3차원정보지적도 모형 구축을 위한 건물등록 방법 선정 (A Selection of Building Registration Method to Construct the Three Dimensional Information Cadastral Map)

  • 최근 지형공간정보 분야의 눈부신 발전과 함께 지적 분야에서도 지적도면 전산화 사업이 진행되고 있으며 다양한 토지관련 정보의 통합관리 및 활용을 위하여 토지정보 및 건물정보의 통합에 관한 요구가 증가하고 있지만 3차원지적제도 구축에 있어 기본이 되는 건물의 지적도 등록 시 전국에 산재되어 있는 수많은 건물을 일일이 지상측량방법을 통하여 지적도에 등록하는 것은 많은 어려움이 뒤따르는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 유럽을 중심으로 활발히 연구되고 있는 3차원지적제도의 이론을 고찰하고 실험대상지역을 선정하여 지적기준점에서 토탈스테이션을 이용하여 건물위치를 직접 측량하였고, 수치지형도와 수치정사영상을 제작하여 건물위치를 측량한 후 건물좌표들을 비교 분석하여 지적도에 건물등록 시 가장 효율적인 측량 방법을 제시하고 지적도에 건물을 등록한 후 등록된 건물에 기존 토지지번과는 별도로 새로운 건물번호를 식별자로 부여하여 지적도를 제작하였고, 건축물관리대장과 건물등기부 및 관련 속성정보와 건물사진 등을 연계하여 토지와 건물관리를 통합 관리할 수 있는 새로운 3차원정보지적도 모델을 구축 하였다.

환경부 토지피복도 사용여부에 따른 예측 SWAT 오류 평가 (Analysis of SWAT Simulated Errors with the Use of MOE Land Cover Data)

  • Significant soil erosion and water quality degradation issues are occurring at highland agricultural areas of Kangwon province because of agronomic and topographical specialities of the region. Thus spatial and temporal modeling techniques are often utilized to analyze soil erosion and sediment behaviors at watershed scale. The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model is one of the watershed scale models that have been widely used for these ends in Korea. In most cases, the SWAT users tend to use the readily available input dataset, such as the Ministry of Environment (MOE) land cover data ignoring temporal and spatial changes in land cover. Spatial and temporal resolutions of the MOE land cover data are not good enough to reflect field condition for accurate assesment of soil erosion and sediment behaviors. Especially accelerated soil erosion is occurring from agricultural fields, which is sometimes not possible to identify with low-resolution MOD land cover data. Thus new land cover data is prepared with cadastral map and high spatial resolution images of the Doam-dam watershed. The SWAT model was calibrated and validated with this land cover data. The EI values were 0.79 and 0.85 for streamflow calibration and validation, respectively. The EI were 0.79 and 0.86 for sediment calibration and validation, respectively. These EI values were greater than those with MOE land cover data. With newly prepared land cover dataset for the Doam-dam watershed, the SWAT model better predicts hydrologic and sediment behaviors. The number of HRUs with new land cover data increased by 70.2% compared with that with the MOE land cover, indicating better representation of small-sized agricultural field boundaries. The SWAT estimated annual average sediment yield with the MOE land cover data was 61.8 ton/ha/year for the Doam-dam watershed, while 36.2 ton/ha/year (70.7% difference) of annual sediment yield with new land cover data. Especially the most significant difference in estimated sediment yield was 548.0% for the subwatershed #2 (165.9 ton/ha/year with the MOE land cover data and 25.6 ton/ha/year with new land cover data developed in this study). The results obtained in this study implies that the use of MOE land cover data in SWAT sediment simulation for the Doam-dam watershed could results in 70.7% differences in overall sediment estimation and incorrect identification of sediment hot spot areas (such as subwatershed #2) for effective sediment management. Therefore it is recommended that one needs to carefully validate land cover for the study watershed for accurate hydrologic and sediment simulation with the SWAT model.

원단위법에 의한 비점오염부하량 산정 시 토지피복 특성을 반영하는 고해상도 항공영상의 활용방안 (Application of the High Resolution Aerial Images to Estimate Nonpoint Pollution Loads in the Unit Load Approach)

  • In Total Water Pollutant Load Management System of Korea, unit load approach based on land register data is currently used for the estimation of non-point pollutant load. However, a problem raised that land register data could not always reflect the actual land surface coverages which determine runoff characteristics of non-point pollution sources. As a way to overcome this, we tried to establish quantitative relationships between the aerial images (0.4m resolution) which reflect actual land surface coverages and the land registration maps according to the 19 major designated land-use categories in Kyeongan watershed. Analyses showed different relationships according to the land-use categories. Only a few land-use categories including forestry, road and river showed essentially identical and some categories such as orchard, parking lot and sport utility site showed no relationships at all between image data and land register data. Except for the two cases, all the other categories showed statistically significant linear relationships between image data and land register data. The analyses indicate that using high resolution aerial maps is a better way to estimate non-point pollutant load. If the aerial maps are not available, application of the linear relationships as conversion factors of land register data to image data could be an possible option to estimate non-point pollutant loads for the specific land-use categories in Kyeongan watershed.

