Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based diagnostic evaluation program for nurses to prevent malpractice liability. Methods: A comprehensive review of the literature and 9 specialist interviews were used to search for learning goals and content for protection for nurses from malpractice. Data on needs for learning goals were collected from 56 hospital nurses who agreed to complete a self-report questionnaire. The diagnostic program was evaluated between September 2008 and August 2009 by 35 new hospital nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung (2000). Results: A comprehensive review of the literature and interviews were used to search for learning goals and content. The evaluation program was composed of the 73 questions for diagnostic evaluation under 23 learning goals and 6 grand learning goals which included the principles of law, patient's rights, legal responsibility, patient's safety, regulation on nursing practice and patient's rights protection. Evaluation of the program showed that the mean for program evaluation was 3.43 (SD=.37). Conclusion: This diagnostic evaluation program could be an efficient method for teachers and learners to improve nurses' behavior in protecting the patient's rights and preventing malpractice claims.

This study clarifies the definition of and to provides guidelines on educational objectives, core concepts, and content in developing a Human Rights Education Program for families. The Delphi survey method was used to develop a Human Rights Education Program for families. As a result, a Human Rights Education Program for families was defined as education that would ensure all members of the family enjoy universal human rights without discrimination. In addition, that the prejudice and discrimination against socially marginalized would not be created within the family by learning values and attitudes that respects human rights and freedom. The objectives were to learn the merit of respecting individuals, relationships, and community. Core concepts of the program were the rights for myself and others, communicating and responsibilities and a sense of citizenship. Content included human rights, respect of oneself and others, empathetic understanding, acceptance, communication in an intimate relationship, conflict management, sharing the role of caring the family, no discrimination against the socially marginalized, and creating an inclusive community culture. This study can be used as a guideline for family human rights education based on family human rights, which is the core of family democracy.

본 연구는 사회복지과목 이수 대학생의 인권감수성 수준을 파악하고 인구사회학적 요인, 인권관련 교육경험에 따른 차이를 검증하고자 S사이버대학교에서 사회복지과목 수강중인 251명의 성인학습자를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 주요 연구변인의 현황을 파악하기 위하여 빈도분석, 분산분석을 실시하였다. 학생들의 인권감수성은 5점 척도 기준에서 2.70으로서 중간 정도수준이었으며, 이주노동자의 노동권과 장애아동의 교육권에 높은 인권감수성을 나타냈다. 전공유형, (사회복지)윤리과목 수강여부에 따라 인권감수성에 차이가 있었는데, 사회복지계열 전공 학생과 (사회복지)윤리과목 수강한 경험이 있는 학생의 인권감수성이 높았다. 또한 인권감수성 척도의 에피소드별로 인권감수성 수준에 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 인권전문직인 사회복지사를 교육함에 있어 수업에서의 학생 권리 존중, 직간접적으로 인권갈등사례를 학습하면서 인권의식을 함양하는 교육방법의 필요성, 수업과정에서의 자기반성적 과정의 필요성, 학생들의 상황과 특성에 맞는 인권교육의 필요성을 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study was designed to develop and evaluate the a web-based simulation program on patient rights education using integrated decision making model into values clarification for nurse students. Methods: The program was designed based on the Aless & Trollip model and Ford, Trygstad-Durland & Nelms's decision model. Focus groups interviews, surveys on learning needs for patient rights, and specialist interviews were used to develop for simulation scenarios and decision making modules. The simulation program was evaluated between May, 2011 and April, 2012 by 30 student nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung. Results: Simulation content was composed of two scenarios on patient rights: the rights of patients with HIV and the rights of psychiatric patients. It was composed of two decision making modules which were established for value clarifications, behavioral objective formations, problems identifications, option generations, alternatives analysis, and decision evaluations. The simulation program was composed of screens for teacher and learner. The program was positively evaluated with a mean score of $3.14{\pm}0.33$. Conclusion: These study results make an important contribution to the application of educational simulation programs for nurse students' behavior and their decision making ability in protecting the patient rights.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based education program for nurses working in nursing homes. The focus was on the rights of older adults. Methods: The program was designed based on the Network-Based Instructional System Design (NBISD) model and was operated and evaluated between July 2007 and June 2008. Results: Out of nursing records of 40 residents from a nursing home, the final 7 cases were deducted through classification using the Resource Utilization Group (RUG)-III. The data on needs for education was collected from 28 nurses working in 15 nursing homes located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, who agreed to complete a self-report questionnaire. A comprehensive review of the literature and two focus groups interviews were used to search for risk factors and guidelines for protection of human rights. The education program was developed based on Kolb's experiential learning model and composed of 5 units, which included content on types of human rights and rights to death with dignity, elder abuse, physical liberty, and self-determination. The program was positively evaluated showing a score of 3.35 (SD=0.37) out of 4. Conclusion: The educational program developed in this study should promote nurses' sensitivity to the rights of elders and improve nurses' behaviors in protecting the rights of elders residing in nursing homes.

