섬유코팅용 왁스링 성형을 위한 자동화 시스템 개발 (Development of Automatic Wax-Ring Manufacturing System for Silk Coating)

  • An automatic wax-ring manufacturing system for silk coating was developed, which consisted of a container, pallet with a cooling part, injection port, and removing device. The removing device is a system to load, lift, and cut the wax-ring, which is widelyused for various silk-coating industrial purposes. A novel removing device equipped with a water cooling circulation system is proposed in this paper. It has the benefit of easy control, as well as the convenience of loading and unloading without the use of other equipment. Three-dimensional modeling techniques were adopted to develop integrated functions for the automatic wax-ring manufacturing system, which made it possible to confirm the smooth integration/interface of each part and the system's interrelations with other manufacturing systems.

단층 래티스 돔의 Erection 중 거동 및 좌굴 특성 (A Study on the Behavior & Buckling Characteristics of Single-Layer Latticed Domes in the Erection Process)

  • 단층 래티스 돔은 경량이면서도 높은 강성을 가지므로 대공간 구조물로서 유리하며, 이 구조물은 기둥 없이 널은 공간을 확보해야하는 구조적 특성으로 인하여 시공시 불안정 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 현재 국내에서 대공간 지붕구조물의 설치 방법으로 가장 많이 도입되고 있는 Erection공법은 Block공법이며, 이 공법은 지상에서 조립한 대공간 지붕 골조를 크레인 등으로 소정의 위치까지 들어 올려 지붕구조를 완성해 가는 설치 공법이다. Block 공법에 있어서 인양할 포인트를 선정하는 작업은 대단히 중요하다. 즉, 인양 시 골조의 변형과 좌굴 등에 대해서 가장 안전하고 경제적인 절점을 인양 포인트로 선정할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가장 안전하고 경제적인 Erection을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 삼각형 네트워크를 갖는 단층 래티스 돔의 Erection 시 인양 포인트에 따른 구조물의 거동 및 좌굴 특성을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 얻어진 결론은 1) 돔의 높이 H가 작을수록 인양위치에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있었으며, 반대로 돔의 높이 H가 클수록 인양위치에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향은 미미한 것을 알 수 있었다. 2) 인양 위치에 관계없이 인양로프 길이에 따른 좌굴내력의 영향은 크지 않은 것을 알 수 있었다.

운전조건 및 노즐위치에 따른 이젝터 성능특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Analysis on the Performance Characteristics of an Ejector according to Inlet Pressure and Nozzle Position)

  • In this study, the performance of an ejector in the refrigeration cycle was experimentally studied using R600a. The performance of the ejector is analyzed according to the inlet pressure and nozzle position. The increase in the primary nozzle pressure decreased the pressure difference across the ejector. In the low entrainment region, the increased suction flow pressure led to an increase in the pressure difference. In the high entrainment region, the pressure difference was inversely proportional to the suction pressure. The effects of nozzle position ($L_n$) were also analyzed and for $L_n<0$, the decreased suction chamber volume led to a large pressure drop with the small increase in the suction mass flow rate. For $L_n>0$, the increased $L_n$ disturbed the primary nozzle flow and thus an increase in the primary nozzle flow increased the pressure lifting effect. In contrast, the increased suction mass flow rate decreased the pressure difference. When the nozzle outlet was located at the mixing part entrance ($L_n=0$), the ejector showed the highest pressure lifting effect.

  • 대형 석탄 화력발전소의 보일러는 안정적인 전력량 수급을 위하여, 계속적인 운전 혹은 기동 정지가 반복하면서 운전 되는 등 매우 열악한 상태에서 운전되고 있기 때문에 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 주기적 점검과 정비는 필수적이다. 정비를 위한 기존의 비계시스템은 모든 하중이 하부로 집중되어 일부 부재에 문제 발생시 연쇄적으로 비계 시스템이 붕괴되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 새로운 노내비계를 개발하여 상부에서 하중을 분산시키고, 일부 부재에 문제가 발생하더라도 연쇄 붕괴의 위험을 최소화하였다. 또한, 보일러 튜브의 구조로 인하여 직접적인 설치가 어려운 경우 노내비계의 설치를 위한 인양시스템을 개발하여 노내비계의 구조적인 안정성을 향상시키고 비계 작업자의 안전성을 확보하여 발전설비의 건전성을 확보할 수 있었다.

이중 동축 확산화염의 형상 및 배출 특성 (Measurement of soot concentration in flames using laser-induced incandescence method)

  • An experimental study on double-concentric diffusion flame has been carried out in order to investigate the shape, the flame length, and the other characteristics of the flame. Flow visualization of the flame by the $TiO_2$ particles and also the emission measurements are conducted. The commercial grade LP gases are used as fuel. The inverse diffusion flames are formed at the center when the central air flow rate is about 0.1 L/min. With a larger flow rate of the central air jet than 0.2 L/min the flame turns to be an annular-shaped flame, which is very bright. When the central air flow rate increases over 2.4 L/min, the flame turns to blue and the flame tips are opened because of the lifting of the inner part of the flame. Because of this lifting and the incomplete combustion, the CO emission increases abruptly from 25 ppm to more than 150 ppm. On the contrary, the NOx emission is decreased.

