Keskin and Harmanci defined the family B(M,X) = ${A{\leq}M|{\exists}Y{\leq}X,{\exists}f{\in}Hom_R(M,X/Y),\;Ker\;f/A{\ll}M/A}$. And Orhan and Keskin generalized projective modules via the class B(M, X). In this note we introduce X-local summands and X-hollow modules via the class B(M, X). Let R be a right perfect ring and let M be an X-lifting module. We prove that if every co-closed submodule of any projective module P contains Rad(P), then M has an indecomposable decomposition. This result is a generalization of Kuratomi and Chang's result [9, Theorem 3.4]. Let X be an R-module. We also prove that for an X-hollow module H such that every non-zero direct summand K of H with $K{\in}B$(H, X), if $H{\oplus}H$ has the internal exchange property, then H has a local endomorphism ring.

To assess the validity of the previously computed finite element analysis results, the photoelastic experiment was carried out to determine stress intensity factors for crack originating from thin section of integrally stiffened plates having discontinuous thickness interface. The stress intensity factors were deter- mined by using linear slope method of photoelastic data. Results are presented as variable thickness geometry factor. $F_{IV}$ , for various crack lengths and thickness ratios. The experimental values of F/ sub IV/are compared with 3-D finite element analysis results. The correlation between experimental values and analysis results is resonably good.

합성원료로써 $Mg_3(PO_4)_2$와 $MgF_2$분말을 혼합한 후 백금밀폐용기를 사용하여 $1040^{\circ}C$에서 단일상의 wagnerite$(Mg_2PO_4F)$를 합성하였으며 이 결정상의 동질이상에 대하여 연구한 결과, 이미 발표된 연구 결과들과는 달리 $1255^{\circ}C$에서 단 한번의 가역적인 상전이가 관찰되었고, $1340^{\circ}C$에서 용융될 때까지 열분해 현상은 나타나지 않았으며, 이로써 2가 금속이온의 치환에 의해 여러 종류의 고용체를 합성해 낼 경우, 유약 및 플라스틱의 색상발현을 위한 안료로 사용될 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. $Zn_4P_2O_8F_2$와 $Zn_3MgP_2O_8F_2$ wagnerite의 Zn 대신 2가 금속을 치환한 경우, 전반적으로 d값이 줄어들었으며 Co는 자주색, Ni은 금색, Cu는 녹색을 나타내었다. 또한 charge-coupled 치환을 시도한 결과, $A^{1+}A_3^{2+}X^{5+}X^{6+}O_8_F2$의 경우만 wagnerite가 형성되었다.

An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different amounts of dietary linoleic acid (LA) on growth performance, serum biochemical traits, meat quality, fatty acids composition of muscle and liver, acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) and carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1 (CPT 1) mRNA expression in the liver of 9 wks old to 13 wks old growing meat rabbits. One hundred and fifty 9 wks old meat rabbits were allocated to individual cages and randomly divided into five groups. Animals in each group were fed with a diet with the following LA addition concentrations: 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 g/kg diet (as-fed basis) and LA concentrations were 0.84, 1.21, 1.34, 1.61 and 1.80% in the diet, respectively. The results showed as follows: the dietary LA levels significantly affected muscle color of LL included $a^*$ and $b^*$ of experimental rabbits (p<0.05). The linear effect of LA on serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol was obtained (p = 0.0119). The saturated fatty acids (SFAs) and monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) contents of LL decreased and the polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) content of LL increased with dietary LA increase (p<0.0001). The PUFA n-6 content and PUFA n-3 content in the LL was significantly affected by the dietary LA levels (p<0.01, p<0.05). The MUFAs content in the liver decreased and the PUFAs contents in the liver increased with dietary LA increase (p<0.0001). The PUFA n-6 content and the PUFA n-6/n-3 ratio in the liver increased and PUFA n-3 content in the liver decreased with dietary LA increase (p<0.01). The linear effect of LA on CPT 1 mRNA expression in the liver was obtained (p = 0.0081). In summary, dietary LA addition had significant effects on liver and muscle fatty acid composition (increased PUFAs) of 9 wks old to 13 wks old growing meat rabbits, but had little effects on growth performance, meat physical traits and mRNA expression of liver relative enzyme of experimental rabbits.

The present study was carried out to investigate the blood markers of Thoroughbred horses (TB) The blood red cell types and blood protein types (biochemical polymorphisms) were tested from 1,125 Thoroughbred horses by serological and electrophoretic procedures, and their phenotypes, gene frequencies, heterozygosity, polymorphic information content values and exclusion probability were estimated. The blood group and biochemical polymorphism phenotypes observed with high frequency were Aaf(91.7%), Ca(94.7%), K-(94.5%), Ua(75.9%), P-(50.6%), Qabc(82.6%), ALB-BB(67.7%), GC-FF(92.7%), AIB-KK(99.6%), ES-II(77.9%), TF-DF1(23.6%), PI-LL(23.2%), HB-B2B2(73.6%), PGD-FS(45.4%) and genotypes Dcgm/dk(16.9%), Dbcm/cgm(13.6%), Dbcm/dk(11.9%), Dcegmn/cegmn(10.0%), Dcgm/cgm(8.7%) in TB. Alleles observed with high frequency were Aaf(0.796), Ca(0.769), Ddk(0.266), Dcgm(0.261), Dbcm(0.211), K-(0.972), P-(0.710), Qabc(0.565), Q-(0.368), Ua(0.509), $HB^{B2}$(0.858), $PGD^F$(0.634), $ALB^B$(0.825), $GC^F$(0.927), $AIB^K$(0.998), $ES^I$(0.881), $TF^{F1}$(0.346), $TF^D$(0.319), $TF^{F2}$(0.184), $PI^L$(0.479), $PI^N$(0.214), $PI^U$(0.116) in TB. The heterozygosity, polymorphic information content (PIC) and exclusion probability (PE) were calculated. The mean heterozygosity and PIC value were 0.3899 and 0.3375, respectively. The highest heterozygosity and PIC were estimated 0.7834 and 0.7492 in blood group D locus, respectively. The cumulated PE obtained by blood groups and biochemical polymorphisms was 0.9813.

