하남시 토양 전체를 대상으로 논, 밭, 산림, 하천유역 및 기타 지역(도심지, 나대지, 시 외각 마을)을 대표할 수 있는 지점을 선정하여 총 100점의 시료를 채취하고 As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn의 함량을 분석하여 우리나라 자연함량, Taiwan의 도시 토양 중 중금속 함량, 환경부가 정한 토양환경보전법상의 우려기준과 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 분석한 중금속 As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn의 평균농도는 각각 0.24, 0.14, 3.69, 3.03, 18.31ppm로 환경부가 제정한 토양보전법상의 우려기준보다 모두 낮은 값을 나타내었으며 우리나라의 자연준위와 비슷한 수준이었다. 그러나 Cd의 경우와 같이 일부 지점에서는 토양환경보전법상의 우려기준은 물론 대책기준을 초과하는 높은 값을 보여 정밀 조사가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

In this study, about forty teaching materials have been analyzed in order to examine tight skirt sewing methodtreated in basic process in a college and a fashion related educational institution. The study objects limited with a belt, back centered zipper, and back double slits on a tight skirt, and used fifteen suitable teaching materials in this study. The first study result appeared that every single teaching material suggested the different way of wick adhesion which is used in zipper slit, back slit, and belt part when the skit has been manufactured in order to do a form of clothes well. Secondly, it is the case of a back slit part used for the purpose of both functionality of action and decoration, and it is the section which varies a sewing and cutting way according to seam room width of a back middle seam. However, the majority of teaching materials appeared by being selecting the way how it had cut an inseam of the back center by the both upper part of back slit. Finally, the result showed that it mentioned mainly only both sided zipper sewing method if it seems to be easy to treat the majority in a basic process even though use of a console zipper Is general on a zipper sowing way recently for several years. Also, two forms are used in the belt manufacturing, and they are based with a waist line. However, the teaching materials that were used in this study presented only a manufacture way of the straight line on the waist belt.

Objective : To demonstrate of regulatory effect of atopic allergic regulation by Chungsangbangpoong-Tang(CBT), This experiment was studied. Methods : The author investigated a possible effect of CBT on cytokines production using human T cell line (MOLT-4) or human mast cell line (HMC-1). In addition, the author investigated whether CBT has inhitory effects on compound 48/80- induced histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) and compound 48/80-induced ear swelling in ICR mice. Results : CBT (0.01 mg/ml)-containing medium in stimulated culture supernatants significantly increased IL-2 secretion compared with untreated MOLT-4, whereas CBT (0.01-1.0 mg/ml)-containing medium in stimulated culture supernatants significantly decreased IL-4 secretion compared with untreated MOLT-4. Significant reduced levels of IL -6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ were observed in the HMC-l with CBT (P<0.05). CBT did not inhibit the histamine release from the RPMC but inhibit ear swelling response. Conclusion : These results suggest that CBT contributes to the treatment of atopic allergic reactions, such as atopic dermatitis and that its action may be due to regulation of cytokine production.

Docetaxel, recognized as a stabilizing microtubule agent, is frequently administrated as a first line treatment for prostate cancers. Due to high side effects of monotherapy, however, combinations with novel adjuvants have emerged as an alternative strategy in cancer therapy protocols. Here, we investigated the combined effects of stattic and docetaxel on the DU145 prostate cancer cell line. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by MTT assay. To understand molecular mechanisms of stattic action, apoptotic related genes including Bcl-2, Mcl-1, Survivin and Bax were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR. Alteration in the expression of pro-apoptotic Bax and anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 genes and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were investigated via the $2^{{\Delta}{\Delta}CT}$ method. The $IC_{50}$ values for docetaxel and stattic were $3.7{\pm}0.9nM$ and $4.6{\pm}0.8{\mu}M$, respectively. Evaluation of key gene expression levels revealed a noticeable decrease in antiapoptotic Bcl-2 and Mcl-1 along with an increase in pro-apoptotic Bax mRNA levels (p<0.05). Our results suggest that combination of a STAT3 inhibitor with doctaxel can be considered as a potent strategy for induction of apoptosis via increasing Bax mRNA expression.

