수학 수업의 질적 향상을 도모하기 위한 교사 연수 및 개별적인 노력의 한계가 보고되며, 대안적인 교사 전문성 체제로 학습공동체가 주목받고 있다. 학습공동체는 공동 목표를 바탕으로 상호 참여를 통해 수학 교과 내용, 교육학, 교육과정에 대한 레퍼토리를 형성하는 하나의 실천공동체(Community of Practice, CoP)이고, 따라서 교사들의 학습은 실천공동체 이론으로 해석할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 고등학교 교사 학습공동체에 참여한 수학교사들의 정체성 형성 과정을 실천공동체 이론을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 성찰 저널, 협의록, 수업 영상 전사본의 귀납적 분석을 통해 수학교사들의 학습공동체 참여 경험을 도출하였고, 참여 관찰 기록지를 토대로 개별 인터뷰를 진행한 후 이를 유형적으로 분석하여 각 수학교사의 정체성 형성 과정을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과 수학교사는 학습공동체 참여를 통해 수학 교수·학습에 관한 실천 형성, 지속적인 반성과 성찰을 통한 교수 실행 개선, 공동체 몰입을 통한 함께의 가치 인식을 경험했고, 이 경험을 바탕으로 주변적 궤적, 내부지향 궤적, 내부자 궤적, 경계적 궤적, 외부지향 궤적 등을 보이며 다양하게 정체성을 형성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 학습공동체의 효과적 운영을 위한 시사점이 논의되었고 후속 연구가 제안되었다.

본 연구는 유아의 숲동화 구연학습이 자기감정조절과 공동체의식 함양에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 S시소재 유아 40명을 대상으로 8주간 16회기 실험 연구 하였다. 연구결과 전체적으로 숲동화 구연학습을 한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 높게 나타나 실험집단의 숲동화 구연학습의 유용성을 입증해주었다. 특히 공동체의식 요인의 기본생활 습관과 공동체 의식, 사회성발달, 자기인식에서 모두 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 높게 나타났다. 이는 숲 체험 활동에서의 자연과에서 소통과 함께 동화소재를 자연 속에서 읽으면서 듣고 직접 체험함으로써 유아들이 동화를 통해 주의 집중하고 자연과의 교감 속에 자연 그대로 느끼는 순수한 감성을 바탕으로 또래와 함께 상호 협력하고 공존을 위한 관계 향상은 물론 원칙과 질서를 지키고 이를 실천하려는 소중한 마음이 동화 속 이야기와 함께 자기감정조절까지 증가시킴을 실증해준 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이같은 결과는 숲 활동에 있어 단순한 놀이나 교육 중심에서 벗어나 숲동화 연계 활동을 통해 감정조절 뿐만 아니라 공동체의식 향상에도 긍정적인 교육효과를 가져다 줌에 따라 이의 활용이 보다 확산될 필요가 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

사회가 빠르게 변화함에 따라 이에 따른 교양교육의 역할과 위상도 많은 변화를 일으키고 있으며 이에 따라 학교 주위의 다양한 사회 및 문화 환경과 밀접한 관계를 형성하고 있다. 특히, 글로컬 시대가 도래하면서 지역과 대학 간의 산업, 문화, 봉사, 교육 등 다양한 분야에서 그 연대성이 더욱 강화되고 있는 시점에서 그에 따른 교양교육이 나아가야될 방향과 적합한 지역 연계 교양교육 모형개발도 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 우리는 본 연구에서 대학이 지역사회 봉사와 연계성을 가지고 지역봉사에 보다 밀접하게 다가가기 위한 지역사회 봉사활동과 연게한 교양 교과목 (Community Service Activities based Learning, CSAL)을 개발하고, 교육 사례 분석과 함께 실제 지역사회봉사단체와 연계하여 적용함으로써 향후의 대학-지역 협력 모형개발 및 이의 적용과 관련된 유의미한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 또한, 우리는 지역사회 봉사와의 연계을 위해서 본 지역자치제가 운영하는 지역봉사단체와 면밀히 협업하였으며 이를 통해서 수업 커리큘럼을 위해 지방의 한 대학과 그 지역의 봉사단체와 실제 협력 수업을 검토하고, 이에 대학-지역 교육생태계 활성화 모형을 개발하였다.

Service learning usually has two aspects. One aspect is associated with applying class learning to related fields. The other aspect is associated with challenging and dynamic volunteering experiences. This study examined experiences of 70 social work students who took service learning courses at a university. After the courses, these students were asked regarding (1) evaluation and satisfaction of overall service learning experiences, (2) evaluation of service learning contents and the following activities, (3) the process of volunteering activities, and (4) the differences between service learning courses and other regular courses. Results were as follows: students generally regarded service learning experiences as positive; students reported understanding of social work practice and learning of professional skills; however, the service learning courses seemed to be very demanding in time and adjusting personal schedules; teamwork among students seemed to be good, especially in cooperation and emotional support; however, some students reported struggling experiences in allocating roles among team members; finally, the relationship between students and social workers at the agencies and the coordination of community resources seemed to be weak. In order for service learning courses to be more effective, this study presented some suggestions in the conclusion.

