An Induced Hesitant Linguistic Aggregation Operator and Its Application for Creating Fuzzy Ontology

  • An induced hesitant linguistic aggregation operator is investigated in the paper, in which, hesitant fuzzy linguistic evaluation values are associated with probabilistic information. To deal with these hesitant fuzzy linguistic information, an induced hesitant fuzzy linguistic probabilistic ordered weighted averaging (IHFLPOWA) operator is proposed, monotonicity, boundary and idempotency of IHFLPOWA are proved. Then andness, orness and the entropy of dispersion of IHFLPOWA are analyzed, which are used to characterize the weighting vector of the operator, these properties show that IHFLPOWA is extensions of the induced linguistic ordered weighted averaging operator and linguistic probabilistic aggregation operator. In this paper, IHFLPOWA is utilized to gather linguistic information and create fuzzy ontologies, and a movie fuzzy ontology as an illustrative case study is used to show the elaboration of the proposed method and comparison with the existing linguistic aggregation operators, it seems that the IHFLPOWA operator is an useful and alternative operator for dealing with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information with probabilistic information.

동화와 관련된 확장활동이 유아의 언어 창의성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of the extensive program using the storytelling on young children's linguistic creativity)

  • The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of the extensive program using the story telling on young children's linguistic creativity. 20 five-year-olds and 18 four-year-olds from a day care center were selected for this study. After performing pre-test, they were divided into control and experimental group. Children's linguistic creativity was measured using 'Imagining Red' of 'Korean Comprehensive Creativity Test for Young Children' standardized by Chun(2000). 6 books were selected for the extensive program for the promotion of children's linguistic creativity was carried out to experimental group for three weeks. After three weeks, post-test was performed on experimental and control group. The results indicate that the extensive program using the storytelling had an effect on promoting young children's linguistic creativity including the sub-elements such as fluency, flexibility, and originality. As the results of experiencing the extensive program related to storytelling, the linguistic creativity of 5 year olds improved more than that of 4 year aids and that of girls improved more than that of boys. For the developing children's linguistic creativity, various extensive activities need to be programmed.

  • 최근 심리학 연구에서 LIWC(Linguistic Inquiry and Word Count)라는 '심리학적 영어 글분석 프로그램'을 사용하여 사람들이 사용하는 언어적 양식을 종속측정치로 사용한 연구들은 괄목할 만한 성과를 거두었다. 본 연구는 이러한 영어분석 프로그램을 원형으로 한국어의 특성과 문화를 반영한 '한국어 글분석 프로그램(KLIWC)'을 개발하기 위하여 실시되었다. 형태소 태깅을 통하여 다수의 형태소가 교착된 어절을 분석하는 기능을 추가하였고 기본형 사전과 활용형 규칙을 구축하였다. 또한 체면, 한국적 정서와 관련된 단어를 분석 변인에 포함시켰다. 이러한 한국어 분석프로그램의 개발과정과 특성을 고찰하였고 프로그램의 추후 개선방향에 대하여 논의하였다. 아동의 언어발달과 가정의 양육환경과의 관계 (A Study on the Correlation between the Childhood Linguistic Development and Family Fostering Environment)

  • The meaning of the study is in the following points. The first is to find the linguistic development of children through IQ test. The second is to find the family fostering factor for the linguistic development. For these meaning this study will have the following aims. 1) To judge the similarly agreement between the children lexical ability with the teachers evaluation to the children. 2) To compare the gender differences of lexical abilities between the urban with the rural. 3) To find the family fostering factors for the children linguistic development. The collection data has been from April 13, 1999 to April 27. The subjects for this study were two grade of elementary school, which is located in "K" city and "O"rural a chosen students(273), teachers(5), parents(176). The instruments used for this study were IQ test by Korea Behavioral Science institute and family fostering environment 25 items. Teachers linguistic evaluation. The data analysis was done using Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, t-test, ANOVA using SPSS/pc program. This study found following results. 1) The similarly agreement degree between children lexical abilities with teachers comprehending evaluation maler r= .745, female r=0.809 The similarly agreement degree between children lexical abilities with teachers expressing evaluation, male r= .657, female r= .797(P<.01) 2) In comparing of the gender difference of urban, the femail is a little high than male(t= .5065), but the especial point is more large difference in male than in female. In comparing of the gender difference of rural, the female is especial high than the male(t=-4.411). (P<.01) 3) The higher factor of influencing the linguistic development is the breast-feeding(r=-.3279) in all the gender(P<.01), So that the brast-feeding better than cow's milk, mother better than the other family members in feeding, 6~8months better than one or two years in feeding term.