Objective : In order to investigate the effects of Soongijeseub-bang(here in after referred to SJB) on the obese gene and obese inhibitory, C57BL/6 mice were induced by high fat diet Methods : C57BL/6 mice were divided into three groups(normal, high fat diet with control, high fat diet with SJB extract) and fed for 15 weeks. And measured body weight change, the weight change of the adipocytes in body, the levels of ALT, AST, creatinine, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, NEFA(non-esterified fat acid), glucose in serum and the expression of ${\beta}3AR$, leptin, and TNF- ${\alpha}$ gene in primary adipocytes and adipocytes tissue. Results : The following results were obtained in this study. 1. SJB 500 mg/kg extract group showed significant decrease in final weight. 2. SJB 500 mg/kg extract group showed significant decrease in the amount of adipocyte in weight. 3. All experimental group showed significant decrease in ALT and AST levels. 4. All experimetal group did not show significant decrease in glucose and creatinine levels. 5. All experimental group showed significant decrease in total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride and NEFA levels. HDL-cholesterol were increase significantly in SJB 500 mg/kg extract group. 6. SJB 500 mg/kg extract group showed significant decrease in leptin levels. 7. All experimental group showed significantly increased expressions of fJ 3AR in primary adipose cell and 3T3-Ll cell, and those of leptin in primary adipose cell and 3T3-Ll cell were decreased significantly. SJB $100{\mu}l/ml$ extract group showed significant decrease in the expression of TNF-${\alpha}$. 8. SJB 500 mg/kg extract group showed decrease in the size of adipocyte in adipocytes tissue. 9. All experimental group showed significant decrease in adipose vacuoles in liver tissue.

This research was performed to investigate the developmental ability of mouse oocytes following cold-culture(4$^{\circ}C$) in vitro. When the oocytes were fertilized after 10 hour cold-culture in D-PBS or Ham's F10 with 0.3% BSA, the cleavage rage of the oocytes was not different in the rate of oocytes fertilized in vitro without cold-culture(126/189, 66.2% vs 88/133, 66.7%) and also the rate of embryos developed to blastocyst did not(123/189, 65.1% vs 82/133). But, when the time of the cold-cultre was extended from 10 to 24 hours, the rate of embryos developed to blastocyst was slightly decreased(73.5% vs 52.2%). However, when the oocytes were cultured for 10 and 24hours at 37$^{\circ}C$, the rate of oocytes developed to blastocyst was significantly decreased than that of oocytes following cold-culture. By the results of this study, it'll be possible to utilize effectively the cold-culture of the oocytes when in vitro fertilization is delayed.

In this study, quantitative nitric oxide concentration distributions are investigated in the laminar nonpremixed $H_2/N_2$ flames by laser-induced fluorescence (LIF). The measurements are taken in flames for different $N_2$ dilution ratios varying from 20${\sim}$80%, and fuel now rate is fixed as lslpm. The NO A-X (0,0) vibrational band around 226 nm is excited using a XeCl excimer-pumped dye laser. We applied same excitation line used in $CH_4$ premixed flame. Overall, NO concentration was rapidly decreased with $N_2$ addition and we could not measure the concentration any longer for $N_2$ dilution above 80%.

울진 1,2호기 RSTR 수행 시 울진 1,2호기 기존의 $\Delta$I Band를 해석하기 위해 RAOC방법을 적용 사고 해석을 수행하였다. 먼저 Xenon reconstruction model을 사용 축 방향 Xenon 분포를 생산한 다음, 정상 운전 상태와Condition ll상태에서 생산된 xenon 분포에 의한 축 방향 출력 분포를 사용 $F_{Q}$와 DNBR을 계산, Design Limit와 비교 만족하는 새로운 $\Delta$I band를 결정하였다. 새로운 band는 기존의 Design Limit의 변화를 주지 않으면서 울진 발전소 기존의 $\Delta$I band를 포함하면서 운전상의 유연성 창상을 기하게 되었다.$\Delta$I band를 포함하면서 운전상의 유연성 창상을 기하게 되었다.다.

In this paper, we consider the problem of embedding Fibonacci linear array, Fibonacci mesh, Fibonacci tree into Fibonacci circulants and between Fibonacci cubes and Fibonacci circulants. We show that the Fibonacci linear array of order n , Ln is a subgraph of the Fibonacci circulants of order n , En with En◎ Ln,n≥0 , the Fibonacci mesh of order (nt,n2), M(n,.nT)with S2n.1 f( M(n.れ)닌 M(n.1.n.1)), 52れ 늰( M(n.n.1)띤 M(H.n-1)) and the Fibonacci tree-lof order n, FT/sub n/ with ∑/sub n+3/⊇ FTn , n≥0, the Fibonacci tree-ll of order n , Tれ with ∑/sub n/⊇ Tn Fu퍼hermore, 낀e show that the Fibonacci cubes of order n , rn is subgraph of the Fibonacci circulants of order n , En and inversely rn can be embedded into En with expansion 1, dilation n -2 and congestion.
