Bloom의 완전학습모델을 활용한 NCS 기반 조리 실무 교수·학습 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effect of NCS-based Cooking Practice Teaching Method by Using Bloom's Mastery Learning Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the NCS-based cooking practice education method by using the full learning model and to confirm its effect. The study design was a pre-post test of the non-equality control group. The subjects of this study included 28 students in the experimental group and 27 students in the control group. The experimental group participated in the NCS-based cooking practice training using the complete learning model, and the control group received only cooking practice training based on the full learning model. The data were collected during the second semester of 2016 and analyzed by SPSS WIN 23.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, homogeneity test showed that pre - homogeneity such as general characteristics, cooking ability, and knowledge of cooking theory were achieved (p>0.05). Second, the experimental group recognized that its cooking ability was high. With respect to the ability to cook food, the ability to cook, and the ability to prepare food ingredients (p<0.01), personal hygiene management, cooking hygiene management, and cooking safety management abilities were not significant. The mean value the experimental group was high. Third, the final theoretical knowledge score was not significant. The average score in the experimental group (69 points) was 5 points higher than that in the control group (64 points). This was about two times higher than the score of 37 points in the first stage preliminary survey. Finally, the final performance score was significant (p<0.05), and the score in the experimental group (89 points) was 5 points higher than that in the control group (84 points). Therefore, the NCS-based cooking education method is confirmed to be an effective method, especially for improvement of the practical ability, improvement of theoretical knowledge, and achievement of perfect learning standards.

간호학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing clinical competence in nursing students. Method: The participants were 125 nursing students and data were collected from October 8 to December 18, 2010 using questionnaires with. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: There were significant correlations for creativity, problem-solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and clinical competence. The factor influencing clinical competence the most was creativity, followed by problem-solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and grade point average score. The regression model explained 37% of variance in clinical competence. Conclusion: The results indicate that for improvement in the clinical competence of nursing students, it is necessary to develop strategies and education programs to enhance creativity, problem-solving ability, and self-directed learning ability.

온라인 프로젝트 학습이 정보 활용 능력 신장에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Online Project Learning on Information Utilizing Ability)

  • 본 논문에서는 온라인 프로젝트 학습 경험이 없는 초등학교 4학년 학생들이 효과적으로 학습을 수행하기 위하여 구체적 학습과정을 안내해주는 온라인 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 개발하여 적용한 후 온라인 프로젝트 학습이 초등학생의 정보활용능력 신장에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해서 초등학교 4학년 교육과정을 분석하여 정보 활용 능력을 신장시킬 수 있는 요소를 추출한 후 프로젝트 학습 주제 12개를 선정하였다. 온라인 프로젝트 학습방을 구축하여 선별한 6개 주제로 온라인 프로젝트 학습을 실시 하였다. 그리고 학생들의 정보 활용 능력을 파악하기 위하여 초 중등 학생 ICT 활용 능력 기준에 따라 '정보수집', '정보 가공', '정보 교류' 항목으로 나누어 온라인 프로젝트 학습 전후에 평가를 실시하여 학생들의 정보 활용 능력 신장 여부를 분석하였다.

자기주도적 학습능력의 향상을 위한 앱인벤터 활용 수학영재프로그램의 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of the Mathematically Gifted Student Learning Program Utilizing App Inventor for Self-directed Learning Ability)

