본 연구는 마을공동체미디어의 실천과 관련 누가, 왜 참여하고, 참여자들의 역할은 마을공동체미디어의 운영에 어떠한 연관성을 가지는지, 그리고 참여자들의 참여 요건은 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 농촌지역사회에서 실천되고 있는 마을신문을 민속지학적으로 접근하였고, 참여관찰, 심층인터뷰, 내용분석을 수행했다. 연구 결과는 조화로운 주민 참여가 마을신문 실천의 핵심이며, 주민 참여는 자발성, 개방성, 재능기부, 관계성이라는 요건을 바탕으로 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 자발성은 지역공동체의 구성원으로서 지역사회의 활성화에 대한 바램과 노력이 이어지는 것이다. 개방성은 주민 누구나 자유롭게 참여할 수 있는 마을신문의 운영 구조와 연관된다. 재능기부는 주민 참여의 구체적 실천 형태로서 각자의 경험, 지식, 전문성을 바탕으로 한다. 그리고 관계성은 자발성과 실천을 연결해주는 지역사회의 연결망이자 마을공동체미디어의 운영 구조이다. 이러한 주민참여의 요건들이 긍정적 협업으로 이어질 때 마을공동체미디어의 순기능이 발현되며, 지속가능성 역시 확보된다는 것을 마을신문의 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

Recently, residents' community center is trying to combine with various program and facilities as the residents self-government program's development. This is due to the reduction of administrative tasks, the computerization of programs, the importance of community participation activities, the activation of community, and the increase of welfare projects. Therefore, previous studies on program complexity have been actively carried out. Nevertheless, spaces and programs studies of considering regional characteristics are lacking. Therefore, the community centers' program and spaces need to change. Therefore, this study propose an improvement direction through analyzing the situation of the residents' community center. For this study, the precedent research and institutional limitations are examined. In addition, this study selected and analyzed the 15 local community center. Thirdly, interviews were conducted with users and officials of the 5 residents' community centers on major changes. Finally, This study suggests direction of program improvement and architectural design direction. As a result of this study, integrated management measures with overlapping agencies should be sought. Surplus space will have to be rearranged into a new program through prior examination. Above all, the proposed remodeling guidelines require user requirements to be reflected and designed with the residents.

As population inflows into the city and the traffic volume increases, a three-dimensional transportation system was developed, and as a result, the lower space of the viaduct was formed. Since the space under viaduct includes factors such as shadow, noise, vibration, and disconnection between regions, efforts have been made to prevent slumming and help form local communities by activating them. This study intends to derive analysis based on locality, functionality, and communication for a variety of access to the lower space of an overpass, and analyze cases based on the result. We have the results through analysis are as follows. First, the space under the viaduct has been turned into a slum due poor accessibility and utilization, and local residents and local government also neglected the space. However, it appears to be a space with high potential utilization. Second, by giving diversity to the lower space of the viaduct and cultivating spatial identity, the space was activated and connected with the surroundings by providing a more pleasant environment. Third, accessibility was improved by providing a complex functional and aesthetic environment, and by providing various programs that could form a community among residents, voluntary and active participation was elicited.

현재 지역 주민들 간의 커뮤니티 활성화가 중요시 되고 있는 가운데 마을재생 사업, 마을 문화 활성화 사업 등이 주민 참여를 바탕으로 다양하게 추진되고 있다. 이처럼 지역사회의 주민이 주체가 되어 마을의 문제점을 제시하고 개선하는 것 중 하나가 커뮤니티 매핑이다. 이러한 커뮤니티 매핑은 주민들이 직접 마을 내 주요 이슈들을 지도화하는 과정을 통해 마을에 대한 주민들의 관심을 유도하고, 마을 계획과 정책을 결정하는데 있어 주민들의 자발적인 참여를 이끌어내는 것을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티 매핑을 활용해 부산 안창마을 지역 주민들의 쌍방향 소통을 위한 안전지도 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 개발된 앱은 지역의 안전과 관련된 항목을 4가지로 분류해 지역의 현안과 문제점에 대한 정보를 지역주민이 직접 올리고 공유하는 역할을 한다. 또한 개발된 앱을 사용하여 작성된 마을의 안전 관련 현안과 문제점을 관련 행정 기관과 공유하고 개선할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.

This study aims to identify the actual condition of local food stores that serve as a regional activation space within the highway rest area. It analyzes and examines user awareness, and presents desirable directions for the establishment of new local food stores and improvement of existing facilities. The research method was conducted as follows: the status of 226 rest areas were examined which were installed on national highways, location conditions and convenience facilities. Second, a physical survey was conducted on 116 local food stores(floor area, location) and a user awareness survey on 63 local food stores. The results of the analysis and review have been concluded as follows. First, it is necessary to consider the establishment of a local food store in order to promote the local community by using various cultural and environmental conditions in the highway rest area, and to secure a public space to promote exchanges with local residents and revitalize the local economy. Second, considering the continuous increase of highway users, location, and traffic conditions, diversification of convenience functions including local food stores should be considered even if it is a medium and small highway rest area. Third, the floor area of local food stores is generally planned within a range of $75m^2$ to $125m^2$, and its location should be integrated with the rest area as much as possible. Inevitably, when you need to construct separately at the exit or entrance, you need to consider a unique design that ensures accessibility and visibility.

