The study aims to investigate the determinant factors in the organisation of a firm's innovative activities, and the impact of innovation capability on firm's performance of electronic firms in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. How is the performance of electronic companies after delivering an innovation project? How will innovation capability affect firm's performance in electronic companies? This study aims to seek the answer of these questions. We employ a Structural Equation Model and the PLS technique in order to validate the theoretical model proposed in this study. With observation of 374 valid firms, based on Cronbach's Alpha analysis, EFA analysis, CFA analysis and SEM analysis, this study discovers 5 groups of factors including: (i) Institution factors; (ii) Attitude of leadership factors; (iii) Marketing factors; (iv) Technological resources factors; (v) Combination factors, which have direct impact on innovation capability of firms. There are 4 groups of factors that have positive impacts on financial performance of electronic firms, with descending order of importance as follows: (1) Attitude of leadership factors; (2) Quality of human resources factors; (3) Innovation capability; (4) Marketing activities factors. Research results are important implications for Government administrative agencies for business to consult and introduce effective support policies.
To improve competitiveness & performance for salesmen of small & medium IT company, this study aims not only to inspect how value orientation, leadership & justice make effects for Organizational Citizenship Behavior & Business Corporate Performance & but also to explore the role of adaptive selling practices as parameter. To support the study, the data collected from 314 employees in sales roles at more than 200 IT companies was processed via. regression analysis method. The research model of study lies at identification of 'the Effects of Value Orientation, Leadership, & Justice of/Posed by the Salesmen of a IT Company on Organizational Citizenship Behavior & Corporate Performance' based on the phenomena of unfair sales strategies rampantly being taken for short-term profits & survivals despite of the value of upholding business ethics to realize long-term, sustainable growth of a business of company. The hypotheses of this study are formulated as follows. First, value orientation, leadership, & justice shall have effects on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. Second, adaptive selling practices shall function as the parameters between the independent & dependent variables. The analysis results on the research, undertaken with verification of parametric effects, confirm the following: 1. Value orientation imposes positive (+) effects on adaptive selling practices which impose positive (+) impacts on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. 2. Adaptive selling practices function as a full parameter between value orientation & organizational citizenship behavior whilst functioning as a partial parameter between value orientation & Corporate performance. 3. Leadership imposes positive (+) effects on adaptive selling practices which impose positive (+) effects on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. 4. Adaptive selling practices function as a partial parameter between leadership & organizational citizenship behavior whilst functioning as a full parameter between leadership & Corporate performance. Therefore, this study is concluded that establishing & executing sales strategies in consideration of value orientation & fairness is of extreme importance for IT companies to realize & maintain their sustainable corporate management, & last but not least, it is necessary for IT companies to proactively introduce & provide educational systems for their salesmen thus to help them to uphold & sustain ethics & values of the business.
This study has been performed to investigate what influences affect dance, involvement and the performance result of the arts high school students majoring in dance, purposed to confirm the result of the subject by inputting servant leadership as an independent variable. To achieve such purpose the hypothesis was verified on the basis of the data of 219 students majoring in dance of the arts high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do and Jeollabuk-do. The statistical method to verify the hypothesis was based on regression analysis, particularly significance level was placed at ${\alpha}$=.05 to verify the hypothesis. The results are as follows. First, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects dance and involvement of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Second, dance teacher's servant leadership positively affects the performance result of arts high school students majoring in dance, particularly vision offer, devotion and service were verified to be useful variables. Third, the study proves the performance result could get greater as the arts high school students majoring in dance takes bigger attention in dance and involvement.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of an emergency treatment education program on nursing students' self-leadership, career decision-making self-efficacy, and nursing performance ability. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design, and data were collected from June 1 to August 31, 2017. The participants consisted of 52 nursing students in D College of D City who were assigned to an experimental group (n=27) or control group (n=25). The pretest poll was performed on June 1, 2017 and posttest poll was performed 2 weeks later without any treatment in the control group. In the experimental group, the pretest poll was performed on July 25 before the emergency treatment education program and the posttest poll was performed on August 31 after the education program. The emergency treatment education program for the experimental group consisted of 2 hours of emergency treatment instruction, autonomously watching videos, and 4 hours of teaching elementary students about CPR for adults and first aid for airway obstruction, burns, bleeding, and fractures as a lecturer. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, independent t-test, $x^2$ test, and paired t-test with SPSS/WIN 20.0. After receiving the emergency treatment education program, a difference was observed in self-leadership (t=2.08, p<.05), career decision-making self-efficacy (t=4.22, p<.05) and nursing performance ability (t=5.02, p<.05) in the experimental group. The results of this study indicate that the emergency treatment education program was effective at increasing self-leadership, career decision-making self-efficacy, and nursing performance ability in nursing students.
This Study's topic is to study on the effects of core competencies as such as leadership, strategic competences' influence towards the university-industry cooperation on technology transfer and education performances. First, the existing studies and literatures have been reviewed. Second, the nationwide surveys were conducted. In results, the leadership competence did not have any impact on the operation performances. Strategic competence did not have any impact on the technology transfer, but it influenced the education performance. Human resource competence also did not have any influence on the managing performances, but it has been analyzed that the R&D competence had an influence over the technology transfer part of the managing performance. The University-Industry Cooperations create an opportunity and secures competencies for the enterprise, it also enhances the R&D competency of University and provides supports in nurturing the human resources. Especially, the strategic competency amongst the independent variables has influenced the education performance.

