Objectives : The aim of this research is to analyze the current trend of the studies about eridian muscle and to provide background for further studies. Methods : Reviewing 33 domestic oriental medical studies about meridian muscle, and comparative analysis was made. These studies were classified by method, theme and subtitle. Results : 1. According to the classification by study method, number of literary studies are 22(67%), which is more than half, number of experimental studies are 5(15%) and clinical studies are 6(18%). 2. According to the classification by study theme in literary study, percentage of 'Structure amp; Movement of Meridian Muscle' took 64%, Theory study of Meridian Muscle' took 14%, 'Application of Concept of Meridian Muscle' took 14%, 'Treatment of Meridian Muscle disorder' took 9% arranged in order. 3. In 'Theory study of Meridian Muscle', there were not only literary approaches but also Deficiency-Excessiveness(虛實) and historical approaches. Study about 'Structure & Movement of Meridian Muscle' includes analysis of muscle and Myofascial pain syndrome. On this background, it is necessary to recognize the linkage and motion analysis of Meridian Muscle. Therefore, studies were changed into interpretation about Anatomy trains, analysis of motion. The study about 'Treatment of Meridian Muscle disorder' provided the various treatment method-Acupuncture, Manual therapy, Ashi(阿是)-point therapy, CHUNA therapy etc.- in literary study. The study about the 'Application of Concept of Meridian Muscle' has been performed in relation to Embedding Therapy, Kyungkuen chuna, Ki-gong therapy. 4. Experimental Studies were all Anatomical Studies. Studies were done in trial of discovering the actual existence, but revealed problem in interpretating the meaning of Meridian Muscle. 5. Clinical Studies based on Ashi(阿是)-point therapy CHUNA Muscles Along Meridians Release Therapy etc, were performed. Experimental studies about Meridian Muscle were assessed as low grade according to Jadad Scale. There were no studies which were based on well-organized Meridian Muscle theory. Conclusions : There needs to be more discussion about concept of Meridian Muscle and proceed more reliable experimental studies with organized Meridian Muscle theory. Further objective studies about treatment of Meridian Muscle should be done.

Always, emotion is mutant. This is principle of literary treatment. In the literature, sadness is not sadness, and 'loving emotion' is not 'loving emotion.' Despite loving of our, loving is sadness. Also loving is to cry. This crying becomes love. This study is to show the mutant emotion which is to be able to code Deep Learning AI. We explored the Sijo "Streams that cried last night", because this Sijo was useful to study mutant emotion. The result was that this Sijo was coding the mutant emotion. Almost continuously, the sadness codes were spawning and concentrating. So this Sijo was making the emotion of love with the sadness. If this study is continued, It is believed that our lives will be much happier. And the method of literary therapy will be able to more upgrade.

이 연구는 고시조의 정서가 현대시에 어떻게 흘러들어왔는지에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 그리하여 고시조와 현대시의 간극에 머물고 있는 치유적 장치들을 문학치료에 활용하기 위한 목적을 지니고 있다. 고시조의 극심한 고독과 고요가 현대시로 침습되어 잠이 오지 않는 고독의 밤을 연출하고 있다. 고시조의 감정을 지닌 문장들이 현대시에서는 달라져 있지만, 고시조와 현대시는 같은 감정을 공유하고 있다. 이러한 문학적 장치는 현대인들에게 치유의 정서를 제공해준다. 이러한 연구는 이후의 문학치료의 활성화에 기여하게 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 문학치료의 자기서사 진단과 작품서사의 공명성을 활용하여 자기서사를 파악하여 스스로 자가치유를 돕는 데 목적을 둔다. 이에 문학치료의 자기서사진단과 기초서사진단을 활용하여 스스로의 서사를 이해하고 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 스스로를 치유하는 문학치료의 방법론을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 작품을 통해 자기서사를 이해하고 자문화 기술로 자기의 심리적 문제점을 확인하여 이해하는 것이 가능함을 본 연구를 통해 파악하였다. 본 사례 연구는 문학치료의 방법론을 적용하여 자기서사를 이해하는 것과 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 치유적 자기탐색을 하는 것에 새로운 기법으로 활용이 가능함을 밝혔다.

