노인의 생활전반 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on the factors affecting the life satisfaction of the elderly)

  • 우리나라는 이미 고령화사회를 넘어 고령사회로 향하고 있어 노인의 생활전반만족도에 대한 사회적 관심이 지속적으로 증대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 보건복지가족부에서 실시한 "2008년도 노인 생활실태조사" 자료를 이용하여 노인의 인구통계학적 특성, 삶의 영역별 만족도, 소득원 등이 노인의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과 노인의 인구통계학적 특성, 신체 및 정신건강 수준, 경제활동 및 경제수준, 여가활용, 사회적 관계 등의 요인이 노인의 생활만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

경년에 따른 공동주택 거주자의 주거환경 만족도 및 관리의식 조사연구 (A study on the Residential Satisfaction and Maintenance Consciousness to the Life Span of Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamental data for the gradual apartment management plan. Through the questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and maintenance consciousness were investigated. As the result of statistic analysis, the residents' needs for improvement according to the life span of apartment communities were found out. And we can also compare the differences about maintenance consciousness to the life span of apartment. The major research findings are as follows. First, the satisfaction averages according to the life span of apartment communities were classified two groups, less than 10 years' and over than 10 years'. By the requirement for improvement according as the life span apartment communities, habitability factors was demanded in less tham 10 years' group and safety factors was required in over than 10 years' group, Second, dwellers have high preference about remodeling to reconstruction. Especially we have to pay attention to the result that positive consciousness of remodeling and long term reparative marked highly in the group which has the short elapsed years. These results represent the possibility gradual step-by-step remodeling. In other words, the object of remodeling is not only odeteriorated apartments but also new apartments to have short elapsed years.

농촌주민의 여가소비유형과 만족도 (Rural Residents' Leisure Satisfactions and Types by Social demographics in Korea)

  • Based on Rural living indicator -2005 survey data, in RDA this study attempted to investigate Rural Residents' real life satisfaction or identity model by the types of leisure consumption depending on each generation and explored the relationship between leisure consumption and the enhancement of self-identity/ interpersonal relationship, and that between leisure consumption satisfaction and real life satisfaction. Based on systematic random sampling with constructed questionnaires, 1,870 data were collected and analyzed. Overall, the results of this study showed that there are statistically significant differences between generation in leisure consumption. In detail, the findings of this study are as follows. The types of Rural Residents' leisure consumption can be divided into three styles including Semi-leisure type, Passive leisure type and Total leisure type consumption. The preferred types of leisure consumption of Rural Residents' were Semi-leisure type, Passive leisure type and Total leisure type in order. Except for times-pending leisure culture consumption, Semi-leisure type and Passive leisure type influenced on the enhancement of self-identity and interpersonal relationship, then the enhancement of self-identity and interpersonal relationship influenced on leisure consumption-satisfaction, and finally leisure consumption satisfaction influenced on real life satisfaction.

기숙사 급식 품질 만족도와 주관적 삶의 질의 관련성 평가 - 대구.경북지역 4개 대학교 학생을 중심으로- (An Assessment of Customer Satisfaction towards University Residence Hall Foodservice and Subjective QOL (Quality of Life): Focused on the University Students in Daegu, Gyeongbuk Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of university residence hall foodservice quality which has correlations with subjective QOL (quality of life) of target customers. A total of 176 questionnaires from students of 4 universities in Daegu, Gyeongbuk area were used for the analysis. The male students using residence hall foodservices were highly satisfied with 'clean appearances of employees' ($4.86{\pm}1.25$) and 'clean facilities' ($4.79{\pm}1.26$), while the degree of satisfaction with 'convenient facilities' ($4.50{\pm}1.20$) showed the highest score with female students. Ranking analysis using Spearman's ${\rho}$ revealed that there were significant correlations between students' satisfactions with the dimensions of 'foods and kindness of employees', 'hygiene', 'nutrition', and 'convenience' and their QOL, even though physical QOL of female students showed no significant correlation with satisfaction towards residence hall foodservices. As a conclusion, there should be efforts to improve the QOL of target customers through foodservice quality management.

