수륙양용(水陸兩用) 공기부양선(空氣浮楊선)의 개발(開發) (Development of Amphibious Hovercarft)

  • The RIT(Research Institude of Technology) in KTMI(Korea Tacoma Marine Industries, Ltd) has played a vital role in maintaining the comapany's leader ship as a pioneer in the technical development of shipbuilding and new type of special vessel design. As a results, in February of 1981, the RIT could succeed in designing and constructing a small manned test hovercraft. In Arpril of 1983, the RIT started to design a 12M class, 55knots hovercraft with the highly skilled and experienced technology through the development of 4 kinds of SES(Surface Effect Ship), totally 10 vessels. In December of 1984, the diesel-powered 12M class hovercraft of proto type was developed with RIT'S own technical ability. The craft is the first hovercraft in domestic and the first diesel-powered hovercraft in Asia area. The paper describe the progress of development and general review of technology and concept of design about the hovercraft developed.

  • 우리나라 선박금융은 경기순행적 투자의 성격으로 인해 해운 불황기에는 민간부문의 선박금융이 크게 위축되고 정책금융기관이 선박금융을 주도하는 패턴을 보이고 있다. 한편 정부는 「해운산업 리더국가 실현전략」을 수립('21.6.29)하여 고효율 신규선박 확보 등 지원을 통한 2030년까지의 발전목표를 설정했으며 적정 선대규모 달성을 통한 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 선박금융 투자를 촉진하고자 한다. 하지만 해운산업에 대한 투자는 그 위험과 불확실한 시황 등으로 인하여 투자 유도가 쉽지 않은 상황으로 이에 정부 차원에서 투자자들의 공동 투자를 유도할 수 있는 세제혜택을 검토할 필요가 있다. 따라서 국내 선박금융 시장의 유동성 Gap 해소 및 해운재건 5개년 계획의 성공적 이행을 위해 한국형 선박 조세리스 제도 도입이 필요하다.

"Offshore"해양특수선의 LQ실내디자인에 관한 연구 - FPSO선박의 Living Quarter를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Living Quarter interior design of Offshore Ship - Focused on the Living Qauter of FPSO -)

  • Global Energy Industry's high oil prices persist while their petroleum and gas production areas are entering the decline phase. More and more the drilling facilities used to bore oil from deeper depths are advancing further out into the oceans, which cause the development of "OFFSHORE" ship manufacturer facility's production demands to increase. The "OFFSHORE" ships provide a living space or L.Q (Living Quarters) for crewmen who work on the water far away from any mainland for extended periods of time. This research analyzes the LQ areas and the characterization of interior designs of different types of "OFFSHORE" ships that were built in South Korea. Also using overseas countries' Classification Society, known as "NORSOK," and analyzing their own design guidelines in conjunction with the research, the process of interior design and baseline data research was used to blueprint the new LQ areas. According to the results of the research, where ships get comprised of characteristics and operations by standards of the Classification Society's RULE, has the greatest effect on the design and design method of the LQ area. The research also shows that a conservative shipbuilding market of the Shipbuilding Company and ship owners' feelings are steadily changing to more open mindedness of acceptance. Therefore, the Korean Classification Society has to provide the new design principle to correspond to the international regulations and more various interior design plans of LQ areas needed to be present based on the new design guidelines. The capacity of the South Korean OFFSHORE shipbuilding industry is the world's top leader; however, the interior design of the LQ areas are still based from outdated designs from the 1980's. Hopefully these research results will be the cornerstone to help the shift from the outdated designs of the LQ areas to more practical modern designs.

선박조직에서 리더의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 갈등 및 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Leader's Communication Style on the Conflict and Job Attitude in Ship Organization)

