투입산출분석을 이용한 보증지원 성과분석 (Performance Measurement of Local Credit Guarantee using Input-Output Analysis)

  • This paper makes an analysis of economic spillover effects of credit guarantee by linking the remainder of guarantee according to industries from 2003 to 2006 in this study. Specifically, total remainder of guarantee in 2006 is approximately 3922 billion and 600 million won on the basis of unchangeable price in 2003, and each funds becomes the input of the last demand in 27 industries over the cow1try and, thereby, induces production, added value, and the effect of employment. The last demand according to industries shows that a lot of funds have been supported to the manufacturing industry for about 1200 billion won, the wholesale and retail for about 1299 billion and 500 million won, food and lodging industry for about 144 billion and 100 million won, education and health care industry for about 132 billion and 600 million won, and social and other service industry for about 339 billion and 300 million won. The spillover effect about the remainder of guarantee in 2006 classified by industries over the country on the basis of production shows the high effects on the manufacturing industry for 37.8%, 2625 billion and 90 million won, the wholesale and retail for 20.7%, 1439 billion and 290 million won, food and lodging industry for 9.4%, 654 billion and 570 million won, real estate and business service industry for 9.2%, 637 billion and 310 million won, social and other service industry for 5.3%, 369 billion and 90 million won, and education and health care industry for 2.9%, 199 billion and 300 million won of the effect causing production over the country, 6945 billion won in order. The effect causing added value shows high spillover effect on the wholesale and retail for 36.7%, 1186 billion and 830 million won, the manufacturing industry for 25.8%, 831 billion and 500 million won, food and lodging industry for 14.9%, 480 billion and 980 million won, social and other service industry for 9.3%. 300 billion and 160 million won, and real estate and business service industry for 4.2%, 135 billion and 36 million won of the effect causing added value over the country in order. Finally, the effect causing employment shows a lot of employment have occurred in the wholesale and retail for 37.4%, 23,060 people, the manufacturing industry for 18.9%, 11,637 people, food and lodging industry for 13.7%, 8,429 people, social and other service industry for 7.9%, 4,866 people, and real estate and business service industry for 5.6%, 3,429 people of 61,617 people in order.

지리산둘레길 조성과 운영 관련 지역주민 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Residents' Attitude Toward the Development and Management of Jirisan Dulegil)

  • 본 연구는 최근 우리나라 자연환경 기반 휴양시설의 중요한 공급요소로서 숲길의 조성과 운영에 대한 지역주민들의 태도을 파악하여 향후 체계적인 숲길운영을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 지리산 둘레길을 주변에 거주하는 지역주민 대상의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 지리산둘레길 조성 사업이 지역사회에 미치는 영향요인으로서 경제 환경 측면의 긍정적 영향과 부정적 영향의 4가지 요인이 도출되었다. 지역주민은 숲길 조성이 지역경제에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 인식하였다. 반면에 숲길조성의 환경적 영향에는 부정적인 태도를 보였다. 지역주민이 참여하고자 하는 서비스 업종은 방문객이 선호하는 서비스인 지역 숙박업으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 관광서비스 업종은 아직 지역사회의 숲길 연계 사업구조로서 취약하여 향후 적합한 지역 사업모델에 대한 전문적이고 체계적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

농촌지역 보급형 현대 한옥 모델 개발에 관한 연구 -전라남도 사례를 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Standard Type Modern Han-ok in Rural Areas)

  • Jeollanamdo aims to cultivate Hanok Village as a lodging resource for tourism industry in rural areas. For the purpose, it invited eight models of the Hanok Village publicly and selected our model as the best. This study is to introduce the concepts and characteristics of the village, centering on the model developed by our research team and awarded by the local government. We develop and suggest eleven types of improved-type Hanok model that is to be distributed to each city and county. We compose the space which reflects needs of residents for modern living. And we focus on preservation of decorative beauty to make it a resource of tourism by creating beautiful view of Hanok and reduction of financial burden to activate its distribution. The Hanok developed in this study has a significant meaning as improved Hanok that can be suggested as a new model of rural area housing project.