만성질환 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Life Satisfaction of Elderly Women with Chronic Illness)

  • 본 연구는 만성질환 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도 영향요인을 파악하여 삶의 만족도를 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 제6차 국민노후보장패널 만 65세 이상 만성질환 여성 노인 1,846명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 삶의 만족도, IADL, 대인관계를 알아보기 위하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA를 사용하였고, 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위하여 위계적 다중회귀 분석을 이용하였다. 연구 결과 만성질환 여성 노인은 나이가 어릴수록, 배우자가 있는 경우, 교육 수준이 증가할수록, 적절한 수면, 규칙적 운동, 정기 검진을 실천하는 경우 삶의 만족도가 높았다. 삶의 만족도에 수면(β=.11, p<.001), 운동(β=.07, p<.001), 월 소득(β=.13, p<.001), IADL(β=-.05, p<.001), 대인관계(β=.38, p<.001)가 유의미한 영향을 주었으며, 그 설명력은 27%이었다. 따라서 만성질환 여성 노인의 삶의 만족도를 향상하기 위하여 적절한 수면, 운동, IADL, 대인관계를 증가시키는 중재가 필요로 할 것이다.

농촌지역 생활공동체의 특성이 노인들의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Rural Living Community Characteristics on the Elderly's Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역 생활공동체 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 공동체 특성이 미치는 영향을 파악함에 주목한 연구이다. 분석에 활용한 자료는 전라북도 농촌 노인 생활공동체에 거주하는 노인들을 대상으로 수집한 서베이 자료이다(사례 수 670명). 구체적인 분석에는 공동체 특성 변수들은 독립변수, 생활만족도를 종속변수, 개인 특성은 통제변수로 설정한 다중회귀분석모델을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 공동체 특성 중에서는 프로그램, 구성원간 상호지원, 물리적 공간 만족도, 지역공동체 의식, 구성원간 갈등, 가사노동 부담감 등이 생활공동체 거주 노인의 생활만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, 주관적 건강, 월평균 소득, 혼인상태(사별) 등의 개인 특성 변수들 또한 유의미 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 농촌 생활공동체의 특성들이 거주 노인들의 생활만족도에 주요한 영향 요인임을 보여주는 바로, 농촌 노인 생활공동체의 성과 제고를 위해서는 거주 노인들간 상호관계 향상, 프로그램들의 개발 및 실행, 물리적 공간의 개선 등 생활공동체 측면들에의 개선이 적극 필요함을 시사하여 준다.

만족도를 이용한 자영업에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Self-Employed)

  • 우리나라에서는 외환위기 직후 자영업이 취업자에서 차지하는 비중이 현격히 증가하였으며, 이에 자영업에 대한 연구가 대두되기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 외환위기와 카드대란 두 차례의 위기를 지나면서 우리나라의 자영업 구성이 어떻게 변화되었는가를 한국노동패널의 만족도 개념을 이용하여 살펴보았다. 만족도는 생산성뿐만 아니라, 가정 및 사회생활에서도 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 실증분석으로는 군집분석을 통해서 자영업주들을 만족도 유형별로 구분하였으며, 각 그룹에 대한 비교분석을 시도하였다. 또한, 회귀분석으로 각 만족도에 영향을 미치는 결정적인 요인이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 군집분석 결과, 두 시점 모두 만족도 상, 중, 하의 3개 집단으로 구분 될 수 있었으나, 내용면 에서는 상당한 차이를 보였다. 카드대란 직후에는 외환위기 직후에 비해 만족도 하위그룹이 현격히 축소된 반면, 만족도 중위그룹은 확대되었으며, 중위그룹의 만족도와 소득수준은 1998년보다 2004년에 급격히 상승하였다. 이는 자영업의 자발적 선택과 자영업에서의 소득기회가 증가했기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 만족도 상위그룹은 상대적으로 고용주 비율, 교육수준, 소득이 높았으며, 연령, 서울진주비율, 근무일수는 작았다. 회귀분석 결과 직무만족은 여성의 경우 더 만족도가 높으며, 미래에 희망을 포함한 변수들이 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 생활만족에는 소득금액보다는 실질적인 소득의 존재가 매우 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이 둘을 아우르는 전반적 삶의 만족에는 연령, 현직장에의 만족정도, 교육수준, 현재건강상태가 유의하였다. 교육수준의 경우는 외국의 경우와 상반되게 국내 연구들에서만 유의한 것으로 나타난 특징을 가지고 있으며, 현재건강상태는 기존 연구에서 많이 다루어지지 않은 변수로 만족도 결정에 매우 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