본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 발달 장애 학생의 온라인 학습권 실태 분석과 증진 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 발달 장애 학생 자녀를 둔 학부모 충북지역 200인을 대상으로 한 설문조사 자료와 학부모 6인이 참여한 FGI 자료를 함께 사용하는 혼합방법론을 적용하였다. 주요 결과로, 가장 시급한 학습보조 제도는 보조인력 지원으로 확인되었고, 재택근무 등으로 자녀를 지원할 수 없는 응답자가 50.5%로 나타났다. FGI 자료 분석결과, '코로나19 온라인 학습 실태', '양육환경을 고려한 비대면 학습환경 개선'의 2가지 범주와 '화상수업 등 교수 방법 다양화', '필요 학습 자원 지원', '상황에 맞는 평가제도 도입', '돌봄 지원 강화', '건강 지원 확대'의 5가지 주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 발달 장애 학생 온라인 수업 관련 법적 근거마련 검토, 학습지원 인력 파견 확대, 온라인 학습 환경 증진 대안 마련 등을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 중·고등 학생선수를 대상으로 인권침해 피해 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인의 인권침해 발생 메커니즘을 분석하여 인권침해를 줄일 수 있는 현실적인 정책적 방향 제시를 목적에 둔다. 이를 위해 구조화된 설문을 통해 수집된 학생선수 13,205명의 응답 자료를 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 독립변인은 팀 분위기, 소속 종목 인권의식, 체육계 인권의식 등, 종속변인은 성적폭력, 성적 수치심, 신체 폭력, 언어폭력, 따돌림, 사생활 및 학습권 침해, 운동 관련 공정하지 않은 지도자의 행동 등으로 구성하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 팀 분위기, 소속 종목 인권의식, 체육계 인권의식은 신체 폭력, 언어폭력, 따돌림, 사생활 및 학습권 침해 피해에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성적폭력 경험에 대해서는 팀 분위기, 체육계 인권침해 의식 수준 변수는 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 체육계 폭력허용도, 소속 종목 인권의식은 의미 있는 변수로 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 운동 관련 불공정 경험은 팀 분위기, 체육계 전반적인 폭력허용도 수준, 체육계 인권침해 의식 수준이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

저작권법은 저작자의 권리와 그 권리에 대한 제한을 통하여 문화의 향상발전에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 학교교육 목적을 위한 경우와 도서관에서의 이용에 대하여 저작권자의 일부 권리를 제한시키는 규정은 저작재산권 제한의 대표적인 예이다. 본 논문은 원격교육을 지원하는 도서관정보 서비스 과정에서 발생하는 저작권 문제를 고찰하고 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 원격교육과정에 참여하는 교육자와 피교육자에 의한 저작물 사용시 저작권 문제가 기존의 면대면 교육상황과 어떻게 다른지 고찰하였다. 또한 원격교육을 지원하는 도서관서비스 중 전자지정도서제 운영, 전자적 도서관상호대차 및 전자적 문헌전달서비스 과정에 있어서 저작권 문제를 고찰하고, 현행 저작권법에서 해당 법조항의 문제점과 개정방안을 제시하였다.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of modern innovative research in the field of education. In the modern informatized world, education is becoming a decisive factor in social development and an important component in the development of the human personality, increasing respect for human rights and freedoms. Today it is quite obvious that without the necessary education a person will not be able to provide himself with proper living conditions and realize himself as a person. The high level of education of the population is an important factor that positively influences the creation of favorable conditions for the full realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Today, active and interactive teaching methods are widely used. The use of interactive teaching methods ensures complete immersion of students in the learning process and is the main source of learning. The radical difference between traditional and interactive learning is that the student not only replenishes and strengthens his knowledge, but also complements and constructs new ones. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of modern innovative research in the field of education were investigated.

Campus facilities were recently remodeled to provide the substantial learning rights of handicapped students in many campus to embody the dignity and value as man. So this study aims to identify the exterior connection facilities for handicapped students of S and D campuses. The summaries of this research are as follows. Installations of even crossing area(1.5mx1.5m) per 50m and even rest area(1.5mx1.5m) per 30m in walking or access ramp. Improving in accordance with exterior connection facility repairing master plan in S campus. Bringing down an angle degrees of the inclined walking or access ramp in D campus. Installation of exterior braille guide sign for blind students. All handicapped students must be guaranteed the same learning rights as normal men to remove obstacles as the upper mentioned imperfections in using exterior campus facilities.
