중소기업 사내 e-learning 효과성에 관한 실증분석 (A Study of effectiveness in Web-based education in small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea)

  • This study is to design the web-based educational setting in industry to test the effectiveness of online teaching in Korea. Especially this study focuses on the impact of information technology on educational influence on employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) because these experimental settings are differed from universities or large firms often called Jaebaels. The findings of the study are summarized as education setting especially personalization content materials greatly influences on the speed and quality of employees' learning. Also the positive attitudes of employees toward the learning environment correlate to the effectiveness of online learning in SME.

웹듀이를 활용한 분류 교육에 대한 연구 - DDC 매체 유형별 학습성과와 학습자 만족도 조사를 바탕으로 - (A Study on Classification Education Using WebDewey: Based on Learning Outcomes and Learner Satisfaction Survey by DDC Medium Type)

  • 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 분류 수업에서 향후 온라인 매체로만 제공되는 DDC와 관련된 교육을 준비함에 있어 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 DDC의 인쇄본과 웹 버전을 활용한 NCS 기반의 교육과정을 운영한 후, 2차에 걸친 직무능력평가를 통해 매체별 학습성과를 분석하였으며, 매체별 활용 기능, 만족도와 선호도를 분석하기 위한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 교육 매체의 차이는 학습성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학습 시 주로 사용한 매체는 매체에 대한 유용성과 선호도, 그리고 향후 매체 활용도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 향후 웹듀이를 활용한 DDC 교육 설계 시, DDC 인쇄본과 비교하여 DDC의 구조와 분류 항목에 대한 이해와 활용을 위한 교육, 웹듀이 인터페이스와 기능에 대한 교육, 전조합 번호에 대한 상대적인 이해와 학습이 필요하다는 점 등을 제안하였다.

The Urgency of Business Agility During COVID-19 Pandemic: Distribution of Small and Medium Business Products and Services

  • Purpose: Business agility is an important key to survival for SMEs in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesian local product distribution and service distribution are mostly served by SMEs. Agile businesses will be able to assist them in the proper distribution of products and services. This research examines how the direct and indirect influence of IT capabilities on business agility through organizational learning and business intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses SEM method with SmartPLS tool. The sample of this research was conducted on small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. The sample obtained in this study was 202 SME owners or managers (strategic level). Results: Business intelligence plays a key role in improving business agility. The results of IT capability can directly and indirectly affect business agility through organizational learning. Conclusions: Business intelligence has the biggest role in increasing business agility in SMEs in Indonesia. IT capability has an indirect effect on business agility through organizational learning. The findings of this study prove that IT capabilities do not indirectly affect business agility through business intelligence.

지도학습 기반 수출물량 및 수출금액 예측 모델 개발 (Development of Export Volume and Export Amount Prediction Models Based on Supervised Learning)

  • Due to COVID-19, changes in consumption trends are taking place in the distribution sector, such as an increase in non-face-to-face consumption and a rapid growth in the online shopping market. However, it is difficult for small and medium-sized export sellers to obtain forecast information on the export market by country, compared to large distributors who can easily build a global sales network. This study is about the prediction of export amount and export volume by country and item for market information analysis of small and medium export sellers. A prediction model was developed using Lasso, XGBoost, and MLP models based on supervised learning and deep learning, and export trends for clothing, cosmetics, and household electronic devices were predicted for Korea's major export countries, the United States, China, and Vietnam. As a result of the prediction, the performance of MAE and RMSE for the Lasso model was excellent, and based on the development results, a market analysis system for small and medium sellers was developed.

A Correlation Analysis of the Learning Status and Learning Medium of Korean Learners in Chinese Universities

  • Korean education in China began at Peking University in the 1950s. At present, The Korean language education in China has made remarkable progress in many aspects such as scale, scope, level and achievement. In addition, with the increasingly frequent economic and cultural exchanges or cooperation between China and South Korea and the increasing trend of internationalization, the prosperity of Korean wave culture and the sound development of China-South Korea relations, the country's demand for Korean language talents is increasing day by day. However, with the rise of Korean education in China in recent years, some hidden problems also surfaced. In this paper, the Korean language proficiency test(TOPIK) is used to evaluate the Korean language proficiency of Korean learners, and Chinese juniors are used to evaluate the Korean language proficiency. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the learning media of Chinese Korean learners at the present stage, and the relationship between learning media and learning outcomes was concluded. At the same time, deficiencies and problems existed in Korean education in colleges and universities were proposed and their own ideas were put forward.

컴퓨터를 활용한 수학학습에서의 사회적 측면 (Social aspects of computer based mathematics learning)

  • Computer with various powerful functions has profound potential for mathematics instruction and learning. As computer technology progress, its applicability to mathematics education become more comprehensive. Not only its functional development but various psychological positions also changed the way computer technology utilized in mathematics education. In behaviorist's perspective, computer viewed as a teaching machine and constructivist viewed computer as microworld where students could explore various mathematical contents. Both theoretical positions emphasized individual aspect of learning because behaviorist tried to individualize learning using computer and constructivist focused on the process of individual construction. But learning is not only a individual event but also a social event. Therefore we must take social aspect into account. This is especially important when it comes to computer based learning. So far, mathematics loaming with computer weighed individual aspect of loaming. Even in microworld environment, learning should be mediated by teacher and collaborative learning activities. In this aspect, the roles of teacher and peers are very important and socio-cultural perspective sheds light on the computer based learning. In socio-cultural perspective, the idea of scaffold is very important in learning and students gradually internalize the social dimension and scaffolding is gradually faded. And in the zone of proximal development, teacher and more competent peers guide students to formulate their own understanding. In sum, we must take following points into account. First of all, computer should not be viewed as a medium for individualized teaming. That is, interaction with computer should be catalyst for collaborative activities with peers. So, exploration in computer environment has to be followed by small group activities including small group discussion. Secondly, regardless of the role that computer would play, teacher should play a crucial role in computer based learning. This does not mean teacher should direct every steps in learning process. Teacher's intervention should help student construct actively. Thirdly, it is needed to conceptualize computer in learning situation as medium. This would affect learning situation and result in the change of pre-service and in-service teacher training. Computer to be used effectively in mathematics classroom, researches on assessment of computer based learning are needed.