  • 본 연구는 선박조직에서 선 기관장의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 집단갈등에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 이사회성과 이가정성의 조절효과를 분석하고, 선 기관장 커뮤니케이션 스타일과 집단갈등이 집단 구성원들의 직무태도인 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 커뮤니케이션 유형들과 집단갈등, 직무만족도 및 조직몰입도에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하여 각각의 관계를 규명하기 위해서 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였고 연구가설을 검증하기 위한 설문지를 작성, 배포, 회수하여 이들의 관계를 검증하였다. 가설검증의 결과, 선장과 기관장이 선원들과 직접 커뮤니케이션하는 선 기장 중심형이 선 기장의 지시를 받은 1항 기사가 선원들과 커뮤니케이션하는 1항 기사 중심형 커뮤니케이션 스타일 보다 집단갈등이 낮고, 직무만족도와 조직몰입도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 선 기관장의 커뮤니케이션 스타일과 집단갈등의 관계에 대한 이가정성의 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타나, 이가정성이 낮은 집단에서는 선 기관장 중심형의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 선박조직 구성원들의 집단갈등이 매우 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 선 기장의 커뮤니케이션 스타일에 따른 집단갈등은 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 제한된 구성원간의 단조로운 인간관계, 육상의 정보 제한, 전통적인 하향식 지시 명령체계, 외국인 혼승의 증대 등으로 커뮤니케이션 장애요인이 매우 높은 선박조직을 대상으로 커뮤니케이션의 실체를 분석하여 바람직한 커뮤니케이션 방안을 제시하고자 한 점에서 매우 의미있고 가치있는 연구로 판단된다.

대구여성과 농촌여성의 패션리더쉽에 대한 비교 연구 (Fashion Leadership as Related to Attitudes Toward Change and Socioeconomic Level among Adolescence Woman -Comparision of the Dae Gu Urban and Rural Fashion Leaders-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of fashion leaders in relation to attitude toward change and socioeconomic level among Dae Gu woman as well as among rural women living on the suburbs of Dae Gu: and to compare the characteristics of these urban women in a mass society with the rural women living in a traditional society. Measures selected for this study consisted of the Schrank Fashion Opinion Leadership Inventory(1973), the Schrank ana Sugawara Attitudes Toward Change Inventory(1977), and socioeconomic level. The fashion Innovation Inventory was developed by author which consisted of a list of clothing and accessory items selected after surveys to local stores, campus, and main streets, and study of fashion magazines for the current seasons. The data from 280 respondents were analyzed by Pearson corrleation coefficients, analysis of variance, and t-test. The results were as followers : 1) A significant relationship was found between fashion leadership and socioeconomic level for both urban and rural women. High attitude toward change was significantly related to high fashion innovativeness and high fashion opinion leadership among the urban groups. re significant relationship was found between fashion opinion leadership and attitude toward change among the rural sample. 2) A significant difference was found in attitude toward change scores of four urban sub-sample groups : fashion innovators, fashion opinion leaders, fashion innovative communicators(who exhibit high scores on both fashion innovativeness and fashion opinion leader-ship), and non-fashion innovative communicators. No significant difference was found in attitude toward change scores of four rural sub-sample groups. No significant differences were found in socioeconomic level of four sub-sample groups for both urban and rural women.

융복합시대에 지식서비스기업 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직 구축요인이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Knowledge-based Service Organization CEO' Transformational Leader ship and Learning Organization Building Factors on Innovative Behavior in the Age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융복합서비스의 특성을 보이는 지식서비스 산업에 대하여 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직이 구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 리더십과 혁신행동간 관계에서 조절변수로서 학습조직의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구를 위한 자료는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수도권 소재 35개 지식서비스기업 종사자 348명으로부터 수집하였다. 자료분석은 위계적 회귀분석방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 최고경영자의 변혁적 리더십과 학습조직구축의 7요인이 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학습조직구축의 7요인 중 지속적인 학습기회의 창출, 연구와 대화의 활성화, 팀(부서)단위 협업 및 학습촉진, 전략적 학습리더십의 4가지 요인만이 변혁적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과가 갖는 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의하고, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

간호과장의 지도성 유형과 병원 조직풍토와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationships Between the chief Nurse′s Leadership style and the organizational climate of Hospitals)

