빅데이터 역량 평가를 위한 참조모델 및 수준진단시스템 개발 (An Assessment System for Evaluating Big Data Capability Based on a Reference Model)

  • As technology has developed and cost for data processing has reduced, big data market has grown bigger. Developed countries such as the United States have constantly invested in big data industry and achieved some remarkable results like improving advertisement effects and getting patents for customer service. Every company aims to achieve long-term survival and profit maximization, but it needs to establish a good strategy, considering current industrial conditions so that it can accomplish its goal in big data industry. However, since domestic big data industry is at its initial stage, local companies lack systematic method to establish competitive strategy. Therefore, this research aims to help local companies diagnose their big data capabilities through a reference model and big data capability assessment system. Big data reference model consists of five maturity levels such as Ad hoc, Repeatable, Defined, Managed and Optimizing and five key dimensions such as Organization, Resources, Infrastructure, People, and Analytics. Big data assessment system is planned based on the reference model's key factors. In the Organization area, there are 4 key diagnosis factors, big data leadership, big data strategy, analytical culture and data governance. In Resource area, there are 3 factors, data management, data integrity and data security/privacy. In Infrastructure area, there are 2 factors, big data platform and data management technology. In People area, there are 3 factors, training, big data skills and business-IT alignment. In Analytics area, there are 2 factors, data analysis and data visualization. These reference model and assessment system would be a useful guideline for local companies.

생명의료윤리 교육 프로그램이 간호 대학생의 간호사 윤리강령인식, 간호사 윤리강령 활용 정도, 생명의료 윤리 의식 및 도덕적 민감성에 미치는 효과 (Biomedical Ethics Education for Nursing Students: The Effect on Awareness and Application of Nursing Code of Ethics, Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics and Moral Sensitivity)

  • Purpose: This study examines the effectiveness of an educational program of nursing biomedical ethics for nursing students to increase awareness of the Code of Ethics for Nurses, moral sensitivity, and application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Methods: A quasi-experimental research design and t-test were used. The experimental group (n=31) and control group (n=32) were second-year university nursing students in two major cities. The experimental group received 15 hours of nursing ethics education during the 15-week semester. The training was not provided to the control group. Results: The application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-1.06, p=.017), nurses and patient (t=-2.23, p=.029), obligation of nurse as an expert (t=-2.08, p=.042), nurse and cooperator (t=-2.54, p=.014). The consciousness of biomedical ethics increased significantly in the experimental group (t=4.28, p=.021), newborn's right to live (t=-2.61, p=.011), euthanasia (t=-2.36, p=.021). Conclusion: The results of the study show that providing a nursing biomedical ethics program to nursing students is an effective method to enhance the application of the Code of Ethics for Nurses and Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics. Implementing an intervention program of the Code of Ethics for Nurses in the regular nursing curriculum may reduce conflicts involving ethical decision making by nurses.

전투발전요소 중심의 상호운용성 평가모델 제안 (A Proposal for the Conceptual Interoperability Measurement Model Based on DOTMLPF-p)

  • 합동작전에 참여하는 부대가 효과적으로 임무를 수행하기 위해서는 조직, 시스템, 장비, 교리 절차 등 전 영역(물리 정보 인지 사회)에서의 상호운용성이 우선적으로 달성되어야 한다. 기존의 상호운용성 평가모델들을 분석해보면 하드웨어 중심의 평가에서 시스템, 조직, 작전 등으로 평가 범위가 확장되었으며, 이러한 과정에서 많은 모델들은 전투발전요소를 평가항목에 포함시켰다. 그러나 대부분의 모델들은 전투발전요소의 일부만을 평가항목으로 적용하고 있어 전투발전요소 전체에 대한 상호운용성 평가가 제한되고, 모델을 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 프로세스의 구체화와 평가결과에 대한 객관성을 보장하기 위한 측정기준 개발 등 추가적인 연구가 요구되는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제한사항을 보완하기 위해 전투발전요소 전체를 평가항목으로 적용하는 '전투발전요소 중심의 상호운용성 평가모델'을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 능력개념을 도입하였고, 전투발전요소 전체를 적용하여 평가대상의 상호운용성 수준을 보다 총체적으로 비교 평가할 수 있다. 또한 이 모델은 각 전투발전요소의 상호운용성 속성 중에서 합동성과 관련된 속성을 선별 및 적용하여 합동작전에 참여하는 부대의 합동성 수준까지 비교 평가할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.