전자매체를 통한 정보공유와 공동학습 (Information Sharing and Group Learing Using Electronic Communication Media)

  • 최근 들어 인터넷 기반 교육, 사이버 교육 등 다양한 교육프로그램 및 방식이 교육현장에 도입됨에 따라 기존의 전통적인 교육과 달리 전자매체에 의존하는 교육내용전달에 대한 관심과 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 준비단계로 실시한 사전연구에서 공동학습을 위해 형성되었던 온라인 학습집단의 약 절반정도가 가상공간에서의 공동학습을 효율적인 것으로 답한 반면, 나머지 절반정도는 학습집단의 형성과 학습의 진행에 어려움을 경험했다. 이 연구는 대학 학부생들로 구성된 온라인 학습집단들로 하여금 전자우편과 토론게시판의 두 가지 전자매체를 통해서 주어진 토론과제를 수행하도록 하고, 각 전자매체의 특성과 온라인 공동학습집단의 정보공유 패턴 및 학습의 효율성과의 연관성을 조사하였다. 연구의 결과 전자우편의 경우는 학습자 간의 상호작용에 있어서 좀 더 개별적이고 친숙한 느낌으로 정보를 전달하는 장점을 지닌 반면. 비효율적이고 일방적인 정보전달로 인한 의견교류의 어려움을 나타냈다. 토론게시판을 이용한 경우는 여러 학습자와의 자료 공유 및 전체공지가 용이하며 조원 간의 적극적인 참여가 가능하다는 긍정적인 답변과 더불어 정확한 의사전달의 어려움. 게시물의 중복 등이 문제점으로 제기되었다. 따라서 매체별 특성에 따라 학습자 간의 이용의도 및 경험에 차이가 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

중소공급업체의 시장적응학습이 신제품 창의성과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Small-Medium Suppliers' Adaptive Learning on New Product Creativity and Performance)

  • 최근 급변하는 경영환경은 중소공급업체들에게 시장기반을 토대로 한 창의적인 신제품 개발을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 많은 선행연구들은 성공적인 신제품 개발을 위한 핵심적인 전략요인을 파악하기 위해 노력한다. 하지만 신제품 성공에 영향을 미치는 전략적 요인 중 신제품 창의성을 증대시키는 기업의 시장기반 학습역량과 그 역할에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 신제품 개발에 있어 중소공급업체의 적응적 학습이 창의성 및 신제품 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여, 국내 시장에서 신제품을 출시한 경험이 있는 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 적응적 학습은 신제품 창의성 요인인 참신적 창의성과 유용적 창의성 모두에게 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편, 신제품 창의성과 신제품 성과 간의 관계에 있어 유용적 창의성은 신제품 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치나, 참신적 창의성은 신제품 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.

통신망기반 소집단 협동학습의 실천적 전략탐색 (Exploration on the Instructional Strategies for Network-Assisted Cooperative Learning)

  • 소집단협동학습은 학습자가 지식의 습득과정에 적극적으로 참여하는 학습자 중심의 학습방법으로 학업 성취와 함께 상호작용 기술의 습득, 학습의 동기유발, 나아가 창의성을 향상할 수 있는 교수-학습법이다. 정보의 급증과 함께 학습자의 능동적인 참여를 요구하는 현 시점에서 교육현장에서 시행되는 협동학습은 더욱 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 특히 교수매체로서 통신망의 도입은 기존에 교실에서 수행되어온 소집단 협동학습에 새로운 조명을 가져온다. 그러나 통신망이 협동학습을 도와줄 수 있다는 교육적 기대에도 불구하고 이를 수행하기 위한 구체적인 지침 및 전략에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소집단 협동학습에 유용한 통신망의 특성을 기반으로 기존의 협동학습 모형을 고찰하였다. 이를 기반으로 교실 수업에서 교수-학습의 도구로서 통신망기반 소집단 협동학습의 실천적인 전략을 제시하였다.

전공 영어강의 만족도 및 학습효과 인식에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구 (Variables Affecting on Learners' Satisfaction and Effects of EMI)

  • Recently, Korean universities have increased the number of English Medium Instruction (EMI) lectures in order to allow students to gain both specialized knowledge and enhanced English ability. Previous researches on effective EMI lectures have focused on exploring the effects of learners' cognitive and affective characteristics on learning outcomes. Whereas the input variables of learning have been investigated as predicting variables of effects in EMI lectures, there has been a few research for investigating process variables to yield learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships among variables affecting on learner satisfaction and effects. The participants are 209 engineering students from various majors. Independent variables are defined as English motivation, English competency, and English confidence, a mediated variable is Cognitive engagement, and dependent variables are Learning satisfaction and Educational effect perception. The results show that the relationships are statistically significant: learners' English competency & English confidence ${\rightarrow}$ Cognitive engagement ${\rightarrow}$ Learning satisfaction ${\rightarrow}$ Educational effect perception. Especially, the structural model confirms that the effect of learners' English confidence on Learning satisfaction and Educational effect perception is mediated by the level of learners' Cognitive engagement. Further, the implication for effective EMI lectures is discussed based on the observed research results.
