하중에 의한 공기중 자속의 변화 (Change in Magnetic Flux in the Air Due to Load)

  • 이차원 표면균열을 가진 재료의 모드 I 응력확대계수($K_1$)를 교류전위차법으로 효과적으로 계측할 수 있는 방법을 결정하기 위해 하중이 가해질 때 균열면을 포함한 시험편 내부 및 외부의 자속 변화 해석이 필요하여 이를 이론적 및 실험적으로 규명하였다. 이론 해석 결과 균열면 사이의 공기중 자속은 시험편에 하중을 가하여도 변하지 않았으며, 실험 결과와 일치하였다. 따라서 유도기전력을 많이 유도할 수 있도록 제작된 계측계로 측정한 하중에 따른 교류전위차 변화는 시험편의 내부 인덕턴스 변화와 시험편 내부 인덕턴스 변화와 관련된 상호 인덕턴스 변화에 의하여 발생한다.

Correcting the Elastic-modulus Error of Quartz Glass Using Digital Speckle-pattern Interferometry

  • Three-point bending is the main method for measuring the elastic modulus of a thin plate. Although various displacement transducers may be used to measure the bending, these are single-point measurements, and it is difficult to eliminate the error caused by eccentric load and shear force. Error-correction models for the elastic modulus of quartz glass using digital speckle interferometry are proposed for eccentric load and shear force. First, the positional misalignment between maximum deflection and load is analyzed, and the error caused by eccentric load is corrected. Then, the additional displacement caused by shear force at different positions of the quartz glass plate is explored. The effect of shear deformation is also corrected, by measuring two points. Since digital speckle interferometry has the advantage of full-field measurement, it can simultaneously obtain deflection data for multiple points to realize error correction. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively correct the measurement error of the elastic modulus.

교류전위차법을 이용한 효과적인 응력확대계수의 측정 방법 (Effective Way of Measuring $K_I$ by Means of ACPD Technique)

  • 교류전위차법 (alternating current potential drop : ACPD)을 이용하여 이차원 표면균열을 갖고 있는 강자성체 (ferromagnetic material)와 상자성체 (paramagnetic material)의 모드 I (opening mode) 응력확대계수($K_I$)를 효과적으로 계측하는 방법을 개발하기 위하여 하중에 따른 교류전위차 변화(change in ACPD)에 미치는 자속(magnetic flux)의 영향을 연구하였다. 그리고 하중에 따른 전위차 변화에 미치는 탈자(demagnetization) 및 균열길이의 영향을 연구하였다. 기전력을 많이 유도할 수 있도록 설계된 계측계의 경우 하중에 따른 교류전위차 변화량은 크게 증가하였다. 아울러 교류전위차 변화와 응력확대계수 변화 사이의 관계는 탈자 등의 조치가 없어도 선형적이며, 탈자는 전위차 변화에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았다. 일정 $K_I$ 변화에 의한 전위차 변화량은 균열길이에 의존하지 않고 계측계에 의존한다. 교류전위차법을 이용하여 효과적으로 응력확대계수를 결정하는 방법은 기전력을 많이 유도할 수 있도륵 설계된 계측계를 사용하여 교류전위차 변화를 측정하는 것이다.

  • The contriving equivalent circuit of single phase induction motor which does not separate the primary leakage reactance and the secondary leakage reactance by the revolving field theory, and the graphically calculating method of the characteristics with T-type circle diagram of three phase induction motor which does not suppose the primary leakage reactance can be drawn up only by the no load test, the lock test, and measuring the resistance of stator winding are suggested in this paper. The method which can calculate the parameters of the equivalent circuit and the characteristics with no load test, lock test and measuring resistance of stator windings is suggested in this paper. Considered the exciting current in lock test, we could calculate very accurate characteristics of the single phase induction motor.

감조하천에서의 저수위 유량산정 다중회귀식 개발 (Development of Regression Equation for Water Quantity Estimation in a Tidal River)

  • Reliable flow measurement for dry season is very important to set up the in-stream flow exactly and total maximum daily load control program in the basin. Especially, in the points which tidal current effects are dominant because reliability of the low measurement decrease. The reliable measuring methods are needed. In this study, we analysis the water surface elevation difference of water surface elevation. Quantity relationship to consider tidal currents in these regions. It is known that tidal current effects from Nakdong river barrage are dominant in Samrangjin measuring station. We developed multiple regression equation with water surface elevation, quantity, and difference of water surface elevation and compared these results water measured rating curve. All of these regression equation including linear regression equation and log regression equation fits better measured data them existing water surface elevation quantity line and Among three equations, the log regression equation is best to represent the measured the rating curve in Samrangjin point. The log regression equation is useful method to obtain the quantity in the regions which tidal currents are dominant.

