Seoul's transportation system was changed drastically starting the first of June in two thousand. This policy includes integrated distance-based fare system and public transportation card system called smart card. Especially, as public transportation card data contains individual travel, transfer and using modes information it is possible to catch the characteristics of path-based individuals and mass transit. Thus, public transportation card data can contribute to evaluate the mass transit service in integrated public transportation networks. In addition, public transportation card data are able to help to convert previous researches and analyses with link-based trip assignment models to path-based mass transit service analysis. In this study, an algorithm being suitable for path-based trip assignment models is suggested and proposed algorithm can also contribute to make full use of public transportation card data. For this, column generation algorithm hewn to draw the stable solution is adopted. This paper uses the methodology that is to take local approximate equilibrium from partial network and expand local approximate equilibrium to global equilibrium.

The core of the transportation service, so-called Mobility 4.0 is the flexibility of the entire mobility and its implementation. By doing so, the most essential element is to build a platform to link a supply and a demand simultaneously. In other word, a comprehensive analytical framework is to be set with a data repository which can be periodically updated. With such circumstances, the entire trip chain including pedestrian movements is required to be thoroughly investigated and constructed at the viewpoint of the intermodal transit station. A few studies, however, have been attempted. In this study, the comprehensive analytical framework with the integrated mobility at intermodal transit station was proposed, which consisted of the three modules; 1) Data Repository Extracting from Smart Card DB, 2) Framework of Analyzing Integrated Mobility, and 3) Interpretation of the Integrated Mobility with GIS information and the other factors. A case study with the seven railway stations (Sadang, Sindorom, Samseong, Gwanghwanoon, Gangnam, Jamsil, Seoul Nat'l Univ. of Education) was conducted. The stations of the case study were clustered by the three groups with the statistical ground, and it is most likely to understand the effect of a variety of factors and a comprehensive data-driven analyses with the entire trip stages.
The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare health, medical and welfare service providers' and local residents' perception on community care. The participants were 68 service providers and 95 local residents. The data were analyzed using independent t-test and chi-square test. The results showed that the degree of agreement of service providers on the need for policy, and visiting services were higher. Service providers' ability to link local residents with a need for care to community resources was higher, but in the activation of self-help group in community, local residents agreed more. In add budget of policy to health insurance, local residents agreed less. In perception on priority for community care policy, high priorities were preparation of financial resources and care culture. To effectively operate community care policy, it is necessary to establish a care culture through active exchanges for reducing differences in policy and opinions of recipients.
To cope with the limits of conventional O-D trip matrix collecting methods, several approaches have been developed. One of them is bilevel Programming method Proposed by Yang(1995), which uses Sensitivity Analysis Based(SAB) algorithm to solve Generalized Least Square(GLS) problem. However, the SAB a1gorithm has revealed two critical short-comings. The first is that when there exists a significant difference between target O-D matrix and true O-D matrix, SAB algorithm may not produce correct solution. This stems from the heavy dependance on the historical O-D information, in special when gravel Patterns are dramatically changed. The second is the assumption of iterative linear approximation to original Problem. Because of the approximation, SAB algorithm has difficulty in converging to Perfect Stackelberg game condition. So as to avoid the Problems. we need a more robust and stable solution method. The main purpose of this Paper is to show the problem of the dependency of Previous models and to Propose an alternative solution method to handle it. The Problem of O-D matrix estimation is intrinsically nonlinear and nonconvex. thus it has multiple solutions. Therefore it is necessary to require a method for searching globa1 solution. In this paper, we develop a solution algorithm combined with genetic algorithm(GA) , which is widely used as probabilistic global searching method To compare the efficiency of the algorithm, SAB algorithm suggested by Yang et al. (1992,1995) is used. From the results of numerical example, the Proposed algorithm is superior to SAB algorithm irrespective of travel patterns.

