유한요소법을 이용한 자기부상용 선형유도기의 운전 특성 분석법 (Analysis on Driving Performance of Linear Induction Motor for Maglev System by Finite Element Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 유한요소법을 사용하여 자기부상열차용 선형 유도 전동기의 효율적인 운전곡선 도출 방법을 제안한다. 긴 시간의 동특성 해석을 위해 선형유도기 모델을 선형에서 회전형 타입으로 변환하고, 제어시 필요한 슬립 파라미터를 전자장 해석을 통하여 효과적으로 도출하였다. 견인용 선형유도전동기는 인버터에 의해 저속의 정토크 영역에서는 전압/주파수 (V/f) 일정제어를 수행하고, 고속에서의 정출력 영역에서는 전압을 고정시키고 주파수를 증가시키면서 제어한다. 따라서 논문에서는 정토크 및 정출력 영역의 운전 특성을 도출하기 위해 각 구간에서 일정한 스텝으로 슬립특성 곡선을 도출하고, 차량의 운전 상태에 따른 슬립 및 주파수를 특성곡선의 보간법에 의해 결정한다. 본 방법을 이용하면 차량의 임의의 부하상태에 따라 최적의 운전 지령을 제시할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 상용 회전체 동역학 해석 툴을 이용하여 경사 운전조건을 고려한 대용량 추진 전동기용 베어링 개발에 상사적 설계 방법과 실험적 방법을 적용하였다. 개발된 베어링은 전기적으로 절연이 되어있으며 각 연결부는 2~4mm 의 에폭시 절연판을 연결하여 낮은 열전도 특성을 가지도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 저속운전에서 야기되는 베어링 손상 문제를 해결하기 위해 원활한 유막이 생성될 수 있도록 고안한 정압 윤활장치를 적용하여 우수한 윤활특성을 확보하였다. 또한 대형 중량물에 대한 유지보수를 고려하여 반분할 방식의 조립구조를 적용하였다. 본 논문은 고부하, 저속 운전의 추진 전동기 분야에 사용되는 미끄럼 베어링의 주요 핵심설계요소를 언급하였다. 게다가, 시험벤치상에서 다양한 경사조건을 통해 실링부의 오일누유 현상을 확인하였다.

대형 레이더 기계구조부 개발 절차 (Development Process of Mechanical Structure for a Large Radar)

  • In this paper, design requirements of the large radar were investigated, and development was performed through the analysis and design. Large radar should be designed by bearing the 75 knot wind force and $20kg/m^2$ ice mass as operating conditions in order to meet structural stability, and driving torque and bearing load were calculated for securing the driving stability. Thermal dissipation analysis was performed considering TRM and DC-DC Converter's limitation temperature by $50^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature condition in order to attain thermal stability, and PSD and shock analysis were carried out by using MIL-STD-810G vibration and shock specification in order to transport and installation of the large radar. As a result, all components of large radar could secure the structural stability more than 2.8 factor of safety, and driving stability was also secured with adequate bearing fatigue life. Thermal stability was attained by allowable max temperature 88.7 C of the TRM, and structural stability for transportation and installation of the large radar was also secured more than 5 factor of safety. After it was transported and installed to the radar site, operating capability was finally verified by rotating the large radar.

농작업 부하 데이터를 활용한 80 kW급 전기구동 AWD 트랙터의 시뮬레이션 모델 개발 (Development of a Simulation Model for an 80 kW-class Electric All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) Tractor using Agricultural Workload)

  • The aim of this study is to design a simulation model for an electric All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) tractor to evaluate the performance of the selected component and agricultural work ability. The electric AWD tractor consists of four motors independently for each drive wheel, and each motor is combined with an engine generator, a battery pack, and reducers. The torque data of a 78 kW-class tractor was measured during plow tillage and driving operation to develop a workload cycle. A simulation model was developed by using commercial software, Simulation X, and it used the workload as the simulation condition. As a result of simulation analysis, the drive system, including an electric motor and reducers, was able to cope with high load during plow tillage. The SOC (State of Charge) level was influenced by the output power of the motor, and it was maintained in the range of 50~80%. The fuel consumed by the engine was about 18.23 L during working on a total of 8 fields. The electric AWD tractor was able to perform agricultural work for about 7 hours. In the future study, the electric AWD tractor will be developed reflecting the simulation condition. Research on the comparison between the simulation model and the electric AWD tractor should be performed.

