This paper deals with how to apply PBL(Problem-based learning model) model to interdisciplinary field such as engineering accounting. The PBL approach can provide a solution about educational issue for engineering accounting with a systematic view. A web-based practice system, which is a core element of PBL model and a learning object and practical exercise for engineering students, is developed.

South Korea is one of major trading partner of Philippines. Many Korean manufacturers and tour companies have branches in the Philippines. Korean companies need to enhance Korean language capabilities for Filipino employee. South Korea has many successive experiences for e-learning. In this paper, we developed Learning Management System (LMS) for Philippines. LMS was implemented in JAVA, ASP and HTML. All lectures are stored in database managed by MS SQL-server.

We study confirmed the relationship between the adversity index, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational learning competency perceived by organizational members as follows. First, the adversity index showed a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation (hypothesis 1) and organizational learning competency (hypothesis 2). Second, the entrepreneurial orientation was statistically significant in organizational learning competency (hypothesis 3). Third, the partial mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation (Hypothesis 4) was confirmed in the process of the adversity index affecting organizational learning competency. Meanwhile, the main implications of this study are as follows. First, it is the aspect that provides additional theoretical implications in the reality that studies on the adversity index and entrepreneurial orientation that affect organizational learning competency are lacking. Second, it is the aspect that the importance of adversity index and start-up orientation was confirmed in improving organizational learning competency based on securing differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of the organization's sustainability management system. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

There are two streams on e-Learning. The first one is to create new value through aligning products included information systems and service. The second one is to utilize the service system and the service process for service systematization. The service system is made up human, technology, value proposition, service network, and shared information. The service process consists of design, development, operation and evaluation phases. In this paper, we design and implement the evaluation management of e-learning service based on the service science. The evaluation management service is sets of evaluation type management, general review management, award management, evaluation sheet management and evaluation result management. Feature of this paper is that we can service with different criteria to learner, guardian and evaluator. The worthy of this paper is that we construct service oriented environment possible to systematize evaluation work easily and provide evaluation results clearly.

Currently, we are presenting an alternative educational environment for the normal student of education rules failure of the only that has been the school system student. The study for students with disabilities, it is designed especially to be able to use difficult disabilities the use of hand. Development objectives of the learning video e-learning system of persons with disabilities, is that to be able to capable of self-directed learning of disabled students. Configuration of e-running system, Web-based multimedia system, utilizing the system that will change the video conferencing system and voice to a character hearing impaired students through the chat system is 1:1 by communication, and teachers it is possible to perform two-way communication. A learning disability e-learning system developed in this paper between teachers and students with disabilities 1:1 training is conducted using a two-way communication algorithms.

Purpose: This study was undertaken to identify the mediating effect of family strengths in the relationship between e-learning readiness and learning management system-based online education learning outcomes. Our results provide basic data for proposing strategies to increase online education learning outcomes of nursing students. Methods: A self-report questionnaire was surveyed by 133 nursing students who took online education using a learning management system at three nursing colleges in Daejeon, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk. The mediating effect of family strengths in the relationship between the e-learning readiness of the subject and online education learning outcomes, were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression. Sobel test was performed to verify effectiveness of the pathway. Results: In the relationship between e-learning readiness and online education learning outcomes of nursing students, family strengths were determined to exert absolute mediating effect. Conclusions: Our results indicate that in order to improve e-learning readiness, the basic curriculum for nursing students should include web-based communication, cooperation, and the use of information technology, including interaction for online education. Improvements in family strengths can be achieved through home study activities, such as frequent conversations with members, monitoring achievements of the students, and sharing family leisure activities.

The purpose of the study is to prospect the application of knowledge awareness system in the use of the digital textbook which is one of the main educational political projects based on the exploration of the awareness theory for the computer-supported collaborative learning. To do this, first, knowledge awareness theory for computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) as a rationale for digital textbook which supports the collaborative learning was introduced. Second, three functionalities of knowledge awareness systems were extracted by analyzing the representative knowledge awareness tools of CSCL environment. Third, application prospects of knowledge awareness system toward the development and utilization of digital textbook were presented. The paper suggested the need of more researches such as the prototype development of digital textbook which applies the knowledge awareness system's functionalities and empirical researches which examine their effectiveness and efficiency.

On-line learning has been adopted as a major educational method due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students and faculties got accustomed to on-line educational environment as they experienced it during the COVID-19 pandemic. Development of various technologies and social requirement for educational renovation lay groundwork for on-line learning as well. Therefore, on-line learning or blended learning will be likely to go on after the end of COVID-19 pandemic and it is necessary to prepare the guidelines for effective utilizing on-line learning. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the learning behaviors and the learning effects by using LMS data. Learning behaviors were measured in terms of learning time and access frequency for pre-recorded video lectures targeting computer-practice classes. The results of empirical analysis reveal that frequency was the significant predictor of course achievements but learning time was not. The findings of empirical analysis will provide insights that the effective planning and designing on-line classes based on learning behaviors are key to enhancing learning effects and learner's satisfaction.

In this paper, we propose an user-centered integrated lost-goods management system through a ranking system based on weight and a hierarchical image classification system based on Deep Learning. The proposed system consists of a hierarchical image classification system that automatically classifies images through deep learning, and a ranking system modules that listing the registered lost property information on the system in order of weight for the convenience of the query process.In the process of registration, various information such as category classification, brand, and related tags are automatically recognized by only one photograph, thereby minimizing the hassle of users in the registration process. And through the ranking systems, it has increased the efficiency of searching for lost items by exposing users frequently visited lost items on top. As a result of the experiment, the proposed system allows users to use the system easily and conveniently.

The purpose of this study is to examine influential factors in knowledge-sharing and to analyze how these factors influence the performances of knowledge management (KM) in public enterprises. Influencing factors of KM in this study include evaluation-compensation, knowledge management system, learning culture, and organizational structures. As a result, analysis turned out to be the KM system and organizational structure directly effects knowledge-sharing and KM performances. And knowledge-sharing performed as mediating effect between independent variables such as compensation system and organization structure, and dependent variable like KM performance. Therefore, this study concludes that each factor of evaluation-compensation system and learning culture has directly influenced to knowledge-sharing, yet KM performances have Indirectly influenced.
