Dans l'histoire du $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ $cor{\acute{e}}en$, la position de Chae yoon-il est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ $particuli{\grave{e}}re$. Il a $consacr{\acute{e}}$, dans ses $carri{\grave{e}}res$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$, toute son ${\acute{e}}nergie$ au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ sans jamais $fl{\acute{e}}chir$ contre le pouvoir dictatorial. Un critique a dit que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est semblable au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Pourtant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ il respecte le texte dramatique, et que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ a des tendances de la politique et qu'il oriente l'engagement du spectateur, il est certain que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est loin du $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Ses $proc{\acute{e}}d{\acute{e}}s$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ sont $tr{\grave{e}}s$ divers et il n'y a pas de $coh{\acute{e}}rences$ au niveau des styles dramatiques. $Malgr{\acute{e}}$ cela, nous pouvons trouver son $originalit{\acute{e}}$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ dans la rencontre avec Lee hyun-wha. Le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ ${\acute{e}}tablit$ son $esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trale$ en montant sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de cinq $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha. Alors, en effet qu'est-ce que $l^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de Chae yoon-il produite par les ${\oe}uvres$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trales$ de Lee hyun-wha? Dans les $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha, il y a beaucoup de codes symboliques de la violence sexuelle comme le sadisme et le masochisme. L'implusion sexuelle $cach{\acute{e}}e$ dans le subconscient des personnages s'entrecroise avec le $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ du pouvoir politique. Alors, les abus sexuels et les mauvais traitements sur le corps deviennent une sorte de torture. L'expression cruelle des langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ n'est autre que la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ contre la $r{\acute{e}}alit{\acute{e}}$ actuelle de la politique. Son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture est donc une sorte de $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ de la catharsis pour dissiper le cauchemar et l'inconscient noir. La fantasie sexuelle construite par le monde inconscient de l'auteur dramatique $s^{\prime}{\acute{e}}panouit$ dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de Chae yoon-il qui $r{\hat{e}}ve$ toujours l'esprit de la $libert{\acute{e}}$. Une des convictions dramatiques du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$, c'est que le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ tout d'abord doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ choquant. Il dit : "l'art doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ ${\grave{a}}$ la fois ${\acute{e}}mouvant$ et bouleversant. Cependant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ le film ou la $t{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}vivion$ fait aujourd'hui une vive impression aux spectateurs, la part $donn{\acute{e}}e$ au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est le choc." Pour donner le choc aux spectateurs, le style de la torture est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ utile. $L^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tral$ du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ respecte essentiellement l'intention de l'auteur. $N{\acute{e}}anmois$, le respect sur l'original ne se $d{\acute{e}}range$ pas $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de son propre $id{\acute{e}}e$. Dans l'insistance de la torture, l'analyse rituelle sous la base du choc, il projecte le symbole $arch{\acute{e}}typal$ sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$. Bien $s{\hat{u}}r$, il renforce le $caract{\grave{e}}re$ de la politique dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture pour inviter des spectateurs de l'engagement. D'ailleurs, il y a l'aspect d'absurde dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture qui insiste des violences ${\grave{a}}$ travers les langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ comme le $m{\acute{e}}tal$ froid, parce que le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ $consid{\grave{e}}re$ que $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain vit dans l'absurde.

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effects of Lumbricus extract(LE) on the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) in ischemic rats, further to determine the mechanism of action of LE, and the effects that LE inhibits lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity in brain cells. Methods and materials : This study, ischemic rats were divided into total four group: control group(n=6), experimental group I (LE treated group)(n=6), experimental group II(LE treated group after pretreatment with indomethacin)(n=6), experimental group III(LE treated group after pretreatment with methylene blue)(n=6). And the measurement that LE inhibits LDH activity in the damage to brain cells to N-methyl-D-aspartic acid(NMDA). The changes of rCBF were determinated by laser-doppler flowmetry(LDF), and LDH activity was determinated by microplate reader in vitro. Results : 1. The rCBF was significantly improved by LE(10 mg/kg, i.p.) during the period of cerebral reperfusion, compared with the control group. 2. The rCBF was significantly increased by LE after pretreatment with indomethacin(1 mg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, during the period of cerebral reperfusion, compared with the LE group, and rCBF was accelerated by LE after pretreatment with methylene blue($10{\mu}g/kg$, i.p.) an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase during the period of cerebral reperfusion, compared with the control group. 3. LE significantly inhibited LDH activity in vitro in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions : From the above results, these were suggested that Lumbricus had anti-ischemia action in connection with cyclooxygenase and might prevent the brain cells death through inhibited LDH activity.