등록전환 수치화 방안 연구 (Preliminary Study on Digitalizing Registration Conversion)

  • 현재 지적측량은 전국을 지적재조사측량 지역, 세계측지계변환 지역으로 나누어 현실경계에 부합하는 디지털지적으로 통합될 수 있도록 추진되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 등록전환 업무를 세계측지계 기준으로 필지 경계점을 좌표화하기 위해 필요한 사항을 새롭게 정립하고자 하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 산지관리법 등 관련법규와 현행 등록전환 관련규정을 검토하고 대한지적공사 12개 본부 자료를 기준으로 경제적 행정적 타당성을 분석하였으며, 기준점과 현형법에 의한 성과결정지역을 선정, 실험측량을 실시하여 측량방법과 절차를 정립하였다. 등록전환 수수료 개정을 목적으로 현행 수수료 산정에 따른 세부내용을 검토하고 시 군 구 지역을 구분하여 품셈조사를 실시하였으며, 품셈조사 자료를 근거로 세계측지계에 의한 등록전환측량 방법과 절차에 적합한 개정 수수료를 산출하였다.

지반정보 DB 활용향상을 위한 유통시스템 개발 (Development of Distribution System for Enhancing Utilization of Geotechnical Information DB)

  • 지반정보 DB구축사업은 1999년 지반조사 성과의 공유 및 재사용의 필요성이 제기되면서 시작되었다. 초기 국도를 대상으로 사업을 시작하였으며, 2005년부터 전 국토를 대상으로 지반정보 DB를 구축하고 있다. 현재, 총 60,581공의 지반정보 DB를 구축 제공 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 지반정보DB의 활용 향상 및 국가지정보유통망과 연계를 위한 지반정보 유통시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 지반정보 DB 활용도 향상을 위한 방안도 제시하였다. 지반정보 유통시스템은 건설현장에서 지반정보 검색 및 제공가능하고, 수치지도와 함께 활용할 수 있는 GIS기반의 시스템으로, 지반정보 및 메타데이터 입력기, 지반정보 등록도구, 유통용 웹시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 지반정보 유통시스템은 지반정보 관련업무 및 처리의 효율성을 향상시키고, 건설의 모든 공정단계에서 지반정보 활용을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

군산의 근대도시발달과정과 도시조직의 변화 유형에 관한 형태학적 연구 (A Morphological Study on the Modern Urbanization and Transformation Type of Urban Tissues in Kunsan)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyse modem urbanization process and the morphological transformation of the urban tissues in Kunsan between the you 1899 and 2001, The method of this study is to investigate the transformation process of morphological elements such as plot structure, building layout, building facades, land use, exterior space structure and their use, with actual field surveys, the analysis of land registration maps in 1912, and various topological map. Morphological analysis on modern Kunsan is progressed by three steps-typo-morphological analysis of urban tissue in old-town area, interpretation of morphological process, and transformation process, of morphological structure in Japanese concession in view of plots system. As a result, it is found that there is cyclical relationship among the morphological transformation processes of morphological elements, plots, buildings, land-uses, and access space to buildings. From the view of town plan change, the period of restoration of war damage in 1950s and compressive growing period in 1960s have important meaning in the morphological process of old-town area. Particularly the first building plan and layout type together with plot form and structure is acted as the main factor to decide the subsequent plot transformation system, exterior space system and the particular streetscape in Kunsan.