일부 복지관 장애인치과 내원 환자들의 서비스 만족도 및 진료 후 변화 인식도 연구 (A study on quality of handicapped inpatients' service satisfaction at special dental clinic and their transformed perceptions toward to the dental treatment services)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is about discovering the basic references to find the ways to vitalize handicapped dental clinics. Methods : The study was analyzed by the satisfactions of those patients who took the advantages of using the dental care at B-welfare center and also their transformed perceptions after the services are influenced. The analysis was the questionnaire consisting of 100 items and survey data. Results : 1. The satisfaction of the dental service for the disabled was respectively high which was the average of 4.49. 2. Their satisfactions of receiving kindness services by volunteers and employees were the highest in the entire research of successful handicapped dental services and it was 4.78 overall. 3. The satisfaction of using handicapped dental clinic has the higher range of female users than male's. In the mean time treatment details of the dental care and the satisfaction towards to the volunteers and faculty at the center show the statistical significance gap. 4. The oral care service after experiencing the dental clinic for handicapped relived their discomforts of using the regular dental clinic which shows their highest satisfaction as it is the point of 4.75. 5. the change perception after dental treatment for handicapped has the higher range of females than men's and solving the problems of mouth reference and discomfort of using regular clinics show the statistical significance gap. 6. In the change perception after having dental treatment for handicapped the thought of the possibility of periodical dental care shows the highest perception when the number of visiting is usually shorter and it shows the statistical significance. Conclusions : According to the satisfaction of those inpatients who use free dental care services that belong to dental clinics for handicapped in a part of Seoul welfare centers human services were appeared as the most important factor due to their advantages of taking services from volunteers and staff members. On the other hand to enhance the medical treatment information and environment which showed the weakest factors each inpatient should be specifically specialized for their needs and also further study on plans which enhance their perceptions toward to a better quality of oral-related life is required after using dental treatment service.

교사의 훈육유형에 대한 교사와 학생의 지각 일치도에 따른 학생의 학교생활만족도 - 특성화 고등학교를 중심으로 (An Analysis of School Life Satisfaction According to the Consensus of Class Teacher's Discipline Style Perceived by between Teacher and Student - Focused on Special high school -)

  • The purpose of this study was to help teachers increase the level of student's school life satisfaction by comparing between the practical data of a group which have an accordant perception for class teacher's discipline style perceived by between teacher him/herself and student with another group which have a discordant perception for class teacher's discipline style perceived by between teacher him/herself and student. For this study, 1460 second grade special high school students in Pusan were selected. And 1273 students and 56 teachers' questionnaires were used for analysis, while 5 questionnaires went uncompleted. T-test and Multiple Regression Analysis were used for compiling statistics of collected data. The results of this study are as follows: First, perceptions about the teacher's discipline style perceived by between teacher him/herself and student were different. Second, the levels of student's school life satisfactions were different by two group. A group which has an accordant perception for class teacher's discipline style perceived by teacher him/herself and student shows the high level of school life satisfaction than B group which has an discordant perception. Last, class teacher's discipline style which affects the level of student's school life satisfaction was different by the two group. These results suggest that to increase the level of student's school life satisfaction, class teachers have to a mutual understanding first, and then approach their students with different discipline style by the level of their interactive relationship with their students.

  • The credit card system has been introduced as a new sales method in the marketing field in Daegu city since 1978. In order to increase its efficiency of distribution channel. we should like to find the better ways in the credit card system. For this study, we choice randomly 420 persons credit card holders of a department store in Daegu city. Since the credit card holders purchase products and obtain the utility and satisfactions. salesmen should establish the improvement strategis to meet needs and desires of credit card holders. we conclude that the establishment of the management systems should be based on the management concepts of modern marketing for consumer profit. Than the advantages of credit card sale should not only be recognized but also to translated into material gains by its successful utilization. When credit card sale would come to this, I believe that credit card sale will be helpful for business men activity and consumer's life.