  • 우리나라는 영재교육에서의 자기주도적 학습 능력의 신장을 매우 중요한 목표로 내세운다. 최근에는 다양한 프로그래밍을 활용한 영재 학습 프로그램이 개발되었고 이를 통해 학습자들의 자기주도적 학습 능력이 향상되기도 한다. 하지만 프로그래밍 활용 영재 학습 프로그램은 정보 영재를 대상으로 개발된 것이 대부분이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자기주도적 학습능력의 향상을 위한 앱인벤터를 활용한 수학영재프로그램의 개발과 적용에 관해 탐구하였다. 4, 5학년으로 이루어진 초등 수학 영재 1개 학급을 대상으로 모둠별로 앱인벤터를 활용해 수학 퀴즈를 만드는 활동을 하였다. 실험 적용 후 실험집단의 내재적 동기, 자율성, 개방성 등 자기 주도적 학습 능력의 하위 요소의 사후 검사 값이 유의도 .002이하로 매우 유의하였다. 따라서 앱인벤터의 활용을 통한 수학영재프로그램의 개발과 적용은 수학 영재 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 능력의 전 영역에서 효과적이었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Today, universities in Korea give a great effort to complement basic college scholastic ability of freshman. Maybe it could be unnecessary effort from university. However, we cannot just leave students who have poor academic performance about 10 to 30% in a university. Universities have to prepare to solve this problem. Thus government and universities investigate a lot of efforts but there is no guarantee. As a result, e-learning could be the best solution to complement poor academic performance of freshman and it also could be the best way to reduce financial burden of university. So, many universities introduce e-learning system and they also support professors to make e-learning content. We need to promote content usage and to improve overall operations. In this paper, we discuss poor academic performance problems under the current middle and high school education systems and review approaches to solve these problems. From this analysis, we propose the design of an effective e-learning system and a method of operation to complement students who achieve poor academic performance.

토의식 수업을 적용한 수준별 소집단 협력학습이 학력신장에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Debate Studies Through Small Group Activities in Ability Group to The Improvement of The Students′ Learning Ability.)

  • Nowadays the number of students that is losing their interest as well as learning desire in mathematics is increasing because of lack of logical thought creative power and abstract expression that present-day mathematics requires by reason of discrepancy of extreme scholastic ability by speciality of mathematics. In these conditions, we reduce the number of learning depression by bringing about learning desire or learning interest on mathematics, and students learn effective learning methods to be voluntary learning of discovery themselves that studies basic concepts, principles, rules through logical thought of students to solve difference of scholastic ability, thus we assumed that debate studies through small group activities in ability group would be one of ways to improve learning power, so the results of our research are as follows; 1. Debate studies through small group activities were very effective because of reinforcing the achivement level of students. 2. By this learning method, an individual or cooperrative learning was fostered, and lively discussions were accomplished. And learning attitudes of students were changed by the extension of cooperative learning abilities through advices or by themselves. 3. A personal opinion is payed regard by accepting an individual idea in the process of making questions. Learners can correct wrong concepts in the process of correcting wrong answers. So if we apply above-mentioned studies with easy contents from the lower grades, the effectiveness would increase as learners go to the higher grade. According to the results of various researches as follows; "The teaching-learning method oriented coopperative debate studies is effective to find solutions to mathematical problems." If small group activities are applied in the educational situation to search the course of a desirable cooperation learning through small group activities to improve scholastic abilities for a discoverable problem-solving power. I think that the teaching-learning method oriented cooperative debate studies is one of the most desirable methods to increase the problem-solving ability.

비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력 및 학업성취도 (Learning Flow, Self-Directedness, Self-Regulated Learning Ability and Learning Achievement of Nursing Students who in Non-Face-To-Face Learning Environment)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력 및 학업성취도의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상은 B, G시에 소재하고 있는 간호대학생 179명으로 2021년 9월부터 10월까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학습몰입 평균은 38.54±7.87이었고, 자기 주도성은 134.83±19.81, 자기조절학습능력은 42.93±5.98, 학업성취도는 15.03±2.56으로 나타났다. 학습몰입, 자기 주도성, 자기조절학습능력, 학업성취도는 모두 유의한 양의 상관을 보여주었다. 따라서 비대면 환경에서 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 높이기 위한 전략과 학습몰입을 높일 수 있는 환경 개선과 제도적인 지원이 필요하다.