The twenty-first century may be said to be entering into a specialized qualification age to meet the needs of new technical innovations such as environmental changes, demographical changes, changes in the constitution of diseases, changes in the needs of the national health, reforms of information and knowledge, etc., which requires the provision of competitive services that can fulfill the high level needs of consumers. In consequence, it is needed to apply a practical nursing model that can serve as a guide for healthy society and to secure the sphere that can affect nursing policy-making by keeping pace with the changing environment. Furthermore, it is also urgent to expand more the activity sphere of nurse specialists with authority and autonomy, establish their legal foundation, establish a qualification accreditation system for nurse specialists, and develop educational programs. In Korea, the law relative to organ transplant past the national assembly on February 9, 2000, legally acknowledged brain death, which indicated to us the emergence of an age of organ transplant. Therefore, it necessitates to find out those of brain death from whom organ transplant is feasible in clinical practices, with their families' consent link to those terminal organ failure patients who are in need of an organ, and mediate both parties so that smooth transplant can be accomplished. A series of these complicated procedures require systematically trained specialists with high level techniques of organic management. With this in mind, this study was conducted on 69 clinical nurse specialists for organ transplant, accredited by the hospital, who are in active service in clinical practices. The resultant findings were revealed, as follows: 1. The qualifications of clinical nurse specialists for organ transplant should be accredited by Ministry of Health and Welfare or Korea Nurses Association. 2. The validity of qualifications should be for three years, and their renewal should be based on marks of a supplemental training or an education course for more than 12 hours a year. 3. The qualification of the clinical nurse specialist necessitates theoretical lectures and practices on those nurses who have had clinical experience in the pertinent field. 4. The course of training is required to be one year in the length of training and take more than 20 credits (320 hours) and 5 credits (240 hours).

It is strongly believed that multicast will become one of the most promising services on internet for the next generation. Multicast service can be deployed either on network-layer or application-layer. IP multicast (network-layer multicast) is implemented by network nodes (i.e., routers) and avoids multiple copies of the same datagram on the same link. Despite the conceptual simplicity of IP multicast and its obvious benefits, it has not been widely deployed since there remain many unresolved issues. As an alternative to IP multicast, overlay multicast (application-layer multicast) implements the multicast functionality at end hosts rather than routers. This may require more overall bandwidth than IP multicast because duplicate packets travel the same physical links multiple times, but it provides an inexpensive, deployable method of providing point-to-multipoint group communication. In this paper we develop an efficient method applied greedy algorithm for solving two models of overlay multicast routing protocol that is aimed to construct MDST (Minimum Diameter Spanning Tree : minimum cost path from a source node to all its receivers) and MST (Minimum Spanning Tree : minimum total cost spanning all the members). We also simulate and analyze MDST and MST.
This study analyzed large distributors' trade features with local suppliers and their direct purchase features through the survey and the interview targeting some MDs(Merchandisers) in large retailers responsible for buying fresh foods (agricultural, fishery, livestock and proceeded products). As the result of conducting the survey targeting the large purchase MDs, it was found that when they select local suppliers, they importantly consider the factors of stable products supply, the quality management, the aggressive management attitude, the affordable (cheap) price, and the suggestion of differentiated goods in order. Concerning their direct purchases in local places, their preference toward the direct-purchase traders were higher than that toward vendors and whole markets as their existing major traders. Among the traders for direct purchase, they preferred farm corporations (including agricultural corporations) the most, and followed the National Agricultural Cooperative, and the unit agricultural cooperative in order. Regarding to the trades with suppliers, when they set the trade price, the merchandisers (MDs) of large distributors preferred long-term trades over 2 years, and utilized the factors of market rate(50.9%), production cost(31.2%) and sale price in the same industry(18.0%). For the local distribution organizations to aggressively counteract the changes of distribution environment in the consumption places, it needs some strategies to organize the agricultural production, to expand the production size and to specialize the distribution channels. And the supply system's continuality and stability are required, so it needs to establish the counteract system enabling to supply all year round through the link of production organizations. Additionally, as an effort to intensify the market negotiation ability, it should collect various market information from the consumption places.