공적개발원조 의료기기 지원 체계 연구 : 케냐 키텐젤라 보건소 사례 (Medical Equipment Support System for Official Development Assistance : Case of Kitengela Health Center in Kenya)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공적개발원조로 지원하는 의료기기의 활용도가 낮은 원인을 찾아 효율적인 공적개발원조 의료기기 지원 체계를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 케냐 키텐젤라 보건소에 공적개발원조로 의료기기를 지원한 과정을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 문제점들이 발견되었다. 첫째, 의료기기 소요 제기에 사용자의 참여가 미흡한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 의료기기 소요를 결정하는 심의위원회운영이 미흡한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 예산 편성에 의료기기 구매와 의료기기 운영에 필요한 예산이 함께 편성되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 의료기기 조달제도의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 의료기기 설치 여건을 조성할 필요가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 여섯째, 의료기기의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 운용에 필요한 제반 요소를 동시에 갖추고, 운용 능력을 배양하도록 충분한 교육훈련과 보건의료시설을 운영할 수 있는 경영 능력과 리더십이 중요한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 본 연구 결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

커피관련전공의 교육서비스품질이 학생만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Education Service Quality of the Coffee-realted Majors on the Students' Satisfaction and Recommend Intention)

  • 커피산업의 분야가 확대 발전되면서 체계적이고 실용성 있는 지식을 갖춘 인력에 대한 필요성을 인식한 커피교육기관의 증가는 그 외형적 성장에 비해 내실화는 다소 미흡하다고 여겨진다. 따라서 전문직업인의 양성을 목적으로 하는 직업전문학교의 커피관련전공 학생들을 대상으로 교육서비스 품질의 구성요소와 그에 대한 만족도 그리고 학생만족도가 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하여 커피교육의 적정성과 개선방향을 제시해보고자 한다. 실증연구를 통한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 교육서비스 품질의 5개 차원(유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 내용성, 확신성)은 학습만족도와 추천의도에 각각 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 커피교육의 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다도 커피교육관련 실습시설과 장비의 구비가 우선적 고려요소였으며 지도력과 전문성 있는 교, 강사의 중요성도 제시되었다. 또한, 커피전공을 선택함에 있어서 소신성을 보이고 있지만 직업으로의 연계에 불만족하고 있으므로 이에 대한 장기적 대책을 수립해야 할 것으로 보인다.

마을 아카이브를 도입한 백령도 탐방로 조성계획 (Planning for Baekryeong Island Trail Introducing Local Archive)

  • This study has set up a plan to establish a trail as a means of maximizing a community by using the residents' living materials and unused facilities that a village holds now. A local archive is a place where the records and living materials collected from a village are preserved, displayed and shared with others, serving as a complex space with multiple functions. To apply the idea of 'utilizing a local archive', the empirical study was conducted by making an analysis of trail resources of Baekryeong Island and local archive application resources. Local archive resources were selected through evaluation of connection of trail routes by investigating and discovering the unused facilities of Baekryeong Island village and the depreciation level and scale of them. And actual local archive living references were investigated and collected through in-depth interviews of villagers. Also, through planning of trails by region, limitations of investigation activities were improved and various tangible and intangible resources owned by Baekryeong Island were utilized to enable effective and distinctive investigation activities and experiences. Unused facilities were surveyed and chosen to take advantage of the local archive space, along with in-depth interviews with the residents living in Baekryeong Island. In addition, the current conditions for the trail routes were checked out in order to 'point out the final routes'.