Gromwell (Lithospermum erythrorhizon, LE) can mitigate obesity-induced skeletal muscle atrophy in C2C12 myotubes and high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mice. The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-skeletal muscle atrophy effects of LE and the underlying molecular mechanism. C2C12 myotubes were pretreated with LE or shikonin, and active component of LE, for 24 h and then treated with 500 μM palmitic acid (PA) for an additional 24 h. Additionally, mice were fed a HFD for 8 weeks to induced obesity, and then fed either the same diet or a version containing 0.25% LE for 10 weeks. LE attenuated PA-induced myotubes atrophy in differentiated C2C12 myotubes. The supplementation of LE to obese mice significantly increased skeletal muscle weight, lean body mass, muscle strength, and exercise performance compared with those in the HFD group. LE supplementation not only suppressed obesity-induced skeletal muscle lipid accumulation, but also downregulated TNF-α and atrophic genes. LE increased protein synthesis in the skeletal muscle via the mTOR pathway. We observed LE induced increase of mitochondrial biogenesis and upregulation of oxidative phosphorylation related genes in the skeletal muscles. Furthermore, LE increased the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator-1 alpha and the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase. Collectively, LE may be useful in ameliorating the detrimental effects of obesity-induced skeletal muscle atrophy through the increase of protein synthesis and mitochondrial biogenesis of skeletal muscle.

$CaCO_3,\;LaO_3,\;Nd_2O_3\;TiO_2의 혼합물을 1673K에서 소결하여 마이크로파 유전체 세라믹스재료로 응용이 가능한 (1-x)$CaTiO_3-x(La_{1/3}Nd_{1/3}TiO_3\;(0\letextrm x\le0.8)$계를 합성하였다. (1-x))$CaTiO_3-x(La_{1/3}Nd_{1/3}TiO_3\;(0\lex\le0.8)$계의 격자 정수는 x가 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. XRD의 Rietveld profile-analysis를 통하여 (1-x))$CaTiO_3-x(La_{1/3}Nd_{1/3}TiO_3\;(0\le \textrm {x} \le0.8)$계의 결정구조를 해석하였다. $0\le \textrm {x}\le0.8$의 모든 영역에서 양이온 $La^{3+},Nd^{3+}$는 $Ca^{2+}$ 자리에 점유하였다. x=0.6까지는 $CaTiO_3$와 같은 공간군 Pnma를 그대로 유지하였으며, x가 증가함에 $TiO_6$의 비틀림과 변형은 점차 감소하였다. x=0.8에서는 새로운 공간군 $Pmn2_1$으로 결정구조의 변화를 보였다. (1-x)$CaTiO_3-x(La_{1/3}Nd_{1/3}TiO_3\;(0\le \textrm {x}\le0.8)$계의 비유전율($\epsilon$r)은 x가 증가함에 따라 지수 함수적으로 감소하였다. 공진 주파수의 온도계수($\tau_f$)는 x=0.6까지 증가함에 따라 감소하였으나 x=0.8에서는 결정구조의 변화와 더불어 다시 증가하였다. Q.$\tau_f$값은 x=0.2에서는 13800(GHz)을 나타낸 후 0$0.4\le \textrm {x}\le0.8$ 영역에서는 2000 (GHz)의 매우 낮은 값을 나타내었다.

최근 몇몇 버섯의 바이러스가 보고되었으며, Lentinula edodes Spherical Virus (LeSV) 역시 보고되었다. 곰팡이 바이러스는 종균에 의해 전파되기 때문에 농장에서 버섯 바이러스병을 근절하기 위해서는 건전 종균을 사용하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 표고버섯 바이러스인 LeSV의 RdRp 유전자에 특이적인 primer 및 RT-PCR 조건을 이용하여 해외에서 도입한 표고종균을 대상으로 LeSV 감염도를 조사하였다. 분석결과 해외도입 종균의 99%가 LeSV에 감염된 것으로 나타났다.

