For this purpose, a series of in-depth interviews was conducted with public library users in the Eco-generation in order to investigated the current status of the cultural programs in public libraries and their underlying identity. The results identifies that user experience of library cultural programs did not make a meaningful difference in users' perceptions on public libraries.