This paper analyzed vegetation and land use classification, slope and permanent preservation and legal reserves on the farm Jangada and Jamaica-Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, using satellite image for assisting the planning of planting Eucalyptus spp. This part of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul represents an important geopolitcal area, since it is located on the borders of Bolivia and Paraguay. Also exportation of goods can be achieved through hydrovias extending to Buenos Aires, Argentina-through the Paraguay River. Also there are road and railroad connection which link the soutreastern part of Brazil to the Andean countries. The vegetation map from sheet SF 21-Campo Grande of the RADAMBRASIL Project was used as the basis for the preliminary interpretation of coverage, and complemented by a visit of the field. After the initial interpretation of the image, definition of classes of use and land occupation were made, and files of spectral signatures were created. On the farms Jamaica and Jangada Open Arboreal Savanna and Grass Savanna are the predominant physiognomies occupying 68% of total area. In spite of the results being satisfactory at the present moment, the development of this project should be revised and adjusted based on the evaluations already made, including a greater detailing of environmental components, principally with respect to soil and topography.

Objective: From a review of published information on genetic association studies, a meta-analysis was conducted to determine the influence of the genes ${\kappa}-casein$ (CSN3) and ${\beta}-lactoglobulin$ (LGB) on milk yield traits in Holstein, Jersey, Brown Swiss, and Fleckvieh. Methods: The GLIMMIX procedure was used to analyze milk production and percentage of protein and fat in milk. Models included the main effects and all their possible two-way interactions; not estimable effects and non-significant (p>0.05) two-way interactions were dropped from the models. The three traits analyzed used Poisson distribution and a log link function and were determined with the Interactive Data Analysis of SAS software. Least square means and multiple mean comparisons were obtained and performed for significant main effects and their interactions (p<0.0255). Results: Interaction of breed by gene showed that Holstein and Fleckvieh were the breeds on which CSN3 ($6.01%{\pm}0.19%$ and $5.98%{\pm}0.22%$), and LGB ($6.02%{\pm}0.19%$ and $5.70%{\pm}0.22%$) have the greatest influence. Interaction of breed by genotype nested in the analyzed gene indicated that Holstein and Jersey showed greater influence of the CSN3 AA genotype, $6.04%{\pm}0.22%$ and $5.59%{\pm}0.31%$ than the other genotypes, while LGB AA genotype had the largest influence on the traits analyzed, $6.05%{\pm}0.20%$ and $5.60%{\pm}0.19%$, respectively. Furthermore, interaction of type of statistical model by genotype nested in the analyzed gene indicated that CSN3 and LGB genes had similar behavior, maintaining a difference of more than 7% across analyzed genotypes. These results could indicate that both Holstein and Jersey have had lower substitution allele effect in selection programs that include CSN3 and LGB genes than Brown Swiss and Fleckvieh. Conclusion: Breed determined which genotypes had the greatest association with analyzed traits. The mixed model based in Bayesian or Ridge Regression was the best alternative to analyze CSN3 and LGB gene effects on milk yield and protein and fat percentages.
We consider constructing the generalized suffix way of strings A and B when the suffix arrays of A and B are given, j.e., merging two suffix arrays of A and B. There are efficient algorithms to merge some special suffix arrays such as the odd array and the even array. However, for the general case that A and B are arbitrary strings, no efficient merging algorithms have been developed. Thus, one had to construct the generalized suffix arrays of A and B by constructing the suffix array of A$\#$B$\$$ from scratch, even though the suffix ways of A and B are given. In this paper, we Present efficient merging algorithms for the suffix arrays of two arbitrary strings A and B drawn from constant and integer alphabets. The experimental results show that merging two suffix ways of A and B are about 5 times faster than constructing the suffix way of A$\#$B$\$$ from scratch for constant alphabets. Our algorithms include searching all suffixes of string B in the suffix array of A. To do this, we use suffix links in suffix ways and we developed efficient algorithms for computing the suffix links. Efficient computation of suffix links is another contribution of this paper because it can be used to solve other problems occurred in bioinformatics that should search all suffixes of a given string in the suffix array of another string such as computing matching statistics, finding longest common substrings, and so on. The experimental results show that our methods for computing suffix links is about 3-4 times faster than the previous fastest methods.
