언론사들은 링크드 데이터(Linked Data) 기술을 활용하여 누적된 지적자산으로부터 새로운 가치를 찾는 노력을 하고 있다. 최근 들어 세계적인 언론 매체인 BBC에서는 링크드 데이터 모형을 이용해 자사의 뉴스 기사 가치를 지속해서 향상시키고 있다. 국내 인터넷 신문사들도 누적된 기사를 재활용하고, 이들로부터 새로운 가치를 찾아 뉴스 기사의 가치를 지속해서 향상시킬 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 보건의료 관련 뉴스를 대상으로 링크드 데이터를 구축하는 연구를 소개한다. 기사문에서 보건의료와 관련된 개체명을 인식하여 데이터베이스화하고, 이를 공개된 다른 정보들과 연결하며, 구조화하여 링크드 데이터 서비스를 제공한다. 연구의 결과는 무분별하게 쌓여있는 뉴스데이터를 체계적으로 정리하고, 공개된 다른 정보들과 연결함으로써 기존에 발견하지 못했던 새로운 인사이트를 찾는 기회를 제공하고, 뉴스 데이터가 재활용될 수 있는데 기여할 수 있다. 마지막으로 SPARQL 질의 언어를 이용하여 뉴스 데이터를 대화식으로 탐색할 수 있는데 기여할 수 있다.

링크드 데이터는 아직 링크가 형성되어 있지 않지만 서로 관련된 데이터를 연결하기 위해서 웹을 사용하는 것이다. 링크드 데이터를 생성하기 위해서는 URI와 RDF를 이용하여 데이터, 정보, 지식 등을 표현하고, 공유하며, 연결시킬 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 URI와 RDF에 대한 지식이나 사용 능력이 없는 일반 사용자들이 이러한 링크드 데이터를 생성하는 것은 쉽지 않은 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 일반 사용자들이 서로 다른 RDF 문서에 존재하는 데이터를 연결하여 링크드 데이터를 생성할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 사용자는 자신의 컴퓨터에 저장한 RDF 데이터나 Swoogle에서 검색한 RDF 데이터들을 연결시키는 새로운 링크를 추가하여 링크드 데이터를 생성하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 교수자의 교육용 컨텐츠 제작에 활용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 교사는 비록 자신이 개발한 것은 아니지만, 학습자의 학습 수준에 적합한 다양한 데이터를 찾아 이를 연결한 링크드 데이터를 제작함으로써 자신의 다양한 학습 컨텐츠를 개발할 수 있다.

In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of "strongly $t$-linked extensions", which is a stronger version of $t$-linked extensions of integral domains. We show that for an extension of Pr$\ddot{u}$fer $v$-multiplication domains, this concept is equivalent to that of "$w$-faithfully flat".

계지에서 분리한 보체계 활성화 다당의 보체 활성화양식과 다당의 당쇄결합에 관하여 검토하였다. 계지 보체계 활성화 다당획분들(CC-IIIa, CC-IIIb, CC-IIIc)들은 정상인의 혈청중에 존재하는 주요 보체성분인 C3를 활성화하여 C3a와 C3b 보체 산물을 생성 시켰는데 이 과정은 anti-human C3를 이용한 면역전기영동을 실시하여 확인하였다. $Ca^{++}$ 유무시의 보체계 활성을 측정한 결과 계지에서 분리된 CC-IIIa-3는 고전적 경로(classical pathway)와 부경로(alternative pathway)를 동시에 활성화시킴을 확인하였다. CC-IIIa-3을 메틸화하여 GC/MS로 분석한 결과 비환원 말단의 galactopyranose와 glucopyranose가 확인되었고 1,2-linked rhamnopyranose, 1,6-linked mannopyranose, 1,3-linked glucopyranose, 1,6-linked galactopyranose 등이 확인되었다.