THE EFFECT OF INTERNAL IMPLANT-ABUTMENT CONNECTION AND DIAMETER ON SCREW LOOSENING

  • Statement of problem. One of the common problems of dental implant prosthesis is the loosening of the screw that connects each component, and this problem is more common in single implant-supported prostheses with external connection, and in molars. Purpose. The purposes of this study were: (1) to compare the initial abutment screw detorque values of the six different implant-abutment interface designs, (2) to compare the detorque values of the six different implant-abutment interface designs after cyclic loading, (3) to compare the detorque values of regular and wide diameter implants and (4) to compare the initial detorque values with the detorque values after cyclic loading. Material and methods. Six different implant-abutment connection systems were used. The cement retained abutment and titanium screw of each system were assembled and tightened to 32Ncm with digital torque gauge. After 10 minutes, initial detorque values were measured. The custom titanium crown were cemented temporarily and a cyclic sine curve load(20 to 320N, 14Hz) was applied. The detorque values were measured after cyclic loading of one million times by loading machine. One-way ANOVA test, scheffe’s test and Mann-Whitney U test were used. Results. The results were as follows : 1. The initial detorque values of six different implant-abutment connections were not significantly different(p>0.05). 2. The detorque values after one million dynamic cyclic loading were significantly different (p<0.05). 3. The SS-II regular and wide implant both recorded the higher detorque values than other groups after cyclic loading(p<0.05). 4. Of the wide implants, the initial detorque values of Avana Self Tapping Implant, MIS and Tapered Screw Vent, and the detorque values of MIS implant after cyclic loading were higher than their regular counterparts(p<0.05). 5. After cyclic loading, SS-II regular and wide implants showed higher detorque values than before(p<0.05).

지대주와 금속 실린더의 종류가 보철물의 적합도 및 preload에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECTS OF FABRICATION OF GOLD CYLINDER AND ABUTMENT ON THE FITNESS AND PRELOAD OF THE PROSTHESIS)

  • Statement of problem : Recently various implant components such as premachined gold cylinder, plastic cylinder gold UCLA abutment and plastic abutment were developed and used clinically without clinical investigation. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of fabrication of gold cylinder on the fitness and preload of the standard abutment and also the effects of fabrication of UCLA gold abutment on the fitness and stress transfer around the implant fixture. Material and method : Three kinds of gold cylinders such as, as-received gold cylinder (Nobel Biocare, Sweden), gold cylinder after casting, and plastic cylinder after casting with type IV gold alloy were tested over the top of the standard abutment. At the same time, three types of abutments such as, gold UCLA abutment before and after casting, and plastic abutment after casting were tested. The cylinder and abutment was secured over the fixture with conventional pre-load values using an electronic torque controller (Nobel Biocare, Sweden). The fitness of the abutment on the fixture and gold cylinder over the standard abutment were measured using the microhardness tester (MXT 70, Matsuzawa, Japan). Preload and the strain values were recorded using the strain balance unit (SB-10, Measurement group, Raleigh, USA) and strain indicator (P-3500, Measurement group, Raleigh, USA) systems. Results and conclusion : 1. Significant differences were found in the fit between the gold cylinder and plastic cylinder. 2 There were significant differences between the preload of the gold cylinder and that of the plastic cylinder. 3. Significant differences were found in the fit between the gold UCLA abutment and plastic UCLA abutment. 4. There were no significant differences in the stress generated on the supporting structure of the fixture among different cylinder and abutment groups.

  • 가황계에 따른 NR/BR 블렌드의 물리적 기계적 특성의 변화를 가교밀도의 차이로 해석하였다. 경화제의 비율 및 함량이 증가함에 따라 가황속도 및 최대 토오크는 증가를 보였으며, 가교밀도도 증가하였다. 가교밀도의 증가에 따라 경도, 300% 모듈러스, 반발탄성 및 마모특성은 증가를 보인 반면에 발열에 의한 온도 상승 및 $60^{\circ}C$에서의 tan $\delta$는 감소를 보였다. 따라서 높은 하중이 가해지는 트럭/버스 타이어의 트레드 부위에 사용하는 경우 회전저항이 적은 semi-EV 가황계가 가장 적절한 가황 시스템으로 판단되었다.

