  • It has been focused on that the major reasons of aircraft accidents resulted not from human error but from the failure of teamwork or communication in 1980's. Such opinions were suggested in the workshop, so called, "Resource Management on the Flight Deck" by NASA in 1979. The researchers agreed the fact the source of human error was originated from the failure in teamwork, communication or even in leadership of captain. Due to the rapid development of aircraft technologies, the reasons for aircraft accident could be easily found out. According to the analysis results of the technology, most of reasons for the accident might directly be connected not to human error or stick-Rudder skill but to situational awareness, communication, leadership or decision making in the aircraft. This paper has tried to research empirically the satisfaction of flight crews who have gone thorugh CRM training in the commercial airline. Based on the quantitative scale by J. Ford et al. (2014), this paper has proved which characteristics of CRM training has a positive impact on the overall satisfaction of CRM training. It was proven that the teamwork and decision making programs among CRM training have a major effect to the satisfaction level of flight crews.

The subjects of this study were 64 students who took these classes, and statistical analysis were analyzed through SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the analysis, first, there were significant development in terms of the knowledge of leadership in both LZ and lz model. but the result of final exam in the group lz was shown only significant development. • The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the preference of leadership style among ${\lceil}$Transformational leadership$\rfloor$ and ${\lceil}$Service leadership$\rfloor$, 2) to examine the differences of the job satisfaction between the high level of service leadership group and low level of the service leadership group and 3) to testify the hypothesis that the service leadership and its 4 elements (belief, attitude, ability, insight) affect the job satisfaction. The questionnaires were developed to measure the service leadership, the preference of leadership style (transfer-mational leadership and service leadership) and Job satisfaction. The surveys were distributed to 120 managers and employees in the family restaurant in Korea, and 104 questionnaires were responded (response rate: $86.7\%$). The SPSS 12.0 package program was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis. The result of leadership style preference showed the followers preferred the service leadership $(75.0\%)$ to the transformational leadership $(25.0\%)$. Comparing the job satisfaction of high level of service leadership group and that of low level of service leadership group, the job satisfaction of high level of service leadership group was significantly (p<0.001) higher than that of low level of service leadership group (high level of service leadership group: 4.03, low service leadership group: 3.27, measured on a 5-point likert scale). All three factors of job satisfaction (human factor, service system and company image) in high level of leadership group were significantly (p<0.001) higher than those of lower level of service leadership group. The result of multiple regression analysis presented that the service leadership and it's 4 elements (concept, mind, skill, insight) have significant (p=0.000) effects on the job satisfaction. As a conclusion, we examined theoretical framework of service leadership model and testified the applicability in the field of family restaurants. But the service leadership was the new conceptual theory, so there should be the more empirical studies on managers and employees in the service industry.

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the effect of the utilization of the educational planning model (ADDIE) and self-leadership of occupational health managers (OHM) on work performance. Methods: The sample of this study was 180 OHM with over six months of experience, who attended continuing education by the Korean Academic Society of Occupational Health Nursing. Data were collected from April to June 2019 and analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through SPSS Program Ver. 23. Results: According to the results of multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing the work performance of OHM, the model was significant and the explanatory power was 40%. Self-leadership (${\beta}=.45$, p=.001), utilization of the educational planning model (${\beta}=.20$, p<.005), and position (${\beta}=.16$, p=.024) were significant influence factors on work performance. Conclusions: To improve the work performance of OHM, a customized program needs to be developed that promotes the utilization ability of the educational planning model and a strategy of benchmarking high performers in the light of their positions. The improvement of the work performance of OHM will eventually make a contribution to the reduction of industrial disaster and occupational diseases.

  • With accumulated research evidence, there is little doubt that leadership behavior is related to a wide variety of positive individual and organizational outcomes. Indeed, leadership behavior has been empirically linked to increased employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, extra effort, turnover intention, organizational citizenship behavior, and overall employee performance. Although leadership behavior has been linked to a number of positive organizational outcomes, research regarding the antecedents of such behavior is limited. Especially there is little research dealing with the antecedents of inter-organizational leadership behavior. This study interests in inter-organizational ethical leadership among marketing channel members. In both the mass media and the academic association, there has been a surge in interest in the ethical and unethical behavior of leaders. Although the corporate scandals in recent years may explain much of the mass media and popular focus, academics' interest has been limited by evidence that ethical leadership behavior is associated with both positive and negative inter-organizational processes and performances. This study tried to contribute to this body of knowledge by examining antecedents of ethical leadership. Ethical leadership is defined "the demonstration of normatively appropriate conduct through personal actions and interpersonal relationships, and the promotion of such conduct to followers through two-way communication, reinforcement, and decision-making." Ethical leaders not only inform individuals of the behefits of ethical behavior and the cost of inappropriate behavior, such leaders also set clear standards and use rewards and fair and balanced punishment to hold followers accountable for their ethical conduct. Despite the assume importance and prominence of ethical leadership among organizations, there are still many questions relating to its antecedents and consequences. One is whether the likelihood of an leading organization being perceived as an ethical leader among other following organizations in marketing channels can be predicted using its characteristics and inter-organizational relationship maintenance skills. Identifying trait and skill antecedents will aid in the development of strategies for selecting and developing ethical leaders and determining the best means to reinforce ethical behaviors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of three categorized variables on ethical leadership of channel leader. To be concrete, this study develops a model of the antecedents of three conceptually distinct forms of channel leader characteristics, such as organizational traits, inter-organizational relationship maintenance strategies, and supplier management strategies, and tests the hypothesized differential effects on ethical leadership of marketing channel leaders. The reason why this study deals with discount store channel is that there is very strong inter-dependence between a discount store and its suppliers. Their strong inter-dependence makes their relationship as the relationship between a leader and suppliers and creates an atmosphere that leadership occur without difficulty. The research model is as follows. For the purpose of empirical testing, 295 respondents of suppliers of discount store channel in Korea were surveyed. The procedures included scale reliability, and discriminant and convergent validity were used to validate measures. Also, the reliability measurements traditionally employed, such as the Cronbach's alpha, were used. All the reliabilities were greater than .70. This study conducted confirmatory factor analyses to assess the validity of our measurements. All items loaded significantly on their respective constructs(with the lowest t-value being 15.2), providing support for convergent validity. We then examined composite reliability and average variance extracted(AVE). The composite reliability of each construct was greater than .70. The AVE of each construct was greater than .50. This study tested research model using Partial Least Square(PLS). The estimation of the structural equation model revealed an acceptable fit of the model to the data($r^2$=.851). Thus, This study concluded that the model fit was considered acceptable. The results of PLS are as follows. The results indicated that conscientiousness, openness, conflict management, social networks, training, fair reward had positive effects on ethical leadership of channel leaders. On the other hand, emotional insecure had negative effect and agreeableness, assurance, and inter-organizational communication had no significant effect on supply chain leadership.