이 연구에서는 비판적 사고력과 협력 활동 신장을 위하여 개방형 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하고 학생들에게 적용하여 그 효과에 대하여 조사하였다. 개방형 커뮤니티로 위키 시스템을 이용하였으며 비판적 사고와 협력 활동 향상의 비교를 위해 일반 게시판을 활용하여 비평적 글쓰기 수업 활동을 하였다. 수업 적용 결과 일반 게시판을 활용한 수업 보다 개방형 커뮤니티인 위키 시스템에서 비판적 사고 향상의 결과를 보였다. 또한 개인적으로 활동하는 수업보다 팀별로 협력 작업을 하는 수업에서 비판적 사고 활동이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 향후 위키기반 개방형 시스템을 활용한 수업을 진행한다면 비판적 사고와 같은 고급 사고력의 능력이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

While the endeavor to introduce the service activity in the college education is enlarged, the object of this study is to introduce the concept of service learning in social work education. The 'content centered service-learning' is focusing on the practical education, the liaison and participation in community and the promotion of civil awareness which are very important in social work education that focuses on the interest and participation in the human and social problem as practical study. This study contemplates the educational effect of the course of social work combined with service learning. This study verifies the self-efficacy, the altruism, the change of social responsibility of students and the effect by carrying out the course of social welfare and service activities side by side. To evaluate the effect of service learning, pre and post test and qualitative analysis in journal of service activity, the discussion during the class and the mid and final term evaluation were done. Through the service learning, students showed the promotion in self-esteem, the altruism, the social responsibility, the self insights as a social worker and were able to have the chance to consider their future job. From the view point of local centers, it was evaluated that the service activity of students was helpful to the institutions and the clients, and that the liaison between the community agency and the college and the experience of integration of service learning and the course of social welfare was helpful too. Based on the above mentioned results, this study provide some recommendations in implementation of service-learning as the teaching methodology of social work.

This study examines effects of Facebook on language learning in terms of facilitating interaction and collaboration by applying Facebook in a Korean language class. Forty one exchange students from seventeen countries who participated in the study used Facebook to exchange information and complete group projects. Results show that Facebook was effective in sharing class materials, engaging in class community and collaborating to complete assignments. Students also comment that socializing with peers was helpful, yet more activities and discussion to draw active participation is needed. This study also points out the important role of instructors who implement social media and manage the class.

본 연구는 청소년 자원봉사활동경험의 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면을 모두 포함하여 자원봉사활동이 청소년의 공동체 의식발달에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 하였으며, 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식발달에 미치는 직접적 영향력과 더불어, 자아존중감과 또래애착을 두 변인 간의 매개변인으로 설정하고, 이들 매개변인을 통한 간접효과를 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 한국아동 청소년 패널조사(KCYPS) 중1 패널 자료 중 자원봉사활동 참여경험이 있는 청소년 1,426명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 자원봉사활동시간과 자원봉사활동에 대한 만족도를 각각 독립적으로 살펴보았을 때는 두 변수 모두 공동체 의식과 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자원봉사활동의 양적 측면과 질적 측면을 동시에 고려하였을 때는 자원봉사활동정도나 활동경험 유무보다 자원봉사활동관련 만족도나 봉사활동 이후의 반성적 학습이 보다 중요한 자원봉사 관련 경험이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자원봉사활동에 대한 만족도는 청소년 개인의 자아존중감과 또래애착을 증진시키고, 이러한 개인적 특질의 변화가 다시 공동체 의식을 높이는 데 기여하는 것으로 나타나, 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식 함양에 미치는 직접 효과 뿐 아니라 자아존중감과 또래애착을 통한 간접적 효과를 함께 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 우리나라 청소년 자원봉사활동의 관리 운영방안 개선의 필요성을 제기하였고, 자원봉사활동의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 방향에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하였다.

This study introduces an engineering design class which is experimental in a sense that it is planned and implemented with three key concepts such as learner-centered education, living lab and community based learning. With the class run in being connected with one regional community in Seoul, it focuses on its educational effects acquired through the living lab-based approach. And this research investigates the student's experiences of when, what and how they learn in a learner-centered class. It shows that, rather than taking professor's one dimensional lectures in classroom, the students learn actively when they face with the problem in the field. Students have come to carry out engineering design from the perspective of stakeholders, not from the supplier or producer's perspective in the process of meeting with the problem in reality. Team based collaborative activities are crucial in the entire design process. More importantly, students' design products have been transformed into more useful and meaningful ones as stakeholders of the local community have participated into the students' works. However, we need to recognize that there are some important issues that need to be solved institutionally and systematically in order for such educations to spread. This study suggests several educational arrangements for those issues.

10대 학생들의 지속적인 인터넷 이용률 상승과 높은 온라인 커뮤니티 참여율을 고려할 때, 그들이 인터넷 이용을 통해 경험할 수 있는 역기능을 최소화하고 긍정적인 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 지도하는 것이 필요하다. 학생들은 온라인 커뮤니티 활동을 통해서 다양한 사회성을 경험하고, 자아성을 탐색할 수 있다. 그러나 다른 한편으로, 학생들을 대상으로 하는 상당수의 온라인 커뮤니티들이 사회적인 배려와 관심을 제공하지 못하여 학생들의 가치관 혼란이나 잘못된 행동을 유도하기도 한다. 이러한 문제를 고려하여, 본 연구는 10대 학생들의 요구를 수용하면서 동시에 그들의 요구를 학습 활동과 연계할 수 있는 온라인 학습 커뮤니티에 초점을 두고, 활발한 공동체 활동과 학습 활동을 진행할 수 있는 온라인 학습 커뮤니티를 설계하고 개발하였다. 커뮤니티는 운영 취지를 소개하고, 알림방, 요구함 등을 제시하는 'e-Tivity소개', '이벤트홀' '자료파크' 'e-Tivity센터' 등으로 구성된 커뮤니티 활동 공간, '교사연구실' '관리실'로 구성된 교사와 관리자 공간, 'My Room' 아바타 꾸미기 등의 기능을 제공하는 학생 개인 공간 등으로 구성되었다.