This study aims at applying Photoshop functions to digital make-up(DM) for aging effect based upon the knowledge of phrenology, comparing the result with that of the real or off-line make-up(OM) and identifying any possible difference between two methods: which contributes to understanding the potential and problems of DM at application level. This study aims at suggesting a method to apply computer graphics(CGs) to special effect make-up for aging effect through a case, contributing to attracting academic concerns and building theoretical frameworks for DM. It used 'Aging Process' in Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended(CS4E) to change a young girl into a senior lady. In the process of DM, the study applies various tools and methods to making face wrinkled, finds the most effective way among them for each area of face, suggests a method to integrate the ways and shows the result of the method. Compared with OM, DM using CS4E is the less constrained work regarding procedure and time. Specifically, it can save the time tremendously because the reiterative operation of work can be omitted, when the same work is repeated, using 'Action' function which memorizes the history of the work. Once a DM work is produced, since it is durable, reusable and convertible to various images with additional operations, it seems very economical as well as highly promising to market the work through on-line sales. Regarding face features and skin, it reviewed literature in make-up and phrenology while it used Photoshop CS4 Extended tools to demonstrate a case of aging effect by combining and painting pictures of a young lady and a senior citizen.

영화 <성공의 달콤한 향기>의 서사는 중층적 구조를 지니고 있다. 클리포드 오데츠의 시나리오 작업에는 중심 플롯과 서브플롯을 위한 수많은 대사가 생성-분해-삭제-수정을 반복하며 이야기의 밀도를 드높였다. 그 결과, 배우가 대사를 하거나 멈출 때마다 대사를 촉발할 행동이나 사건이 발생하며 배역의 연기에 깊이와 설득력을 부여했다. <성공의 달콤한 향기>의 음악은 중층적 요소를 지니고 있다. 비(非)디제시스의 영역은 엘머 번스타인의 빅 밴드 오케스트라에 의한 관현악곡과 프레드 캣츠의 캄보 밴드에 의한 재즈곡이, 디제시스의 영역은 치코 해밀턴의 오중주단에 의한 재즈곡이 주로 담당하였다. 영화 음악의 실질적 과제는 서사적 동인의 효과를 강화하거나 보충하는 것이었고, 추가적 과제는 소격 효과와 정체 미학을 구현하는 것이었다. 이 영화의 서브플롯과 더블 사운드가 펼쳐 보이는 상호텍스트성의 가능성과 의의는 단순히 느와르 장르의 한계에 닫혀 있지 않다.

Human breast cancer cell line, MDA-MB-231, is highly invasive and aggressive, compared to less invasive cell line, MCF-7. To explore the genes that might influence the malignancy of MDA-MB-231, DNA microarray analysis was performed. The results showed that G0/G1 switch 2 (G0S2) was one of the most highly expressed genes among the genes upregulated in MDA-MB-231. Although G0S2 acts as a direct inhibitor of adipose triglyceride lipase, action of G0S2 in cancer progression is not yet understood. To investigate whether G0S2 affects invasiveness of MDA-MB-231 cells, G0S2 expression was inhibited using siRNA, which led to decreased cell proliferation, migration, and invasion of MDA-MB-231 cells. Consequently, G0S2 inhibition inactivated integrin-regulated FAK-Src signaling, which promoted Hippo signaling and inactivated ERK1/2 signaling. In addition, G0S2 downregulation decreased ${\beta}$-catenin expression, while E-cadherin expression was increased. It was demonstrated for the first time that G0S2 mediates the Hippo pathway and induces epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT). Taken together, our results suggest that G0S2 is a major factor contributing to cell survival and metastasis of MDA-MB-231 cells.