  • Road traffic noise is not produced by any one factor rather occurs as a composition of various factors. Its occurrence is made by running engine noise, tire frictional, and exhaust noise etc. The quality of the noise depends on the size of the vehicles, rotation and engine speed, vehicle load, package state of the road and incline etc. The occurrence of noise level of heavy trucks appears louder than smaller vehicles and the noise levels produced differs according to speed and load etc between similar size vehicles. Other factors such as traffic density, average speed, mixing rate of heavy vehicles, and the distance between vehicles also generate road traffic noise. In this paper we examine 2, 4, and 6-lane roads in Jeonju. Consequently, this study examined the means used to measure road traffic noise. It was found that when there is a large traffic density and the average velocity is below 70 km/hr, the noise level could receive a relative proper value by the current measuring means. But in the case of night-time, it was found that the current measuring method is inapposite.

1차 측 제어 플라이벅 컨버터의 정전류 및 정전압 제어 (A Constant-Current and Constant-Voltage Control Method for Primary-Side Regulated Fly-Buck Converter)

  • In this paper, a constant current(CC) and constant voltage(CV) control method using a primary-side regulated(PSR) fly-buck converter is proposed. Because the primary-side structure of the fly-buck converter is the same as that of the synchronous buck converter, it always operates in continuous conduction mode(CCM). Therefore, in the proposed method, the load information on the secondary side can always be easily estimated by measuring the primary inductor current at the midpoint of the switch-on period. An accurate CC/CV control can be achieved through simple calculations based on this estimated information. Consequently, the proposed method is advantageous for optimizing the control performance of the PSR converter. The validity of the proposed control was verified using a 5 W prototype of a PSR fly-buck converter. The experimental results confirmed that the current reference of 500 mA was followed within the error range of 1.2%, and that the voltage reference of 12 V was followed within the error range of 1.8% despite the indirect control of the load current and output voltage from the primary side.

  • 화력 발전소의 터빈 발전기에서 생산된 전기를 운반하기 위하여 부하 측에 설치된 케이블은 XLPE 케이블(또는 CV케이블)이다. 사고 발생시 저압 시스템을 포함하는 대부분의 설비들에 정전사고가 발생하여 막대한 경제적 손실을 초래한다. 설계부터 시공 및 관리를 더욱 철저히 해야 한다. 설치환경 및 사용 조건 부하량 등에 따라 차이가 있겠지만, 증설과정, 부적절한 설계 등으로 인하여 케이블의 단면적이 부족할 경우가 발생하며, 운전 전류에 의하여 초과된 허용온도는 케이블의 열화 상태를 초래한다. 우리는 케이블의 사고를 체계적으로 감시 및 예방하기 위한 측정 장비를 개발, 한국서부발전 주식회사(Korean Western Power Co. Ltd.)에 설치하여 활선상태에서 케이블에 흐르는 부하전류를 측정하였다. 이 논문에서 우리는 케이블에 흐르는 부하전류를 측정하고, 측정된 부하전류에 의한 부하특성의 파악 및 IEC규정에 의한 허용전류와 비교하여 케이블의 도체온도를 파악하기 위한 기초자료를 제시한다.

Kalman-Filter Based Static Load Modeling of Real Power System Using K-EMS Data

  • So far, the importance for an accurate load model has been constantly raised and its necessity would be further more emphasized. Currently used load model for analysis of power system in Korea was developed 10 years ago, which is aggregated by applying the statistically estimated load compositions to load models based on individual appliances. As modern appliances have diversified and rapidly changed, the existing load model is no longer compatible with current loads in the Korean power system. Therefore, a measurement based load model is more suitable for modern power system analysis because it can accurately include the load characteristics by directly measuring target load. This paper proposes a ZIP model employing a Kalman-filter as the estimation algorithm for the model parameters. The Kamlan-filter based parameter identification offers an advantage of fast parameter determination by removing iterative calculation. To verify the proposed load model, the four-second-interval real data from the Korea Energy Management System (K-EMS) is used.
