Online collaborative teaming, which has emerged as a new type of education in knowledge-based society, is being discussed actively in the areas of action learning at companies and project-based learning and inquiry-based learning at schools. It regards as an effective method for improving learners practical and highly advanced problem solving abilities, and for stimulating their absorption into learning through pursuing common goals of learning together. Different from individual learning, however, collaborative learning involves complicated processes such as organizing teams, setting common goals, performing tasks and evaluating the outcome of team activities .Thus, it is difficult for a teacher to promote and evaluate the whole process of collaborative learning, and it is necessary to develop systems to support collaborative learning. Therefore, in order to monitor and promote interaction among learners in the process of collaborative learning, the present study developed an extensible collaborative teaming supporting agent (ECOLA) in online learning environments.
The aim of this study is to measure and evaluate competitiveness of lifelong learning systems of BRICS countries in the respect of National Lifelong Learning System (NLLS). To analyze the data, this study used the mechanism model and 32 indicators and 12 sub-factors developed to measure the NLLS of developing countries. As a result of the Global Lifelong Learning Index (GLLI) measurement, China and Russia were relatively strong, while Brazil and South Africa formed the middle group. India scored relatively low. However, there are areas of lifelong education that each country should focus on, and this study compared and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the lifelong learning systems of each BRICS country. It is expected that the findings of this study will be used as standards to evaluate lifelong learning-related policies and make decisions to raise NLLS competitiveness, and as basic materials to know current NLLS situations of BRICS countries.
This study investigates the relationships among academic stress, learning satisfaction, and learning flow of the health science college students who take online classes in college. The subjects were 129 students and the data were collected from November 15th, 2020 to December 22th, 2020 using a self-report structured questionnaire. The data analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. As a result of this study, academic stress showed a negative correlation between learning satisfaction (r=.-78, p<.001) and learning flow (r=.-70, p<.001). And learning satisfaction showed a positive correlation between learning flow (r=.71, p<.001). In the results of multiple regression analysis, factors influencing the learning flow of students were amount of assignments in online classes, number of online practice courses completed in the last semester, academic stress, and learning satisfaction. All of these variables together explained 59.0%. Therefore, in order to increase learning flow in online classes, strategies to reduce academic stress and development of various educational programs are required.

This study examined the relationship of self-directed learning ability, teaching presence, learning flow and academic achievement of nursing students in non-face-to-face class. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire in 146 nursing students from June 19 to 20, 2021. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. As a result this study, academic achievement was positively correlated with self-directed learning ability, teaching presence and learning flow. As result regression analysis, learning flow, self-directed learning ability and teaching presence explained 67% of the academic achievement in nursing students. Therefore, based on this study it will be more effective to improve academic achievement of instructional design and customized instructional methods that can improve self-directed learning ability, teaching reality and learning commitment are applied together in non-face-to-face classes.
We developed a web-based virtual laboratory system for electronic circuit experiments on the client/ server distributed environment. Through our virtual laboratory, the learners will be capable of learning the concepts and theories related to electronic circuit experiments and how to operate the experimental equipments such as multimeters, function generators, digital oscilloscopes and DC power suppliers. The proposed virtual laboratory system is composed of four important components: Principle Classroom to explain the concepts and theories of electronic circuit operations, Virtual Experiment Classroom to provide interactive multimedia contents about the syllabus of off-line laboratory class, Assessment Classroom, and Management System. With the aid of the Management System every classroom is organically tied together collaborating to achieve maximum learning efficiency. We have obtained several affirmative effects such as high learning standard, reducing the total experimental hours and the damage rate for experimental equipments.

Recently, actor-critic methods have drawn significant interests in the area of reinforcement learning, and several algorithms have been studied along the line of the actor-critic strategy. In this paper, we consider a new type of actor-critic algorithms employing the kernel methods, which have recently shown to be very effective tools in the various fields of machine learning, and have performed investigations on combining the actor-critic strategy together with kernel methods. More specifically, this paper studies actor-critic algorithms utilizing the kernel-based least-squares estimation and policy gradient, and in its critic's part, the study uses a sliding-window-based kernel least-squares method, which leads to a fast and efficient value-function-estimation in a nonparametric setting. The applicability of the considered algorithms is illustrated via a robot locomotion problem and a tunnel ventilation control problem.
This study is a research about the effect on achievement, retention and attitude of learning descriptive statistics with the computer software. For this study, 60 students are randomly divided two groups, one is an experimental group using software, the other one is a control group using lecture type of learning statistics. For the analysis, both groups are divided three subgroups according to mathematical ability. Also the topic "descriptive statistics" is divided by 5 subtopics. The test is divided three parts(computation, concept and application) according to knowledge type. The attitude toward statistics is investgated with questionaire and interview with both groups. The achievement test is taken after 8 class periods. The retention test were administered together six weeks after achievement test. The experimental group achieved significantly better than in concept type while the control group performed significantly better than the experimental group in computation type. With respect to the attitude toward statistics, lower ability students may have been negatively affected by the use of software.

Visual representations for concepts in business management are quite challenging, especially those abstract concepts in Accountancy discipline. For example, there might not be a consensus on what to use to represent such abstraction as an asset, liability, or owner equity. This is because asset can be property, estate, resources, equipment, or any tangible or non-tangible valuables. Cognitive science concepts and behavior engagement have been used to develop visual representations for financial data. The concepts include spatial processing, big picture thinking, and metaphor. Review of past studies together with a brief research plan to test the usability for learning of four new augmented reality 0visuals are provided in the present paper.

Transductive Support Vector Machine(TSVM) is one of semi-supervised learning algorithms which exploit the domain structure of the whole data by considering labeled and unlabeled data together. Although it was proposed several years ago, there has been no efficient algorithm which can handle problems with more than hundreds of training examples. In this paper, we propose an efficient branch-and-bound algorithm which can solve large-scale TSVM problems with thousands of training examples. The proposed algorithm uses two bounding techniques: min-cut bound and reduced SVM bound. The min-cut bound is derived from a capacitated graph whose cuts represent a lower bound to the optimal objective function value of the dual problem. The reduced SVM bound is obtained by constructing the SVM problem with only labeled data. Experimental results show that the accuracy rate of TSVM can be significantly improved by learning from the optimal solution of TSVM, rather than an approximated solution.

Recently we have a lot of Youtube contents and their influence. ASMR content is in vogue through YouTube recently But Just a few Studies have announced Youtube content's effect. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether ASMR helps improve mental stability and learning skills of teenagers who enjoy using it. To this end, a sample comparison of teenagers showed that the sample group that played ASMR had an advantage in psychological stability and learning effects over the comparison group that did not. As a result, half of the respondents felt positive differences in learning and psychological stability. Therefore, rather than unilaterally banning the use of ASMR content at school or at home, it is educationally effective to create an atmosphere where teenagers are understood and joined together. So We suggest that positive use of ASMR would be proposed as alternatives rather than unilateral measures such as banning ASMR content to teenagers.
