한국기업의 기술학습과정 유형의 도출에 관한 탐색적 연구: 통합적 관점의 조직학습이론을 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on the Taxonomy of Technological Learning Processes in Korean Firms: Focused on the Integrative Organizational Learning Theory)

  • 기술학습에 대한 개념 연구 및 실증연구가 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 기업의 구체적인 기술학습과정을 파악하고자 하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기업의 구체적인 기술 지식 학습과정을 분석하기 위하여, 통합적 관점의 기술학습이론에 근거하여 한국의 대표적인 기업이 수행한 13개 기술개발과제에 대한 탐색적 사례연구를 통해 기업의 기술학습과정을 조사하였다. 13개 기술개발과제의 기술학습과정에 대한 사례연구 결과, 두 가지 기술학습과정 유형을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫 번째 기술학습과정 유형은 인지학습과 행동학습의 순서에 따라 네 가지 기술학습과정으로 나누어졌다. 이 기술학습과정 유형은 기술능력 수준에 따라 구분될 수 있었다. 두 번째 기술학습과정 유형은 인지학습과 행동학습의 상대적 난이도에 따라 두 가지 기술학습과정으로 나누어졌다. 이 기술학습과정 유형은 기술의 특성에 따라 구분될 수 있었다. 마지막으로 기술학습을 위한 경영적 함의와 결론, 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

유통산업 인력 역량강화를 위한 이러닝 콘텐츠 정보공개 항목에 관한 연구 (A Study on e-learning Contents Opening Information for Distribution Industry Labor Competence)

  • Purpose - Although e-learning has this advantage, currently many organizations have failed to recognize the necessity for basic e-learning educational training. It follows that practitioners working in the above organizations face the difficulty of having to find educational training processes of boosting their capabilities by themselves, rather than being able to utilize the educational training processes offered by e-learning. So of their own accord, learners have considered the necessity of information relating to being able to choose between high quality educational training processes. The purpose of this study is to propose opening e-learning content information for enabling an efficient choice of learning processes related to e-learning. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of e-learning content information, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, information relating to e-learning content (offered on e-learning websites) was researched. Second, based on the items of information which emerged from the research, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists as the subjects. Third, the opinions of adult learners at K University were collated relating to the items of information which emerged from the research. Results - The e-learning content information was comprised of 16 items in order to improve the choosing process for learner's e-learning contents. The analysis results showed that when learners were choosing e-learning processes, the most highly considered item was 'mobile support' (4.35). Following this (in order) were 'tuition fees' (4.30), 'certificate issuing' (4.23), and 'awareness of educational institution' (4.18). The least considered items were 'recruiting learners' (3.01) and 'tutor support' (3.18). Conclusions - The 16 items of e-learning content information in this study, were deemed to be helpful to learners in providing them with a choice of desirable e-learning process when this process was offered to them. Following this, there is a need for service institutions offering e-learning processes to make public the information suggested by this study. Research into educational methods additionally points to a necessity for not only e-learning forms, but also offline educational methods and a combination of blended learning to be offered and run parallel to e-learning.

  • The starting point of knowledge generation and management is the enhancement of learning capability and capacity of organizational members. Organizational change for learning environment should be aligned with the change of organizational strategy, structure and processes. The study employed action learning methodology to constitute learning organization processes. The treatment effect to institute learning organization has been successful thanks to the members' zeal and consensus to change the processes. However, not every learning team has been so successful. Some cases complained time consuming where others expect to be helpful for their incentives. The researchers concluded that the most important point for success of the learning organization project should be the support of top management.

인간의 학습과정 시뮬레이션에 의한 경험적 데이터를 이용한 최적화 방법 (An Empirical Data Driven Optimization Approach By Simulating Human Learning Processes)

  • This study suggests a data driven optimization approach, which simulates the models of human learning processes from cognitive sciences. It shows how the human learning processes can be simulated and applied to solving combinatorial optimization problems. The main advantage of using this method is in applying it into problems, which are very difficult to simulate. 'Undecidable' problems are considered as best possible application areas for this suggested approach. The concept of an 'undecidable' problem is redefined. The learning models in human learning and decision-making related to combinatorial optimization in cognitive and neural sciences are designed, simulated, and implemented to solve an optimization problem. We call this approach 'SLO : simulated learning for optimization.' Two different versions of SLO have been designed: SLO with position & link matrix, and SLO with decomposition algorithm. The methods are tested for traveling salespersons problems to show how these approaches derive new solution empirically. The tests show that simulated learning for optimization produces new solutions with better performance empirically. Its performance, compared to other hill-climbing type methods, is relatively good.

