In contemporary society, spa has become one of the important healing spaces. As the present urban life has been more and more complex and competitive, space of recreation and healing are dramatically increased in terms of its number as well as location. In the past, there were three kinds of spa visitors. The first was the people who visited spas for medical reasons. The second was the people who visited spas for leisure and refreshment. The third was for social gatherings like in the ancient Rome. In present time, these three reasons are mixed together. As the spa program became rich and various, visitors tends to seek an appropriate spa environment that suits their needs. This is the main background for contemporary spa designs. In any case, concept of healing has been always the core element in spa. Light and sense have vital role to make a unique spa design. This paper aims to study different light and sense applications in contemporary spa designs. Specific focus is to find how light and sense in spa designs act to create a healing environment. 4 spa projects built in Europe after 2000 were selected and were analyzed based on the 4 light and sense characteristics. In conclusion, case analysis was summarized to suggest future possibilities.

On the assumption that marketing is a useful technique to activate park use, this study aims to find what benefits people pursue and how much they attain them through a park visit. To achieve this, the survey of a Benefits-Sought for a park was conducted at four major parks in the city of Taejon and an Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) was conducted. Additionally, a Present Condition survey was performed with the park managers. As a result, first, it was found that major benefits are a comfortable rest, an escape from bustling city life, to see natural scenery and to promote physical health, and so forth. Second, performance was relatively lower than importance in the case of recreation and leisure activities, which means that facilities should be improved and programs for park use should be developed. Third, at GaYang park, importance and performance are good in balance. DongChunDang park and Seattle park have 5 items and 7 items for which immediate improvements are required. Saemmeury park generally shows good proportions and it can be much activated by improving the learning and experiencing activities. The results objectively show conditions of neighborhood parks in the city of Taejon from a view of park users. Therefore, it is expected that the results would be useful in determining priorities when improving park facilities or their programs.

The ultimate goal of CSV activities is to increase consumer loyalty to the company, brand or organization concerned. Thus, for a professional sports club, CSV activities will ultimately aim to enhance the loyalty of spectators who are consumers of the club. Subjects of this study are the spectators of professional volleyball. We distributed 300 survey to people who were aware of the club's CSV activities among the home spectators of Hyundai Capital SkyWalkers. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18 for the analysis of confirmed factors, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis. From these results, we were able to come up with the social problem resolution and long-term orientation among the CSV activities of professional volleyball clubs which affect the club identification. And the identification formed within the spectators of the clubs through CSV affects the club loyalty directly or through the medium of club emotion. Professional volleyball clubs need to identify the problems the community has in planning and proceeding with CSV activities and seek strategies to address them together, and approach them from a long-term oriented perspective.

A study surveyed to visitor's user behavior and importance-satisfaction in the Provicial Wando-arboretum. As the results of the research, Most of the visitors are 40s and 50s and live in Jeonnam Region, Gwang-ju. The purpose of their visit was recreation, leisure or experience of a warm-temperate forest. Also the mean of importance was 3.94 and the mean of satisfaction was 3.51 in the Wando-arboretum. It appeared necessary for items of program development, homepage management and amenities including public toilet. The research results are expected to suggest efficient management measures. And expects with the research result that will be the possibility of raising the qualitative satisfaction of the visitor.

Recently, the Yedang reservoir needs reflecting the demands of the public and administration, including change of reservoir status and paradigm shift of users, as well as planning programs to activate the area as a special health zone for tourism, leisure, recreation and experience at the local government level. Previous Optimum Equipment model (OEM) preferentially considers the creation of waterfront. This study shows the operation model for readjustment of water supply facilities according to the limit of the level of the beneficiaries. Results show the renovation cycle of Yedang tourist resort and the suspension bridge through developed model simulation. In addition to securing quantity for the supply of agricultural water and the function of water protection, the multi-function of the agricultural reservoir shall be re-evaluated to enhance the diverse availability of the agricultural reservoir. The county office should also boost various availability at various levels to revitalize the local economy, such as producing pleasant and safe places and offering safe food for people.

The purpose of this study is to investigation the effects of functional compression clothing on muscle function by comparing the iEMG response of muscle during exercise according to the wearing of taping applied functional clothing. Six men in their twenties in Chungcheongnam-do were selected for the study. Resistance exercise was performed by cross-distributing the conditions of wearing and not wearing functional clothing. Resistance exercises for iEMG measurements are biceps curl, wrist curl, reverse wrist curl, kickback and push-up. iEMG measurement muscles were the biceps brachii, triceps brachii, extensor carpi ulnaris, flexor carpi radialis. During biceps curl exercise, the iEMG of triceps brachii, biceps brachii wearing condition was lower than the non-wearing condition. During kickback exercise, the iEMG of triceps brachii, extensor carpi ulnaris wearing condition was lower than the non-wearing condition. During reverse wrist curl exercise, the iEMG of extensor carpi ulnaris wearing condition was lower than the non-wearing condition. During wrist curl exercise, the iEMG of flexsor biceps brachii, carpi radialis wearing condition was lower than the non-wearing condition. During push-up exercise, the iEMG of triceps flexsor biceps brachii, carpi radialis, brachii, biceps brachii non-wearing condition was lower than the wearing condition.