지방자치의 궁극적인 목적은 지역사회의 주인인 주민의 복리증진이다. 주민의 복리증진은 주민의 생명과 재산의 보호로부터 시작된다. 이러한 보호활동의 대부분은 경찰의 기능이다. 따라서 주민의 복리증진을 위해서는 지역의 자율성을 바탕으로 하는 자치경찰이 개념적으로 전제가 되어야 한다. 지역사회에 뿌리를 두고 지역사회를 위하여 활동하는 자치경찰활동은 경찰과 지역사회를 재결합시켜주는 것이며, 지역의 문제해결을 중심으로 이루어지는 자치경찰활동은 범죄와 무질서, 범죄에 대한 두려움을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 지역주민을 동반자로 인식하며 지역사회의 전반적인 삶의 질을 개선시키기 위한 지역주민 자체의 노력의 표현이다. 자치경찰이 전면적으로 도입될 경우 정부와 지방자치단체에서는 그동안 준비해 온 여러가지 대안들을 면밀히 검토 분석하여 최적의 대안을 마련하여 시행착오를 줄이는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 최우선적으로는 자치경찰을 도입하려는 이유가 무엇인지 정확하게 파악해야 한다. 즉, 자치경찰의 도입은 중앙정부와 지방정부, 국가경찰과 자치경찰, 여당과 야당, 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체 간의 보이지 않는 주도권 다툼이 아니라 지방자치시대를 맞아 진정으로 지역주민들의 '안전'과 '삶의 질 향상'에 있음을 직시해야 한다.

Objective: This study investigated the awareness of occupational therapy in the community in occupational therapy majors through a survey. This purpose is to investigate the awareness of occupational therapy in the community among occupational therapy majors and establish a theoretical foundation. Methods: The research subjects were surveyed among occupational therapy majors at M University living in Gyeongsangnam-do, and analyzed 141 questionnaires from September 2023 to December 2023. Results: The results of this study that education and awareness improvement are needed to increase awareness of occupational therapy in the community, and it was found that continuing education and case sharing are effective. Activation of home rehabilitation and continuous health management. This institutional development can induce employment activity through community rehabilitation, and activate programs in connection with adult day care centers. For the development of community occupational therapy, participation in education and development of customized treatment are necessary, and patient It should be developed to help with movement and movement, and it has been shown that it can also affect the quality of life of patients. In addition, cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence are expected to be applied to remote support, telemedicine, etc., and are applied to dementia, cognitive patients, and central nervous system patients. In order to institutionalize occupational therapy in the community, it is helpful in daily life, nursing, and management. It was said that this would be helpful for community participation. Conclusion: This study investigated the awareness of occupational therapy in the community among occupational therapy majors. Education and awareness improvement are needed to increase awareness of occupational therapy in the community. Education to improve the professionalism of occupational therapists, strengthening connectivity with other majors, and local organizations. It is believed that collaboration with the local community and institutional supplementation tailored to the needs of the local community were necessary.

Purpose: By identifying the contents of the "Empty Home Utilization & Community Revitalization Model Project" which is a pilot project of empty homes back into use in Kyoto City and analyzing the characteristics of the case housing, the purpose of this study is to find out implications and suggest improvements for the domestic empty home utilization project. Methods: The scope of the survey covers seven project sites in the period from 2014 to 2016. The research method is to derive the physical and operational characteristics of the project, through the literature reviews related to bringing empty homes back into use in Kyoto City and the field survey including the space measurement and the operator interview. Results: First, in order to succeed in bringing empty homes back into use for community revitalization, the selection process of the project and the role of the public in and after supporting the project are important. Second, the important features that are required as a physical characteristic of the project are an advantage in location and an interactive space that is available at all time like a community cafe at the entrance. Third, as an operational characteristic of the empty home utilization project, it is advantageous for the local residents to participate as a business actor or an operator, and it is the continuous use of residents and outsiders by implementing an operating program that is suitable for the characteristics of the local community. Implications: The physical and operational activation factors to bring empty homes back into use need to be included as the project screening standards. And it is necessary for the public to develop the Intermediate Support Organization and to participate in linking with residents in order to carry out the empty homes utilization project effectively.

Till now, the roles of a tradition market were a circulation of the necessities of life, a employment market of local society, a center of community, and a main structure of local economy. Recently, these tradition market is on the decline because it couldn't cope with the internal and external changes. It is recognized that these phenomenon is a factor of economy unbalance. So, to activate the local economy, tradition market should be promoted. Therefore, external changes such as the increase of competition intensity and the changes of consume pattern, internal changes such as the deterioration of facility and old fashioned management were analysed. The activation plan of traditional market were suggested through the decision index for the tradition market in this study.