  • It had been thought the role of Nursing administrator was still not started along the right line in Korea because of the Lacking of full understanding and recognition of the real meaning of administrator's role, and because there are several Rinds of problems and difficulties in actual role. The present study is an attempt to clarify some existing relationships between the chief Nurse's Leadership style and the organizational climate of Hospitals. The problems of the study are specifically started as follows ; 1) What influence does the individual behavior have on the formation of the organizational climate of Hospital? 2) From what do the difference of climate arise? 3) How are the individual be heavier and organizational climate of Hospital measured ? In order to see the relationships or the interactions between the two factors, the chief nurse's Leadership style and organizational climate of hospital , the researcher has classified. He former into; 1) effective Leadership style. 2) initiating structure leader ship style. 3) Consideration structure Leadership style, and 4) ineffective Leadership style, and the latter in to. 1) open climate and 2) closed climate The Chief Nurses Leadership style has been. Classified into consideration-human relations approaches and initiating structure approaches according to L. B. D. Q by Hapin. Organizational climate of hospital has been classified into open-closed continuum according to O. C. H Q. by Hairpin and Croft. The results obtained are as follows : 1) The chief nurse's Leadership style is closer to Initiating structure Leadership style than Consideration structure lure Leadership style. 2) The organizational climate of hospital is closer to open climate than closed climate. 3) The chief nurse's Leadership sty]e and the organizational climate of hospital to not show any significant relations.

도시주부의 성역할 태도와 가정관리에 대한 가치의식이 가사노동 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sex Role Attitude and The Value Consciousness of Home Management on Urban Housewive's Satisfaction of Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study are to investigate the actual conditions of urban housewive's sex role attitude, the value consciousness of home management and the satisfaction of household work. Further, basic data fro the improvement of the satisfaction of household work and the value consciousness of home management will be produce through grasping the relationship of them. For these purposes, the data are collected by using questionnaire distributed to 394 housewives living in Taegu. The data are analyzed using frequency, pecentile, one way anova, pearson's correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are as follow: 1. Urban housewive's sex role attitude comparatively took the transitional position and the value consciousness of home management was middle. Housewive's satisfaction of household work was generally usual. 2. There were significant differences in the sex role attitude according to housewive's age, educational level, the youngest child's age, durations of marriage. Specially, the variables which significantly affected sex role attitude were housewive's educational level, the youngest child's age. 3. The value consciousness of home management of urban housewives was variable according to housewive's age and educational level, monthly family income, durations of marriage, the youngest child's age, the type of housing, husband's educational level and job. 4. Among the independent variables, the houswive's educational level was variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work. 5. There were significant differences in the satisfaction of household work according to housewive's sex role attitude. 6. Among the domains of the value consciousness of home management, the value consciousness about family relationships, consuming, educational and leader ship were variable to have influence on the satisfaction of household work.

  • 감성경영이란 구성원의 감성을 자극하여 구성원들 모두에게 주인 의식과 자발적이고 적극적인 동참을 유도하여 기업의 성장과 발전을 이어가는 것이다. 최근 많은 기업에서는 감성 경영의 중요성을 강조하며 건설 시장의 개방과 무한경쟁 시대의 도립에 따른 경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 감성경영을 도입하였다. 하지만 아직까지는 감성경영이 형식적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이며 이에 대한 연구조차 극히 미미한 실정이다. 특히 열악한 환경의 건설직 직원들에게는 이와 같은 감성경영에 대한 필요가 더 절실함을 감안하였을 때 그 중요성은 더 부각될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설직 직원들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 감성경영에 대한 주요 데이터를 산출하고 건설직 직원들에게 필요한 감성경영을 제시함으로써 직원들이 보다 만족스러운 환경에서 일할 수 있는 분위기를 조정하는데 기여하고자 한다.

임상치과위생사의 조직시민행동에 영향 요인 (Factors influencing the organizational citizenship behaviors in clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: This study aims to examine the factors that influence the organizational citizenship behavior of clinical dental hygienists to use them as basic data for improving effectiveness and efficiency of dental clinics and hospitals. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was answered by 250 clinical dental hygienists in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla and Gyeongsang province areas who were chosen using convenient sampling method from May 1st to June 30th of 2017. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 factor analysis on clinical dental hygienists' organization citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. T-test and one-way ANOVA were performed for subjects' general characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction depending on their job characteristics. The mean comparison was drawn using the Scheffe test. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the relation of clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction Also, the significance level was set at 0.05. Results: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was 3.84 points with organizational commitment of 3.27, empowerment of 3.41, self-leadership 3.45 and job satisfaction of 3.57. Factors that influence clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior appeared in the order of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, self-leadership, empowerment and job intensity, and the model's explanation power was 45.6%. Conclusions: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was correlated to career, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction, where organizational commitment had the biggest influence. Therefore, clinical dental hygienists organizational citizenship behavior needs further studies and investigtae more ways to promote factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior.
