간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 스트레스 대처능력이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self-Leadership and Stress Coping on College Life Adjustment in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, stress coping skills, and college life adjustment in nursing students. The data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from November 4 to November 22. The subjects of the study were 335 nursing students in 1 nursing college located in K city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression test using the SPSS Win. 18.0 program. The results were as follows: the mean score of self-leadership was 3.38, the mean score of stress coping skills was 3.45, and the mean score of college life adjustment was 3.35. There was a significant difference in college life adjustment according to motivation of entrance. Goal-setting, self-reward, and constructive ideas about the self-leadership and active stress coping skills were influencing factors of college life adjustment. In conclusion, it is necessary to increase the level of self leadership and active stress coping skills in nursing students. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop diverse educational programs that can increase self-leadership and active coping skills.

Flipping EFL Classrooms: Impacts on Students' Achievement and Life Skills Learning

  • This study investigates the impact of flipped classroom strategy in developing students' achievement and acquisition of life skills. The study employed a quasi-experimental design where students were divided into two groups: an experimental (N=22) and a control (N=22). The randomly selected and assigned sample consisted of sixth-year elementary school students studying English as a basic course. The findings revealed statistically significant differences between the two group's means in both achievement and life skills tests in favor of the experimental group. Students of the experimental group who studied using the flipped classroom strategy outperformed the control group who studied in the standard way in achieving the English language and in the life situations test, where the effect size of the use of the strategy was large in both dependent variables. The study is concluded with some recommendations to facilitate the use of flipped classroom strategy for EFL teachers. This can be achieved by training teachers on using the strategy and providing technological resources at schools to implement the strategy efficiently.

군 병사의 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응과의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Relationship Ability on the Relationship between Military Life Stress and Military Adjustment of Soldiers)

  • 본 연구는 군 병사의 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 충남과 대전지역의 군 병사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 최종 453명을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 군 병사의 계급과 병과에 따른 대인관계능력과 군 생활적응의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 군 생활스트레스가 높으면 대인관계능력은 낮아지고 군 생활적응도 힘들어지며, 군 병사의 대인관계능력이 높을수록 군 생활적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군 생활스트레스와 군 생활적응간의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 대인관계능력의 하위요인 중 개방성에서 조절효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 군 병사의 군 생활스트레스를 조절하여 군생활적응력을 높이기 위해서는 대인관계능력 중 개방성의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 돕는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

스마트미디어 기반의 '닭의 한살이' 융합인재교육(STEAM) 수업이 초등학생의 학업성취도, 과학 탐구 능력 및 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Smart Media Based STEAM Program of 'Chicken Life Cycle' on Academic Achievement, Scientific Process Skills and Affective Domain of Elementary School Students)

  • This paper examines the effects on academic achievement, scientific process skills and affective domain for elementary students learning the 'Chicken life cycle' through traditional science class versus a smart media based STEAM approach. Students designed and built a hatching jar and created a smart media content for chickens using time-lapse technology. This STEAM program was developed to improve their scientific concepts of animals over nine periods of classes using integrated education methods. The experimental study took place in the third grade of public schools in a province, with the STEAM approach applied in 2 classes (44 students) and the traditional discipline approach implemented in 2 classes (46 students). The STEAM education significantly influenced the improvement of academic achievements, basic scientific process skills and affective domain. The results suggest that this STEAM approach for teaching scientific concepts of animal life cycles has the performance in terms of knowledge, skills and affect gain achievements in elementary school students' learning when compared to a traditional approach. Moreover, the smart media based STEAM program is helpful to lead students to engage in integrated problem-solving designs and learning science and technology.

한국사회의 직업기초능력의 결정 요인 및 경제적 성과 (The Formative Factors and the Economic Effects of the Basic Job Skills in Korea)

  • 본고는 OECD 주관의 2005년도 ALL(Adult Literacy and Life Skills) 조사 자료를 이용하여 직업기초능력(컴퓨터 활용능력 포함)의 결정 요인과 경제적 성과를 분석하였다. 직업기초능력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 학업연수, 아버지 학력이었다. 여성은 컴퓨터 활용능력에서 남성보다 열위에 있었다. 연령은 직업기초능력에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있지만, 컴퓨터 활용능력에서는 음(-)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 취업자의 경우, 사무관리직(자유전문직 포함) 직종과 신서비스(금융업, 사업서비스업 포함) 업종에 종사하는 자가 판매서비스 직종이나 제조업에 종사하는 자보다 컴퓨터 활용능력이 높았다. 직업기초능력의 임금효과는 유의하지 않았지만, 컴퓨터 활용능력의 임금효과는 유의하였다. 직업기초능력은 괜찮은 일자리에의 취업 확률을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 괜찮은 일자리 취업에 직업기초능력이 미치는 영향이 뚜렷하기 때문에 정규교육 시기에 직업기초능력을 갖추지 못한 사람들에게 평생학습을 통해 직업기초능력을 획득하게 하는 정책 대안의 모색이 필요하다.

