  • The result were obtained as follow: 1. Bladder Meridian has been used most frequently and next to Kidney Meridian has been used many time at the rate of acupuncture points. 2. Bladder Meridian has been used most frequently and next to Stomach Meridian, Kidney Meridian, Conception vessel have been used many time at the rate of frequency of used acupuncture points. 3. The acupuncture points at Lower extremity has been used most frequently and next to the point at back, chest and abdomen, upper extremity, head have been used many time. 4. The point of Ji Gu has been used most frequently and next to Dae Jang Su, Jock Sam Li, Cheon Chu, Jo Hae have been used many time. 5. In herb-medication, Seung Gi Tang has been used most frequently and next to Bi Yack Hwan, Ma In Hwan have been used many time.

The Analysis of Clinical Report about Rectal Injection Therapy on Chronic Prostatitis (만성전립선염(慢性前立腺炎)의 관장요법(灌腸療法)에 대한 고찰(考察))

  • Objective : This study was designed to report the clinical effect of Rectal Injection therapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods : We analyzed 20 manuscripts contributed to the Chinese medical journals from 1999 to 2003 that presenting report of Rectal Injection therapy on chronic prostatitis. Results : The results are summarized as follows 1. Operation of rectal injection therapy was treated 2~3 times and one course take time 5~30 days. 2. During therapy, average amount of fluid is 100~150 ml and it takes 1~2 hours. 3. Using medication was 'chung-yol' medicine, 'hwal-hyul-gu-er' medicine, 'bo-yik' medicine, 'lee-soo-sam-sup' medicine. Conclusion : We conclusion that Rectal Injection therapy was clinical effect on chronic prostatitis.

  • The purpose of this study is to choose the right chemical admixture to reduce slump loss of lightweight aggregate concrete. So we compare 3 types of chemical admixture as measuring slump loss from mixing to 60 minutes. The lightweight aggregate of this study is made by clayt and dust from lots of industry. To save natures, we will use many types of industrial wastes and try to spend much making artificial aggregate.

  • As the importance of recycled materials is being emphasized more in the Korean construction market, the production Quality has been improved to a significantly high level. Compared to the high quality, however, there are used very limitedly. Among recycled construction materials, recycled aggregates produced through the retreatment of waste concrete are drawing attention because of lack of natural aggregate and heightened consciousness of resource saving and environmental protection and, as a consequence, they are close to natural aggregates in terms of production technology and quality. Despite the high quality and productivity. however, the utilization of recycled aggregates is very low.

  • This paper is the fundamental study for manufacture of spalling resistance concrete and also analyses the mechanism and spalling resistance method with materials, mixture proportion and lateral confinement. The present work with the basic experiment achieved successful method for spalling resistance using both proper amounts of fiber contents and lateral confinement using metal lath. Moreover, the developed spalling resistance method was applied for full sized column construction in the Doosan We've Poseidon I field, located in Busan city. Authors investigated the physical properties examining workability, placeability and pumpability. These studies are continuously processing to develop new technology expecting remarkable impact on the spalling resistance and fire resistance performance of high-raise building construction in the future.

  • This Study is the consideration for new formwork assembly method in Bearing Wall System. It is consisted of two parts. one is researched into an ordinary formwork system and suggested a new formwork system. The other makes an investigation into the resisting capacity of proposed method by experimental and field test. For the application of this method to the field, it is expected to improve workability and safety, and to reduce the loss of labor.

  • Recently, To extend building's life, the use amount of repair mortar has been rapidly increased and naphthalenesulfonic and melanminesulfonic, polycarboxylic superplasticizer etc. are used for repair mortar in large numbers of construction site for efficient work. In this study, it was going to examine the use proper of superplasticizer for repair mortar through the hydrate setting time test and flow test with the mortar combination which replaced by alumina cement and added superplasticizer. As a result, the fluidity of the mortar replaced by alumina cement(10%) and added superplasticizer was dropped down and setting time was shortened. Especially this appearance was more increased on the mortar combination added ploycarboxylic and melanminesulfonic superplasticizer than naphthalensulfunic superplasticizer.

  • This paper presented the development of a new experimental and numerical technique for the investigation of slamming impact. The in-house code was developed, based on the boundary element method. The application of commercial code was attempted using FLUENT. Pneumatic cylinder and LM-guide were introduced to closely simulate the free fall phenomenon. It was demonstrated that the proposed experimental and numerical studies can be useful tools in investigating slamming phenomenon.