본 연구는 국내에서 운영 중인 전체 스키리조트를 대상으로 서비스품질과 고객만족, 그리고 재방문 의도 간에 미치는 영향력을 규명하여 현재 국내 스키여가산업의 서비스품질을 실증적으로 진단함과 동시에 향후 스키리조트의 발전모델을 정립하기 위한 학문적 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 국내에서 운영 중인 17곳의 스키리조트에 대한 현장조사를 통하여 2000부의 설문지가 배포되었고 총 1963부가 회수되어 자료의 분석에 사용되었다. 연구의 수행결과 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키 리조트의 서비스품질은 고객의 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키리조트의 서비스품질은 고객의 재방문의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 국내에서 운영 중인 스키리조트에 대한 고객만족은 향후 재방문의도에 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study is to propose ways of promoting medical tourism in Busan. For the purpose, this researcher made a questionnaire survey of Japanese tourists who used in Busan International Ferry Terminal between January and April 30, 2008. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. 86.3% of all respondents had never experienced any medical service in Korea. 57.3% said that the most important thing is the level of medical technology. Most of respondents preferred massage treatment using spa and sea water, followed by Oriental medical services. To make medical conditions(price competitiveness, high-level medical technology, high-quality medical facilities) of Busan properly informed to the outside, it is required to make the city itself more internationally recognized through public relations and strengthening individual medical services provided in the city. It is also required to build up a non-stop service system that helps foreign tourists not only easily use medical institutions, but also better cope with a variety of problems that they might face during stay in the city. To be more trustable to foreign patients, medical services of Busan should be certified by JCI. Furthermore, it is very much needed to develop products which connect medicine with tourism, for example, such programs that combine medical services, tourism, recreation and leisure.

자외선 차단제는 자외선을 차단 및 산란시켜 자외선으로부터 보호하는 제품으로 이제 화장품을 넘어서 생활필수품으로 자리 잡고 있다. 자외선 차단제 바르기는 일반적이면서도 손쉬운 자외선에 의한 피부 손상 예방법이다. 이러한 중요성에 따라 자외선 차단제 평가시험은 1978 년 Fod and Drug Administration (FDA)에서 규정을 마련한 이후, 현재는 International Organization For Standardization (ISO)에서 표준화된 방법까지 발전되었다. 더불어 물이나 땀 등 신체활동에 의한 자외선 차단제 손실을 평가하기 위해 국내 식약처와 ISO에서 내수성 자외선 차단지수 평가시험을 제정하고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 내수성 자외선 차단지수 평가시험은 주로 일반 물을 사용한 시험 방법에 국한되어 있으며, 해변에서의 레저, 스포츠 및 여가활동에 의한 해수의 영향을 고려한 시험 방법은 아직 정립되지 않았다. 본 연구는 기존의 내수성 자외선 차단지수 평가시험 방법 가이드라인을 기반으로 일반 물, 인공 해수(소금물) 및 자연 해수(바닷물)에서의 내수성 자외선 차단지수를 비교하여 해양 레저, 스포츠 및 여가활동 등과 같은 실제 상황에서의 자외선 차단지수를 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 조사하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 일반 물과 인공 해수 및 자연 해수에서의 내수성 자외선 차단지수 평가시험의 차이를 비교하여 자연 해수를 이용한 내수성 자외선 차단지수 평가시험 방법을 제시할 수 있었다.

코로나19 발생 이후 사회적 거리두기 등 제재로 인해 일상과 여가생활이 변화되면서 산림 휴양 활동에도 영향을 주고 있다. 이 연구는 코로나19 이후 국내 산림 휴양 활동의 참여가 어떻게 달라졌는지 파악하고 그 변화 요인을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국 성인 남녀 1,000명을 표본 추출하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고, 상호작용항을 포함하는 이항 로짓 모형을 이용하여 코로나19에 따른 산림 휴양 활동 참여의 변화 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 코로나19 이후 산림 휴양 활동으로서 녹지공간 방문, 숲 야외활동, 산촌 여행에의 참여가 모두 감소하였음을 확인하였다. 세 유형의 산림 휴양 활동에서 20대보다 40~60대의 참여가 더 크게 감소하여 코로나19 이후 산림 휴양 활동 변화에서 연령이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 또한 소득이 높을수록 코로나19 이후 숲 야외활동 참여가 급격히 감소하였으며, 수도권 거주자들은 비수도권 거주자보다 산촌 여행 참여가 덜 감소하였다. 이것으로 볼 때 코로나19 이후 산림 정책은 2030세대의 새로운 산림 휴양 수요에 대응하고 안전한 야외 활동의 공간으로서의 산림과 산촌의 기능을 확대시키기 위한 정보의 제공과 공간관리가 중요할 것으로 보인다.
