents, recycling space linked with elderly welfare, care service, urban to rural Immigrants, creation of added value and creation of local business using closed schools, environment-friendly space, recycling as a complex community center, recycled into a space that meets and complements local needs.

This research investigates the pivotal role of AI-enabled technologies in vitalizing the local economy. Collaborating with a leading search engine company, we examine the direct and indirect of an AI-based location search service on the success of sampled 7,035 local restaurants in Gangnam area in Seoul. We find that increased use of AI-enabled search and recommendation services significantly improved the selections of previously less-discovered or less-popular restaurants by users, and it also enhanced the stores' overall conversion rates. The main research findings have contributions to extant literature in theorizing the value of AI applications in local economy and have managerial implications for search businesses and local stores by recommending strategic use of AI applications in their businesses that are effective in highly competitive markets.
Unlike the previous works focusing on the state-of-the-art methodologies to improve the performance of machine learning models, this study improves the 'quality' of training data used in machine learning. We propose a method to enhance the quality of training data through the processing of 'local grammar,' frequently used in corpus analysis. We collected a vast amount of unstructured corporate review text data posted by employees working in the top 100 companies in Korea. After improving the data quality using the local grammar process, we confirmed that the classification model with local grammar outperformed the model without it in terms of classification performance. We defined five factors of work engagement as classification categories, and analyzed how the pattern of reviews changed before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this study, we provide evidence that shows the value of the local grammar-based automatic identification and classification of employee experiences, and offer some clues for significant organizational cultural phenomena.
'Alley' is the community space as the fundamental living space for local residents and also it's the space which characterize the local community. Research is needed to rediscover the value of alleys which are disappearing due to urban planning. This research focuses on Seochon (current Saejong village) alleys and classify the types of alleys where residential density is seen. Further, this research aims the analysis of dwellings which use the alleys and the characteristics of the layout of alleys. Followings are the research results; 1) Major classifications are 'through alleys' and 'dead end alleys' and there is higher ratio for dead end alleys. 2) Majority of Seochon alleys have the width of more than 1.5 m and less than 3.6 m. 3) There are four types of alleys and straight alleys are most common. 4) Various type of alleys can be found where the width is wider. 5) In case of dead end alleys, there is a tendency of both sides layout rather than one side layout of dwellings. 6) Clusters of hanok can be found at Chebu-dong, Tongin-dong, Nuha-dong and Tongui-dong whereas modern dwellings and villas are more common in Nusang-dong and Ogin-dong. This research analyzes the current status of Seochon alleys and rediscover the value of alleys. This research also provides and presents the basic data materials for continuous sustainable method to keep alleys which characterize the local area.