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF GAS-TO-LIQUID (GTL) AS AN ALTERNATIVE FUEL USED IN A DIRECT INJECTION COMPRESSION IGNITION ENGINE

  • This paper investigates the combustion and emission characteristics of a compression ignition engine fueled with neat and blended Shell's gas-to-liquid (GTL) fuel, which was derived from natural gas through the Fischer-Tropsch process. The experiments were conducted in a 6-cylinder DI diesel engine with pump timing settings of $6^{\circ},\;9^{\circ}\;and\;12^{\circ}$crank angle before TDC over ECE R49 and US 13-mode cycles separately and compared to a conventional diesel fuel. The results show that GTL exhibited almost the same power and torque output, improved fuel economy and effective thermal efficiency. It was found that GTL displayed lower peak in-cylinder combustion pressure and maximum heat release rate (HRR), the timings of the peak pressure and the maximum HRR were generally delayed, and the combustion durations were almost equivalent for diesel and GTL under the same speed-load condition. The results also indicate that, compared to diesel fuel, GTL blends showed a trend forward decreasing four regulated emissions simultaneously and a higher GTL fraction in blends contributing to further reductions in the emissions. In particular and on average, neat GTL significantly reduced HC, CO, NOx and PM by 16.4%, 17.8%, 18.3% and 32.4%, respectively, for all cases.

커먼레일 연료분사 시스템을 장착한 2.9 리터급 경량 DME 트럭의 연구 및 개발 (Research and Development of a 2.9 Liter Light-duty DME Truck Using Common Rail Fuel Injection Systems)

  • In this study, the trucks(2.9-liter) have been developed to use DME as fuel, and performance test of the vehicle's DME engine, power, emissions, fuel economy and vehicle aspects was conducted. For experiments, the fuel system(common-rail injectors and high-pressure pump included) and the engine control logic was developed, and ECU mapping was performed. As a result, the rail pressure from 40MPa to approximately 65% increase compared to the base injector has been confirmed that. Also, the pump discharge flow is 15.5 kg/h when the fuel rail pressure is 400rpm(40MPa), and the pump discharge flow is 92.1 kg/h when the fuel rail pressure is 2,000rpm(40MPa). The maximum value of full-load torque capability is 25.5 kgfm(based on 2,000 rpm), and more than 90% compared to the level of the diesel engine were obtained. The DME vehicle was developed in this study, 120 km/h can drive to the stable, and calculated in accordance with the carbon-balance method of fuel consumptions is 5.7 km/L.

열차추진시스템에서 유도전동기의 속도제어를 위한 제어기 설계에 대한 연구-2 (A Study on the Design of Controller for Speed Control of the Induction Motor in the Train Propulsion System-2)

  • 현재 전기철도에서는 고성능 유도전동기를 사용하고 있어서 열차속도제어를 위해 벡터제어를 이용하고 있다. 또한 최근에 인버터와 제어이론의 개발로 인해 다양한 방법으로 유도전동기 제어가 가능하다. 현재 유도 전동기를 사용하는 철도차량은 교류전동기를 이용한 역행, 역상제동 및 회생제동 등이 가능하다. 따라서 다양한 방법을 적용하기 위해서는 모터블록과 유도전동기의 모델이 필요하다. 유도전동기의 제어 방법으로는 가변 전압운전, 가변주파수 운전을 통하여 유도전동기의 토크와 회전수를 제어한다. 철도차량 추진시스템은 많은 서브시스템을 가지고 있어 속도제어 성능을 해석하기가 매우 복잡하다. 본 논문에서는 유도전동기를 사용하는 철도차량 추진시스템을 대상으로 Matlab/Simulink를 이용한 속도제어 특성을 분석하였고, 일정시간에 부하에 대한 외란입력응답 특성을 해석하였다. 또한 철도차량 추진시스템의 속도제어 특성을 해석하기 위해 전류, 속도, 자속추정기 및 유도전동기 모델을 제시하였다.
