이 연구에서 19세기말-20세기 초 영국의 토인비 홀과 미국의 헐 하우스 두 인보관의 사상과 활동을 소환하는 목적은 첫째, 당시 사회복지실천이 점진적으로 형태를 갖추게 된 계기와 당초의 뜻을 찾아보는 것이다. 둘째, 개인화의 문제와 대안의 공동체 만들기가 공존하는 이 시기에 당시 '사회적 일'로 시작된 맥락과 영국과 미국의 특징적인 활동을 통해 사회복지실천의 현재 의미와 정체성에 유용한 함의를 얻고자 하였다. 이 연구는 기존 문헌들을 활용하여 서사를 고찰하되 인보관이라는 장소가 복지공간으로 구성된 당시 시대정신과 활동, 지도력을 목적과 위치, 전문성과 교육, 사회행동 차원으로 분석하며 오늘의 의미를 살리고자 하였다. 유용한 분석 결과는 첫째, 자선조직협회와 인보관은 상반되기 보다는 빈곤에의 대응책으로 '제안-실행-비판-대안의 제안-사회복지실천의 대두'가 진행된 일련의 과정 속에서 볼 필요가 있다. 둘째, 인보관은 빈곤문제를 중심으로 계층, 젠더, 개인적인 것과 사회적인 것, 민간과 공공의 개입 등 여러 현상을 담은 담지자로서 복지공간을 구성하였다. 셋째, 두 인보관은 상이점도 있지만 둘 다 공공의 선과 안녕을 목적으로 하여 사회적인 일, 즉 사회복지실천을 구체화시켰다. 끝으로, 인보관의 복지공간으로서의 의의와 사회복지실천을 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

This study aims to understand the unique housing culture and decoration style in traditional Thai houses. Literature review and site visit were applied for the research method. A steep gable roof, a lifted floor structure on the pillars, a semi-enclosed central flatform(charn) and a outdoor staircase are important plastic elements of exterior decoration in Thai traditional houses. 'Panlom(windbreak on gable)' and 'fa loog fak(wall panel)' are the most unique elements which determine Thai traditional style. In Thai traditional style decoration, the beautifully carved wooden panels and decorations are also the most important factors. The decorations can be analyzed in the aspect of following perspectives. ; The characteristics of Thai traditional house decorations have been developed and evolved as result of influences from regional climate and local material. And also the social-cultural factors such as religion, social and family relationship and life style controlled the forms and culture of traditional housing form and culture. As a result, this study summarises and defines the outstanding and unique meaning and definition of the decoration in Thai traditional houses focused on central region in Thailand.

By population graying, elderly residing problem is risen by social problem. Specially, because residing is occupying many parts in psychological sentimentalize stability of elderly senescence, it is misgovernment that suitable countermeasure is pressing hereupon with governmental interest so that elderly age may can inhabit to suitable residing space. The purposes of this research used content analysis method about elderly residing support policy laying stress on data of elderly residing support policy connection literature, virtue research etc.. and research result is as following ; First, as elderly residing connection equipment is permitted by common people subject operation in government burden gradually in van abroad including our country, supply of elderly equipment is spreading. Second, support about elderly dependent is introducing house priority supply system to financial favors benefit and income tax exemption, aged parents supporter being increasing. Third, through reconstruction and so on of house, real elderly's ashes are developing by support policy. Also, is administering elderly residing support policy by total service that can support elderly aging in place.

In order to achieve carbon neutrality in the architectural field by 2050, this study analyzed the energy impact proportional to CO2 emissions of each technique, such as design methods, the properties of building structures, prefabrication methods, passive houses, and active facilities. In addition, the results were presented quantitatively in terms of carbon reduction, and corresponding housing cases were analyzed. The research method is limited to residential buildings at the Passive House energy level, and carbon reduction techniques and elements in architecture are examined through various literature and materials, and empirical cases are analyzed to determine the specific possibility of realizing carbon reduction in architecture. We want to secure it. Based on these analysis results, it was possible to suggest that it is possible to explore various approaches to carbon reduction in future residential construction. By combining the most efficient techniques according to the energy reduction level or goal setting of the building in question, we expect the possibility of achieving the goal of carbon reduction in the residential sector more realistically.

Pavilions, follies, and installations provide a place with a new experience beyond that of simple garden architecture. From this point of view, this study tried to analyze the constructs in the Glass House site, which Philip Johnson has built for 50 years. After Chapter 1 Introduction, which summarized the background of the study, Chapter 2 investigated the design background of the landscape and the types of the constructs there. It also, studying literature on pavilions, follies, and installations, defined the basic meanings of them. Chapter 3 identified the features of each construct through the case studies of it, analyzing Johnson's intentions on it. These features are such as the applications of classical follies, the quotations of architectural history, fusion with art, architectural experiments, and the monuments of personal history. In conclusion, this study, finding the site specificity as a common feature of pavilions, follies, and installations, referred to two aspects of this, which are not only physical placeness but also cultural media.

This paper aims to analyze ecological characteristics of interior design, selecting as the subjects Busan-based construction companies which have a model house, among those that distribute apartments in Busan as of August 2006. Primarily, literature research Is conducted to understand recent trends of interior design for apartment building, present situations and characteristics of ecological design, and prepare environmentally-friendly guidelines and check-list items on the basis of domestic and overseas cases. Collected data in turn is analyzed to assess ecological characteristics of apartment building design in Korea today and present problems and directions for the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing form characteristics of Korean Chinese living around Chagbaek mountain in Chinese. The field survey of housing layout and form of houses and interview and observation methods were was used with the data which were obtained form literature and statistical materials of Chinese government. Their houses are called Guytle-house and their analysed characteristics are summarized as follows ; the housing plans are one room type and they tend to have wide site area, abundant storage spaces and efficient energy saving structure.

This study aims at exploring the characteristics of the Usonian houses of Frank Lloyd Wright from an ecological viewpoint. After considering the definition and application of ecological architecture through literature review, 28 Usonian houses were selected and analyzed for the study. Also, nine Usonian houses, which clearly have ecological and historical importance, were visited and more thoroughly analyzed. The result shows that Usonian houses are ecological in terms of 1) the relationship among nature, landscape and house, 2) the orientation, natural light and natural ventilation, 3) the use of natural local materials including wood, stones and bricks, 4) the use of floor heating (the On-dol system inKorea), 5) the human scale, 6) the use of the board and batten unit (an early system of prefabrication), and 7) the openness and flexibility of floor plans.

'Health' trend like the latest fashion that spread to present society that elevate a lot of interests in qualitative elevation of life by rapid economic growth did to derive vocabulary called 'well-being' over all field. More and more comprehensive new type word 'LOHAS' appear to this. I wish to present basic data that need in study of healthy eco dwelling through making comparative study of existing study, literature analysis, and application type and planning elements etc of healthy dwelling. This study is preceded in following steps and contents. First, make conceptional definition for similarity words regarding healthy eco dwelling through existing study and internet search data etc, and analysis comprehensive meaning of 'Health' and 'Healthy Dwelling'. Second, I have done arrangement examination synthetically about healthy eco dwelling, wellbeing house, and ubiquitous future dwelling by paradigm of spread healthy dwelling. Third, examine application type of healthy dwelling that appear present and arrange analyzing planning elements is applied in the types.