근거 중심의 학습을 통한 학생들의 임상 실무 능력 개선에 관한 연구 (The Study of an Improvement of Clinical Competency through Evidence Based Learning)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect that the academic achievement of the students about the evidence based learning investigates the learning utility value about and the request. Method : The agreement of college students explaining the purpose of research for 12 weeks against 17 students and investigate through a questionnaire. The level of academic achievement according to the sex and claim showed a characteristic with a percentage. An utility investigate the descriptive epidemiologic characteristic about the class of the evidence based learning. Result : The most of college students the level of academic achievement and requests the expected grade of the students about the evidence based learning wanted the 'high' grade of 9 persons, 'middle' grade of 8 persons in the part and the expectation for the class taken so much was high(p<.05). There was the significant different in the utility aspect in the need of the evidence based learning, homework solution, learning synergy effect improvement, and reference search ability improvement(p<.05). Conclusion : These finding revealed that the evidence based learning the satisfaction with class raises the improvement and utility value, and provided the need and the has to develop the educational model which the college students contentment raises an improvement after this opportunity for the new recognition.

치위생과 학생의 자기 주도적 학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Self-Directed Learning Ability of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to provide the measures for improving the self-directed learning ability and the reference data for substantializing the educational programs by verifying the main factors affecting the self-directed learning ability of dental hygiene students in reality when the learners' autonomy is emphasized than ever. Methods: From June 20 to July 4, 2022, an online survey was conducted targeting total 218 dental hygiene students. The collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS Program Version 22.0. Results: First, in the results of analyzing differences in detailed items of self-directed learning ability according to the general characteristics, the 'students who entered the department of dental hygiene by considering their aptitude and interest' showed higher results than the 'students who entered the department by considering their high school record'. Second, when the academic efficacy, study immersion, and problem-solving ability of dental hygiene students were higher, their self-directed learning ability was also high. Third, the factor that had the greatest effect on self-directed learning ability of dental hygiene students was problem-solving ability, which was followed by academic efficacy and study immersion. Conclusion: Putting together the results above, in order to cultivate the problem-solving ability of dental hygiene students, it would be necessary to operate the problem-solving-centered simulation course that could foster critical thinking, interactions with others, and creative approach and solution to problems in dental medical site. It would be also possible to improve their academic efficacy by applying the learning mentoring & one-to-one learning counseling program, and also strengthening proper feedbacks for learners. Moreover, the study immersion could be strengthened by developing and operating the emotion-based learning motivation program & learning coaching program through the process of verifying the potential and growth needs of learners, exploring one's own resources through learning diagnosis/introspection, and exploring the career-related vision for strengthening the learning motivation, which could have positive effects on the improvement of self-directed learning ability.

대학원 생물학 강좌에서 역동적 복합 수업 모형(DCIM)의 적용이 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습 동기 유형의 변화에 미치는 영향 (Application of Dynamic Complex Instruction Model (DCIM) to a Biology Class in the Graduate School and Its Effect in Changing Self-Directed Learning Ability and Academic Motivation Types)

  • 자기주도적 학습 능력의 중요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 전통적 교수자 주도의 강의, 세미나, 토론 수업 모두 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상에 일정한 한계를 드러내고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 역동적 복합 수업 모형(dynamic complex instruction model, DCIM)이 오순애(2010)에 의해 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 DCIM을 대학원 생물 교과에 적용하였을 때, 대학원생의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상 여부를 살펴보고자 하였다. 자기주도적 학습 능력 측정 검사 도구로는 유귀옥(1997)이 번안한 West & Bentley(1990)의 자기주도적 학습 준비도 척도를, 자기주도적 학습 능력의 하위 요인인 학습 동기 척도 측정에는 오순애(2001)가 번안한 Hayamizu (1997)의 척도를 사용하였다. 대구광역시 소재 K 대학교 2010년 1학기 2개 대학원생 생물 수업을 대상으로 DCIM이 적용되었으며, 수업 전 후에 척도를 이용한 검사가 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 교수자 주도의 일방적 강의 수업을 실시한 통제 집단에 비해 DCIM 적용 수업이 자기주도적 학습 능력이 유의미하게 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 학습 동기는 통제 집단과 실험 집단 사이에 유의미한 차이를 나타내지는 않았다. 본 연구는 대학원 수업에 DCIM의 적용이 대학원생들의 자기주도적 학습 능력 향상에 효과가 있음을 보여주는 의미 있는 결과라고 판단된다.