Knowledge is a key resource for organizations to gain and maintain competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important for organizations to motivate employees to share knowledge with each other in order to achieve optimal performance of knowledge resources. Despite the efforts of organizations to share knowledge, knowledge hiding is still prevalent among employees. In this paper, we want to analyze the factors that may cause more general and pervasive knowledge-hiding behavior in organizations through empirical analysis. The results of this study show that, first, the relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding has been verified differently depending on the sub-behavior of knowledge hiding : playing dumb, evasive hiding, and rationalized hiding. Team cohesion has been shown to significantly reduce the playing dumb and evasive hiding. On the other hand, it was shown that team cohesion did not have a significant causal relationship with rationalized hiding. Second, the moderating effect of ethical leadership has been statistically significant in terms of team cohesion and relationships with playing dumb and evasive hiding. In other words, the higher the ethical leadership, the stronger the negative relationship between team cohesion and knowledge hiding. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of this paper and future research directions are discussed.

Logistics industry is being an important industry in Vietnam with the contribution from 8-10% of GDP recently. This industry employs about 15 millions people. Increasing the employees' job satisfaction is become one of the most concerns of managers in logistics companies to strengthen the employee engagement and improve their business performance. The aim of this study is to investigate how employees' perceptions of job satisfaction are influenced by factors such as job stress, leadership capability, work-life balance, and demographics. 426 workers in the logistics sector in Vietnam were surveyed online. The acquired data was analyzed using a structural equation model. In total 16 hypotheses were established, 13 of which were deemed to be significant. The results demonstrate how the literature-informed second-order constructs can potentially explain the overall job stress, leadership capability, and work-life balance of employees in the Vietnamese logistics industry. These variables account for 54.8% of job satisfaction. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the extant literature by showing how researching second-order constructs can improve the theory's capacity to predict employees' job satisfaction. The paper concludes with a set of recommendations for the management of logistics firms in Vietnam.

In venture creation research, studying 'entrepreneurial leadership' is important for uncovering and comprehending the underlying causal process in innovative behavior performance. Although previous studies provide that entrepreneurial leadership enhances followers' innovative behavior, there is few research on entrepreneurial leadership and followers' characteristics interaction. The present study's focus is paradoxical effects of entrepreneurial leadership on self-efficacy and innovative behavior. On the basis of individual regulatory focus, this study suggests that interaction effects of entrepreneurial leadership and followers' regulatory focus differed in promotion view and prevention view followers' innovative behavior. To strengthen the casual mechanism, this study conducted in priming experiment method using employees in SMEs. This study used a 2(entrepreneurial leadership vs. control) x 2 (regulatory focus: promotion vs. prevention) between-participants design. The results of this study provide that (1) Individuals in promotion focus especially benefited from entrepreneurial leadership in terms of its effect on their self-efficacy and innovative behavior; (2) whereas entrepreneurial leadership was negatively related to self-efficacy and innovative behavior of followers' prevention focus. In sum, results of the present study supporting evidence for hypotheses, combined effect of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus on innovative behavior through self-efficacy. Experimental results confirmed hypotheses of this study, revealing that promotion focus show more innovative behavior than prevention focus when their leaders' leadership style is entrepreneurial leadership. Also, the paradoxical effect of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus of followers on innovative behavior was mediated by followers' self-efficacy. This study helps explain how leaders' entrepreneurial leadership boost followers' innovative behavior, particularly for those employees who have promotion focus. The current study contributes to the theory of entrepreneurial leadership and regulatory focus and innovation literature. Findings of this study shed light on the organizational processes that shape innovative behavior in venture/startup corporations and provide contributions for venture business field.
The empowering leadership as perceived by the members of the organization have an influence on the psychological attitudes of them toward their jobs, and again these psychological attitudes might affect their Organizational culture type. Thus, this study tried to mediating effects of Organizational Culture on the relationships between Empowering-Leadership and Creativity and Job attitude. The results of this study are as followings; First, Empowering-leadership is positively related to Creativity, Organizational commitment and Job satisfaction. except leading by example & participative decision-making in organizational commitment of Job attitude. Second, the mediating effects of Organizational culture had a significant effects on part of relationships in each variable. Results indicated that managing Organizational culture is contributed to the member's attitude and organization performance so that the supervisor should make efforts to develop managing skill in their Organizational culture to fit their nature.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of tax officials' perceived self-leadership on their empowerment and organization commitment, improve the effectiveness of human resource management of tax organizations, and provide measures for effective organization management. The study results show that the more their self-leadership improves, the more their empowerment improves. Firstly, the reason why their self-leadership has a positive influence on empowerment is that they set their own purpose about their task by themselves, make efforts to achieve the goals, and do their job with optimistic and constructive attitude. Secondly, the study results that their empowerment has a positive influence on organization commitment show that organizational members with high-level empowerment attach significance to their work and it makes their organization commitment high. To maximize organization performance, tax officials should recognize their work's value, meaning, and importance by himself, be equipped with sufficient knowledge for their work, apply their leverage and control in their job, have their self-determination, and improve their organization commitment.