This is a humanistic study to trace phenomena logically the comprehensive therapeutic mechanism of the human body which is coded by the smart emotion of the rated signal conveyed by the Rated Sijo. The Gestalt, which is structured in the form of therapeutic metastasis conveyed by sentences, is intended to embody the principle of human response. So, this researcher explored the metastatic structure toward Gestalt of original human being through the passage of foreground and background by ergonomic and chemical structure. In the meantime, this researcher focused on revealing the structure of the field of existence by the symbol system in which the therapeutic mechanism of the human body is embodied. As a result, the basic framework of Gestalt literary therapy, which contributes to the improvement of the Quality of Life metaphorized as a mechanism of the symbol system by the metastasis of literary therapy or the electrical operation of the human body. As a result, the human body as a conductor through literature has turned out to be an original Gestalt structure pursued by literature. In addition, it was analyzed that the human body would accept signals such as emotions and Rated Emotions planted in the sentence, and synapse them into the human physiological psycho analytical symbol system. Therefore, it has been confirmed possibility that human existent environment and trauma are separated from the whole universe can push fully implement therapeutic techniques toward totalization by a combination of literary devices, especially appropriate electric signal combination of the Rated Sijo.

본 연구는 인간의 서사의 브라운운동을 생리학적 관점으로 서술한다. 그리고 이러한 기능이 문학작품에 어떻게 나타나는지를 살펴서 향후 문학치료의 시행에 활용할 목적을 지니고 있다. 황진이 시조는 처음에 그리움을 베어내는 행위를 한다. 그리고 다음에 그 그리움을 접어 보관을 한다. 마지막으로 그 그리움을 펼쳐내는 것이다. 이렇게 접고 펼침의 운동으로 이 시조는 진동한다. 이것이 시조의 브라운운동이라고 할 수 있다. 이로써 끝없는 사랑을 완성한다. 이러한 문학적 감정의 브라운운동을 활용한다면, 문학치료가 인체생리학적인 치유의 조건들을 형성할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study was initiated with the aim of suggesting a further step in the program of literary therapy by revealing the mechanism by which the body heals through the discharge of neural network codes. Sentence is encoded as neural signals in our body as it is being read. If the neural networks in the human body are activated and created, the code in which the neural networks are encoded is a code composed of sentences. That is, Sentence is a code. And if the Sentence connects to the human body again and activates the human neural networks, it can be said that Sentence is encoded. At this time, the relation of "neural network codes = Sentence codes" is established. In other words, human narrative and literary narratives are the mediums that convey the same kinds of neural network codes. Cho Ji-Hoon's Poem "White Night" draws sadness through the path of loneliness in 1strophe. Through the Sentence of Loneliness, it activates neural network codes of sadness. 2strophe for the 'pure white snow' is the encoding of the Sentence. In 3strophe, the sentence for 'sadness' is encoded. This flow causes a healing mechanism in this Poem, because the neural network codes about the loneliness, sadness, and eyes of the human body are passed to the other. Here, the other is "White Night". In the future, it is expected that more effective healing results will be obtained if a literary therapy program on the encoding of the sentence of Cho Ji-Hoon's Poem is performed in the future.

In this study, Emotion-DNA is constructed in the same way asthat the human DNA constructs the human body. Emotion-DNA is copied and translated in the same way as that the human DNA copies and translates itself. We made an attempt to embody the mind by Emotion-DNA like the symbols "A, T, G, C, U" that make up the chromosome of the human body. This is a diagram of the flow of emotions that the human body operates by literary works. These schemes present new directions for the therapeutic analysis of literary works and for the creation of therapeutic literary works. In this study, we analyzed the nominal Emotion-syllables as a framework of the structuring of emotional DNA. As a result, through the structuring of the emotional DNA, it was judged that the therapeutic action of the human body, which is included in the Rated Sijo among the literary works, can be more concrete and powerful than the works of other genres.