어머니의 양육신념과 애착이 초등학생 자녀의 자기조절을 통해 자기관리기술에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mothers' Parental Beliefs and Mother-Child Attachment on Children's Self Management Skills through Self-Regulation)

  • The main aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment on school-aged children's time management and life management skills through the mediation effects of children's self-regulation. Study participants included a total of 317 fifth- and sixth-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi area, and their 317 mothers. Children and mothers completed questionnaires and Structural Equation Modeling was adapted as the main analysis technique. The findings were the following: First, mothers' parental beliefs that emphasize the child's independence were significantly related to greater self-regulation ability in children, indicated by cognitive, motivational, and behavior regulation. Second, better quality of mother-child attachment perceived by children was also found to predict greater self-regulation in children. Third, children's self-regulation was strongly related to time and life management skills. When the child is better at self control, the child showed greater management skills, both in time and everyday life. Finally, as hypnotized, the test yielded a significant mediation effect of self-regulation in the association from mothers' parental beliefs and mother-child attachment to children's time and life management skills. The findings suggested the important role of parental beliefs about child rearing and attachment between mother and child in developing self-regulation and management skills of school-aged children.

미국심장협회 기본심폐소생술 교육이 간호대학생의 지식과 술기에 미치는 효과와 지속효과 (The Effects and Retention of the AHA's BLS Training on Knowledge and Skills of Nursing College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects and retention of the American Heart Association (AHA)'s basic cardiac life support (BLS) training on knowledge and skills of nursing college students. Method: The study was a one group pretest-posttest experimental design. The sample included 41 junior nursing students from D college who participated in an AHA BLS course for healthcare providers in K hospital from January 18 to June 7, 2010. The instruction was based on ‘BLS knowledge and skills'. The data were analyzed with paired t-test using the SPSS/PC 12.0 win. Result: First, knowledge (t=-7.648, p=.000) and skills (t=-12.988, p=.000) were significantly increased immediately after BLS training. Second, knowledge (t=4.098, p=.000) and skills (t=50.350, p=.000) of BLS after 4 months was significantly decreased compared to right after BLS training. Conclusion: Knowledge and skills were decreased 4 months after BLS training. Therefore, retraining in BLS is required within 4 months. To maintain the knowledge and skills of BLS, appropriate renewal time and retraining programs are needed.

취업 장애인 1인가구의 대인관계능력이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감 매개효과 분석 (The Effect of Interpersonal Skills on the Life Satisfaction of Employed Individuals with Disabilities in Single-Person Households: Self-Esteem Mediation Effect Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 취업 장애인 1인 가구의 지역사회 적응에 필요한 대인관계능력과 개인적 요인인 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 장애인 1인가구가 행복한 생활을 유지하는 데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 조사한 장애인고용패널조사 7차년도 2차 웨이브 자료(2022) 중 1인가구 828명의 자료를 활용하여 SPSS Process Macro 4.3으로 매개효과를 검증하였다. 대인관계능력과 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자아존중감이 높을수록 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 대인관계능력은 유의미한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 대인관계능력이 자아존중감을 경유하여 생활만족도에 이르는 경로는 정적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나, 대인관계능력과 생활만족도의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개효과를 갖는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 1인가구의 사회적 고립 문제가 대두되는 현대 사회에서 취업장애인 1인가구를 대상으로 생활만족도와 관련하여 대인관계의 중요성을 강조하고 장애인 1인가구 스스로 자신의 삶에 주체가 될 수 있는 방향을 제시하였다는 데 의의를 둘 수 있다.

유아 공동체의식 증진을 위한 교육연극 프로그램의 효과 연구 (The Effects of an Educational Drama Program for Promoting Young Children's Sense of Community)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effects an of educational drama program for promoting a sense of community on young children's community life skills. Methods: The program organized activities to achieve a sense of community. Community life skill, a behavioral skill that is the basis for developing a sense of community, was naturally reflected in the activities. The program was designed to run a total of 15 sessions twice a week for 60 minutes each time. The participants were five-year-olds, 27 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. In order to examine the effects of the program, a sense of community and community life skills were measured and the data were analyzed with T-test. Results: The results are summarized as follows: first, the program had positive effects on emotional consciousness and mutual public consciousness of sense of community; second, community life skills were improved through this program. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, the effectiveness of the educational drama program for promoting young children's sense of community and the ways to promote children's sense of community in early childhood education institutes were discussed.

  • 文化的核心主旨凝結為其價值意涵, 「羽化登仙」集中反映道教文化的終極價值訴求。從文字學視閾探究「羽」, 「化」, 「登」, 「仙」, 有助於我們透視道教神仙信仰這層神秘面紗背後的生命理念, 體知功夫與境界追求, 以及生命修為與精神超越之間特有的內在理路。其中, 「神仙」可謂玄門修士的人生信念, 「羽化」指代其煉養功夫, 「登真」表徵生命能級攀越。「羽化登仙」寓道教文化價值目標, 煉養功夫與生命境界於一體, 乃玄門修士至上價值追求與生命終極鵠的之完美集結。与之相较, 「大巡」「道通真境」, 既主张道人「身心改造」「精神开辟」, 更强调个人修道服务, 服从于「地上天国建设」, 二者统一于「后天仙境」生命价值理想之中。
