평생교육 종합정보시스템은 국민들 누구나 자신이 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 평생교육에 대한 Guide 역할을 수행하는 평생교육 포탈사이트 구축을 목표로 하고 있으며, 나아가 평생교육의 'Information', 'Learning', 'Communication', 'Business' 창구로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이러한 비전을 수행할만한 시스템 설계 원리나 구체적인 기능들에 대해서는 논란이 되고 있는 것 같다. 이에 한국교육개발원 평생교육센터에서는 평생교육 체제에 관한 국민들의 요구를 반영할 새로운 시스템을 설계 중에 있다. 이 글은 이런 목표를 담당할 시스템의 설계에 관한 이론적인 접근이다.

This study explored the lifelong education field experience of adult college students. For this purpose, a qualitative case study was conducted with 5 adult college students from November 17, 2020 to May 14, 2021 through practical diaries, assignment analysis and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, we discovered two things. First, the lifelong education field practice experience is a 'mountain to overcome! Lifelong education field practice', 'expansion of awareness of lifelong education', 'confidence field practice', and 'A picture is worth a thousand words'were revealed. Second, the meaning of the lifelong education field experience is 'formation of a learning community through teamwork with colleagues', 'realization that people are the core of the lifelong education', 'changes in the professional identity of the lifelong education history', and 'The life of a lifelong learning practitioner who wants to challenge' life' was revealed. These results will lead field training participants to grow qualitatively, and can be used as basic data for securing professional expertise and providing quality field training. A follow-up study was proposed for adult college students who belong to other colleges.

The purpose of this study is how to create learning organization with one method of the lifelong learning society intention. This study proposed four basic elements to set up learning organization and planned the phase for a learning organization construction. Construction of proper learning organization on route of environment confrontation ability and success of system guidance, as well as ability development and adaptation power improvement of the individual, it will be able to augment conduct ability. Through the whole process, The foundation which socially embodies the lifelong learning society believes firmly will become.

The purpose of this study is to investigate application of information literacy education. Lifelong education program that accomplishes local information center lifelong education center assigned among public libraries is surveyed and analyzed by e-learning and off-line program. Lifelong education is a periodic keyword. For a lifelong learner friendly education, university should provide the adult learners with the efficient academic administrative service. A university should support them in learning a series of graded lifelong study and come up with the convenience of continuous learning, maintaining the educational operation as a lifelong education university. A local government induces the regional economy reinvigoration from setting the lifelong learning conditions of the city. In this paper, I suggest a policy management scheme for opening training courses of 3D printing and CAD professionals training module as a non-degree reeducation programs for the lifelong learners that reflects the industrial milieu of the local community.

The purpose of this study is to examine the lifelong education policy in Korea and Germany, focusing on the historical transition process, and to explore desirable ways to develop the lifelong education policy in Korea. To this end, We compared and analyzed Korea and Germany's lifelong education policy using research papers on lifelong education and practical data published by BMBF, DIE, DVV, EAEA, UIL, and NILE. As a result of the study, German lifelong education policy has improved social and vocational professionalism running programs suitable for the characteristic of region, Korean lifelong education policy lacks civic education in terms of local lifelong education due to political sensitivity. In addition, Germany is expanding the participation rate of lifelong education by constructing an environment where it is easy to participate in lifelong education, while Korea's participation rate in lifelong education is lower than that of advanced OECD countries. At last, the German lifelong education policy pursues a natural change in the needs of the society, the ideological principle of which require education be independent. On the other hand, the study confirms that Korean lifelong education policy tends to be controlled by the central government. As a result of this study, Germany's lifelong education policy provide the following implications for Korea's lifelong education policy. First, This dissertation emphasizes the need for the learner-centered operation as the needs of educational consumers become more diverse. Secondly, It highlights the need for activation of lifelong education in career education. Third, The expansion of the lifelong education budget to support good quality lifelong learning. Fourth, Holistic and long-term system for sustainable lifelong learning society needs to be structured.

This study used data from '2016 Chungnam Citizens' Lifelong Education Needs Survey'. This analyzed the basic situation of Citizen Participation Education. It also typifies the interest and participation intention of lifelong education by region, and compared the interest and participation intention of Citizen Participation Education. Through this, we intend to provide concrete basic data for activating the Citizen Participation Education in Chungnam. We analyzed data of 4,108 people in 2016 lifelong education needs survey. This was named enjoy learning type, bias earning type, and elderly learning type. Second, the enjoy learning type group is a group that enjoys participating throughout lifelong education area. bias earning type group is a group that perceives that lifelong education is limited to vocational ability education, culture art education, and liberal arts education. These are groups that are interested and participating only in three areas. The elderly learning type group is a group that shows typical characteristics of the elderly learners and is a group that is concentrated on participation in culture arts education. Third, enjoy learning type group is the second most experienced participant. They are the group with the highest participation interest and participation intention. bias earning type group is the group with the highest participation experience. They are also the second highest group of participating interests and willingness to participate. elderly learning type group is the group with lowest participation experience, participation interest, and participation intention. Finally, we suggest the ways to revitalize Citizen Participation Education in lifelong education.

The importance on the flow to the lifelong education system has been growing, as the eternal education is in a pivotal position according to the education system all over the world is changing rapidly. In particular, although consolidating instructor competencies for lifelong education have become the subject of conversation, there has not been any clear concept of lifelong education instructors nor of the competencies for those. So this research defined lifelong education instructors who work at various lifelong education facilities, especially those who focus on lectures, and the instructor competencies, and make analysis and deductions what types of competencies are necessary for effective and efficient teaching. For this, the researcher derived the concept of instructors and the instructor competencies for lifelong education through document analysis, and based on that, discovered the instructor competencies for lifelong education by experts review and survey. The result revealed that there were four types of instructor competencies for lifelong education, which were planning, managing, administrating, and supporting and encouraging students. There were searching needs of students, analyzing, and 13 other criteria for planning; managing human resources, materials management, and 7 other for managing; expertise in learning contents and 13 other for administrating; and giving feedback and 3 other for supporting and encouraging students.

This study analyzed the structural relationship between motivation to participate in online lifelong education through YouTube, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow, where learners are rapidly increasing due to the spread of COVID-19. For this study, an online survey was conducted from July 16 to 30, 2021 for adult learners living in the metropolitan area. A total of 428 people participated in the survey, and a total of 409 copies of the results were analyzed, excluding 19 insincere responses. The main analysis results are as follows. First, The fitness of the research model was verified to be suitable for all analysis. Second, as a result of confirming the coefficients and statistical significance of each pathway in the research model, the motivation to participate in YouTube lifelong education was learning flow and academic self-efficacy, and academic self-efficacy also had a positive effect on learning flow. Third, it was confirmed that the effect of participation motivation in YouTube lifelong education on learning flow through academic self-efficacy was a statistically significant partial mediation. This study is meaningful in that it verified the structural relationship analysis between participation motive, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow in online lifelong education using YouTube reflecting the digital transformation of lifelong education due to COVID-19. Reflecting the need for re-regulation of lifelong education formed after COVID-19 and the flow of digital transformation through the research results, we discussed how lifelong education can enhance learners' motivation to participate and strengthen learning flow through academic self-efficacy as a medium.