본 연구는 문학치료의 입장에서 조지훈의 시에 나타나는 전이적 작용을 통해 부호화되는 치유의 구조를 밝혀 문학치료에 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 특히 감정의 코드가 신경생리학적으로 시냅스 되기 위해 어떠한 과정을 거치며 활성화 되는지에 대한 탐색으로 진행되었다. 조지훈의 시에 전개되는 감정 코드들의 변이는 문학치료의 부호화와 맞닿아 있다. 시적 진술을 통해 배출하는 감정은 새로운 감정의 전이를 불러 일으켜 치유의 감정을 활성화시킨다. 조지훈의 시는 여러 시적 전이의 부유물들을 통해 감정을 융합한다. 그러면서 총체적인 치유의 숲을 형성하는 것이다. 그 치유의 콘텐츠는 전이의 구조에 의해 논의되는데 그 구조들은 모두 치유의 콘텐츠로 연결되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 그것은 하강과 상승의 작용에 의한 한의 서정과 잎새들로 우거지는 초록의 미학이 그 주를 이룬다. 앞으로 조지훈의 시에 대한 연구가 활성화된다면, 우리는 친자연적이며 문학치유적인 그의 삶에 대한 진솔한 이야기들을 만날 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

문학치료를 비롯한 인문학의 치유적 접근의 궁극적 목표는 증상 완화와 소거에 있지 않고 인간의 성장과 발달의 촉진에 있다. 문학교육의 목표라고 할 수 있는 정서의 함양 역시 인간의 성장을 지원하기 위한 것이라 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 설화가 인간의 성장과 발달을 위해 치료 현장에서 적극적으로 활용되게 하기 위한 기초 작업으로서 의의를 가진다. 치료는 내담자가 자신의 발달사를 탐색하고 삶의 전체적 맥락에서 현재의 어려움을 이해하고 수용함으로써 한 단계 성장하도록 돕는 과정이다. 그 과정에서 설화가 효과적으로 활용되기 위한 방법을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 연구자는 이전 연구에서 설화가 내담자의 자기 문제를 투사하여 드러내고 대상화하여 보게 함으로써 자기이해를 증진시키는 데 효과적임을 논한바 있다. 그 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 내담자의 발달적 문제를 자극하여 드러내게 하는 데 적합한 설화를 선정할 필요가 있다. 여기서 적합한 설화란 내담자의 발달적 문제를 상징적으로 다루고 있는 것으로서 내담자가 현재 경험하고 있는 어려움의 저변에서 작용하고 있는 자기서사를 자극하고 드러내도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 설화를 선정하기 위해서 먼저 선행되어야 할 것은 설화의 내용을 인간의 보편적 삶의 문제로 이해하고 전 생애 발달의 관점에서 보는 일이다. 연구자는 이 논문을 통해 문학치료에서 발달적 접근의 필요성을 내담자의 반응 해석과 치료 과정을 통해 검토하고 발달단계와 과업을 고려하여 설화를 이해하고 분류할 수 있는 기본 틀을 구성해보고자 하였다. 이것은 문학치료 현장에서 내담자의 연령을 고려하여 그가 당면해 있는 발달적 문제를 형상화한 설화를 선정하도록 하고 설화에 대한 내담자의 반응을 이해하며 치료의 방향성과 목표를 정하는 근거로 활용될 것으로 본다. 이러한 문학치료의 발달적 접근에 따른 설화 이해는 학습자의 인지적 정서적 발달을 고려할 때 교육적 효과성을 담보할 수 있는 문학교육에서도 유용성을 가질것으로 본다.