6시그마 핵심구성요소 선정 (Selection of Six Sigma Key Ingredients)

  • In these days, most of Korean industries advocates and utilizes Six Sigma as an integrated innovation tool for all their business and manufacturing processes. Six Sigma is known to bring more financial and managerial achievements than other innovation methods and tools. However, such successes are not always guaranteed. To adopt and implement Six Sigma successfully, it is necessary to grasp and understand essential characteristics of Six Sigma and then identify suitable elements and complements in consideration of vision, strategies, capability, circumstance and environment of the company. Step by step implementation plan may be built based on those ingredients. This study is to find out key ingredients (KIs) of Six Sigma. Potential ingredients selected from previous studies of success factors and ingredients of Six Sigma and TQM, and criteria of quality awards like MBNQA, EFQM, Deming prize and Korean National Quality Awards (KNQA) are classified into 11 categories based on experts' opinion and affinity analysis: management leadership, belt system, training, six sigma system, compensation, organization, corporate culture, customer focused, project selection, management of project results, and managerial achievements. Irrelevant or ineffective potential ingredients are discarded using factor analysis for the questionnaires answered by champions, MBB's and BB's of 90 Korean companies that have more than 3 years experience of Six Sigma. Also from the factor analysis, 3 factors are derived for each categories respectively except the managerial achievement category. Those 11 categories and 30 factors are defined as KIs of Six Sigma. This study also reveals that there is difference according to enterprise size, type of business, and implementation time in terms of KI's, and prioritizes KI's that an enterprise to pursue Six Sigma successfully should consider according to its characteristics.

중소기업 초기경력자들의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 요인 (The Turnover Intention Factors of the Experienced Beginners of Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • Competitiveness of small and medium companies often rely on the competency of their employees. Many employees however try to move to better environments if possible, which results in high uncertainty in maintaining solid human resources. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention and organizational loyalty of the early experienced, especially three to five years experienced, employees in the small and medium enterprises. A survey had been conducted using both LMX (Leader Member eXchange) and TMX (Team Member eXchange) as an effort to test the impact of strategic human resource management factors on turnover intension and organizational loyalty. It has been observed that the level of LMX is critical on the turnover intension, while the levels of LMX and TMX are positively related to the organizational loyalty. Especially significant mediation effect affects on the organizational loyalty for TMX via LMX in the serial structure. The human resource management factors become effective under the circumstances where leader and team members exchange activities are activated. These findings can be used in reducing turnover intention and increasing organizational loyalty of early experienced employees by enhancing the leadership training of middle level managers of the small and medium enterprises organizations. Besides, a set of active communication channels should be provided for the young employees so that they can share their work experiences and difficulties within the organization. The key results of this study may help the practitioners set up a management plan to maintain a low turnover rate for their organizations.

대학 컴퓨터.정보화 특기자 특별전형의 운영 실태 및 개선방안 (A Study on the Current Status and Improvement of the University Admission System for Talented Students in Computer and Information Areas)

  • 대학 컴퓨터 정보화 분야 특기자 특별전형은 1997학년도부터 수도권 소재 대학을 중심으로 수시모집 기간에 주로 실시되었으나, 전체 선발인원과 선발대학은 지속적으로 감소추세이며, 2013학년도에는 2개 대학 14명을 선발하는 등 우수 특기생 양성 선발과 중등학교의 정보화 관련 교육에 긍정적 영향을 기대하기 어려운 수준이다. 이러한 현상은 중등학교의 정보화 관련 교육활동이 미흡하고, 컴퓨터 정보화 부분에 대한 사회적 인식이 반영된 결과이며, 중등학교의 정보화 관련 교육과정의 운영과 국가적 차원의 관련 인재 육성 정책에 대학입학전형이라는 영향력 높은 주요 변수가 적절하게 고려되지 못하고 있음을 나타낸다. 따라서 향후 관련 정책을 수립함에 있어 대학의 학생선발전형과 방법, 기준 등을 고려한 종합적인 접근이 필요하다.

간호단위문화와 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Nursing Unit Culture, Efficiency on Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.