가구제조업 근로자의 누적외상성장해에 대한 자각증상 (Subjective Symptoms of Cumulative Trauma Disorder in Furniture Manufacturing Workers)

  • This study was carried out from January to March in 1996 to investigate subjective symptoms of cumulative trauma disorder (CTD). This survey was done by questionnaire of the Personal Ergonomics Profiles (PEP), which was developed by Johnson & Johnson. Number of respondents was 365 employees who were working in three furniture manufactories in Kwangjoo at Province Kyungki. The results were as follows : 1. There was no difference between clerical and labor workers in pain frequencies classified by general characteristics. However, labor workers showed statistically significant differences between working process in pain frequencies. Employees undertaking lifting work showed highest scores in frequencies of pain complaints. Comparing the number of pain occurrences, the married and the female was resulted in high score than the single and the male. There was no differences between ages and working experiences in group. 2. According to the mean frequency of body pain, the back was the most part to be complained in 1. 16 and followed by shoulder, neck, knee, wrist/hand, and forearm in order. Although, the study results showed that the workers working in furniture manufacture were not shown that they have had severe CTD, the female, the married and the the lifting workers were indicated as risk groups to CTD. Therefore, the development of backache prevention programe is necessary to manage pain control and to reduce health risks of CTD employees in their work environment.

편재된 비대칭형 전류고정날개 추진시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of a Biased Asymmetric Pre-swirl Stator Propulsion System)

  • This paper deals with a theoretical and experimental method for the design of a biased asymmetric pre-swirl stator propulsion system which is an energy saving device by recovering a propeller rotational energy. In the case of slow-speed ships, the upward flow is generated along the afterbody hull form at the propeller plane. The generated upward flow cancels the rotating flow of the propeller at the starboard part while it increases at port part. The present biased asymmetric pre-swirl stator propulsion system consists of three blades at the port and one blade at the starboard which can recover the biased rotating flow effectively. This paper provides the design concept which gives more simple and a high degree of efficiency and the experimental results for the compound propulsion system.

인명 구조용 로봇의 패들형 말단 장치 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Paddle Type End of Arm Tool for Rescue Robot)

  • This paper deals with the paddle type end of arm tool for rescue robot instead of rescue worker in dangerous environments such as fire, earthquake, national disaster and defense. It is equipped at the dual arm manipulator of the rescue robot to safely lift up an injured person. It consists of the paddle for lifting person, sensors for detecting insertion of person onto the paddle, sensor for measuring the tilting angle of the paddle, and mechanical compliance part for preventing incidental injuries. The electronics is comprised of the DAQ module to acquire the sensors data, the control module to treat the sensors data and to manage the errors, and the communication module to transmit the sensors data. After optimally designing the mechanical and electronical parts, we successfully made the paddle type end of arm tool and evaluated its performance by using specially designed jigs. The developed paddle type end of arm tool is going to be applied to the rescue robot for performance verification through field testing.

  • In North-East asian countries, laver cultivation has been an important marine industry in coastal areas as well as fishery because laver (Porphyra) is nutrient-rich food and has been used in many Asian cuisines. Laver is characterized by high concentrations of fiber and minerals, a low fat content, and, in some cases, relatively high protein levels. In this paper we inplimented design of fully automatic laver harvesting, nowdays most peoples are used to collect a laver harvesting by human, it is very defficult working, due to wind, waves, and the weather conditions which is hard to stand on the ship and holding the seaweed nets it can be injurced human, this is the reason to we are developed automatic harvesting method, in this project we proposed automatic harvesting collect method which is operated without human. Mainly we design and developed automated ship, This ship is devided in to three parts frist part is supporting roller, second part is drum screener, thried part is lifting mechanism. Thise are operated with hydro pnumatic equimpment, this divice are control with micro controller. The system prototype has implemented and satisfied by the performance to realize the further level.

B-스플라인 고차패널법에 의한 3차원 포텐셜 유동 해석 (A B-Spline Higher Order Panel Method for Analysis of Three Dimensional Potential Flow)

  • 기하학적 형상과 유동의 해를 B-스플라인으로 표현하는 3차원 고차 패널법은 프로펠러 주위의 유동을 해석하기 위해 개발되었다. 제어점이 패널내에 놓이는 경우, 고차의 다이폴과 쏘오스에 의해 유기되는 자기 유기 포텐셜의 특이 거동은 2차 변환(quadratic transformation)을 통하여 제거하였으며, 특이 부분은 해석적인 적분으로 비특이 부분은 정도 높은 Gauss 구적법으로 계산함으로써 유기 포텐셜을 정도 높게 구할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한, 날개 뒷날에서의 압력 점프의 값이 명시적으로 영이 되도록하는 동역학적 Kutta 조건식을 도입하고, 이의 적용이 안정된 해를 보장함을 확인하였다. 수치 실험을 통하여, 제안된 수치해석 기법이 안정적이고 정확한 해를 줌을 확인하였으며, 특히 저차 패널법과 비교하여 적은 수의 패널로 동일한 정도의 해를 유지할 수 있음을 보였다.