Monoclonal antibodies with specific antigens have been widely used as targeted therapy for cancer. Hep88 mAb is a monoclonal antibody which shows specific binding with anti-cancer effects against the HepG2 cell line. However, its mechanisms of action are still not completely understood. We examined cell cycling and apoptosis by flow cytometry and mRNA expression of factors involved in apoptosis and paraptosis in Hep88 mAb-treated HepG2 cells by real-time PCR. The cell-cycle analysis demonstrated that growth-inhibitory activity was associated with G2/M cell cycle arrest. Hep88 mAb induced a significant increase in apoptotic cell populations in a dose- and time-dependent manner. The mRNA expression results also suggested that the process triggered by Hep88 mAb involved up-regulation of tumor suppressor p53, pro-apoptotic Bax, Cathepsin B, Caspase-3 and Caspase-9, with a decrease of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 - thus confirming paraptosis and apoptosis programmed cell death. These findings represent new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti-cancer properties of Hep88 mAb in liver cancer cells.

현대미술에 있어서 프린트는 시각이미지 분야에서도 판화가 지닌 특성을 유지하면서도 동시에 대중의 욕구를 충족하고 소통하는 데에 있어서 전위성을 띠고 있다. 그것은 판화의 형식이 르네상스 시기의 라인컷(Line Cut)에서부터 칼라 프린트의 프로세스, 사진, 20세기의 카툰의 시작, 그리고 광고와 예술, 그래픽 포스터로 이어지는 다양한 표현과 매개체의 변화에서 보듯이 고정적이기 보다는 유동적인 매체로서 복잡하고 다양한 문화 지형 속에서 말-언어보다는 개인들의 욕구와 특성을 원활히 소통할 수 있는 시각 언어 행위로써의 그 역할을 훌륭히 수행해왔음을 알 수 있다. 이 연구는 대중문화의 전위언어로서 프린트들, 즉 판화가 정치와 경제 분야에서 첫 번째, 언어와 그림언어간의 특성의 차이들과 그것들이 우리의 감각적인식이나 행동에 어떻게 작용하는 가를, 그래픽 포스터의 구체적인 특성에 초점을 맞추었으며, 두 번째로는 판화예술이 순수 예술로서 그 언어적인 행위를 어떻게 수행해 왔는가를 연구하는 데에 있다.

Background: The presence of visuospatial impairment can make patients slow functional recovery and impede the rehabilitation process in TBI patients. Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate effects of prism adaptation treatment for functional outcomes in patients following traumatic brain injury. Methods: The subject received prism adaptation treatment for 2 weeks additionally during traditional rehabilitation for 4 weeks. The Patient has prism adaptation treatment while wearing wedge prisms that shift the external environment about $12^{\circ}$ leftward. The patient received 10 sessions, 15-20min each session. Outcome measures were visuospatial deficit(line bisection, latter cancellation), Visual and spatial perception(LOTCA-visual perception and spatial perception), motor function of upper extremity(FMA U/E; Fugl-Meyer motor assessment upper extremity, ARAT; Action research arm test), balance(BBS; Berg Balance Scale), mobility(FAC; Functional ambulation classification) and functional level(FIM; Functional independent measure). All Assessments took place on study entry and post-treatment assessments were performed at discharge from the hospital. Results: After prism adaptation, the visuospatial impairment scores improved as indicated in the line bisection(-15.2 to -6.02), latter cancellation(2 to 0) and LOTCA- spatial perception scores(7 to 9). The upper motor function improved as indicated in the scores of affected FMA U/E(21 to 40) and ARAT(4 to 22). Ambulation and balance improved as indicated in the BBS scores(25 to 38) and FAC scores(0 to 4). ADL function improved as indicated in the FIM total scores 54 to 70(motor 34 to 61, cognition 20 to 29). Conclusion: Prism adaptation did improve functional level such as motor functions and ADL abilities in TBI patient. Further research is recommended.