  • 성공적으로 IT 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서, IT 컨설턴트의 역량은 매우 중요하다. 특히, 학습 프로세스는 IT 프로젝트를 수행하는 동안 발생할 수 있는 다양한 핵심 이슈들을 해결하기 위해 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 바로 이러한 학습 프로세스를 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 학습 프로세스의 측정도구를 수립하기에 앞서, 3회에 걸쳐 20년 이상 IT 프로젝트 수행경험이 있는 IT 컨설턴트와 인터뷰를 수행하였다. IT 프로젝트 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해, 본 연구는 설문 항목을 개발하고 측정도구를 검정하였다.

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning are used in many parts of our daily lives, but the basic processes and concepts are barely exposed to most people. Understanding these basic concepts is becoming increasingly important as kids don't have the opportunity to explore AI processes and improve their understanding of basic machine learning concepts and their essential components. Machine learning educational tools can help children easily understand artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this paper, we examine machine learning education tools and compare their features.

An Empirical Investigation of the Impact of Customer Learning on Customer Experience in the Context of Knowledge Product Use

  • The role of customers has changed from that of passive users to value co-creators. Therefore, it is important to understand how customer learning takes place and how it affects customer experiences with services and products. However, while past studies insist on the importance of the issues in designing customer experiences, they do not empirically address these issues. This study investigates the support processes for customer learning, and their impact on customer learning, which in turn influences customer experience. To test the hypotheses, we employed the survey method. Target informants were the actual users of Apple iPods. A total of 200 survey questionnaires were distributed and 146 were collected. Among these, seven erroneous responses were excluded, leaving 139 usable ones. The proposed model was empirically analyzed using the Covariance-based SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) technique. The findings of this study suggest that, among the three support processes in customer learning, learning-by-doing support and learning-by-investment support positively affect customer learning, which influences customer experience. This study contributes to the literature by identifying different types of support for different kinds of customer learning processes and by empirically testing the impact of the support for the process on customer learning, and in turn, its impact on customer experience.

  • 본 연구는 간호학생의 간호 수기술 향상을 위해 사전 동영상 학습방법을 활용한 기본간호학 실습 교육평가방법의 학습동기, 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결과정을 파악하고자 하는 상관성 조사연구였다. 학습동기와 학업적 자기효능감은 간호과 선택동기, 전공만족도, 기본간호학실습 만족도, 사전 동영상 시청의 도움정도, 체크리스트 활용 실기평가의 적절성에 따라 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 문제해결과정은 전공만족도, 기본간호학실습만족도, 사전 동영상 시청의 도움 정도, 체크리스트 활용 실기평가의 적절성에 따라 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 학습동기는 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결과정과, 학업적 자기효능감은 문제해결과정과 유의한 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론적으로, 사전 동영상 학습방법을 활용한 기본간호학실습 교육평가방법은 간호학생의 학습동기, 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결과정과 관련이 있었다.

반도체에 적합한 복합 학습곡선 모형 (Compound Learning Curve Model for Semiconductor Manufacturing)

  • The learning curve model is a mathematical form which represents the relationship between the manufacturing experience and its effectiveness. The semiconductor manufacturing is widely known as an appropriate example for the learning effect due to its complicated manufacturing processes. In this paper, I propose a new compound learning curve model for semiconductor products in which the general learning curve model and the growth curve are composed. The dependent variable and the effective independent variables of the model were abstracted from the existing learning curve models and selected according to multiple regression processes. The simulation results using the historical DRAM data show that the proposed compound learning curve model is one of adequate models for describing learning effect of semiconductor products.

  • Learning is naturally embedded in organizational ongoing-processes and routines. Recent many research models of organizational failure ignore how failing masks breakdowns and recoveries of organization-embedded learning as a naturally occurring process. Organizational learning is the platform in tandem with base-modules of organization in this point. Organizations learn and unlearn while they acquire, discard, and forget organizational experiences or knowledges. These processes in public sector organizations are different from learning behaviors in private sector. This study expects to explore architectural components of learning organization in public sector, focusing on distinct characteristics of public organizations, and to implement learning model based on system thinking(system dynamic) approach.