The polymeric matrices made with poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) were prepared using copolymer of poly(D,L-lactide) and poly(ethylene glycol) for application of drug delivery systems. Catalyst made use of stannous actoate. Particle size were differ greatly$(435.3{\pm}11.2{\sim}2284.1{\pm}188.5)$ that nanoparticle made use of according to solvent of various kinds. Polymer could a sharp distinction with copolymerized among LE-1, LE-2 and LE-3 of PLA and PEG of content that to examine $^1H-NMR$ of copolymer make refine and reprecipitation. Drug delivery effect at PLGA nanoparticle : PLA amount more then proved highly drug delivery amount that each LE-1, LE-2, LE-3, drug and solvent was 40mg, 20mg and 10mg. Drug delivery effect proved higher 20mg that change(10mg, 20mg, 40mg) at drug feeding amount with LE-2. The first a lot of drug proved delivery. LE-3 most lactide content proved much delivery since biodegradable on PLGA copolymer result from lactide. Also biodegradable rate was highest at LE-3 much of lactide content, because influence at biodegradable effect of lactide by inclusive of soft PEG.

The purpose of this study was to compare the muscle activities of the thoracic extensor(TE) and lumbar extensor(LE) during trunk lift (TL) exercise according to exercise position. Seventeen healthy subjects with no medial history of back pain were recruited for this study. Subjects performed the TL exercise in prone, quadruped and heel-sitting positions. The activities of the TE and LE were measured using surface electromyography during TL exercise in each exercise position. A one-way repeated-measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the normalized muscle activities of the TE and LE and the TE/LE ratio. The results showed that there was not significant effect of exercise position on the muscle activities of TE(p>.05). However, there was significant effect of exercise position on the muscle activities of LE and the TE/LE ratio(p>.05). Post hoc pair-wise comparisons with Bonferroni correction showed that both muscle activities of LE and TE/LE ratio in prone position were significantly different in those in heel-sitting and quadruped positions, during TL exercise, respectively. The TE/LE ratio was the greatest for TL exercise in heel-sitting position. Therefore, for selective activation of the TE muscle, we recommend performing the TL exercise in heel-sitting or quadruped position.

This study is an attempt to prove a relationship between Le Corbusier's utopian attitude towards nature and architectural ideology and ideology by a form of inquiry into sociological interests. That is to find out contradictions and limitations in Le Corbusier's architectural world, namely particularity of his ideology by exploring the base entangled with special interests in the society up until formation of his architectural language. A process of this study is by; 1. Examining of background which affected Le Corbusier's attitude towards nature until the nature became his architectural language; 2. An analysis of Le Corbusier's architectural works. That is, this study's main interest is on formation of Le Corbusier's architectural language by his attitude towards nature which present in residential field especially focused on Villa Meyer and Villa Savoye, two best examples of his villa. 3. This study have a goal to investigate that utopian and ideological conception in architecture of Le Corbusier have a dialectic relationship between them. This goal can be achieved by observing in what ways Le Corbusier's utopian attitude towards nature is expressed in residential architectural language and researching into his inconsistent architectural ideology derived from applying architectural language present in villa to pre-fabricated apartment houses.

In this study, conditions for extraction of functional component from Nypa fruticans wurmb was optimized. The yield by extraction with 30% ethanol (LE30, 42.12%) was higher than those hot water extraction (LDW 33.32%), 50% ethanol (LE50, 40.12%) and 70% ethanol (LE70, 34.5%). The extract was purified and analyzed by GC MS. The prevailing compounds found in extract were Cyclodecasiloxane-, pentadecanoic acid, -eicosane, undecanal and tridecanoic acid. The presence of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in ethanolic extract vindicate the use of this plant to treat many diseases in traditional medicine. The total phenolic contents in the LDW, LE30, LE50, LE70 extract were 128±1.65 mg/g, 205±2.3 mg/g, 210±4.23 mg/g and 180±5.6 mg/g, respectively. The DPPH was highest in LE70 extract (1,000 ㎍/mL, 81.14%), ABTS was highest in LE50 extract (1,000 ㎍/mL, 84.14%). The protective effects against oxidative stress in raw 264.7 cell imparted by the LE50 extract was better than those imparted by the other extracts. The findings of the present study suggest that 50% ethanol is best solvent for extraction of Nypa fruticans Wurmb, considering yield, polyphenol content, and antioxidant activities with extraction cost.