  • The research was aimed at finding the dynamic aspects of the linguistic and social interaction with mathematical concept development using a graphing calculator in collaborative learning. This study was broadly divided into two categories: "Knowledge Construction Statement" for understanding how the verbal interaction works when a graphing calculator is used, and "Teacher's Instructional Role" for the research on the reaction of the students and on the teacher's role as a guide in helping students to construct their knowledge. This research used a case study in a collaborative learning environment. An attempt was made to show clearly how the students interacted with one another in a technology environment using a graphing calculator as a tool. A graphing calculator promoted the students' linguistic interaction and changed the characteristics of the linguistic interaction. Although it didn't show the different aspects completely, some changes of the linguistic traits were perceived.aits were perceived.

공통변환 기반 다국어 자동번역을 위한 언어학적 모델링 (Linguistic Modeling for Multilingual Machine Translation based on Common Transfer)

  • Multilingual machine translation means the machine translation that is for more than two languages. Common transfer means the transfer in which we can reuse the transfer rules among similar languages according to linguistic typology. Therefore, the multilingual machine translation based on common transfer is the multilingual machine translation that can share the transfer rules among languages with similar linguistic typology. This paper describes the linguistic modeling for multilingual machine translation based on common transfer under development. This linguistic modeling consists of the linguistic devices such as 1) multilingual common Part-of-Speech set, 2) multilingual common transfer format, 3) multilingual common transfer chunking, and 4) multilingual common transfer rules based on linguistic typology. Validity of this linguistic modeling for multilingual machine translation is shown in the simulation. The multilingual machine translation system based on common transfer including Korean, English, Chinese, Spanish, and French will be developed till 2018.

작성자 언어적 특성 기반 가짜 리뷰 탐지 딥러닝 모델 개발 (Development of a Deep Learning Model for Detecting Fake Reviews Using Author Linguistic Features)

  • Purpose This study aims to propose a deep learning-based fake review detection model by combining authors' linguistic features and semantic information of reviews. Design/methodology/approach This study used 358,071 review data of Yelp to develop fake review detection model. We employed linguistic inquiry and word count (LIWC) to extract 24 linguistic features of authors. Then we used deep learning architectures such as multilayer perceptron(MLP), long short-term memory(LSTM) and transformer to learn linguistic features and semantic features for fake review detection. Findings The results of our study show that detection models using both linguistic and semantic features outperformed other models using single type of features. In addition, this study confirmed that differences in linguistic features between fake reviewer and authentic reviewer are significant. That is, we found that linguistic features complement semantic information of reviews and further enhance predictive power of fake detection model.

  • This article presents an examination of the major cognitive-semantic theories in linguistics (Langacker, Lakoff, Fillmore, Croft). The CST's foundations are discussed concerning the educational policy changes, which are necessary to improve the linguistic disciplines in the changing context of higher education, as well as the empowerment and development of the industry. It is relevant in the light of the linguistic specialists' quality training and the development of effective methods of language learning. Consideration of the theories content, tools, and methods of language teaching, which are an important component of quality teaching and the formation of a set of knowledge and skills of students of linguistic specialties, remains crucial. This study aims to establish the main theoretical positions and directions of cognitive-semantic theory in linguistics, determine the usefulness of teaching the basics of cognitive linguistics, the feasibility of using methods of cognitive-semantic nature in the learning process. During the research, the methods of linguistic description and observation, analysis, and synthesis were applied. The result of the study is to establish the need to study basic linguistic theories, as well as general theoretical precepts of cognitive linguistics, which remains one of the effective directions in the postmodern mainstream. It also clarifies the place of the main cognitive-semantic theories in the teaching linguistics' practice of the XXI century.

  • 같은 언어 변수에서 정의된 인접 언어 값을 다루기 위한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법을 사용해서 인접 언어 값에 대한 개인의 주관성의 차이를 명확히 발견할 수 있다. 제안된 방법은 같은 언어 변수에서 정의된 인접 언어 값들 사이의 숨겨진 관계를 발견하기 위한 유용한 도구로 이용될 수 있다. 결과적으로 제안된 방법은 퍼지 전문가시스템, 퍼지 의사결정 트리, 퍼지 인지 지도등과 같은 퍼지 시스템 개발 분야에서 지식 획득의 정확성을 개선하기 위한 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법을 다수의 전문가들 사이의 집단 언어 평가에 적용하였다.

독일 분단사에 나타난 민족어의 갈등 (National Language Conflict Reflected in the Divided Germany)

  • The national language in the divided Germany has undergone changes that are not simply 'linguistic' in nature but reflect on the diverse social activities that have contributed to the development of the country's political and economic systems. Accordingly, a study of the German language in the process of the division would necessarily involve looking into the socio-political dynamics of the period, in tandem with the study of the linguistic structure per se. This paper deals with the political situation of Germany during the period of 1945 through 1990 and the issues of territorial devision during that period with the view to clarifying the extra-linguistic factors behind the changes of the country's national language. This mode of explaining the heterogeneous linguistic changes that characterize post-war Germany will provide an opportunity to consider the classical issues of the relationship between linguistic changes and social ones in a new light.
