  • In 1990s, as the extreme weather events according to the global warming climate change are occurred frequently all around the world and the scale of the damage increases, the developed countries are promoting various policies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions setting the goal of greenhouse gas reduction with the level of State and local government. Especially for the greenhouse gas reduction of buildings and the inducement of eco-friendly design, the green certification system is strengthened with the assessment of energy and greenhouse management, and recently, according to the policy change of climate and energy, the certification system expanded from the buildings to the level of city and district is piloted. So this research is to understand the main contents and the assessment system of domestic green building certification system implemented in March 2013 in response to the policy change of climate and energy and to suggest the basic data for the improvement of present domestic greenhouse certification standard through the analysis of actual certification and the main case analysis of international green certification system. Recently in developed countries, in 1990s, for the reduction of building's greenhouse gas emission and the inducement of eco-friendly design, from the building of LEED, BREEAM, DGNB to the level of city and district such as LEED Neighborhood Development, BREEAM Communities, DGNB Stadtquartiere, the system is expanded and piloted. On the contrary, as for the domestic standard of green building certification system, the distribution ratio according to the assessment items in each category consists of the assessment system based on the buildings, and just the simple adjustment of some items and the improvement of weighted value are performed. Actually, as a result of selecting the 30 districts of apartment housing with the most certification performance by use among the 49 buildings certified by Institute of Land & Housing from December 2014 to July 2016 and analyzing the assessment score, the certification level is determined by the sectors of high distribution like indoor environment and energy not by the ineffective sector of external environment with low distribution so this system has a limitation to perform the practical means for the policy change of climate and energy. Thus for the national green building certification standards, the assessment system in the sector of external environment is to complemented and furthermore, reflecting domestic reality, through the introduction of certification system and the assessment system with the level of city and district, this system should be improved to meet the international certification standard.

  • This study was conducted to determine the influence of seeding date on growth, characteristic yield and chemical composition of Italian millet (Setaria italica) from April 20 to May 30, 2003(April 20, May 1, May 20 and May 30) in Jeju. A local variety was seeded on days to heading were lessened as seeding date was delayed. The plant height was longest when seeded on 1 May(131cm) than at the other seeding dates. Stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width had the similar trend with plant height. SPDA reading values were greater at earlier seedings. Fresh forage yield was greatest (43.28MT/ha) at 1 May seeding and decreased gradually before or after this seeding date. Dry matter yield, crude protein yield and total digestible nutrient (TDN) yield had nearly the same tendency with fresh forage yield. Crude protein, crude fat, NFE and TDN contents were greatest at 30 May seeding and then decreased earlier seedings. Crude ash and crude fiber content tended to decreased as seeding was delayed. Based on the these findings, optimum seeding date for forage production of Italian millet seems to be early May in Jeju island.

  • The total acreage of 4,894ha of upland soils in Yeongyang area, the main crop cultivated were red-pepper. They were distributed mainly on local valleys and alluvial fans(54.9%), about 61.2% had 7~15% slopes, and about 73.2% had fine loamy family in soil texture. the soils were classified into Ochrepts(73.7%). Udalfs(16.9%), Fluvents(6.2%) and Psamments(3.2%) etc. The upland soils with 100~250m in altitude and "moderately well drained" had higher contents in inorganic nutrients. The red-pepper Produced in the high altitude(>400m) were lower in quality and yields, while the content of sugar and yields of pepper produced in fine loamy textured soils were higher than other soil textures. The yields of red-pepper produced in the "moderately well drained" soils which had better water supply capacity were higher than "well drained" soils.

  • The slurry composting and bio-filtration (SCB) liquid manure has some obvious advantages including a good source of N, P and K, local availability, effective microorganism and the ability to improve soil properties. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence on the changes of soil chemical properties and yield of red pepper by fertigation cultivation with SCB application for 2 years. Red pepper was transplanted in early May in 2013 and 2014. The treatment with three replication was composed of 4 types as control (N 1.0), SCB 0.5N, SCB 1.0N, and SCB 2.0N standards of recommended nitrogen fertilizer ($19kg\;N\;10a^{-1}$). The fertigation cultivation which was installed the surface drip irrigation system was splitted 10 times as $2.5Mg\;10a^{-1}$ nutritional solution included with chemical fertilizer and SCB every 10 days during the cultivation. The height and width of pepper plant were 7.0% and 5.8% higher in SCB 2.0N treatment than that in control. The yield of red pepper increased with the increasing of SCB application rates from SCB 0.5N to 2.0N. The yield of SCB 1.0N was much better 10% in average than that of control, and there was significant differences among all treatments. pH of control soil after final harvest decreased to 6.1, however pH of SCB treated soils increased from 6.7 to 7.1 depending on SCB application rates. The Exch.-K contents of SCB treated soils were increased 13.7 to 56.9% after final harvest compared with control by $0.51cmol_c\;kg^{-1}$. Accordingly, these results showed that SCB 1.0N application rate as a recommended nitrogen level based on soil testing can be used as an alternative nitrogen management as well as plant nutrition for red pepper cultivation.

  • Korea's Kimjang and Japan's Washoku were listed in the UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013. Kimjang and Washoku not only have the meaning of a long tradition or national representative food. Additionally, UNESCO admitted the value of Kimjang and Washoku that allows members of society to share together and strengthen their solidarity through the use of it. And the identity of each nation is well represented in the Kimjang and Washoku effort. The Kimjang is managed by the Intangible Cultural Properties Department of the Cultural Heritage Administration. Likewise, the Washoku is managed by the Department of Washokusitsu of Japan's Agriculture Ministry. In regards to festivals, they are the most representative of Kimjang's contents in Korea. Kimjang can participate with a consensus of all people and must do it before the coming winter months. In this way, it is very suitable for the presentation of a festival. And there are many festivals related to Washoku in Japan, mainly manifested with local specialties. We have seen that Japan has many kinds of festivals, which encourages it to be called and known as the country of festivals. And Washoku is being fostered as the core content of the 'Cool Japan Strategy' because it has become world-renowned since it was listed as an intangible cultural heritage.

  • This paper studied the type and character of the Divinity in Korean shamanism. The study of the Divinity means the hierarchy of shamanism, the relationship between shamanism and divinity, and the comparison between shamanism and divinity. The study of the shamanistic divinity based on Kim Tae - Gon's collection of anthology by Shaman(1971). The Jaesugut was composed of the contents of the gods blessing human beings. The JaesuGut of Seoul vary from 10 to 18 depending on the author. The JaesuGut of Goseong consists of 8 Gut. The essence of the ritual gut is to pray for the peace of the individual by using the world which is not explained by reason and science. It is a reincarnation that reflects the world of experience that is stored in the memory of human being that both reason and science can not explain. And the desire to escape from fear was reflected in Jaesu Gut. Every Jaesu Gut in Seoul and Goseong has a main divinity. This main divinity is attached to the divinity in another Gut and becomes a subordination divinity. It also becomes a subordinate-subordination divinity to the another Gut. The gods of reincarnation are basically taken in the order of national security ${\rightarrow}$ local security ${\rightarrow}$ home security.