Nous obserbons dans le champs de l'art aujourd' hui, le changement radical provoquant $\'{e}$tant donn$\'{e}$ que le pouvoir du march$\'{e}$ de l'art s'augmente de plus en plus. C'est pour cela que le champ du discours de l'art n'est actuellement plus form$\'{e}$ par des notions esth$\`{e}$tiques artistiques, mais par celles qui sont r$\'{e}$serv$\'{e}$es au domaine de l'$\'{e}$conomie et du march$\'{e}$. Il n'est plus significatif de croire la valeur esth$\`{e}$tique de l'oeuvre d'art, puisque l'esth$\`{e}$tique elle-m$\^{e}$me ne fonctionne plus. Par contre, le syst$\`{e}$me de donner le prix $\`{a}$ l'oeuvre d'art fonctionne rigoureusement. En plus, cette situation s'aggrave $\'{e}$tant donn$\'{e}$ que la mondialisation du march$\'{e}$ de l'art s'installe avec rapidit$\'{e}$. Malgr$\'{e}$ la mondialisation de l'art, des gens qui habitent par exemple $\`{a}$ S$\'{e}$oul ne peuvent pas s' approcher facilement de ce qui se passe $\`{a}$ New York, le vrai centre de l'art contemporain. Dans cette situation, le champ de discours de l'art n'a pas d'autre solution de se r$\'{e}$tr$\'{e}$cir remaquablement et le sujet de discussion sur le grand art est remplac$\'{e}$ par celui du success de l'art. Cette recherche est arriv$\'{e}$e $\`{a}$ remarquer que le syst$\`{e}$me du foire internationale de l'art fonctionne comme une locomotive dans le march$\'{e}$ de l'art qui est le vrai dominateur de l'art contemporain. Aujourd'hui les grands clients du monde de l'art et les jeunes sp$\'{e}$ctateurs, les clients de l'avenir s'assemblent autour de quelques foires internationales r$\'{e}$put$\'{e}$s qui ont de l'autorit$\'{e}$. C'est ainsi que l'achat et la vante de l'oeuvres d'art est suffisamment mondialis$\'{e}$ et que le syst$\`{e}$me local du march$\'{e}$ est d$\'{e}$rang$\'{e}$ et s'$\'{e}$ffondr$\'{e}$gravement. Malgr$\'{e}$ la diff$\'{e}$rence significative, la majorit$\'{e}$ des galeries d'art lacaux s'oblige de suivre $\`{a}$ la suite du style du foire internationale de l'art. C'est la raison pour laquelle que cette recherche se fait une id$\'{e}$e nette que la prosp$\'{e}$rit$\'{e}$ actuelle du march$\'{e}$ de l'art n'est que la situation $\'{e}$conomique ou financi$\`{e}$re. A ce stade de la r$\'{e}$flexion, cette recherche arrivera $\`{a}$ poser une question primordiale ci-dessous: "Si l'art qu'on $\`{a}$ l'intention de proclamer ne serai plus possible de faire r$\'{e}$fl$\'{e}$chir sur la libert$\'{e}$ et la solidarit$\'{e}$ humain, la dignit$\'{e}$ de l'homme, cet art n'est plus autre chose que l'insignifiance. Au lieu de parcourir divers ph$\'{e}$nom$\`{e}$ne du march$\'{e}$ de l'art aujourd'hui, cette recherche fixera son attention sur la r$\'{e}$alit$\'{e}$ du foire internationales de l'art. Dans ce context, cette recherche sera compos$\'{e}$e par trois chapitres donc le premi$\`{e}$re essayera de r$\'{e}$pondre $\'{a}$ la question de son influence extraodinairement puissante. Le deuxi$\`{e}$me chapitre essayera d'analiser la r$\'{e}$alit$\'{e}$ et la source du pouvoir du foire internationale de l'art. Nous essayeront au troisi$\`{e}$me chapitre de configurer le point de vue critique qui permettra de bien comprendre notre sujet.