청주읍성(淸州邑城) 관아공해고 - 규모(規模) 및 위치(位置) 추정(推定)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on the Government Office Building of Chongju Castle in the Late Yi-dynasty)

  • This study aims to infer the plan and location of the government office building in Chongju Castle in the Late Yi-dynasty. The conclusion is as follows: 1. The Chongju Castle Map(淸州邑城圖, late in the 18th century, hereinafter referred to CCM) provides the detail arrangement and location of Government Office Building in Chongju Castle. And the road structure and plan of the CCM is almost same with the present time. 2. As compared with CCM and a Chongju-land Registration Map(淸州面地籍原圖, 1913, CRM) to infer the location of the traditional government office building in Chongju Castle, the building locations of Gaek-Sa(客舍) Donghun(東軒)'s region in CCM are almost accordance with today's. But those of Byungyoung(兵營) Group's region are represented by a little error. So the locations of Byungyoung(兵營) Group's region rearranged, moved down to be in accordance with the approach circulation of Main Gate(閉門樓) which is shown in CRM. 3. The records, on the plan of the traditional government office building in Chongju Castle, have proved that the plan of Gaek-Sa was a width of 11 bay and a depth of 2 bay. A width of 3 bay drawn in CCM, the present plan of Donghun is a width of 7 bay and a depth of 4 bay. The main building and especially the double-storied Main Gate($4{\times}3$) of Byungyoung Group are exactly in keeping with the present road structure.

  • Distribution facilities are installed dispersedly nationwide and in view of huge amounts. it makes it difficult to manage and update distribution facilities information manually. Consequently, much efforts have been exerted on computerization of distribution facilities information. KEPCO has been building distribution facilities information system using GIS technology(DGIS) to manage distribution facilities. In order to implement DGIS, digitizing the existing cartographical and land registration map is essential. In this regard, the Government is pursuing the NGIS project. In parrallel with it, DGIS project will be accelerated in the future. This paper suggests the efficient development plans to computerize distribution facilities using GIS technology.

GIS 기반의 상권분석 모형 연구 - Huff 확률모형을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Trade Area Analysis Model based on GIS - A Case of Huff probability model -)

  • 본 연구는 GIS공간분석기법과 Huff의 확률모형을 이용하여 근린생활권중심의 상권분석을 수행하였다. 연구에 사용된 기본도는 청주시 복대동을 대상으로 하여 업종, 세대수 등을 현장 조사하여 구축하였으며, 기 구축된 LMIS에 있는 연속지적도를 활용하였다. 분석에서는 커널밀도함수(Kernel Density Function)와 최근린지수(Nearest Neighbor Index)를 활용하여 근린생활권내 점포분포 중심권역을 설정하였다. 상권분석을 수행하기 위하여 설정된 중심권역에 따라 중심지(점)와 규모를 산출한 후 상권분석의 모형인 Huff 확률모형에 적용하여 중심권역별 상권을 추출하였으며, 추출된 상권을 지도로 도식하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GIS 공간분석기법 중 커널밀도함수와 최근린지수를 통해 Huff 확률모형에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 방법들을 이용함으로써 보다 정확하게 상권분석을 할 수 있으며, 향후 창업하고자 하는 소상공인들에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

근대(近代) 도시화(都市化)에 따른 전라도(全羅道) 전통(傳統) 소도읍(小都邑)의 공간구조변화과정(空間構造變化過程) 연구(硏究) (A study on the Transformation Process of Traditional Small City Structure in Jeollabuk-Do)

  • This study is to analyse the transformation process of spatial structure of traditional small city structure in Jeollabuk-Do in the process of modern urbanization between 19th century and the year 2000. The small cities, IM-PI, YONG-AN, YEO-SAN, OK-GOO, GO-SAN, MU-JANG, GUM-MA, GO-BU, which have been local administrative center in CHO-SUN dynasty, have role of local administrative center of subdivision of country-myon, except OK-GOO. The method of this study is to investigate the transformation process of spatial structural elements of with the actual field surveys, the analysis of Gunhyun map made in 1872, land registration maps in 1910s and 2000, and various topological maps. The elements of analysis are the topological site and geographical situation conditions, the urbanized areas, the street systems, the function of streets, the focal points of urban land use, the land use systems, and the location of major facilities such as administration facilities, markets, bus terminals. The analytical point of view and the results are as follows. There is strong relationship between the transformation of internal matrix route system and the growth pattern of urbanized areas, Especially on the contrary to the matrix route with East-West direction which has the role of checking the growth of urbanized area, the South-North direction route acts as the leading line of the growth. The focal points structure of urban land use shows transformation process from the point of central space of administrative district in front of Nae-A, to the access point to administrative district or to the access point to housing and neighborhood commercial area. From the point of functional area structure and major facilities location, line-type commercial area is developed along the line of central axis route and access route to administrative district. Especially direction of the growth of commercial area is strongly connected with the interrelationship between the study area and its neighboring cities. Pattern of commercial district development is varied with the direction of matrix route. That is, commercial district, which shows one side development pattern along the East-West direction route, is developed on both sides of street along the South-North direction route.