중국(中國) 관광농업(觀光農業)의 현황(現況) 및 발전(發展) 방향(方向) - 내몽고(內蒙古) 자치구(自治區) 탁극탁현(托克托縣)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A study on the present condition and development direction of China's Agricultural Tourism - Centered on Takgeuktak County of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in Particular -)

  • Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry, which combined agriculture with tourism. It not only has the productive function, but also has the function of improving the quality of ecological environment and supplying people with sightseeing, leisure, vacation. Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry from the amalgamation of agriculture and tourism: it is based on farm work, characterized by agricultural management, combines agriculture and tourism, and includes the city as a market-place. It satisfies tourist demand with food, lodging, excursions, shopping and entertainment provided by agricultural places and agricultural products. After combining the substance of this study with the primary sources regarding the development of agricultural tourism, I suggest plans for the development of local agricultural tourism on the basis of sustainable tourism theory in case of the Inner Mongolia region. To conduct research, various data such as literature research and surveys are collected and analyzed. According to the result of the research, the Inner Mongolia region has great-wealthy resources for agricultural tourism. However, they have problems as well such as lack of funds, low infrastructure, low business-mind level, low management-mind, the scarcity of mid-supporting organizations for research and education, low awareness, and low service level of the agricultural tourism. In order to solve these problems, have to strengthen publicity, strengthen the county and city communication, educates continuously profession talented person, establish related laws and regulations, increase the integrity of infrastructure. As a developing industry, agricultural tourism is a new field of study which needs more encouraging research. The agricultural tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has only just started development resulting in a limited amount of information available for this study. Future planned work entails a continuous in-depth study of Chinese agricultural tourism, considering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in particular.

강원도 오색지구 레저·관광 콘텐츠 개발 방향 (The Direction of Development of Leisure and Tourism Contents in Connection with Osaek District)

  • 본 연구는 오색리를 중심으로 오색삭도 설치 사전에 침체된 오색지구 활성화를 위한 레저·관광 콘텐츠를 개발하여 지역활성화를 모색할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위한 연구의 주요내용은 레저·관광콘텐츠의 개발을 위한 오색지구 현황 및 여건분석, 오색지구 레저·관광콘텐츠 개발 방향, 정책제언 및 결론 등으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 오색지구 레저·관광콘텐츠 개발 방향과 관련하여 다음과 같은 개발 방향을 제안하였다. 첫째, 지역주민참여 확대 및 역량강화이다. 이를 실천하는 방안으로 조직체계 구축 및 지원강화, 지역 주민 역량강화, 외부 인적자원 네트워크 구축을 제안하였다. 둘째, 콘텐츠 개발 가이드라인 설정을 제안하였다. 오색지역 내 사회·문화·관광자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해, "문화예술활용형 콘텐츠"와 레저를 즐기는 수요자 증가추세에 부응하여 오색지구 자연환경을 이용한 레저체험 콘텐츠를 발굴할 것을 제안하였다. 셋째, 콘텐츠의 유형화를 제안하였다. 이를 실천하는 방안으로 오색을 주제로 한 문화콘텐츠 개발을 추진할 것을 제안하였다. 또한 지역상가 및 공공건물을 활용한 문화·예술·공연·전시 등의 공간 확보, 그리고 "오색지구"를 상징하는 상징물 조성, 오색지구 역사·문화를 그림으로 엮을 수 있는 "그림책 마을 조성"등을 제안하였다. 이와 아울러 체험 콘텐츠 개발 방향으로 테라피로드 체험 코스 및 푸드테라피 프로그램 운영 등과 함께 친환경적인 "오색 숲 길"을 조성할 것을 제안하였다. 넷째, 마케팅 채널 확보를 제안하였다. 이를 실천하기 위해 양양군 홈페이지, 또는 가칭 '오색이 아름다운 오색리' 홈페이지 제작, 여행사를 통해 오색지구 내 레저·관광콘텐츠와 교통, 숙박, 먹거리 등이 복합된 상품을 구성할 것을 제안하였다. 특히 오색지구 내에서 특별한 이벤트 개최 시에는 기획상품을 판매하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이와 함께 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영의 단계별 추진을 제안하였으며, 특히 전문가 등의 현장방문과 함께 참가자들에 대한 만족도 조사 등을 통해 오색지구 브랜드 제고에 노력할 것을 제안하였다.
