  • This study is prepared to provide fundamental data for constructing learning system to reinforce learning facilitation and improve learning effect for adult college students by testing the medium effect of learning motivation in the relation of social support, service quality of university education, and learning engagement. For this objective, A survey was conducted with 573 adult college students attending 2-to-3-year colleges and universities located in Daegu metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do. The analyzed research results are as follows. First, learning motivation had partial medium effect in the relation of social support and learning engagement. Second, learning motivation seemed to have complete medium effect in the relation of service quality of university education and learning engagement. The above research results suggest that continuous development and efforts are needed to establish various support systems and improve educational services in order to increase adult college students' immersion in learning.

  • This study investigates the effects of flipped learning on self-directed learning ability(SDLA), learning attitude, and lesson satisfaction for nursing students of the university. The research participants and data collection were conducted on 41 nursing students in A city from March 1 to June 16, 2022, and the research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design. SDLA, learning attitude, and lesson satisfaction were investigated, and flipped learning lectures were applied to the experimental group as experimental treatment. SPSS 27.0 version was used for statistical analysis and the Paired T-test was applied the effect test before and after the experiment. As a result, the learning attitude of nursing students showed a positive correlation with SDLA and lesson satisfaction, and the flipped learning education method showed SDLA (t=-8.73, p<.001) and learning attitude (t=-6.99, p<.001) and lesson satisfaction (t=-2.17, p<.05) All were statistically significant.

  • As the use of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning increases in research fields that predict learning outcomes or optimize learning pathways, the use of artificial intelligence in education is gradually making progress. This research is gradually evolving into more advanced artificial intelligence methods such as deep learning and reinforcement learning. This study aims to improve the method of predicting future learning performance based on the learner's past learning performance-history data. Therefore, to improve prediction performance, we propose conditional probability applying the Markov Chain method. This method is used to improve the prediction performance of the classifier by allowing the learner to add learning history data to the classification prediction in addition to classification prediction by machine learning. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, a total of more than 30 experiments were conducted per algorithm and indicator using empirical data, 'Teaching aid-based early childhood education learning performance data'. As a result of the experiment, higher performance indicators were confirmed in cases using the proposed method than in cases where only the classification algorithm was used in all cases.

  • It has been understood that Confucian culture only blocks creative problem solving(CPS). However, it is claimed that Confucian culture exerts positive and negative influence on nurturing CPS. Confucian culture fosters CPS by urging strong motivation for learning, and building rich base of knowledge and skills in general and in specific domains through teaching joy of learning and hardworking fueled by parents' education fever. Confucian culture has negative influence on CPS with emphasis on obedience and conformity. Keju system, as a part of Confucian culture, resulted in excessive private tutoring to prepare for the high-stakes test, delimitation of students' experiences to matters to be tested, and students' weak interest, self-concept, and self-directed learning. Negative influence from Confucian culture on CPS is analyzed and some suggestions are provided for revising educational policies and educational practices in order to maximize the creative problem solving in Confucian countries.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of Agile Culture, which is attracting attention as an organizational culture suitable for responding to changes in the recent corporate management environment, and to reveal the roles and relationships of leadership, Perceived Organizational Support(POS), and Agile Culture. The research was conducted on the employees of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and its subsidiaries, and SmartPLS 3.3.2 was mainly used for the research model test. As a result of the study, both Servant Leadership and Authentic Leadership had a positive effect on POS, and POS had a significant effect on all sub-dimensions of Agile Culture(Empowerment, Collective Intelligence and Continuous Learning). In addition, POS mediated the effects of the above two leaderships on Collective Intelligence and Empowerment, but there was no mediating effect in the relationship with Continuous Learning. These results suggest that leadership and Employees' perceptions of organizational support are important to build an Agile Culture.

  • In this paper, the learning technique for CNN processor on vehicle is proposed. In the case of conventional CNN processors, weighted values learned through training are stored for use, but when there is distortion in the image due to the weather conditions, the accuracy is decreased. Therefore, the method of enhancing the input image for classification is general, but it has the weakness of increasing the processor size. To solve this problem, the CNN performance was improved in this paper through the learning method of the distorted image. As a result, the proposed method showed improvement of approximately 38% better accuracy than the conventional method.

  • Recently, as the number of new and variant malicious codes has increased exponentially, malware warnings are being issued to PC and smartphone users. Malware is becoming more and more intelligent. Efforts to protect personal information are becoming more and more important as social issues are used to stimulate the interest of PC users and allow users to directly download malicious codes. In this way, it is difficult to prevent malicious code because malicious code infiltrates in various forms. As a countermeasure to solve these problems, many studies are being conducted to apply deep learning. In this paper, we investigate and analyze various deep learning methods to detect and classify malware.

  • Recently we have lots of Youtube contents and their influence. But Just a few Studies have announced Youtube content's effect. The purpose of this paper is to see if ASMR content, which is popular through Youtube recently, helps teenagers stabilize their minds and improve their learning abilities. To that end, a survey of teenagers found that ASMR content is very familiar to teenagers, and that 66.7 percent of teenagers use ASMR content for sleep and learning. About the change before and after watching, half of the respondents said they felt a positive difference in learning and psychological stability. As a result, ASMR is a significant content for teenagers with a specific purpose. Therefore, policies such as 'after-school' in terms of school education are proposed as alternatives rather than unilateral measures such as banning ASMR content to teenagers.

  • A propeller-based seesaw system is a system that can represent one of axis of four propeller drones and its stabilization has been replaced by intelligent control system instead of often used control methods such as PID and state space. Today, robots are increasingly use machine learning methods to adapt to their environment and learn to perform the right actions. In this article, we propose a Q-learning-based approach to control the stability of a seesaw system with a propeller. From the experimental results that it is possible to fully learn the balance control of a seesaw system by correctly defining the state of the system, the actions to be performed, and the reward functions. Our proposed method solves the seesaw stabilization.
