본 연구는 지역방송국들의 기록관리 현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 분석의 기준점이 되어 줄 KBS서울총국을 비롯하여 KBS 지역방송국 1곳, MBC 지역방송국 1곳, 지역민방 2곳을 방문하여 담당자와의 면담을 통한 현황 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 대부분의 지역방송국은 디지털로 생산되어 송출된 방송영상물은 방송국 내 서버를 통해 비교적 체계적으로 보관하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이들은 과거에 생산된 아날로그 자료에 대한 디지털화 작업을 실시하지 않고, 보유 기록물의 수량조차 정확하게 파악하지 못하고 있었다. 게다가 보존설비나 검색장비가 낙후되어 기록물에 대한 기본적인 보존과 이용에 있어서 어려움이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 방송국 자체 기록관리 규정 마련, 목록 작성을 통한 보유 기록물 수량 파악, 아날로그 기록에 대한 디지털화 작업 실시, PD들에 대한 메타데이터 교육 등의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

The space for production, such as studios and control rooms, is a space for TV program production, which is the main function of broadcast. A block planning for such space should be carefully designed, because it can significantly affect the efficiency of production, as well as future productivity and the development and expandability of production. From the results of comparative analysis of 7 local terrestrial broadcasters built since the late 1990s, this study will. propose an ideal block planning for the future construction of local terrestrial broadcasters. Also, the results can be used a basic data when constructing new buildings for local broadcasters.

The broadcasting system for the customer safety and conveniency is one of the important convenience facilities taking charge of customer guidance, emergency situation broadcasts for the people waiting at the platform, waiting lounge and train approaching broadcasts. To maintain this broadcasting facility local management control system(LMC) is needed. LMC observes operation status of the facility components which is set up at station and the observation results are confirmed through out remote management PC installed in the jurisdiction branch office. The staff only observes and confirms the errors of the electrical power source at broadcasting facility components accordingly the real mechanical troubles are detected by on-the-spot survey. this paper deals with existing broadcasting system only acting as a simple observation function and the research of LMC function extension which controls, monitors and tests broadcasting facility.

인터넷을 기반망으로 하는 무선 종단망에서 방송용 또는 멀티캐스팅용 IP 주소를 이용한 기존의 무선 인터넷 지역방송 기술의 단점이 본 논문에서 보완되었다. 즉, 수신기가 방송을 요청하는 방법과 멀티캐스팅과 브로드캐스팅 방식을 결합시키거나, 수신기와 기지국의 하위 계층에서 방송 데이터 필터링을 수행하여, 통신망과 방송 서버, 기지국, 수신기의 부하가 대폭 감소되었다. 본 논문에서 제안된 기술은 일반적인 방송 서비스뿐만 아니라 LBS(Location Based Service)나 Telematics 서비스에 최적이다.

2012년 아날로그 TV가 종료되고 디지털 TV로의 전환이 이루어졌으며 최근 디지털 라디오의 도입 방안을 수립하기로 하는 등 아날로그 방송의 디지털화와 새로운 서비스의 등장으로 방송 주파수의 효율성을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 2005년 도입된 T-DMB는 기존 아날로그 TV 대역을 사용하며 상호 서비스 간 간섭을 피하기 위해 비효율적으로 채널 배치가 되어있다. 하지만 아날로그 TV가 종료되어 새롭게 정비할 수 있는 기반이 마련되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 방송 주파수 사용의 효율성을 높이고 사용자에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 기존 지역 방송국을 고려하면서 전국 공통 방송을 제공할 수 있는 전국 SFN 구성 방안을 제안한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보방송 서비스가 널리 확대되고 있으나, 인터넷 프로토콜 고유의 한계로 인해 사용상에 제한이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기지국에 IP 주소변환 기능을 도입한 억세스망에서의 인터넷 방송 기술이 제안되었다. 수신기에 IP 주소가 할당되지 않아도 되며, 사전에 서버의 주소를 몰라도 정보를 수신할 수 있으며, 서버의 부하나 통신망 트래픽이 대폭 감소되는 장점이 있다. 본 기술은 특히 무선 인터넷 지역방송에 매우 적합하다.

본고는 춘천문화방송의 재무 및 편성자료를 바탕으로 지역방송사 경영성과와 편성의 상관관계 및 경영상황의 변화에 따른 제작 형태의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지역방송사의 영업이익률과 자체제작비율은 정의상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 경영상황 변화에 따른 제작 형태의 변화를 분석한 결과, 경영여건이 악화된 시기에는 프로그램의 출연자 수가 줄고, 야외 촬영 형태가 늘었음이 확인되었다. 지역방송사들은 수익이 지속적으로 감소하는 상황에서 출연자수를 줄이고, 내부 스튜디오 녹화 보다는 외부 녹화 형태를 취함으로써 인건비와 세트 제작비를 절감해온 것으로 분석된다.

In this paper, we propose the audio watermarking algorithm based on the critical band of HAS(human auditory system) without audibly affecting the quality of the watermarked audio and implement the detecting algorithm on the BSS(broadcast synchronizing system) for testing the proposed algorithm. According to the audio quality test, the SNR(signal to noise ratio) of the watermarked audio objectively is 66dB above. In the robustness test, the proposed algorithm can detect the watermark more than $90\%$ from various compression(MP3, AAC), A/D and D/A conversions, sampling rate conversions and especially asynchronizing attacks. The BSS automatically switches the programs between the key station and the local station in broadcasting system. The result of reliability test of implemented system by using the real broadcasting audio has no false positive error during 30 days. Because of detecting once processing per 0.5 second, we can judge that the false positive error does not occur.

Water consumption has grown at more than 2.5 times, comparing the past century. About 2.8 billion people live in river basins with some form of water deficit, because more than 75 % of the river flows are withdrawn for agriculture and other needs. Challenges faced by more and more countries in their struggle for economic and social development are increasingly related to water. This paper proposes a test of an effective local river field environment management solution. And describing a part of a pilot project for the ministry of water resources of Uzbekistan. Current work focused on direct action items of the existing project and describe an IoT routing based solution for local river field environment management solutions. Suggested technological decisions provided by needs and on-site testing results. The paper describes the backbone of IoT routing based river water resources management system.

본격적인 지상파DMB 서비스가 시작됨에 따라, 중앙 또는 다른 방송국으로부터 들어오는 방송신호를 재송신하던 도중에 지방의 방송국에서 필요한 지역광고 및 특정 프로그램을 보내고자 하는 경우에 스플라이싱 기법이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 및 MPEG-2 시스템을 동시에 사용하고 있는 지상파DMB에서 효율적인 스플라이싱을 위해 요구되는 신호 흐름에 대해 제안하며, 지상파DMB에서 신호 전송 시 사용되는 앙상블스트림으로의 재구성 과정에 대해 설명한다. 또한, 설계된 DMB 스플라이싱 기술을 적용하여 제작된 스플라이서를 통해서 전송스트림을 스위칭했을 때, 수신기에서 영상을 디코딩하여 비교함으로써 그 성능을 검증하였다.