본 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관 링크드 데이터를 대상으로 인물 정보가 표현되고 연계되는 방식을 분석하고, 이를 확장하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 분석 결과, 저자로서의 인물 정보는 링크드 데이터에서도 인물을 표현하는 어휘와 연계되어 기술되고 있는 반면에, 주제로 표현된 인물은 개념으로만 취급되고 있었다. 또한 링크드 데이터 구축과정에서 기존의 전거 정보를 변환한 것 외에는 별도의 부가 정보를 추가했는지를 확인할 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 저자로서의 인물 정보뿐 아니라 주제로서의 인물 정보도 서지 정보에 포함시키고, 저자로서의 인물정보와 주제로서의 인물 정보를 연계할 때 링크드 데이터의 품질을 제고할 수 있다고 판단하였다. 그리고 이와 더불어 인물과 관련된 부가 링크 정보를 함께 구축하고 이를 활용하여 서지데이터 검색의 접근점을 확장하는 방안도 함께 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 BNC 어휘목록과 2015 교육부 기본 어휘를 중심으로 EBS 연계교재와 대학 수능시험의 어휘를 분석하고자 한다. 어휘점유율과 빈도를 분석하기 위해서 AntWordProfiler 어휘 분석프로그램이 사용되었다. 결과를 보면, 2020 EBS 수능 영어 듣기와 읽기 연계 교재는 각각 BNC 3,000 단어와 4,000 단어를 가지고 약 95%를 이해할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 그러나 EBS 듣기와 읽기 교재의 98%의 단어를 이해하기 위해서는 각각 4,000과 8,000 단어가 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 다른 한편으로 2020 수능영어시험 듣기와 읽기의 95%를 이해하기위해서는 각각 2,000과 4,000 단어가 요구되며, 98%의 경우에는 추가적으로 4,000과 7,000의 단어가 필요하다. 결과적으로 EBS 연계교재가 대입수능영어시험보다 더 많은 어휘의 양을 요구한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

The formation and processing of organic insulators on the device performance have been studied in the fabrication of organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). The series of polyvinyls, poly-4-vinyl phenol(PVP) and polyvinyltoluene (PVT), were used as solutes and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PGMEA) as a solvent in the formation of organic insulators. The cross-linking of organic insulators was also attempted by adding the thermosetting material, poly (melamine-co-formaldehyde) as a hardener in the compound. The electrical characteristics measured in the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structures showed that insulating properties of PVP layers were generally superior to those of PVT layers. Among the layers of PVP series: PVP(10 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(10 wt%), PVP(20 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%), the 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) layer showed the lowest leakage current characteristics. Finally, inverted staggered OTFTs using the PVP(20 wt%) copolymer, 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) as gate insulators were fabricated on the polyether sulphone (PES) substrates. In our experiments, we could obtain the maximum field effect mobility of 0.31 $cm^2/Vs$ in the device from 5 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%) and the highest on/off current ratio of $1.92{\times}10^5$ in the device from 10 wt% cross-linked PVP(20 wt%).

산업발전과 인구증가, 생활수준의 향상으로 하·폐수 발생량 및 하수처리장 연계처리수가 매년증가 하고 있다. 연계처리수는 저유량 고농도의 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 하수처리장 운영에 큰 영향을 미치고 연계처리수를 처리하기 위해 많은 비용도 사용되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 연계처리수의 유입 유량을 개별 반응조로 전량 유입시킬 경우 방류수 수질이 적게 상승한 시나리오를 도출했고, 모델링 결과 유입하수, 무산소조에 유입시킬 경우 방류수 수질이 가장 적게 상승하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 연계처리수의 유입 유량을 유입하수와 무산소조로 분배하여 유입시킬 경우에 대하여 분배 비율에 대한 다양한 시나리오를 생성했다. 다양한 시나리오를 통해 모델링을 진행한 결과 유입하수(80%), 무산소조(20%)의 비율로 연계처리수의 유입유량을 분배 유입 시킬 경우 TN, TP의 수질이 가장 적게 상승하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing students' experience with community-linked nursing education programs. Methods: This study utilized a qualitative content analysis. Participants were 55 sophomore nursing students. The community-linked nursing education program was conducted for eight weeks using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evolution (ADDIE) model. Data were collected from 55 reflection records and five individual interviews and then analyzed through the three steps of qualitative content analysis, coding, condensing, and categorizing. Results: Twelve categories, 26 subcategories, and six topics emerged. The themes of impression and lesson from the community-linked nursing education programs were "recognizing the importance of professional competence in performing the role of nurse," "recognizing the need for leadership and cooperation in nursing practice," and "increased awareness of the role as a nursing professional for community residents." The themes of the strategies used were "looking at the goal and moving forward," and "aligning differences and working together with team/community members." The theme of strategies for the advancement of community-linked nursing education programs was "establishing a sustainable student-participating community-linked education program." Conclusion: The community-linked nursing education programs made students aware of the necessary competencies as professionals. In particular, they gave them hope for their role as professional nurses in the community. It could also be seen that they developed the ability to engage in team activities for community activities. Community-linked nursing education programs will need to be developed into continuous programs with community residents.
