The classical limit theorems like strong law of large numbers, central limit theorems and law of iterated logarithms are fundamental theories in probability and statistics. These limit theorems are proved under additivity of probabilities and expectations. In this paper, we investigate strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation which generalize the classical ones. We give strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation with respect to the partial sums and some conditions similar to Petrov's. It is an extension of the classical Chung type strong law of large numbers of Jardas et al.'s result. As an application, we obtain Chung's strong law of large number and Marcinkiewicz's strong law of large number for independent and identically distributed random variables under the sub-linear expectation. Here the sub-linear expectation and its related capacity are not additive.

This thesis is related with Anti-dumping law about Korea's export in EU. Indeed, Korea' export to EU market is how related to EU's Anti-dumping law this study was intended to reveal from a legal point of view. For this purpose from EU's Anti-dumping law's institution at present to application historical channel was examined and is showed Anti-dumping law's application procedure briefly. Throughout this study what we could get are EU's Anti-dumping law based on a statute, EU's Anti-dumping law's institution background and the law's application procedure & effects.

We model the Spectral Energy Distribution (SED) of Class 0 protostar L1527 IRS using a radiative transfer code RADMC-3D. In addition to the photometry data from literatures, we include the Herschel/PACS data which well covers the far-infrared SED peak of L1527 IRS, providing precise constraints to the density structure and other physical properties of its circumstellar envelope. Previously, Tobin et al. (2013) presented a dust continuum modeling results using a rotating and infalling envelope (Terebey and Shu, & Cassen 1984 ; TSC envelope), which originally describes a power-law density profile (${\rho}{\propto}r-{\alpha}$) with the power-law index (${\alpha}$) of 1.5. However, we find that Herschel/PACS data are better fitted with a shallower power-law density profile. This smaller power-law might be attributed to a inner envelope. Thus, we fit the SED of L1527 IRS with a Bonnor-Ebert sphere, which is a combination of the inner flat-topped and the outer power-law (${\alpha}=2$) density profiles. This Bonnor-Ebert sphere is often used to explain the density profile of prestellar cores, which is considered the earliest stages of star formation. The well-fitted SED with a Bonnor-Ebert sphere suggests that L1527 IRS might have collapsed from a Bonnor-Ebert sphere rather than a singular isothermal sphere.

This study investigates the effect of in-law relationship on the marital adjustment of married couples by considering family-oriented Korean culture. Previous in-law studies did not consider the influence of another party who did not attend the survey due to sampling limitations. However, the marital adjustment of married couple and the satisfaction of the relationship with parents-in-law are two-way relationships that affect each other and are not one-sided relationships. By considering the non-independence of the couple's data, Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) was utilized to examine the structural relationship between marital adjustment (marital satisfaction and marital stability) and in-law relationship quality (relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law for wives, relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and son-in-law for husbands) of 203 married couples. Results indicated that a high satisfaction of wives' in-law relationship increased personal marital adjustment as well as husbands' marital adjustment. The husbands' positive relationship with in-laws also increased personal marital adjustment and their wives' marital adjustment. The results of this study can be used as basic data for program development and counseling for healthy in-law relationship as well as educational data for couples intending to marry.

The main subjects of law school curriculum are composed of subjects based on related laws for law schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operation of the legal information subject in law schools and law libraries and to propose efficient operation methods on law information services which would be useful to law schools and law libraries. The results of this study are as follows: 1) 22 law schools have legal information research subjects as an essential or fundamental part of their curricula. Also, 2) in 14 law schools(63.6%) law librarians take part in the instruction of law information research subject, while in three law schools(13.6%) librarians do not participate, and in another three law schools(13.6%) outside experts teach them. Finally, 3) the graduate degrees or final majors of librarians participating in instruction are: Library & Information Science(33.3%), Administration(25%), and Law(25%). These results reflect the need for efforts to change instruction systems to team teaching with professors and law librarians, to give law libraries plenty of administrative support, and to enforce the related associations' roles with law libraries.

The Purpose of this paper was to get grasp the law consciousness of nurse in order to estimate a degree of law cognition, confidence consciousness toward law, consciousness of right and law-abiding spirit that nurses have. This paper made a survey of 566 nurses who were employed in general hospital. health center, school and health-clinic of chonju-city, Questionniare were composed 29 items through four dimension. The result of this survey showed that the role of university and hospital was insignificant for nurses in recognizing law. Consequently, not only hospital but also university ought to insert law in education curriculum or training course. Main contents of this paper are as follows; 1.
